2023 - German The present work on the phenomenon of the new sees itself as an introductory structure of kainology. In doing so, it is pursuing two goals. On the one hand, it seeks the establishment of a new philosophical concept and an independent philosophical method, kainology. On the other hand, the main scope of this investigation applies to the problematization of the phenomenon of the new. In order to take a systematic look at the new, the work is divided into three sections, each of which produces its own partial result. The first section deals with the history of the new. Exemplifying the ontological opposition of Heraclitus and Parmenides, the new emerges as a phenomenon that can be treated more precisely in terms of becoming rather than in terms of being. The second section is dedicated to the method. The kainological method is based on the one hand on dialectics as formulated by Hegel and further developed by Adorno. On the other hand, kainology borrows from the method of phenomenology, namely Husserl's. The complementarity of the two pioneering achievements results in four main methodological elements for kainology: first person singular, from fact to Wesen, the included middle and subject-object. Die vorliegende Arbeit am Phänomen des Neuen versteht sich als einleitender Aufbau der Kä- nologie. Damit verfolgt sie zwei Ziele. Einerseits handelt es sich um die Etablierung eines neuen philosophischen Begriffes und einer eigenständigen philosophischen Methode, der Känologie. Andererseits gilt der Hauptumfang dieser Untersuchung der erst beginnenden Problematisie- rung des Phänomens des Neuen. Um die systematische Betrachtung des Neuen vorzunehmen, ist die Arbeit in drei Abschnitte geteilt, die jeweils ein eigenes Teilergebnis hervorbringen. Der erste Abschnitt beschäftigt sich mit der Geschichte des Neuen. Exemplarisch Bezug nehmend auf die ontologische Opposition von Heraklit und Parmenides, weist das Neue sich als Phänomen aus, das präziser behandelt werden kann in Hinblick auf das Werden, anstatt in Hinblick das Sein. Der zweite Abschnitt widmet sich der Methode. Die känologische Methode stützt sich dabei einerseits auf die Dialektik, wie sie von Hegel formuliert und von Adorno weiterentwickelt wird. Anderseits bezieht Känologie Anleihen bei der Methode der Phänomenologie, namentlich der Husserlschen. Alespoň do té míry, do jaké jí objektivně plánovat lze. Proč se máme ohlížet a kout nové plány? Na podzim 2021 se ustavila nová vláda, a s ní i vize prostřednic- tvím jejího programu. To je po předcházejících osmi letech ve stojatých až stagnujících vodách zásadní změna, a snad i naděje. In Corpore sano, mens sana? Román Corpus Delicti (2009) od Juli Zeh a aktuální koronavirové diskurzy v České republice a v Německu

2023 - German The book Corpus Delicti by Juli Zeh, published in 2009, has become very relevant and much discussed with the appearance of the Covid pandemic. The media often uses words such as "prophetic" and "visionary" because the book describes themes and events that are too reminiscent of the realities during the pandemic. This work analyzes the work and the political system it describes, along with its jurisprudence and positions in society. It also reconstructs the discourses of freedom and security in the 21st century and the Corona discourses related to them. Subsequently, a comparison of Corpus Delicti and the Corona discourses is made, focusing mainly on differences and parallels between the political systems. Kniha Corpus Delicti od Juli Zeh, vydaná v roce 2009, se stala velmi aktuální a hojně diskutovanou v souvislosti s výskytem pandemie Covid. Média často používají slova jako "prorocký" a "vizionářský", protože kniha popisuje témata a události, které až příliš připomínají realitu během pandemie. Tento článek analyzuje dílo a politický systém, který popisuje, spolu s jeho judikaturou a pozicemi ve společnosti. Rekonstruovány jsou jak diskurzy svobody a bezpečnosti v 21. století, tak s nimi související diskurzy ohledně Coronavirové pandemie. Následně je provedeno srovnání Corpus Delicti a coronavirových diskurzů, přičemž je pozornost věnována především rozdílům a paralelám mezi oběma politickými systémy. Co je "změna klimatu"? Vyjednávání významu v současném diskursu.

