This graduation thesis contains analysis of various aspects of the Epistle of James as Judeo- Christian halakhah addressed to the Diaspora Jews.according to an author's opinion, the author of the Epistle (traditionally, the bishop of Jerusalem church James the Just) wrote his encyclical to those readers who already knew the teachings of other Judaic and Christian missionaries. A Jew-rigorist from Palestine presented to co-brothers (who a priori were considered to be less religious) his understanding of holiness through temptations and deliberate poverty. In this paper, theological, social, and ethical aspects of the Epistle are researched through historical context of the author, i. e. his Sitz im Leben. Tato diplomová práce se týká analýzy různých aspektů Listu Jakubova jako židovsko-křesťanské halachy určené Židům v diaspoře. Podle názoru autora práce list byl napsán těm čtenářům, kteří učili ostatní židovské a křesťanské misionáře. Autor práce zkoumá teologické, sociální a etické aspekty listu prostřednictvím historického kontextu autora, tj. e. Sitz im Leben.

(in English): Abstract for thesis on the topic "The model of the world in the texts of children's folklore and peculiarities of its functioning in modern children's literature (the poetry of G. Oster)." The study examined the texts of rhymes and sadistic rhymes identified among pupils of junior classes, in order to identify the main features of modeling the world which are shown in the analyzed texts. Then the features of that models considered by the example of the texts of modern children's literature, in particular texts of G. Oster. The work performes next tasks: 1) to reveal the specifics of child's consciousness, reflected in studied children's folklore genres; 2) to compare the main features of modeling the world in the texts of rhymes and sadistic rhymes; 3) to identify the features of the functioning world's systems in modern children's literature (in the texts by G. Oster). An analysis of 70 text units, which function in the modern children's subculture, identified a specific children's picture of the world and its reflection in the texts of studied genres and texts of modern children's literature (for example the poetry of G.Oster). Finally, there are conclusions which characterize systems of modeling the world in studied genres, which are different from each other by the universal... (česky) Tématem diplomové práce je "Model světa v textech dětského folkloru a zvláštnosti jeho působení v současné dětské literatuře (na příkladu poezie Grigorije Ostera)". Studie se zaměří na texty rýmů a satirickou poezii žáků uvedených v průzkumu studentů v nižších ročnících a studijní materiály on-line zdrojů. Pracovní plán pro splnění těchto úkolů: 1) identifikovat specifičnost dětského vědomí, které se odráží ve studovaném žánru dětského folkloru; 2) porovnat vlastnosti modelů světa v rýmu a satirické poezii; 3) zvážit, jak je tento problém identifikován v dílech současných autorů pro děti (především na básních G. Ostera). Analýza textových jednotek odhalí konkrétní dětský pohled, vytváření nových slov a jejich reflexi v textech těchto žánrů. Budou učiněny závěry charakterizující žánry dětského folkloru jako modelů světa, představující odlišná univerzální sémantická pole, která mají řadu specifických lingvokulturních a lingvopsychologických funkcí. V závěrečné kapitole bude také posouzena Osterova poezie pro děti jako příklad použití prvků dětských folklorních textů.

Fungování vlastních jmen ve frazeologických jednotkách

(in English): The theme of this thesis project is the "Functioning of proper names in phraseological units". In the study researched phraseological units with proper names (anthroponymes) which are taken from the phraseological dictionary "Russian phraseology: historical and etymological dictionary", ed. V.M Mokienko. The subject of our study is to determine the characteristics of the functioning of proper names in phraseological units, in order to explain and show the translation of the function of proper names, to identify the role of proper names. In the thesis project were performed the following tasks: 1) identify and classify phraseological units with anthroponymes for reasons of their occurrence, and 3) explain by psycholinguistic experiment how the proper name loses its primary function - nominative, getting an evaluation function, and 4) check an acquisition of estimator function by anthroponymes on materials Russian National Corpus. In the study were analyzed 80 phraseological units with anthroponimes, revealed changes in the scope and content of the concept of a proper name in the phraseological unit. Finally, conclusions are made about acquisition the proper name in the frezeologicheskoy unit properties that can be applied to unlimited number of denotations. (česky): Tématem diplomové práce je "Fungování vlastních jmen ve frazeologických jednotkách." V práci byly prozkoumány frazeologické jednotky s vlastními jmény (tj. antroponimy) ze slovníku "Ruská frazeologie: historický a etymologický slovník", ed. V.M. Mokienko. Předmětem této studie je určit vlastnosti fungování vlastních jmen ve frazeologických jednotkách, vysvětlit a ukázat posun funkce vlastních jmen a identifikovat úlohu vlastních jmen. Během práce byly provedeny následující úkoly: 1) určit a klasifikovat frazeologické jednotky s antroponimy podle důvodu jejich výskytu; 2) vysvětlit pomocí psycholingvistických experimentů, jak (jakým způsobem) vlastní jméno ztrácí svou primární funkci nominativní a získává funkci hodnotící; 3) zkontrolovat získání hodnotící funkce antroponimy na materiálech ruského národního korpusu. V tomto studiu bylo analyzováno kolem 80 frazeologických jednotek s antroponimy. Byly odhaleny změny v rozsahu a obsahu pojmu vlastních jmen ve frazeologických jednotkách. V závěrečné kapitole byly učiněny závěry týkajíci se toho, jak vlastní jména ve frazeologické jednotce získávjí vlastnosti, které lze použít pro neomezený počet denotatu.

