Možnosti využití arteterapie při práci se vztahem k vlastnímu tělu

2023 - Czech Tématem této práce je prozkoumání možností využití arteterapie při práci se vztahem k vlastnímu tělu. V teoretické části práce je popsán konstrukt vztah k vlastnímu tělu (body image) a výsledky dosavadních výzkumů, které propojují body image s arteterapií. Za účelem zkoumání možností využití arteterapie při práci se vztahem k vlastnímu tělu byl veden výtvarný kurz se zaměřením na vztah k vlastnímu tělu, jehož průběh je v práci detailně přiblížen. Součástí popisu průběhu kurzu je i odůvodnění výběru výtvarných technik a témat. S každým z účastníků byl po skončení kurzu veden individuální rozhovor. Artefakty 2 účastníků byly zpracovány kazuistickou formou s cílem přiblížit možné proměny ve vztahu k vlastnímu tělu, ke kterým došlo v průběhu kurzu. V práci je diskutována vhodnost jednotlivých technik a témat pro práci se vztahem k vlastnímu tělu. The theme of this thesis is to explore the possibilities of using art therapy when working with body image. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the construct of body image and the results of previous research that link body image with art therapy. In order to explore the possibilities of using art therapy in body image work, an art course was conducted with a focus on body image. The course is described in detail in the thesis.The reasons for the choice of art techniques and themes is part of the description of the course. Each participant was interviewed individually after the course. The artefacts of two participants were described in a case study form in order to present the possible transformations in body image that occurred during the course. The appropriateness of each technique and theme for body image work is discussed in the thesis. Práce se sny v arteterapii jako cesta k sebepoznání

2023 - Czech Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit možné využití snové práce v arteterapii s důrazem na její potenciál vedoucí k hlubšímu sebepoznání a lepší orientaci v životě člověka. Sleduje, jakým způsobem umožňuje výtvarné ztvárnění snu pochopení či rozšíření jeho obsahu a odkazu na důležitá osobní témata. Teoretická část této práce pojednává o snu z hlediska historického i současného chápání, seznamuje s terapeutickými přístupy ke snové práci v pojetí některých autorů, zmiňuje základní pojmy používané při analytické práci se sny a dále se věnuje práci se sny přímo v arteterapii, včetně postupů projektivně-intervenční arteterapie, ze kterých je vycházeno v následující praktické části. V té jsou představeny výtvarné artefakty účastníků této studie reflektující jejich vybrané sny. Praktická část se zaměřuje především na analýzu těchto artefaktů a nabízí možný způsob, jak výtvarně a interpretačně pracovat se snovými obrazy a jejich symbolikou. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to present the possible use of dream work in art therapy. The emphasis is on its potential leading to deeper self-knowledge and better orientation in human life. It observes how the artistic representation of a dream enables the understanding or expansion of its content and reference to important personal topics. The theoretical part of this study deals with the dream from the perspective of historical and contemporary understanding. It introduces therapeutic approaches to dream work in the view of some authors. It also mentions the basic terms used in analytical work with dreams and further deals with working with dreams directly in art therapy. It includes procedures of projective-interventional art therapy, on which the following practical part is based. This part presents art artifacts of the participants of this study reflecting their dreams. The practical part focuses primarily on the analysis of these artifacts and offers a possible way to creatively and interpretatively work with dream images and their symbolism. Výtvarné zpracování tématu Loutkové divadlo u lidí se závislostí na návykových látkách

