Cílem práce je analyzovat a pochopit finanční situaci podniku pro budoucí investice a pro analýzu efektivity výkonnosti společnosti.Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí: Teoretická část se zabývá koncepty část jako "základní informace o finanční analýzu", "vzorce", "vysvětlení analýzy". Také teoretická část zahrnuje studijní poměry a jejich význam.Druhý zkrácený je praktická část, která zahrnuje aplikaci teoretických poznatků do reálných firemních podmínek města Tymen a analytické práce se zprávami o společnosti, výpočet jeho ziskovosti, rizik a analyzování stabilitu. Objective of the thesis is to analyze and understand financial condition of company for future investments and for analyze effectiveness of company's performance. The thesis consists of two main parts: The theoretical part deals with concepts such as "Base information about financial analysis", "formulas", "explanations of analysis". Also the theoretical part includes the study ratios and their meaning . The second part- is practical part, which includes application of theoretical knowledge to real company conditions of the city of Tymen and analytical work with reports of the company, calculation of its profitability, risks and analyzing it stability.

This thesis deals with the economic theories connected with assessment of foreign trade. Based on the theory author identified basic economic factors that shape the international trade and vice versa consequences, which are shaped by trade. This research is determined by relevance of the structural changes taking place in Russian foreign trade. The first part is used as a theoretical base for the analysis of foreign trade in Russian Federation. The aim of the study is to evaluate the current state of Russian foreign trade and indicate the causes of these conditions, define potential and prospects for the future development of Russian foreign trade in terms of crisis and sanctions. Observed period from 2005 up to 2015 is characterized by multiple crises and revivals. This paper tries to find main factors that influence on Russian foreign trade during this time. The final work examines which products are dominant in exports and imports and their dynamics during the 10 years. Last chapter concentrates on Russian trade in 2015; this paragraph in detail analyzes all main tendencies of the last year. The main methods that were used in theoretical part are description and extraction. In practical part author applied comparative and descriptive methods.
To summarize the results of the work, Russian foreign trade is dependent on mineral resources exports, oil prices have a strong impact on export earnings and lack of production makes the Russian market dependent on imported goods. As it was said by M. Porter the key factors for the competitiveness of the nation are not inherited, but created. In the absence of industrial exports it is impossible to achieve great results in the economy. I consider that the existence of sanctions has not only negative but a positive effect too. They contribute to the understanding the need in domestic production, and as a consequence the beginning of the manufacture development.

The bachelor thesis is focused on foreign trade of the United States of America, concretely on automobile industry. Main goal of the thesis is to analyze foreign trade in the United States with the intention of automobile industry. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part of the thesis firstly deals with a significance of foreign trade and consequently there is described development of foreign trade in terms of economic theories. In the thesis there were used comparative and descriptive methods. Practical part is focused on the analysis of automobile industry in the United States. At the beginning, there are more detaily described exports and imports of the U.S. Within the frame of analysis of automobile industry, the thesis is more closely focused on factors determining the competitiveness in automobile industry in the United States and furthermore it investigates the influence of this sector on employment in the U.S.
The research has found that the automobile industry is considered to be one of the most significant industries within the United States because of its economic impact, large employment and geographic reach.

This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing situational analysis, its characteristics and individual steps presented on the energy company named Pražská plynárenská, a.s.. The aim is to show the importance of both internal and external environment of the company, to observe the market dynamism where the company is operating in and to identify the influences that affect the company.
The first part of this thesis describes the characteristics of marketing in general terms, the procedure of marketing situational analysis, the process of defining the right strategy, and determines the aspects of marketing that are specific in the energy industry.
The second part of the thesis is already concerned with marketing situational analysis achieved through the elaboration of each appropriate analysis suitable for the given environment of the company. The main goal of this thesis is to present and show the process of marketing situational analysis on Pražská plynárenská, a.s., by using analyses of the internal and external environment such as Marketing mix analysis, PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of electronic health or eHealth. The main goal of the thesis is to identify and provide an overview of eHealth, electronic health in the Czech Republic along with Czech and European eHealth projects. Based on the gained findings from the practical part, author will provide a system solution.
The theoretical part focuses on the definition of eHealth, based on the literature. This mainly includes eHealth in the Czech Republic, Data standards and development of the eHealth.
The practical part is focused on the comparison of eHealth and eHealth related tools. From provided interview with eHealth systems specialist, two system solutions created by the author of the thesis are proposed. Solutions are later analyzed by the SWOT analysis.
In the last part of the thesis final evaluation of the topic and results from the practical part is given.