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou fenoménu nynějších ruských televizních seriálových adaptací. V teoretické části jsem především uvedl vše, co souvisí s televizním seriálem, adaptací literárního díla a vznikem seriálu v Rusku. V praktické části jsem detailně popsal strukturu a obsah televizního seriálu "Zlaté tele". Srovnáním literární předlohy a první filmové adaptace s poslední seriálovou adaptací, jsem poukázal na podobu nynějších ruských seriálů, natočených podle klasické literatury. In my dissertation I'm concerned with analysing phenomenon of russian TV serial adaptation. In theoretical part I have indroduced everything, that is correlative of TV serials, adaptation of literature work for screen and origin of TV serial in Russia. In my practical part I have described in details the serial "Little golden calf". By comparation of literature template and first movie adaptation I have pointed out, how does the new Russian TV serial adaptations look like.

Práce se věnuje otázce neurčitých zájmen v textech ruské umělecké literatury a jejich srovnání s českými ekvivalenty. Předkládá základní definice a klasifikace zájmen, problematiku stylu umělecké literatury a výskytu neurčitých zájmen v ruských beletristických textech a jejich překladech. Praktická část je věnována analýze ruských neurčitých zájmen a způsobu jejich překladu do češtiny. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy sledovaného jevu, které mohou být využívány jako teoretický podklad pro translatologickou praxi. This thesis deals with an issue of indefinite pronouns in Russian fictional literature and their comparison to the Czech equivalents. The work offers basic definitions and classification of pronouns, issues of fictional literature art style and using of indefinite pronouns in Russian fictional texts and their translations. The practical part is dedicated to analysis of Russian indefinite pronouns and methods of their translation to the Czech language. Conclusion summarizes the analysis results which can be used as a theoretical base for translation practice.

Tématem naší práce je jazyková analýza překladu obchodní smlouvy z ruského do českého jazyka. V teoretické části se věnujeme definování pojmu překlad a proces překladu. Dále se zaměřujeme na charakteristiku odborného stylu a uvádíme jazyková specifika právního jazyka a obecnou charakteristiku obchodního práva. Součástí práce je i praktická část, ve které analyzujeme překlad smlouvy z ruského do českého jazyka na základě celkové jazykové analýzy a také z hlediska překladatelských transformací. The theme of our Diploma thesis is a general language analysis of the translation of the business contract from Russian to Czech language. In the theoretical part we put our minds on the definiton of the translation and process of the translation. Then we focus on the characteristics of specialized style and we explain language specifics of the legal language and basic characteristics of the business law. The integral part of the thesis is also the practical part, in which we attempt to analyse the translation of the contract from Russian to Czech language on the basis of the general language analysis and translation´s transformation analysis.

V této diplomové práci se autor snaží popsat vznik a vývoj katolické církve na ruském Dálném východě. Popisuje zakládání nově vznikajících farností a jejich osidlování na tomto území. Také se věnuje jednotlivým osobnostem, které měly podíl na vzniku partikulární katolické církve, diecéze Vladivostok na ruském Dálném východě. Práce končí popisem období tvrdých stalinských represí, kdy došlo k likvidaci celé struktury církve i jednotlivých farností a fyzické likvidace duchovenstva v novém Sovětském Rusku. In this thesis the author tries to describes the origin and development of the Catholic Church in the Russian Far East. He describes the creation of newly-emerging parishes and its colonization in that territory. He also deals with the personalities who have contributed to the creation of the particular Catholic church ? the Diocese of Vladivostok - in the Russian Far East. This thesis is ending with a description of the period of Stalinist repression, when the whole structure of the church and parishes were destructed and when the clergy were physical liquidated in the new Soviet Russia.