2023 - Czech Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výtvarné ztvárnění arteterapeutického tématu Loutkové divadlo lidmi se závislostí na návykových látkách léčících se v terapeutické komunitě. Společně s prezentací tématu Loutkové divadlo si klade za cíl poskytnout oporu pro interpretaci tématu Loutkové divadlo v rámci projektivně-intervenčního přístupu v arteterapii. Zabývá se tématy závislosti a loutkového divadla, která pak vyústí do podkapitoly pojednávající o Loutkovém divadle z hlediska arteterapie. Závislost je rozebírána z hlediska její definice, forem či příčin. Konkrétně jsou zmíněny typy drog a jejich účinky a léčba závislosti v ČR se zřetelem k terapeutickým komunitám, přičemž je zde přiblížena i role arteterapie v léčbě. Část o loutkovém divadlu pak pojednává o vzniku a funkci divadla a loutek a o jejich konstrukčních typech. Vše zmíněné tvoří podklad pro uchopení tématu Loutkové divadlo v intencích projektivně-intervenční arteterapie, které dokládá artefakty získanými během výzkumného šetření a analyzuje je s cílem definovat znaky opakující se v rámci tvorby lidí se závislostí. The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the artistic rendering of the art therapy theme Puppet Theatre by people with substance use disorder who are being treated in a therapeutic community. While presenting the topic of the Puppet Theatre, the work aims to provide support for the interpretation of the Puppet Theatre theme within the projective-intervention approach in art therapy. It deals with the topics of addiction and puppet theatre, which then leads to a sub-chapter dealing with puppet theatre from the perspective of art therapy. The addiction is analyzed from the point of view of its definition, forms or causes. We mention in particular the types of drugs, their impact and the treatment of addiction in the Czech Republic with regard to therapeutic communities, while the role of art therapy in treatment is introduced as well. The section about puppet theatre discusses theatre and puppets origins and purpose including their construction types. All of the aforementioned forms the basis for the Puppet Theatre in the intentions of projective-interventional art therapy, documents it by the artefacts obtained during the research investigation and analyses in to define features recurring in the work of people with addiction. Evolúcia socio-kultúrnych adaptací člověka: Fylogenetická medzi-kultúrna perspektíva

2023 - English This thesis investigates the adaptive significance of seemingly maladaptive human behaviors or cultural norms that are often viewed as responses to intra- and inter-sexual conflict. It combines behavioral ecological approach with phylogenetic comparative methods to study evolutionary origins and maintenance of these practices, using samples of ethnographically documented human societies. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section is the introduction to evolutionary sciences of human behavior, including an overview of the theoretical perspectives and a critical evaluation of the methodological approaches to macro-evolutionary studies of human behavior and culture. The second section consists of three chapters - two published research papers and a manuscript that is currently under review. The first paper investigates female and male genital mutilation/cutting practices, their evolutionary history, and socio-ecological correlates; the second paper investigates restrictions on female premarital sex and evaluates the three hypotheses explaining them - male, female, and parental control hypothesis; the third paper investigates the causes of socially imposed monogamy and evaluates the competing hypotheses explaining its prevalence in stratified, agricultural societies. The last section summarizes the results of the three studies and concludes with perspectives of future research. Hranice demokracie jako výzva ve výuce občanské výchovy

2023 - Czech Diplomová práce je věnována didaktické transformaci politologického tématu hranic demokracie aplikované ve výuce výchovy k občanství (VkO). Obsahuje teoretickou (politologickou) a praktickou (didaktickou) část. V teoretické části práce analyzuje populistický přístup vládnutí některých současných politiků, kteří se ve své konkrétní zemi dostali k moci, a následky jejich vlády na demokratické fungování státních institucí. Pro tento účel byly vybrány tři příklady - Andrej Babiš (ANO 2011), Donald J. Trump (Republican Party) a Recep Tayyip Erdo?an (AK PARTi). Text navazuje syntézou získaných poznatků, čímž vytváří profil nedemokratického populisty, mimo to analyzuje průniky tématu s RVP ZV, učebnicemi internetovými materiály. V praktické části jsou politologická data didakticky transformována do výuky tématu ve výchově k občanství v alternativní škole, finálně je tato výuka upravena na dvouhodinovou lekci hranic demokracie. The master's thesis objective is a didactic transformation of the political science theme boundaries of democracy in civic education. It contains a theoretical (political sciences) and a practical (didactic) part. The theoretical part of the work analyses the populist approach to governance of certain current politicians who gained a vast amount of political power in their state. Three examples were chosen for this purpose: Andrej Babiš (ANO 2011), Donald J. Trump (Republican Party), and Recep Tayyip Erdo?an (AK PARTi), their characteristics are merged to make a populist politician dangerous for the democratic establishment. In the practical part, these data are didactically transferred to teaching civic education. It analyses textbooks and internet manuals for teachers. The thesis end with teaching of the given topic in an alternative school and transferring that experience into a methodical lecture for teaching the boundaries of democracy. 2023 - Czech Diplomová práce teoreticko-projektového charakteru se zabývá zpracováním výtvarného projektu s názvem "Využití materiálů na bázi dřeva", který byl realizován v rámci předmětu výtvarné výchovy na druhém stupni základní školy. Teoretická část se zabývá především technickým a technologickým hlediskem dřeva a materiálů na jeho bázi, neboť základní odborné znalosti jsou nezbytné pro práci s jakýmikoliv materiály. Praktická část obsahuje experimentální workshop, který posloužil k ověření teoretických východisek a zároveň jako experiment nových či neobvyklých výtvarných technik práce s danými materiály. Dále obsahuje provedení projektu, jenž byl rozdělen do devíti lekcí. Tyto lekce byly uskutečněny se žáky šesté třídy základní školy Mníšek pod Brdy. Výsledky žákovských prací jsou zdokumentovány a jsou taktéž součástí této kvalifikační práce. This thesis is a theoretical and practical exploration of an art project titled: "The Use of Wood-based Materials". The project was conducted within the framework of art education at the second level of primary school. The theoretical section focuses on the technical and technological aspects of wood, and wooden materials. This knowledge is considered fundamental for working with any material in an artistic context. The practical component of the project involved an experimental workshop that served as a way to test the theoretical background and experiment with new or unusual artistic techniques of working with the given materials. The project was executed over a certain nine of lessons, and these lessons were conducted with pupils of the sixth grade at Mníšek pod Brdy primary school. The results of the pupils' work were documented and are included in this qualification work. Do přírody se skřítkem Jáchymáčkem - opora pro environmentální výchovu v předškolním vzdělávání

