It was designed by SMS CZ demonstration unit for which basic functional tests have been performed. Operational data and protocols from the basic unit testing are presented. Small modifications of heat exchanger have been proposed. It is expected to propose fuel dosage control with regard to operator level and operation conditions. Na základě primárních testů na VŠB byla zkonstruována společností SMS CZ s.r.o. demonstrační jednotka, u které byly provedeny základní funkční zkoušky. Jsou prezentovány provozní data a protokoly z průběhu základního testování mobilní jednotky. Byly navrženy malé úpravy výměníku tepla. Předpokládá se návrh řízení dávkování paliva s ohledem na úroveň a podmínky obsluhy.

Laboratory Separation of Methanol from the Azeotropic Mixture (25 wt% Methanol and 75 wt% trimethylborate.

The work deals with laboratory separation of methanol from the azeotropic mixture (25 wt% methanol and 75 wt% trimethylborate). Four different manufactured membranes were tested. For all except one separation, separation was more or less successful. With PVA 4155-80 / 2871 the separation proceeded with good results, but very slowly, a condition that could increase the reaction rate could be an increase of temperature. Most selective membrane from Sulzer was PDMS 4155 -30/305 R, which separated MeOH with high efficiency and fast enough. The completely opposite effect than pervious membranes had the membrane PDMS 4060, which instead of MeOH separated Trimethylborate. Práce se zabývá laboratorní separací methanolu z azeotropické směsi (25 wt% methanol a 75 wt% trimethylborát). Byly testovány 4 různé průmyslově vyráběné membrány. U všech kromě jedné separace probíhala více méně úspěšně. U PVA 4155-80/2871 separace probíhala s dobrými výsledky, ale velice pomalu, podmínkou, která by mohla zvýšit rychlost reakce by mohlo být zvýšení teploty. Nejlépe z membrán od společnosti Sulzer dělila PDMS 4155 -30/305 R, která separovala MeOH s vysokou účinností a také dostatečně rychle. Naprosto opačný efekt pak měla membrána PDMS 4060, která místo MeOH separovala Trimethylborát.

Electrofloculation (electrocoagulation) of microalgae is a highly complex process involving a number of very complex transport, electrochemical, hydrodynamic and surface phenomena. The description of this process at the level of single mechanisms involved is too complicated and experimentally demanding, fortunately it is not absolutely necessary for the practical application. The electrofloculation was therefore approached by an engineering method that identified the criteria (range) of the desired variables and the main factors that affect them. For these factors, partial factorial experimental plans were designed. Elektroflokulace (elektrokoagulace) jednobuněčných řas vysoce komplexní děj zahrnující řadu velmi složitých transportních, elektrochemických, hydrodynamických a povrchových jevů. Popis toho děje na úrovni jednotlivých zahrnutých mechanismů je příliš složitý a experimentálně náročný a pro účely praktického využití tohoto jevu není zcela nezbytný. K elektroflokulaci bylo proto přestoupeno inženýrským způsobem, kdy byla identifikována kritéria (rozmezí) žádaných veličin a hlavní faktory, které je ovlivňují. Pro tyto faktory byly pak vytvořeny dílčí faktoriální plány experimentů.