V této diplomové práci je představena ruská básnířka, spisovatelka 20. století a čestná obyvatelka města Volgograd Margarita Konstantinovna Agašina.
Kromě samotného představení této významné volgogradské spisovatelky je zde také popsáno město Volgograd, které je nedílnou součásí pro její tvorbu.
V následující části jsou rozebírány některé její básně a poemy, a to proto, aby bylo snažší si některou z nich vybrat pro zařazení do učebního procesu. Dále jsou zde uvedeny možnosti jejího zařazení do školní praxe s uvedenými příklady využití. V přílohách jsou zařazeny jak texty o samotné spisovatelce, tak i ukázky z jejího díla. V praktické části jsou rozebírány možnosti práce jak už s texty, tak samotným představením básnířky.
V přílohách jsou zahrnuty její básně a úryvky z poem. Kromě nich se zde nachází i obrázky spojené se samotnou spisovatelkou, ale i městem Volgogradem.
Cílem diplomové práce je rozšíření znalostí v ruské literatuře 20. století pomocí představení M. K. Agašiny a její tvorby, geografii (město Volgograd) nejen u učitele ruského jazyka, ale i žáků samotných. Kromě toho jsou v praktické části uvedeny moderní metody pro využití práce s textem, ale i skupinové práce či práce ve třídě pomocí metody CLIL. Margarita Konstantinovna Agashina - well-known Russian poet, writer of 20th century and honourable inhabitant of the city Volgograd is presented in this diploma thesis.
Except the introduction of this important Volgograd writer, there is also described the city Volgograd which is inseparable part for her writing.
Some of writer´s poems are taken to pieces in the following part for easy choice of any of them for inclusion in didactic process. Furthermore, the posibilities of writer´s inclusion in school practise with examples of usage are also mentioned. In the appendix, there can be found both the texts about writer herself and the extracts from her work. The posibilities of work both with texts and writer´s presentation are shown in the practical part.
Writer´s poems and passages from her work are included in the apendix.
The main aim of this thesis is to widen the knowledge of Russian literature of 20th century with the help of introducing the writer and her work, geography (the city Volgograd) not just in Russian teacher´s knowledge, but also in pupil´s knowedge. Except this, the modern methods for work with the text, group work or work with the method "CLIL" are mentioned in the practical part.

Diplomové práce pojednává o utváření slovní zásoby z oblasti cestovního ruchu. První část popisuje objasnění termínu turizmus. Tato část rozkrývá slovní zásobu z oblasti historie, infrastruktury, současných a tradičních druhů turizmu.
Druhá část diplomové práce charakterizuje vlastnosti učebnic ??????? ?? - ???????. Tato část obsahuje materiály, které je možné zahrnout do vyučovacích hodin ruského jazyka. Část obsahuje různorodá cvičení s obsahem slovní zásoby z cestovního ruchu. Dále obsahuje práci s textem, přiřazování slovíček k obrázkům, práci s mapou, překlad a porozumění textu.
Součástí práce jsou přílohy, které obsahují tématický slovník turistické terminologie a slovní zásobu z oblasti cestovního ruchu. This thesis deals with the vocabulary formation in the field of tourism. The first part describes the clarification of the term tourism, uncovers the vocabulary in the field of history, infrastructure, current and traditional types of tourism.
In the second part of thesis are described the characteristics of the collection of books ??????? ?? - ???????. It contains materials which can be included into the Russian language lessons. It also consists of diverse exercises with the tourism vocabulary, work with text and maps, assign vocabulary to pictures, translation and understanding the text.
Another important part of the work are attachments which contain thematic vocabulary of the tourist terminology and vocabulary related to tourism.

Stalinská architektura zanechala nezapomenutelné stopy na vzhledu Moskvy i jiných měst ve formě monumentálních a jedinečných budov. Záměrem J. V. Stalina bylo přiblížit Moskvu americkým velkoměstům a právě výškové budovy jakožto ruské mrakodrapy měly být hlavním symbolem moderního města. Mezi nejznámější architektonické počiny tohoto období řadíme sedm stalinských výškových budov, přezdívaných také jako "sedm sester" nebo pouze "vysotki". Všechny tyto budovy byly postaveny v letech 1947-1957 a doposud je můžeme najít v Moskvě v téměř původním provedení. Patří mezi ně Lomonosova Moskevská státní univerzita, ministerstvo zahraničních věcí, hotel Ukrajina, hotel Leningradská, budova u Červené brány, dům na Kotelničeském náměstí a dům na Kudrinském náměstí. Stalinist architecture left memorable traces on the appearance of Moscow and other cities in the form of unique and monumental buildings. Stalin's intention was to show Moscow like a modern city with the Russian "skycrapers". Among the most famous architectural achievements of this period belong seven Stalinist skyscrapers, dubbed as the "seven sisters" or simply "vysotki". All of these buildings were built from 1947 to 1957 and now we can find them in Moscow in almost original design. "Seven sisters" include the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Hotel Ukraina, the Hotel Leningradskaya, Red Gates Administrative Building, Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Apartmenst and the Kudrinskaya Square Building.