2023 - German In this paper will be investigated what is the actual meaning of climate change (Klimawandel). Since it is a problem of semiotic nature, Peirce's conception of the sign, especially the assignation of signifier to the signified, will be taken as a starting point. This is the fundamental principle of the pragmatic approach to meaning (negotiation of meaning). Language corpora and lexical feature maps (SOMs) are used to analyze the language context of climate change (Klimawandel). It will be examined how meaning is currently defined in dictionaries of the German language. Texts from politics, industry and science are analyzed to shed light on the process of negotiating of meaning in these contexts. This paper also aims to make a general contribution to the discussion on climate change. Tato práce se zabývá otázkou, jaký je skutečný význam spojení změna klimatu (Klimawandel). Jelikož se jedná o problém sémiotické povahy, práce vychází z Peircova pojetí znaku, zejména z přiřazování označujícího k označovanému. Jedná se o základní princip pragmatického přístupu k významu (negotiation of meaning). K analýze jazykového prostředí slova Klimawandel (klimatická změna) jsou využity jazykové korpusy a mapy (SOM). Je osvětleno, jak je význam v současnosti definován ve slovnících německého jazyka. Analyzovány jsou texty z oblasti politiky, průmyslu a vědy, aby mohl být přiblížen proces vyjednávání významu v těchto kontextech. Cílem této práce je také přispět obecně k diskusi o klimatické změně. Analýza a zpracování terminologie z oblasti chovu koní a jezdectví ve Velkém německo-českém akademickém slovníku.

2023 - German The presented bachelor thesis concentrates on the analysis and elaboration of the terminology in the field of horse breeding and horsemanship in the Large German-Czech Academic Dictionary, according to the requirements of the lexical database LGCAD. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on modern lexicographical literature, defines the term of professional language, professional terminology, and terminological dictionary, and deals with the professional language of horse breeding and horsemanship. The main part of the thesis deals with critical analyses of the treatment of terms in various handbooks, focusing on several items such as morphology extent, and quality of equivalence, registration of typical collocation, terminological synonymy and lexicographic example, and bringing to justice several terminological inaccuracies found in the available literature. The practical part consists of fifty elaborated terms from the field of horse breeding and horsemanship. Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a zpracováním terminologie z oblasti chovu koní a jezdectví ve Velkém německo-českém akademickém slovníku, a to dle nároků lexikální databáze VNČAS. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází z moderní lexikografické literatury, definuje termín odborného jazyka, odborného lexika i terminologického slovníku, zabývá se také odborným jazykem chovu koní a jezdectví. Stěžejní část práce se zabývá kritickými analýzami zpracování termínů v různých příručkách, které se zaměřují na řadu položek jako např. morfologie, rozsah a kvalita ekvivalence, podchycení typické kolokability, terminologická synonymie a lexikografický příklad, a uvádí na pravou míru několik terminologických nepřesností, které lze nalézt v dosavadní literatuře. Praktická část je tvořena padesáti zpracovanými termíny z oblasti chovu koní a jezdectví. Podoby domova v díle Joachima Ringelnatze

