2023 - German After Ukraine was invaded by Russia in 2022, one of the biggest humanitarian crises in the last few years has occurred. The wave of Ukrainian refugees has found their refuge and protection mainly in the surrounding countries, which have since been trying to integrate them into society until the war ends. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out what consequences the Ukrainian refugee wave has on the educational system of individual states. The emphasis is on the adaptation of elementary schools and the integration of Ukrainian refugee children into the collective. For this purpose, the method of analysis of the integration plans of the ministries of education of the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria was chosen. This analysis was then supplemented by the interview method with teachers and sitting in on classes at Czech and Austrian primary schools. The results of the survey show the far-reaching problems that schools must face when integrating refugees. Despite the long-term experience of some states with the integration of refugees, integration plans do not always correspond with the reality that prevails in schools. Poté, co byla v roce 2022 Ukrajina napadena Ruskem, následovala jedna z největších humanitárních krizí za posledních pár let. Vlna ukrajinských uprchlíků našla své útočiště a ochranu především v okolních zemích, které se je od té doby pokouší začlenit do společnosti, dokud válka neskončí. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké důsledky má ukrajinská uprchlická vlna na školství jednotlivých států. Důraz je přitom kladen na adaptaci základních škol a začleňování ukrajinských uprchlických dětí do kolektivu. K tomuto účelu byla zvolena metoda analýzy integračních plánů ministerstev školství České republiky, Spolkové republiky Německo a Rakouské republiky. Tato analýza byla poté doplněna metodou interview s učiteli a hospitacemi na české a rakouské základní škole. Výsledky průzkumu ukazují na dalekosáhlé problémy, kterým školy musí při integraci uprchlíků čelit. I přes dlouhodobé zkušenosti některých států s integrací uprchlíků neodpovídají vždy integrační plány skutečnosti, která převládá na školách. Přesto bylo provedeným výzkumem stanoveno, že pedagogové vzniklou situaci dobře zvládají a jsou materiálně dobře podporováni. Hlavním zjištěním ovšem bylo, že se některé státy, hlavně Rakousko a Německo, často orientují na předchozí integrační plány, které mohou směřovat až k vyčlenění samotných... Problém jazyka u Husserla a jeho recepce

2023 - German The aim of the following paper is to show what problems Husserl's phenomenology poses in relation to language. At first sight, the problem of language seems irrelevant or uninteresting in Husserl's work, since the author himself never really problematized language. However, I insist that without a proper analysis of language, some key questions remain unanswered, including 1) epistemological questions such as how we can grasp something in language, 2) the nature of phenomenology itself. When natural attitudes are transformed into phenomenological ones, the question is whether or how language is transformed, and 3) the constitution of other phenomena - like ideality, history, etc. Because of the vastness of the subject, I have chosen to focus mainly on three points - 1) the influence of language on perception, 2) the nature of language itself, and 3) the ability of language to penetrate the deepest depths of subjectivity. These topics will not all be discussed in detail because it would require much more work. For this reason, I have chosen to understand Husserl's phenomenology through the background of the problem of language. This means that the whole explanation and analysis can only be understood in this context. With this approach, I was able to see new perspectives and shed new light on the... Das Ziel des folgenden Beitrags ist es, zu zeigen, welche Probleme Husserls Phänomenologie in Bezug auf die Sprache mit sich bringt. Auf den ersten Blick scheint das Problem der Sprache bei Husserl irrelevant oder uninteressant zu sein, da der Autor selbst die Sprache nie wirklich problematisiert hat. Ich bestehe jedoch darauf, dass ohne eine angemessene Analyse der Sprache einige Schlüsselfragen unbeantwortet bleiben, darunter 1) erkenntnistheoretische Fragen wie die, wie wir etwas in der Sprache erfassen können, 2) das Wesen der Phänomenologie selbst. Wenn natürliche Einstellung in eine phänomenologische umgewandelt wird, stellt sich die Frage, ob oder wie die Sprache umgewandelt wird, und 3) die Konstitution anderer Phänomene - wie Idealität, Geschichte usw. Aufgrund der Weite des Themas habe ich mich entschieden, mich hauptsächlich auf drei Punkte zu konzentrieren - 1) den Einfluss der Sprache auf die Wahrnehmung, 2) die Natur der Sprache selbst und 3) die Fähigkeit, durch die Sprache in die tiefste Tiefe der Subjektivität einzudringen. 