2024 - Czech The aim of the methodology is to describe the possibilities of sewage sludge treatment by composting and pyrolysis for the application in agriculture, with particular respect to the so-called micropollutants, but also to conventional pollutants, and to assess the risks of treated sludge for the soil environment and the uptake of (micro)pollutants by cultivated crops. The methodology is based on the results from laboratory and field experiments of a three-year project and on a critical approach to sludge as a potentially hazardous waste on the one hand and a recyclable source of nutrients on the other. Cílem předkládané metodiky je popsat možnosti úpravy čistírenských kalů kompostováním a pyrolýzou pro aplikaci v zemědělství, a to zejména s ohledem na tzv. mikropolutanty, ale i na konvenční polutanty, a posoudit rizika upravených kalů pro půdní prostředí a vstup (mikro)polutantů do pěstovaných plodin. Metodika vychází z výsledků laboratorních a terénních experimentů tříletého projektu a z kritického přístupu ke kalům jako potenciálně nebezpečnému odpadu na straně jedné a recyklovatelného zdroje živin na straně druhé. 2023 - Czech Methodological material summarizing variants of the habitat conservation principles for butterflies inhabitting mesophilic and humid grasslands under various scenarios of climate change. The species of interest, protected by the EU Habitats Directive, are Euphydryas aurinia, Phengaris nausithous, Phengaris teleius, Lycaena dispar and Lycaena helle. It includes the predictions of suitable locations for spontaneous or assisted colonization. Metodický materiál shrnující varianty zásad péče o stanoviště motýlů mezofilních a vlhkých nelesních stanovišť při různých predikovaných variantách klimatické změny. Zájmovými druhy, chráněnými Směrnicí o stanovištích EU, je hnědásek chrastavcový (Euphydryas aurinia), modrásek bahenní (Phengaris nausithous), modrásek očkovaný (Phengaris teleius), ohniváček černočárný (Lycaena dispar) a ohniváček rdesnový (Lycaena helle). Součástí je predikce vhodných lokalit pro spontánní nebo asistovanou kolonizaci. Methodology for identification of pollution sources using PMF for strategic decision making in air protection - update 2023

2023 - Czech The presented methodology proposes utilizatíon of the spectroscopy of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) as another analytical technique for the identification of compounds in atmospheric aerosols. This technique makes significantly increases the number of deterined substances and thus a number of possible markers, which can be subsequently used together with other methods to identify sources of air pollution using advanced statistical\nanalysis. Among the markers determined by NMR spectroscopy there are several organic and sulfonic acids or carbohydrates, wich are characteristic for relevant sources of air pollution. The updated methodology also shows the identification of a biogenic source that previous methodologies were not able to determine. Předkládaná metodika navrhuje využití spektroskopie nukleární magnetické rezonance (NMR) jako další analytické techniky pro identifikaci sloučenin v atmosférických aerosolech. Tato technika umožňuje výrazně zvýšit počet stanovovaných látek a tfm i případný počet markerů, které lze následně ve spojení s jinými metodami využít pro identifikaci zdrojů znečištění ovzduší pomocí pokročilé statistické analýzy. Mezi markery stanovované pomocí\nNMR spektroskopie náleží různé organické kyseliny, sulfonové kyseliny nebo sacharidy, které jsou charakteristické pro příslušné zdroje znečištění. Aktualizovaná metodika také představuje identifikaci biogenního zdroje, který předcházející metodiky nedokázaly stanovit. With the specific advice and tips, how to approach teaching at different levels of non-formal education. Text této publikace přináší vhled do problematiky filmové a audiovizuální výchovy v České republice. Rady a tipy jak lze k výuce na různých stupních neformálního vzdělávání přistupovat, a především přehled dvaceti čtyř inspirativních metod a cvičení, jichž lze ve výuce využívat. Může také sloužit jako inspirace pro formální vzdělávání. Text vychází ze zkušeností dvanácti odborníků s dlouholetou praxí v oboru, kteří předkládají čtenářům z řad pedagogů a lektorů svá know-how ve snaze ulehčit jim v pedagogické praxi. Práce je zaměřena na tvůrčí oblast filmové a audiovizuální tvorby i na práci s filmovou projekcí a následnou analýzou audiovizuálních děl, se kterými mohou pedagogové ve výuce kreativně pracovat. Návody, jak filmovou a audiovizuální výchovu efektivně začleňovat do vyučování, i odkazy na vhodnou literaturu a další lektorskou a metodickou pomoc začínajícím pedagogům. Methodology of participatory assessment of ecosystem services and their future scenarios in specially protected areas

