Záměrem konference bylo shrnout, co se za uplynulých 10 let událo v jednotlivých oblastech kultury (muzea a galerie, veřejné knihovnické a informační služby, scénická umění, kulturní dědictví). Rovněž nás zajímalo, jak se aktuálně daří dobrovolnictví v kultuře napříč republikou. Jaké jsou jeho formy, na jaké naráží bariéry a co je pro něj největší výzvou do budoucna. Cílem také bylo ukázat výhody dobrovolnictví těm, kteří se jím doposud nezabývali. Během dvou dnů byly představeny inspirativní projekty, příklady dobré praxe a aktivity regionálních dobrovolnických center v ČR v oblasti kultury.

This book comprises papers that originated from the invited lectures, survey lectures, short communications, and posters presented at the 20th seminar Programs and Algorithms of Numerical Mathematics (PANM) held in Hejnice, Czech Republic, June 21-26, 2020. All the papers have been peer-reviewed. The seminar was organized by the Institute of Mathematics of the Czech Academy of Sciences under the auspices of EU-MATHS-IN.cz, Czech Network for Mathematics in Industry. The objective of this series of seminars is to provide a forum for presenting and discussing advanced theoretical as well as practical topics in numerical analysis, computer implementation of algorithms, new approaches to mathematical modeling, and single- or multi-processor applications of computational methods.

Seminar on Numerical Analysis 2021 (SNA'21) is the 15th meeting in aseries of SNA events.The previous meetings were held in Ostrava 2003, 2005, Monínec 2006,Ostrava 2007,Liberec 2008,Ostrava 2009,Nové Hrady 2010, Rožnov 2011, Liberec 2012, Rožnov 2013, Nymburk 2014, Ostrava 2015, 2017, and 2019. SNA events help to bring together the Czech research community working in the field of numerical mathematics and computer simulations.The scope of the seminar ranges from mathematical modelling and simulation of challenging engineering problems, to methods of numerica lmathematics, numerical linear algebra, and high performance computing. SNA'21 has about 80 participants. Its programme includes the traditional Winter School with tutorial lectures focused on selected important topics within the scope of the seminar.This year, the Winter School includes the following lectures:

Příspěvek je věnován vyhodnocení zranitelnosti dopravy ČR projevy změny klimatu, a to na základě indikátorů zranitelnosti. Metodickým základem indikátorů zranitelnosti je koncept zranitelnosti rozlišující tři základní komponenty zranitelnosti – expozici, citlivost a adaptační kapacitu.

The second day was specifically dedicated to preclinical development, including covid-19, which focused on translation of the basic research into the application. The Conference provided an excellent opportunity to support networking and interactions among the CCP users and experts.

Cosmology on Small Scales 2020: Excessive extrapolations and selected controversies in cosmology

According to the modern cosmological paradigm, about 2/3 of the energy of the Universe is in dark form and about 5/6 of the matter is invisible. However, numerous recent independent attempts to detect dark-matter particles failed, and a number of other problems with the existence of dark energy and dark matter (such as the anomalous friction in the dark-matter halos of galaxies) become now more and more obvious. All these problems raise the question if the 'dark' substance is merely a result of the use of erroneous assumptions or incorrect models based e.g. on excessive extrapolations. Consequently, it is timely to gather specialists from various branches of astronomy and astrophysics to discuss these questions.

The 7th Moravian Conference on Rural Research EURORURAL takes place in the summer of 2020. The period of preparation and holding of the conference was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, which decisively reduced international travel. However, as we did not want to break the developed tradition, we decided to organize the conference online. At the same time, we hoped that this opportunity would allow the participation of colleagues who could not attend our conference personally due to collisions with other events, health, financial causes and other reasons. On the other hand, we were aware that we are entering a little-explored terrain and our intentions would not reach widely the international professional public\nReceived contributions cover various topics of rural development. Their spectrum reflects the current problems of European rural development. We already look forward to receiving some elaborated papers for their eventual publication in the European Countryside.\n
