NIKM – distribuce KM/PKM v SO ORP České republiky

2022 - Czech Národní inventarizace kontaminovaných míst (projekt NIKM 2) byla dokončena v prosinci 2021. Představujeme výstup týkající se distribuce inventarizovaných kontaminovaných a potenciálně kontaminovaných míst (KM/PKM)) v 205 správních obvodech obcí s rozšířenou působností (SO ORP). V Hlavním městě Praha, které je krajem i obcí, a tudíž i ORP, má obdobnou působnost jako ORP všech 22 městských částí. Naplněná databáze Systému evidence kontaminovaných míst (SEKM) slouží jako hlavní zdroj pro tzv. územně analytické podklady, tj. pro územní plánování na úrovni ORP. Doposud byly používány neúplné podklady o KM/PKM, takže územní dokumentace nemusela reflektovat reálnou situaci v kontaminaci území. Po dokončení inventarizace mohou být aktualizace územně analytických podkladů v této problematice založeny na relevantních datech. Cosmology on Small Scales 2022: Dark Energy and the Local Hubble Expansion Problem

2022 - English One hundred years ago, Russian mathematician and physicist Alexander A. Friedmann applied the system of Einstein equations to the three-dimensional sphere with a time varying radius. In this way, he obtained a nonlinear ordinary differential equation which is called the Friedmann equation after him and serves now as a cornerstone of the standard cosmological model. Unfortunately, it is well known that this model exhibits a number of paradoxes. Thus, the main goal of the CSS 2022 Conference Proceedings is to discuss whether and how the Friedmann equation can be applied at the various spatial scales, from our local cosmic neighborhood up to the whole Universe, and if the existence of dark matter and dark energy are merely artifacts of the excessive extrapolations. Distribution of the Contaminated Sites on the Territory of the Czech Republic

2022 - English The National Inventory of Contaminated Sites (NIKM 2 project) was completed in December 2021. We present the output regarding the distribution of inventoried, contaminated and potentially contaminated sites (CSs) in 205 administrative districts - Municipalities with Extended Powers ("small districts"). The filled database of the Contaminated Sites Registration System (SEKM) [1] serves as the main source for the so-called Planning Analytical Materials, i.e., for spatial planning at the level of Municipalities with Extended Powers. Until now, incomplete documents on CSs were used. After the completion of the inventory, the updates of the territorial analytical documents in this matter can be based on relevant data. NIVB Meeting 2022

2022 - English The first annual meeting of the National Institute of Virology and Bacteriology (NIVB) in Kutná Hora on 30.11.–2.12. is an opportunity for participating teams to meet, discuss excellent science, establish collaborations, and introduce the project to the members of our newly established International Science Advisory Board. The primary objective of NIVB is to mediate the cooperation among the 28 participating research teams from 8 Czech research institutions: Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, Institute of Molecular Genetic, and Biological Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Charles University in Prague, Masaryk University in Brno, the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, and Palacký University in Olomouc. We are delighted that it was possible to arrange the meeting of all the participating research groups, which reflects the scientific breadth of NIVB. The research interests of the participating groups can be broadly assigned into the programs of (1) Pathogen-host interactions, (2) Immunity against viruses and bacteria, and (3) Treatments for viral and bacterial infections. We thank all participants for contributing 28 presentations and 65 posters to the meeting. This conference is a pioneering endeavor, the first meeting that will bridge the virology and bacteriology communities from the Czech Republic. While the research interests of all the participating groups are focused on virology and bacteriology, the contributing laboratories are very diverse in the research methodologies they employ. Therefore, the meeting has the potential to enable the establishment of new scientific collaborations among the participating teams, which is the main objective of NIVB.\nNIVB Meeting 2022 has the ambition to launch a new series of annual meetings on virology and bacteriology and aims at informing wider scientific community about new development, trends and issues in these scientific fields. 2022 - English The objective of PHYSMOD is to bring together the community active in physical and numerical modeling of flow and dispersion processes occurring in the lowest part of the atmosphere using wind tunnels, water channels, or CFD models. PHYSMOD provides a forum where the most recent advances in fluid modeling, state-of-the-art in experimental work, and newly emerging research areas are discussed in an open-minded and friendly atmosphere. Výsledky národní inventarizace kontaminovaných míst (NIKM 2019–2021)

2022 - Czech Základním cílem NIKM bylo podchycení a základní vyhodnocení co nejúplnějšího počtu kontaminovaných míst/potenciálně kontaminovaných míst (KM/PKM) na území celého státu. 2. etapa NIKM byla dokončena k 31.12.2021. Projekt proběhl v souladu se závaznou metodikou a manuálem. Na projektu spolufinancovaném z FS v rámci OPŽP se podílely týmy CENIA (management projektu a příprava indicií KM/PKM pomocí metod DPZ) a dodavatelů vybraných veřejnou soutěží. Plošnou inventarizaci zajistili členové „Společnosti DEKONTA, VZ Ekomonitor, GEOtest – NIKM 2. Administraci inventarizace (záznamy v SEKM) zajišťovala firma ProGeo Consulting s.r.o. a supervizi Ing. Jiří Tylčer, CSc. Na území České republiky bylo ze dvou základních zdrojů IS SEKM a DPZ prověřováno celkem 30 020 lokalit či indicií, ze kterých bylo jako KM/PKM vyhodnoceno 8 643 míst. Zbývajících 21 377 lokalit či indicií bylo vyloučeno. Z dalších zdrojů bylo evidováno 1491 nových hodnocených lokalit. K 31. 12. 2021 bylo v SEKM evidováno celkem 10 134 KM/PKM (tzv. hodnocených lokalit). Tato KM/PKM mají v databázi SEKM zpracovaný záznam minimálně v rozsahu tzv. souhrnného formuláře včetně vyhodnocené priority dalšího postupu. Vrstva obsahovala 17 011 indicií, které následně inventarizační týmy ověřovaly v terénu. Z výsledků inventarizace byly mimo hlavní výstupy zpracovány i mapy distribucí KM/PKM v SO ORP 14 krajů, a to pro každou ze tří kategorii priorit (A, P, N). Výsledkem NIKM je naplněná databáze SEKM (10 134 záznamů), 14 zpráv o inventarizaci v jednotlivých krajích a Zpráva o inventarizaci na území ČR.