2023 - Czech Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na environmentální výchovu v mateřské škole. Environmentální aktivity, obsažené v bakalářské práci, si kladou za cíl propojení mateřské školy s okolní přírodou a také vytváření kladného vztahu dětí k přírodě. V bakalářské práci jsou vymezeny pojmy vztahující se k environmentální výchově a jejímu obsahu při rámcově vzdělávacím programu. Autorka v bakalářské práci zmiňuje mimo jiné i vliv prostředí na dítě, které s environmentální výchovou úzce souvisí. Upozorňuje tak na benefity, které děti pobytem v přírodě a terénní výukou získávají. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou obsaženy tematické celky společně s konkrétními aktivitami vytvořenými autorkou pro klinickou mateřskou školu a její blízké okolí. Navržené aktivity jsou určeny pro lokality: rybník Vajgar, okolní luční a polní ekosystémy, Jindrova naučná stezka, Slavíkův les, školní zahrada a zahrada SOU. Následně jsou tyto celky a aktivity evaluovány. Bachelors thesis is focused on environmental education in kindergarten. Environmental activities contained in this thesis aids for connection between nature and preschooling as well as building-up positive attitude to nature it self amongts children. Bachelor thesis further defines tems related to environmental studies and koncept with in educational framework program. The Author among others things also mentioning the influence of environment on children which is closely related to environmental studies. Than points out on benefits children gains while Theky being educated in nature. The practical part contains thematic units together with specific activities created by the author those are designed for clinical kindergarten and its nearest surroundings such as Vajgar pond, meadow and field ecosystems Jindra´s leasing travil, Slavik forest, kindergarten garden and garden that belong to secondary school. Functional analysis of cryoprotectant system in Chymomyza costata

2023 - English In this study, employing an integrated approach that involves transcriptomics, metabolomics, and other techniques, we aimed to understand the mechanistic roles of the cryoprotective system underlying extreme freeze tolerance in the larvae of the drosophilid fly, Chymomyza costata. Metabolomics unveiled the complex composition of the seasonally accumulated larval innate mixture of putative cryoprotectants. This mixture was predominantly composed of proline and trehalose, supplemented by minor components (glutamine, asparagine, betaine, sarcosine, glycerophospho-choline, and ethanolamine). We identified food ingestion as a significant source for the direct assimilation of amino compounds, while glycogen and phospholipids served as the primary internal sources for the biosynthesis of other cryoprotectants. The utilization of MALDI-MSI to observe cryoprotectants revealed distinct behaviors of proline and trehalose during ecologically relevant, gradual inoculative extracellular freezing of larvae. Trehalose exhibited accumulation in partially dehydrated hemolymph, inducing a transition to the amorphous glass phase. On the other hand, proline migrated to the boundary between extracellular ice and dehydrated hemolymph and tissues, forming a layer of dense viscoelastic liquid. Finally, through a combination of in vivo and in vitro assays, we found that cell membranes are likely targets of freezing injury, while their integrity is sustained by accumulated small cryoprotective molecules and proteins in cold-acclimated C. costata larvae. Contrary to our expectations, our assays did not provide support for the hypothesis that proteins (soluble enzymes) require in vivo stabilization through the accumulation of cryoprotectants.