2023 - German The basic problem guiding this work is to what extent, in times of the New Climate Regime, the formation of the world in Martin Heidegger's Being and Time can be determined only by the understanding, signifying, and historical capacities of Dasein, and whether, consequently, it is possible to think a concept of the world within the framework of the existential analytic that forms itself beyond Dasein. This question places the relationship between the world and the Earth, as well as the materiality of the world itself, at the center of the discussion and invites a series of questions that are fundamental to thinking about both contemporary philosophy and the (eco)political problems of our society. By explicating this problem, we will first try to clarify the limits of the concept of world and existence in the framework of existential analytics, then we will deal with the concepts of matter and nature - largely neglected in this field - and finally we will reflect on the notion of co-inhabitability in relation to the concept of world. However, this question is posed starting from a theoretical position that stands outside of Heidegger's own philosophy, but which shares common elements with it to some extent, namely: Bruno Latour's postnaturalism. Das Grundproblem, das diese Arbeit leitet, ist inwieweit in Zeiten der Neue Klimaregime die Bildung der Welt in Martin Heideggers Sein und Zeit nur durch die verstehende, bedeutende und geschichtliche Vermögen des Daseins bestimmt werden kann und ob es folglich möglich ist, einen Begriff der Welt im Rahmen der existenziale Analytik zu denken, die sich jenseits des Daseins bildet. Diese Frage stellt die Beziehung zwischen der Welt und der Erde sowie die Materialität der Welt selbst in das Zentrum der Diskussion und lädt zu einer Reihe von Fragen ein, die sowohl für das Nachdenken über die zeitgenössische Philosophie als auch über die (öko)-politischen Probleme unserer Gesellschaft von grundlegender Bedeutung sind. 2023 - German Subjectivity and Immanence: Kant's Reception in Adorno's "Negative Dialectics" - Guram Rekhviashvili Abstract The aim of this Master's thesis is to elaborate Kant's central position in Adorno's late dialectical project around the subject principle of the justification of objectivity and the thing-in-itself problem and, accordingly, to clearly situate Kant's role in the book Negative Dialectics. Rather than following the constellation of receptions in the models of the book that explicitly refer to Kant's themes (the models: freedom and metaphysics), my project aims to question Adorno's methodology of conceptualisation, which identifies the constellation processes as relating to the motifs of the Critique of Pure Reason. This leads to two central conclusions: The subjectivity of constellations as a communicative relational logic of concepts and non-conceptual disputes is methodologically grounded by the Kantian motifs of the concept of critique as hermeneutically valid, i.e. the concrete results and organisations of constellations are based in their developmental dynamics on the negative review process of representation. In other words, for Adorno, the conceptual principle of representation in the dialectical tradition is thoroughly shaped by Kant's questions of subjectivity. Secondly, the main task of the... 2023 - German This work aims to explicate the difference between Bergson and Kant's concept of obligation in light of Bergson's critique of Kant in his book Les Deux Sources de la Morale et Religion (The Two Sources of Morality and Religion). From what perspective does this critique and reading of Kant originate? I argue that it lies in their different approaches to morality. On one hand, Bergson views moral obligation as a sociological and anthropological fact. He applies an existential approach in his moral theory because the anthropological fact he engages with, namely the phenomenon of barbarism during the First World War, provides the framework for his typology of closed and open morality, and