2023 - Slovak The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to present social work in the field of sexuality and relationships as one of the approaches to support people with mental disabilities in their integration into everyday life. The theoretical part describes the approach to the sexuality of persons with disabilities and discusses the attitude of the Rytmus - from the client to the citizen, z.ú. It focuses on the explanation of individual concepts important for the examined field, the tools used, associated with specific examples from practice when working with service users. The practical part presents qualitative research, the purpose of which is to identify the impact the support for people with intellectual disabilities in sexuality, intimacy and relationships has on their inclusion in everyday life, and how they can benefit from such support. The research was carried out on two levels - in the form of interviews with selected users of the service, as well as with workers - sexual confidants who provide such advice. The conclusions of the qualitative research showed that support in the field of relationships has a positive effect on the overall experience of clients, strengthens the feeling of one's own value and place in the society. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je predstaviť sociálnu prácu v oblasti sexuality a vzťahov, ako jeden z prístupov podpory ľudí s mentálnym postihnutím v začlenení do bežného života. Teoretická časť opisuje prístup k sexualite osôb s postihnutím a pojednáva o tom, aký postoj k tejto téme zastáva organizácia Rytmus - od klienta k občanovi, z.ú. Zameriava sa na vysvetlenie jednotlivých pojmov dôležitých pre skúmanú problematiku, vysvetľuje používané nástroje spojené so špecifickými príkladmi z praxe pri práci s užívateľmi služby. Praktická časť prezentuje kvalitatívny výskum, ktorého zámerom je identifikovať, aký vplyv má podpora ľudí s mentálnym postihnutím v sexualite, intimite a vzťahoch na začlenenie do bežného života, a aký prínos má táto podpora pre ľudí, ktorí ju využívajú. Výskum bol realizovaný na dvoch úrovniach - formou rozhovorov s vybranými užívateľmi služby, ako aj s pracovníkmi - sexuálnymi dôverníkmi, ktorí takéto poradenstvo poskytujú. Zo záverov kvalitatívneho výskumu vyplynulo, že podpora v oblasti vzťahov má pozitívny vplyv na celkové prežívanie klientov, upevňuje pocit vlastnej hodnoty a miesta v spoločnosti. Analýza stigmatizace LGBTQ+ lidí: reflexe reakcí v souvislosti s vraždou na Zámockej

2023 - Slovak This bachelor thesis entitled Analysis of stigmatization against LGBTQ+ people: a reflection of reactions regarding the murder at Zámocká explores the area of stigmatization in the context of social psychology and developmental psychology. The thesis draws on authors such as Henri Tajfel, Gordon W. Allport, Erving Goffman, and Mark A. Yarhouse, all of whom discuss concepts closely related to the process of stigmatization. The thesis further examines the sociological perspective on minorities as social groups, the perspective of social psychology on processes occurring in intergroup relationships and interactions between the majority and minority society, as well as the process of identity development and acquisition in individuals (members of marginalized minorities) in the context of the negative consequences of stigmatization. Additionally, the thesis emphasizes the reflection of theoretical knowledge through qualitative content analysis of sources related to the terrorist act on Zámocká Street, including selected media and statements from public representatives in Slovakia, with the goal of demonstrating the connection between the theoretical analysis of stigmatization and the processes taking place in Slovak society. Anotácia Táto bakalárska práca s názvom Analýza stigmatizace LGBTQ+ lidí: reflexe reakcí v souvislosti s vraždou na Zámockej sa zaoberá oblasťou stigmatizácie v kontexte sociálnej psychológie a vývojovej psychológie. V práci sa vychádza z pramenných autorov - Henri Tajfel, Gordon W. Allport, Erving Goffman, Mark A. Yarhouse, pričom všetci autori sa zaoberajú vo svojej tvorbe pojmami, ktoré sú úzko naviazané na proces stigmatizácie. V práci sa ďalej rozoberá sociologický pohľad na menšinu ako na sociálnu skupinu, pohľad sociálnej psychológie na procesy odohrávajúce sa v medziskupinových vzťahoch a v interakciách medzi väčšinovou a menšinovou spoločnosťou, a na proces budovania a získavania identity u jednotlivca (príslušníka marginalizovanej menšiny) v kontexte negatívnych dôsledkov stigmatizácie. 