The conservation procedure deals with the collection of micro-samples from the surface of objects of high cultural value, where the entire collection process must be as gentle as possible, without macroscopically noticeable influence on their appearance. The main objective is to obtain samples carrying the most comprehensive part of the surface information while preserving the appearance of the examined objects, which is evidenced by the photodocumentation of the examined objects. Památkový postup řeší odběr mikrovzorků z povrchu předmětů vysoké kulturní hodnoty, kdy celý proces odběru musí být maximálně šetrný, bez makroskopicky zaznamenatelného vlivu na jejich vzhled. Hlavním cílem je získání vzorků nesoucích co nejkomplexnější část povrchových informací při zachování vzhledu zkoumaných předmětů, což je doloženo fotodokumentací zkoumaných předmětů.

The aim of the methodology is to present methods for quantifying the impacts of projected climate change on the water balance when applying adaptation measures in the Czech Republic for the next few decades. Adaptation measures should contribute to the sustainability of the water balance in all major user segments of water use and management in the basin. The main principle is the use of hydrological models to transform climate change scenarios into time series of hydrological conditions and to quantify the overall water balance of the basin using different types of adaptation measures and their implementation over time. Special emphasis is placed on the evaluation of combinations of adaptation measures that cannot be analysed by simplified methods. The methodology is designed to search for the optimal combination of adaptation measures in the assessed catchment. The proposed approach eliminates the shortcomings of effectiveness assessment from the perspective of the exclusive user of the water resource, as the evaluation of the effectiveness of adaptation measures is carried out in the form of a multi-criteria analysis of the evaluation of the outputs of the simulation model for predicting the water balance in the whole basin. This methodology can be used to assess different adaptation measures in all basic segments of water users: agriculture, forestry, energy, water management and others. Cílem metodiky je představit metody, jak kvantifikovat dopady předpokládané klimatické změny na vodní bilanci při užití adaptačních opatření v podmínkách ČR na několik příštích dekád. Adaptační opatření mají přispívat k udržitelnosti vodní bilance při ve všech hlavních uživatelských segmentech užití a nakládání s vodami v povodí. Hlavním principem je využití hydrologických modelů, prostřednictvím nichž lze scénáře změny klimatu transformovat do časových řad hydrologických poměrů a kvantifikovat celkovou vodní bilanci povodí s užitím adaptačních opatření různých typů a jejich realizace v čase. Speciální důraz je kladen na hodnocení kombinace adaptačních opatření, které nelze analyzovat zjednodušenými metodami. Metodika je navržena tak, aby bylo možné hledat optimální kombinaci adaptačních opatření v posuzovaném povodí. Navrhovaný postup eliminuje nedostatky hodnocení účinnosti z pohledu výlučného uživatele vodního zdroje, protože vyhodnocení účinnosti adaptačních opatření je realizováno formou multikriteriální analýzy vyhodnocení výstupů simulačního modelu predikce vodní bilance v celém povodí. Touto metodikou lze posuzovat různá adaptační opatření ve všech základních segmentech uživatelů vody: zemědělský, lesnický, energetický, vodohospodářský a další.

The goal of the preservation procedure is to practically describe the technological process of both the production of casein sealant itself and the method of application to damaged parts of the wood material, as well as the related preparation related to the cleaning of the damaged area from the remains of non-cohesive wood material, including its consolidation. The procedure primarily respects the protection of cultural heritage, especially the need to minimize interference with the original wood material. The applicability of this technique is very broad. There are many possibilities as to why and how to apply it. Cílem památkového postupu je prakticky popsat technologický proces jak samotné výroby kaseinového tmelu a způsob aplikace do poškozených částí dřevní hmoty, tak související přípravu týkající se čištění poškozeného místa od zbytků nesoudržné dřevní hmoty, včetně její konsolidace. Postup primárně respektuje ochranu kulturního dědictví, zejména potřebu minimalizace zásahu do originální dřevní hmoty. Použitelnost této techniky je velmi široká. Existuje mnoho možností, proč a jakým způsobem ji aplikovat.

Monument procedure - Measuring during repairs of carpentry structures

In this text, the author presents several measurement procedures intended for the repair of valuable carpentry structures. This is not a comletely exhaustive overview of individual options or a comparison of different methods. However, the selected examples summarize the most interesting experiences from twenty years of practice and experiments. For carpenters with varying degrees of expirience, the text tries to offer a number of inspiring insights thet can be used in a creative way even in conditions thet are quite different. Imporved measurement without unnecessary excesses decisively pushes the current limits of technical possibilities, thereby opening th way to more advanced repairs. V tomto textu autor představuje několik postupů vyměřování určených pro opravy hodnotných tesařských konstrukcí. Nejedná se o zcela vyčerpávající přehled jednotlivých možností či porovnání různých metod. Vybrané příklady však shrnují nejzajímavější zkušenosti z dvacetileté praxe a provedených experimentů. Tesařům s různou mírou zkušenosti se text snaží nabídnout řadu inspirativních postřehů, které lze tvůrčím způsobem využít i v podmínkách značně odlišných. Zdokonalené vyměřování bez zbytečných nadměrků totiž rozhodujícím způsobem posouvá stávající hranice technických možností, čímž otevírá cestu k vyspělejšímu provedení oprav.

This preservation procedure is the result of the research project entitled „Building stone surface topography and its application in the field of stone features restoration“ No.DG20P02OVV021, supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. The aim of the preservation procedure was to verify the suitability and applicability of precise measuring methods in order to assess the degree of restoration intervention in the area of traces of stone surface working. The method of close-range photogrammetry was chosen as a tool to evaluate the changes in the topography of stone surfaces bearing traces of working. Tento památkový postup je výsledkem výzkumného projektu s názvem „Topografie povrchu kamene a její aplikace v oblasti restaurování kamenných prvků“ č. DG20P02OVV021, podpořeném Ministerstvem kultury ČR. Cílem památkového postupu bylo ověření vhodnosti a použitelnosti přesných měřičských metod za účelem zhodnocení míry restaurátorského zásahu v oblasti stop po opracování povrchu kamene. Nástrojem pro hodnocení změn topografie kamenných povrchů nesoucích stopy po opracování byla zvolena metoda blízké fotogrammetrie.