his critique of deontology. On the other hand, Kant considers morality as a theoretical problem; morality is a conceptual engagement-an investigation of the concepts that morality presupposes. Their divergent approaches underpin (1) the difference in their conception of freedom in relation to morality and (2) their conception of mysticism as a possible ground for morality. Aus welcher Perspektive stammt diese Kritik und Lektüre von Kant? Mein These ist, dass sie in ihren unterschiedlichen Ansätzen zur Moral liegt. Einerseits betrachtet Bergson die moralische Verpflichtung als eine soziologische und anthropologische Tatsache. Er wendet in seiner Moraltheorie einen existenziellen Ansatz an, weil das anthropologische Faktum, mit dem er sich beschäftigt, das man provisorisch als das Phänomen der Barbarei des ersten Weltkieges umschreiben kann, den Rahmen für seine Typologie der geschlossenen und offenen Moral, und seine Kritik der Deontologie bildet. Andererseits betrachtet Kant die Moral als ein theoretisches Problem, das aus einem Begriff abgeleitet wird. Ihre unterschiedliche Ansätze untermauert (1) den Unterschied in ihrer Auffassung von Freiheit in Bezug auf Moral und (2) ihre Auffassung von Mystik als möglicher Grundlage von Moral. Considering to the irrevocable world-relationality of the human, the main concern consists in describing the siginificance and necessity of speaking with each other concerning the concrete constitution of reality, with an eye on the limits that go along with it. Finally, the development of a Poetical Attitude is given as a suggestion to solve with the question of human intersubjective existence based on the motives of justice and love, and which is closely interwoven with the dialogical dimension and the intersubjective narrative entanglement of people with one another. 2023 - German The Critical in Husserl's Phenomenology: the Levels of Constitution as a Question of Method Considering the contemporary discussion between critical, applied and engaged phenomenology, there seems to be a claim for a critical stand when it comes to considering concrete experience and, moreover, those experiences that have been neglected throughout history. Thus, the present work has the aim to show that this movement is characterized by the need of a critical potential which is already present in Edmund Husserl's work. Moreover, this potential is considered here as a question related to the method, through which we gain access to the underlying structures of experience. Thus, the five levels described are the following: intersubjective community, interpersonal intersubjectivity, active constitution, passive synthesis and hyletic flow. According to this, the focus is set on showing the way in which they are always connected to one another allowing thus to describe the complexity through which experience is articulated. Das Kritische in Husserls Phänomenologie: Die Konstitutionsstufen als eine Frage der Methode Betrachtet man die zeitgenössische Diskussion zwischen kritischer, angewandter und engagierter Phänomenologie, so scheint es einen Anspruch auf eine kritische Stellung zu geben, wenn es darum geht, konkrete Erfahrungen und insbesondere jene Erfahrungen zu berücksichtigen, die im Laufe der Geschichte vernachlässigt wurden. Die vorliegende Arbeit hat daher das Ziel aufzuzeigen, dass diese Bewegung durch das Bedürfnis nach einem kritischen Potential gekennzeichnet ist, das bereits in Edmund Husserls Werk vorhanden ist. Darüber hinaus wird dieses Potential hier als Frage nach der Methode betrachtet, durch die wir Zugang zu den zugrunde liegenden Erfahrungsstrukturen erhalten. Die fünf beschriebenen Ebenen sind also die folgenden: intersubjektive Gemeinschaft, interpersonale Intersubjektivität, aktive Konstitution, passive Synthesis und hyletischer Fluss. Demnach liegt der Fokus darauf, die Art und Weise aufzuzeigen, in der sie immer miteinander verbunden sind, um so die Komplexität beschreiben zu können, durch die Erfahrung artikuliert wird. 2023 - German Julian Lünser Master's Thesis Master Erasmus Mundus: Europhilosophie Charles University, Prague 5th May 2023 Abstract Horizon and Alterity in Husserl The problem of alterity was not thematised frontally by Husserl, in contrast to the work of later phenomenologists. Notwithstanding, following the thesis that is defended here, it is possible to conceive of an implicit conception of alterity in Husserl's writings. Such a conception shows itself in a more