2023 - Slovak My bachelor's thesis titled "Employment Opportunities for People with special needs" addresses the issue of employing individuals with special needs. In the introduction, I present an overview of who these individuals are and provide an in depth classification of types of disabilities. The subsequent section discusses the role of social work and the involvement of social workers in the process of integrating people with special needs into the labour market. I then delve into the concept of work, which is of particular interest in the context of this issue, emphasizing its significance in people's lives and elucidating the specific importance of work for individuals with special needs. The main part of the thesis describes how the employment of people with special needs is approached in the Czech Republic. It examines the active employment policy and its tools, aiming to maximize the employment rate of vulnerable groups. Additionally, in this chapter, I present measures targeting employers that stem from Czech legislation. I briefly touch upon the significance of social economy and social enterprises within the topic being discussed. Anotácia Bakalárska práca s názvom "Pracovné príležitosti pre ľudí so zdravotným postihnutím" sa zaoberá problematikou zamestnávania týchto osôb. V úvode predstavujem, kto tieto osoby sú a bližšie klasifikujem druhy zdravotného postihnutia. V ďalšej časti uvádzam úlohu sociálnej práce a rolu sociálnych pracovníkov v procese začleňovania osôb so zdravotným postihnutím na trh práce. V bakalárskej práci ďalej rozoberám pojem práca, ktorý nás v kontexte tejto problematiky zaujíma a upozorňujem na jej význam v živote človeka a objasňujem špecifický význam práce pre osoby so zdravotným postihnutím. V hlavnej časti práce popisujem, ako je k problematike zamestnanosti ľudí so zdravotným postihnutím pristupované v rámci Českej republiky. Snažím sa priblížiť aktívnu politiku zamestnanosti a jej nástroje, ktorých cieľom je maximalizovať mieru zamestnanosti ohrozených skupín. Ďalej v tejto kapitole uvádzam opatrenia zamerané na zamestnávateľov, ktoré plynnú z legislatívy Českej republiky. V krátkosti sa zaoberám významom sociálnej ekonomiky a sociálnych podnikov v skúmanej problematike. V praktickej časti práce skúmam efektivitu nástrojov aktívnej politiky zamestnanosti v živote troch jednotlivcov so zdravotným postihnutím pri ich vstupe na trh práce, ako aj význam práce v ich živote. 2023 - Slovak In this thesis we study a special type of multidimentional data - directional data. The main part of this thesis consists of defining and comparing different ways of order- ing directional data. The most important functions used for ordering directional data presented in this thesis are angular depths. We will describe importnant properties of angular depths and we will discuss wheter each angular depth satisfies the formulated desirable properties. Using previously defined angular depths and median we show two ways of drawing the circular version of a boxplot. 1 V tejto práci budeme skúmať špeciálny typ viacrozmerných dát - smerové dáta. Hlav- nou časťou práce je predstavenie a porovnanie rôznych spôsobov usporadúvania dát a zavedenie zovšeobecnených definícií pre medián smerových dát. Najdôležitejším prezen- tovaným prístupom pre usporadúvanie smerových dát sú uhlové hĺbky. Popíšeme dôležité vlastnosti uhlových hĺbok a overíme, či nami definované uhlové hĺbky tieto vlastnosti spĺňajú. 2023 - Slovak The bachelor thesis, in its first part, is focused on staging of this script by a group of five Slovak actors as part of their studies at The Academy of Performing Arts (VŠMU) in Bratislava. The staging of the play has achieved success since 1998 not only across Slovakia, but also abroad. This production has later been added to the repertoire of Divadlo Astorka Korzo '90 in Bratislava where it is frequently sold out. In next part, is analyzed a play by Hungarian writer Gábor Görgey that began his career as a playwright in 1969. In Hungarian, the drama is called "Komásszony, hol a stukker?", while in both Slovak and Czech the title of the play is "Na koho to slovo padne". In the next chapter, thesis is focused on staging of this script. The aim of the thesis is to find out what lies behind this sucessful production and this phenomenon, which is still so popular among the audience after 500 performances and more than 25 years of its existence. Inscenácia, ktorú naštudovala pätica slovenských hercov v rámci ich štúdia na VŠMU, ktorí s touto inscenáciou od roku 1998 slávia úspech nielen po celom Slovensku, po ktorom pravidelne jazdia na zájazdy, ale aj v zahraničí, kde hosťujú, predovšetkým pre krajanou. Túto inscenáciu neskôr do svojho repertoáru zaradilo bratislavské Divadlo Astorka Korzo '90 a býva pravidelne vypredaná. Ďalej sa analyzuje divadelná hra maďarského spisovateľa Gábora Görgeyho, s ktorou v roku 1969 odštartoval svoju kariéru dramatika. V maďarčine nesie názov Komásszony, hol a stukker? v slovenskom aj českom prostredí je známa ako Na koho to slovo padne. V ďalšej časti sa práca venuje naštudovaní tohto textu. Cieľom tejto práce by malo byť zistenie, čo stojí za touto úspešnou inscenáciou, za týmto fenoménom, ktorý je aj po 500 reprízach a 25 rokoch svojej existencie stále tak obľúbený medzi divákmi. 