2023 - German Literary history so far has viewed the figure of the writer and painter Joachim Ringelnatz (born Hans Bötticher) mainly as a dadaistically humorous cabaret performer and globetrotter, who became famous for his poems about the everlastingly drunken sailor Kuttel Daddeldu or for his satirical poems about the contemporary reality of the Weimar Republic. Although we can indeed (now and then) observe this layer in his writings, the present work will attempt to dispel this generally received image and show that Ringelnatz's oeuvre is far richer than what has been described so far. In doing so, we will focus primarily on the motif of home, its forms, and the questions associated with it: what conception of home does Ringelnatz distance himself in his emphasis on homelessness from? What values and functions, on the other hand, is his positive idea of home connected with? Are these notions constant in his work or variable depending on the creative phase, genre, or purpose of the text? Dosavadní literární historie nahlíží na postavu spisovatele a malíře Joachima Ringelnatze (vl. jm. Hans Bötticher) převážně jako na dadaisticky humoristického kabaretiéra a světoběžníka, který proslul svými básněmi o věčně opilém námořníkovi Kuttel Daddeldu nebo básněmi, které se svým satirickým laděním vyjadřovali k soudobé realitě tehdejší Výmarské republiky. Ačkoliv tuto vrstvu díla můžeme skutečně v jeho díle (občas) pozorovat, pokusí se předkládaná práce tento obecně zažitý obraz zviklat a ukázat, že Ringelnatzovo dílo je daleko bohatší, než jak bylo doposud popisováno. Při tom se zaměříme především na motiv domova, jeho podoby a otázky s ním spojené: Od jakého pojetí domova se Ringelnatz distancuje při emfázi bezdomovectví? S jakými hodnotami a funkcemi je naopak spojena jeho pozitivní představa domova? Jsou tato pojetí v jeho díle konstantní, nebo proměnlivá v závislosti na tvůrčí fázi, žánru či účelu daného textu? 2023 - German The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a commented translation. For this paper, some chapters of the program "Plán spravedlivé územní transformace 2021-2030 Karlovarský kraj" were selected, which deliver the main information about the initiative. The reason to choose this text is the neighborhood between Saxony and the Region Karlovy Vary. Future cooperation in those fields of development according to the program might be beneficial for both the states. The goal of the bachelor's thesis was to analyze the source and target text in the translation progress. For this reason, Christiane Nord's methods were chosen, which provide data about various relevant perspectives. This is pivotal important for evaluating the translation steps and getting a closer view of related difficulties and problems. Tématem bakalářské práce je komentovaný překlad. Pro tuto práci byly vybrány některé kapitoly z programu "Plán spravedlivé územní transformace 2021-2030 Karlovarský kraj", které přinášejí hlavní informace o této iniciativě. Důvodem výběru tohoto textu je sousedství Saska a Karlovarského kraje. Budoucí spolupráce v těchto oblastech rozvoje podle programu by mohla být přínosná pro oba státy. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat výchozí a cílový text v postupu překladu. Z tohoto důvodu byly zvoleny metody Christiane Nordové, které poskytují údaje o různých relevantních perspektivách. Tento způsob je stěžejní a důležitý pro zhodnocení kroků překladatele a získání bližšího pohledu na překladatelské obtíže a problémy. Nostalgie v prózách Josepha Rotha ve třicátých letech 20. století

2023 - German This thesis explores the feeling of nostalgia found in the works by Joseph Roth from the 1930's, namely in two novels (Radetzky March, The Emperor's Tomb) and one novella (The Bust of the Emperor). The main concern of the thesis is the Habsburg nostalgia and the longing for the former Austro-Hungarian Monarchy that the author of these works experienced. The first part describes nostalgia (not only from a psychological but also from a philosophical point of view) and its occurrence in literature, especially in the German-written literature of the period after the First World War. The next chapters deal with the author and the historical context of the period. Joseph Roth's views and opinions were greatly influenced by various historical events and his life experiences, so this section outlines an overview of Austrian history relating to each of the three books, as well as the author's life journey. The second part of the thesis analyses the three above mentioned books from the perspective of the Habsburg nostalgia and the longing for the Austro-Hungarian monarchy through the eyes of the author but also from the perspective of the nostalgia of the individual characters who appear in the books. Some of the characters even share the author's attitudes and opinions. The analysis is supported by excerpts... Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pocitem nostalgie obsaženého v dílech Josepha Rotha z 30. let 20. století, konkrétně ve dvou románech (Pochod Radeckého, Kapucínská krypta) a jedné novele (Císařova bysta). Jedná se zejména o habsburskou nostalgii a stesk po zaniklé Rakousko-uherské monarchii, které autor těchto děl pociťoval. V první části je popsána nostalgie (nejen z psychologického, ale i z filozofického hlediska) a její výskyt v literatuře, zejména v německy psané literatuře z období po první světové válce. Další kapitoly se věnují autorovi a historickému kontextu doby. Myšlenky a postoje Josepha Rotha byly značně ovlivněny historickými událostmi a jeho životními zkušenostmi, proto je v této části nastíněn přehled Rakouských dějin vztahujících se k jednotlivým Rothovým knihám a také autorova životní cesta. V druhé části se práce věnuje analýzám tří výše zmíněných knih, a to z pohledu habsburské nostalgie a stesku po zaniklé monarchii očima autora, ale i z pohledu nostalgie jednotlivých postav, které v knihách vystupují. Některé z postav dokonce sdílí autorovy postoje a názory. Analýza je provázena úryvky a citacemi z jednotlivých děl, na nichž jsou diskutovány poznatky zkoumání. Poslední část analýzy se zabývá židovskou otázkou, která je také důležitou součástí Rothových děl, zejména kvůli jeho...