precise analysis of Husserl's concept of the horizon which stands in an ambivalent relation to alterity: On the one hand, the horizon structure refers to a non-given excess, and thus opens up alterity; on the other hand, this excess is always already, at least minimally, prescribed and hence withdraws the otherness from the alterity. This ambivalent relation is described in the course of this master's thesis on different levels. This allows to distinguish between the alterity of the immediately appearing, exemplified by things and the own self, and the alterity of the mediately appearing, such as the other person. While it is possible to directly explicate and hence test the horizons of the immediatly appearing, such a possibility is not given for the apperception of the mediately appearing. Mai 2023 Zusammenfassung Horizont und Alterität bei Husserl Die Problematik der Alterität ist bei Husserl, anders als bei späteren Phänomenologen, nicht frontal thematisiert worden. Nichtsdestotrotz, so lautet die These dieser Master-Arbeit, ist es möglich, eine implizite Konzeption der Alterität bei Husserl auszumachen. Diese Konzeption zeigt sich in einer genaueren Analyse des Husserlschen Horizontbegriffs, der in einer ambivalenten Beziehung zur Alterität steht: Einerseits verweist die Horizontstruktur auf einen nicht gegebenen Überschuss, und eröffnet so die Alterität; andererseits wird dieser Überschuss immer schon, zumindest minimal, vorgezeichnet und entzieht der Alterität somit seine Andersartigkeit. Diese ambivalente Beziehung wird im Laufe der Arbeit auf verschiedenen Ebenen beschrieben. Dadurch lässt sich insbesondere zwischen der Alterität des unmittelbar Erscheinenden, etwa Dingen oder dem eigenen Selbst, und der Alterität des mittelbar Erscheinenden, etwa der anderen Person, unterscheiden. 2023 - German The present work deals with the philosophical roots and a philosophical embedding of logotherapy and existential analysis, a meaning-centered therapy, which was founded in the 20th century by Viktor Frankl. In the first chapter, the terms logotherapy, existential analysis and phenomenological analysis that are central to the form of therapy will be defined and the areas of application and tasks of this therapy presented. The second chapter presents the topic of existence. For this purpose, the understanding of existence in existential analysis will first be dealt with and central concepts such as transcendence, freedom, responsibility and the questions of life in relation to them explained. In a second part of the chapter, the philosophical justification will be based on the philosophy of Martin Heidegger; here the same terms will now be related to his understanding of ek-sistence and Dasein. The third chapter is devoted to the logotherapeutic dimensionalontology. In a first section, this ontology will be brought closer to its therapeutic context and in a second part, the philosophical reference will be made on the basis of Max Scheler's philosophy: here, in particular, terms such as person, Geist, the dimensional differences in humans and the ability to Gegenstandsfähigkeit will be focussed upon.... Zusammenfassung Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit den philosophischen Wurzeln sowie einer philosophischen Einbettung der Logotherapie und Existenzanalyse, eine sinnzentrierte Therapie, welche im 20. Jahrhundert von Viktor Frankl begründet wurde. In einem ersten Kapitel werden die für die Therapieform zentrale Begriffe Logotherapie, Existenzanalyse sowie phänomenologische Analyse definiert sowie die Anwendungs- und Aufgabenbereiche dieser Therapie vorgestellt. In einem zweiten Kapitel wird das Thema der Existenz erläutert. Hierfür wird zuerst auf das Existenzverständnis in der Existenzanalyse eingegangen und zentrale Begriffe wie Transzendenz, Freiheit, Verantwortung und die Fragen des Lebens in Bezug dazu erklärt. In einem zweiten Teil des Kapitels wird die philosophische Begründung anhand der Philosophie Martin Heideggers erfolgen; hier werden dieselben Begriffe nun in Bezug zu seinem Verständnis von Ek-sistenz und Dasein gebracht werden. Das dritte Kapitel widmet sich der logotherapeutischen Dimensionalontologie. In einem ersten Abschnitt wird diese Ontologie in seinem therapeutischen Kontext nähergebracht werden und in einem zweiten Teil wird anhand der Philosophie Max Schelers der philosophische Bezug hergestellt werden: hier werden insbesondere Begriffe wie Personsein, Geist, die dimensionalen...