2023 - Slovak This paper focuses on simulation modeling of the total aggregate reinsurer claim S when considering XL.reinsurance for multiple insurance lines. In the first part, this re- insurance structure is defined. In the second part of the paper, the collective model is approached, as well as the definition of copulas (comonotony copula, independence co- pula, Clayton's or Gumbelt's copula), and Sklar's theorem. The last part discusses a simulation study that shows the simulation of aggregate claims when considering inde- pendence as well as dependence of insurance industries. The simulation study outlines the theoretical approach in the introduction, explaining the heuristic algorithm it uses in simulating dependent industries. The conclusion of the study depicts one of the practical applications, and the outputs of the simulations. 1 Táto práca je zameraná na simulačné modelovanie celkového úhrnu plnenia zaistiteľa S pri uvažovaní XL.zaistenia pre viacero poistných odvetví. V prvej časti je definovaná táto zaistná štruktúra. V druhej časti práce je priblížený kolektívny model, ako aj definícia kopúl (kopula komonotonie, nezávislosti, Claytnova či Gumbeltova kopula), a Sklárova veta. Posledná časť pojednáva o simulačnej štúdii, ktorá zobrazuje simulovanie celkového úhrnu plnenia pri uvažovaní nezávislosti ako aj závislosti poistných odvetví. Simulačná štúdia v úvode naznačuje teoretický prístup, vysvetľuje heuristický algoritmus, ktorý využíva pri simulovaní závislých odvetví. 2023 - Slovak Thema works: Problematic issue with agility training in football (literary research) Student: Boris Kočiško Supervisor: Doc. PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D., MBA. Aims: The aim of the thesis was a literature search, which consists in focusing on the issue of agility in football and mainly observing, trying to record the currently available literature that relates to this issue and noting certain opinions and forming a certain node, which is the most relevant for coaches in this regard. Methodology: In this thesis, the method of literature search was used. While writing this thesis we used analyses of already existing foreign and Czech sources, which we commented with our own opinions. Results: Based on the literature search, an outline of the problem was made supported by other possible approaches, drawing on knowledge and experience from sport, football and agility training in both adult and youth settings. The thesis briefly analysed and then described briefly the issues in agility training. Thirty-two foreign sources and 10 Czech sources were studied, starting mainly from foreign sources as they offer a wider range of perspectives and experiences. We found that agility is a very important component of sport performance in soccer players. We pointed out the differences in different authors, the result... Názov bakalárskej práce: Problematika tréningu agility vo futbale (literárna rešerš) Zpracoval: Boris Kočiško Vedúci bakalárskej práce: Doc. PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D., MBA. Ciele práce: Cieľom práce bola literárna rešerš, ktorá spočíva v tom, že sa zameriavame na problematiku agility vo futbale a hlavne sledujeme, snažíme sa zaznamenať aktuálne dostupnú literatúru, ktorá sa tejto problematiky týka a zaznamenaváme určité názory a vytvoriť určitý uzus, čo je pre trénerov z tohto hľadiska najpodstatnejšie. Metodika práce: V tejto práci bola použitá metóda literárnej rešerše. Pri písani tejto práce sme využívali analýzy už existujúcich zahraničných a českých zdrojov, ktoré sme okomentovali o vlastné názory. Výsledky: Na základe literárnej rešerše bol spravený náčrt problematiky podporený ďalšími možnými prístupmi, pričom sa vychádzalo z poznatkov a skúseností zo športu, futbalu a tréningu obratnosti v prostredí dospelých aj mládeže. Práca stručne analyzovala a následne opísala stručnú problematiku tréningu agility. Bolo preštudovaných 32 zahraničných zdrojov a 10 českých, výchádzali sme prevažne zo zahraničných zdrojov, pretože ponúkajú širšiu škálu perspektív a skúseností. 2023 - Slovak The quality of a parameter estimate is usually assessed using the mean squared error (MSE). For one dimensional parameter, the estimate constructed using the least squares method is the best. However, for a vector parameter with more than two dimensions this estimator becomes inadmissible. There is always some different estimator which domi- nates the least squares estimate regardless of the parameter value. This phenomenon is well known as the Stein Paradox. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe admissi- bility and inadmissibility of an estimator, define the James-Stein estimator and perform a simulation study to compare different estimators. 1 Kvalita odhadu parametra sa často posudzuje pomocou strednej kvadratickej odchýlky (MSE). Pre jednorozmerný parameter je odhad konštruovaný pomocou metódy najmen- ších štvorcov najlepší. Pri odhadovaní viac ako dvojrozmerného parametra sa však odhad stane neprípustný, teda vždy existuje vzhľadom k MSE iný odhad, ktorý bude lepší ako MSE odhad bez ohľadu na hodnotu parametra. Tento záver je známy ako James Stein pa- radox.