The aim of this thesis capable with analyzing of unemployment in the Russian federation. Attention of readers drawn to the definition of the main determinants that influence on macroeconomic indicators. The thesis divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part of the work includes an introduction, focusing on the concepts of the topic and explains the context for understanding the issue, using the opinions of the most important world economists. In the practical part there are made analysis with specific data for the Russian Federation in the area of unemployment. Comparative and descriptive methods have been used in the thesis. Were identified factors affecting the overall unemployment rate processes associated with structural changes in the economy, the development of new economic forms, the privatization of the treatment with the introduction of the principle of voluntary work, as well as factors slowing labor costs for the working process.

Bachelor thesis titled the analysis of unemployment in a selected region is focused on current problems in the labor market and an analysis of unemployment in the period 2005-2015 in the Usti region. Comparative and descriptive methods have been used in the thesis.
The first part describes the problems of unemployment and characterizes the labor market in terms of economic theory. The second part deals with the brief description of the Usti Region and subsequently the development of unemployment in this region. Evaluation of unemployment development is performed by using data from the official website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

1 Introduction
This research divided into two parts: Literature Review and Practical Part.
The Literature Review is written based on literature on International Trade. This part introduces the main theories and a brief history of Foreign Trade and a brief history of International Trade in the world context.
To begin with, the author explained the Absolute Advantage theory from Adam Smith; the father of the Classical Trade Theory, Comparative Advantage by Ricardo and Heckscher Ohlin theory.
This research also used qualitative and quantitative method approach the practical part with the purpose to find out how important the Foreign Trade effect is to Chinas economy.

3 Objectives of this thesis
The basic objectives of this thesis is to analyze the foreign trade of China based on the impacts of imports and exports and other indicators. It can be studied via domestic products and free trade agreement made between China and its trading partners. These factors are believed to have explanatory power for China's foreign trade.
4 Methodology
For this thesis methodology, there will be data collected and after that analysed from the source information mainly from the Internet via search engine such as scholarly articles, journals, books from Vietnamese authors and others, trade documents, reports, and several other online academic sources.
This research was also based on quantitative method approach by collecting data from Bureau Statistics of China from 1978 to 2013, there are 27 observations, the unit is 100 million yuan. The main reason to analyse the China growth rate based on the relationship between GDP and Exports-Imports. The GDP and Linear Regression models were created as follow:

Where:
Y: Dependent variable as GDP
X: Independent variable as growth rate (X-M)
a: constant
b: parameter of received growth rate
The model was verified by compared the p-values with significant level alpha = 0.05 to identify the relationship between GDP and China growth rate (X-M).
5 Main Findings
My aim of this thesis is to have the overview about Foreign Trade of China. The reform process can be divided into the following main stages:
1979-1987 Period (period of exploration and trial)
1988-1990 Period (period of transition toward reform in depth)
1991-2001 Period
Over the past 38 years of reform, the Chinese nation experienced many ups and downs, changes; China's economy not only faced difficulties and challenges but also achieved a lot of achievements. That miraculous development of China was due to great efforts of the Chinese people in the cause of building the country with the target of bringing China to gradually integrate with the world economy and gradually become a strong economic power. In the coming years, China will still continue to grow, the economy will be increasingly integrated, becoming an important part of the world economy.
In the practical part, I used the Linear Regression with the help of SAS 7.1 to compute the relationship between GDP and exports-imports, after computing, I got the result as follow: if the GDP increase by 100,000,000 yuan, so that the (X-M) will increase by 2,030,000,000 yuan. For the statistical verification, we compare the p-value with significant level of 5% (alpha = 0.05). In this case, the p-value of (X-M) was 0.0001 lower than 0.05. From the result, the author rejected the hypothesis, and the GDP growth depends on (X-M). In another way the author can say it was statistically significant.
6 Conclusion
After 38 years of reform and opening up, it can be said that China has achieved great successes in economic development, especially foreign trade development. From a country with stagnant and undeveloped foreign trade, China now is a current foreign trade country with powers ranked the 5th largest in the world and, more importantly, in the future, Chinese position in international trade will be enhanced increasingly.
In past years, thanks to China had proper policies and methods were suitable for the foreign trade development so that it achieved such successes such as high achievements as follows:
It can be said that on the way to opening up and reform of foreign trade, China was not necessarily to always get success and achieve many accomplishments. Sometimes, China also faced the mistakes as results of until now it was also not necessarily to achieve as expected. It still existed with a number of problems to continue to be overcome, such as improving the quality of exported goods and foreign trade performance, issues of regional disparities etc.
Through the study of the development experience of Chinese foreign trade, can be realize the State's role in policy-making and overall macroeconomic method-making were very important for Foreign Trade. Moreover, the Chinese government was very flexible in creating and implementing policies although China is a developing country. In fact, China makes foreign trade reform with cautious and solid steps.