2023 - Czech The aim of the methodology is to integrate ecosystem service assessment procedures into the processes of protection and management of specially protected areas. In particular, it is about expanding the assessment of ecosystem services of specially protected areas by the dimension of the involvement of local actors in the process of mapping and modeling ecosystem services. The methodology introduces procedures for participatory identification of benefits and values of nature, participatory creation of future development scenarios and participatory mapping and modeling of ecosystem services. These practices improve understanding and communication of the benefits and values of nature that protected areas contain and provide. Cílem metodiky je začlenit postupy hodnocení ekosystémových služeb do procesů ochrany a managementu zvláště chráněných území. Zejména se jedná o rozšíření hodnocení ekosystémových služeb zvláště chráněných územích o dimenzi zapojení místních aktérů do procesu mapování a modelování ekosystémových služeb. Metodika zavádí postupy pro participativní identifikaci přínosů a hodnot přírody, participativní vytváření scénářů dalšího vývoje a participativního mapování a modelování ekosystémových služeb. Tyto postupy zlepšují porozumění a komunikaci přínosů a hodnot přírody, které chráněná území obsahují a poskytují. Instrumental neutron activation analysis of psychoactive substances, mainly heroin, cocaine, metamphetamine and their adulterants

2023 - Czech Instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) is a robust analytical method theoretically well descibed and understood. INAA works with solid samples, dissolution is not required. The methodology introduces INAA background and lists procedures used for quality control. Protocols for INAA of heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine are described in details. Applications of INAA for psychoactive substances includes estimation of purity and adulterants used and drogs profiling. The metodology is based on measurement of laboratory and real samples. Instrumentální neutronová aktivační analýza je založena na robustním teoretickém základu a umožňuje analýzu vzorků v pevném stavu bez nutnosti jejich převedení do roztoku. Text metodiky zahrnuje představení základů INAA a příklady postupů používaných pro kontrolu přesnosti výsledků. Uveden je popis postupu analýzy heroinu, kokainu a metamfetaminu. Aplikace pro využití INAA zahrnují odhad čistoty a použitých ředících látek a profilování vzorků drog. Metodika je založena na analýze laboratorních a reálných vzorků. 2023 - Czech The aim of the certified methodology is to provide updated principles of effective integrated Colorado potato beetle management for the agricultural practice resulting from new findings on biology and population genetics in the situation, when the range of effective insecticides has been reduced, pest resistance to insecticides has been increased and agro ecological conditions have been changed. Colorado potato beetle is a very serious insect pest of potatoes, highly mobile and able to quickly develop insecticide resistance. The methodology was drawn up based on the newest findings on the efficacy of existing insecticides registered against Colorado potato beetle, taking into account newly acquired knowledge in the field of pest resistance to active ingredients and a necessity of ever increasing multiple applications. Cílem certifikované metodiky je předat zemědělské praxi aktualizované zásady efektivní integrované ochrany proti mandelince bramborové vycházející z nových poznatků o biologii a genetice populací za situace zužujícího se sortimentu účinných přípravků, narůstající rezistence škůdce k insekticidům a měnících se agroekologických podmínek. Mandelinka bramborová je velmi závažným škůdcem brambor, který je vysoce mobilní a schopný rychlého vývoje rezistence vůči insekticidům. Metodika byla koncipována na základě nejnovějších poznatků o účinnosti stávajících insekticidů registrovaných proti mandelince bramborové s přihlédnutím k nově získaným poznatkům z oblasti rezistence tohoto škůdce k účinným látkám a k nutnosti stále více se rozšiřujících vícenásobných aplikací. Target locations are, for example, archives, libraries, exhibition spaces and depositories of museums and churches and target objects of lead seals, organ pipes containing lead, stained glass windows, tin-lead dishes, technical monuments with lead solders, printing letters, etc. Cílem metodiky je konkretizovat postupy určení korozní agresivity vnitřních atmosfér pro oblast památkové péče, zejména v objektech se zvýšeným rizikem výskytu těkavých organických látek, které mohou svou korozní agresivitou ohrožovat kovové i další objekty s kulturní a historickou hodnotou.
