The main target of this work was further improvement of detection limits in the method of arsenic speciation analysis of tri- and pentavalent human metabolites in complex biological matrices. The method combines selective hydride generation with preconcentration and subsequent separation of substituted arsines in a cryogenic trap.

The set of different sizes of CdTe nanoparticles coated with MPA was synthetized and characterized by fluorescence spectra and lifetimes. Their application as a cell fluorescent markers was tested. Byla připravena sada CdTe kvantových teček o různých velikostech a charakterizována pomocí fluorescenčních spekter a doby života fluorescence. Byla testována možnost použití kvantových teček pro fluorescenční značení buněk.
