Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jazykovou analýzou německého a českého trestního zákoníku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část je teoretická a popisuje termín trestního práva, prameny trestního práva, zvláštní důraz je kladen na trestní zákoníky, a vysvětluje některé právní pojmy, které jsou potřeba pro pochopení jazykové analýzy prováděné v praktické části. Teoretická část se dále zabývá právním jazykem, jeho typickými znaky v rovině textové lingvistiky, rovině lexikální, morfologické a syntaktické. V praktické části jsou analyzovány vybrané texty. Pro analýzu byly vybrány konkrétní paragrafy z obecné části a konkrétní paragrafy ze zvláštní části německého a českého trestního zákoníku. Samotná jazyková analýza se pak zaměřuje na znaky, které byly popsány v teoretické části práce. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou krátce zhodnoceny rozdíly mezi vybranými paragrafy v německém a českém trestním zákoníku. This bachelor thesis deals with a lingusitic analysis of the German and the Czech penal codes. The thesis is devided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The first part is theoretical and describes the term criminal law, legal sources of the German and Czech criminal law, the main focus is on the penal codes, and explains some legal terms, which are analysed in the practical part. The theoretical part deals further with legal language, with its typical features from the textlinguistic, lixicological, morphological and the syntactic point of view. In the practical part, an analysis of the selected text is provided. There were chosen some articles from the general part and from the Special part of the Czech and German penal codes. This analysis focuses on the features, which were described in the theoretical part of thesis. Based on the analysis the differences between the German and Czech penal codes are evaluated.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vánočními svátky a tradicemi v Bavorsku a v Česku. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé zvyky a tradice, které se v období Vánoc v těchto zemích dodržují. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které autorka porovnává tištěné a elektronické články o Vánocích. Součástí práce je také dotazníkové šetření, které zkoumá míru informovanosti mezi Bavořany a Čechy. This bachelor thesis deals with the Christmas festivals and traditions in Bavaria and the Czech Republic. The individual traditions and customs, which are celebrated in these lands are described in the theoretical part. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part in which the author compares the printed and electronic articles about Christmas. Part of the thesis is also a questionnaire, which examines the amount of knowledge among the Bavarian and Czech people.

Tato bakalářká práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných českých překladů dvou balad J.W. von Goetha (Der Erlkönig, Der Schatzgräber). První tři kapitoly jsou teoretické a zabývají se obecnou teorií překladu, problematikou překladu poezie a životem J.W. von GOetha. Praktická část této práce se skláda z analýzy vybraných básní a pokusu o vlastní překlad. The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of selected czech translation of poems written by J.W. von Goethe (Der Erlkönig, Der Schatzgräber).The first three chapters provide the necessary theoretical background and deal with the theory of translation, problems of translation of poetry and Goethe's life. The practical part of this thesis consists of the analysis of ballads. The attemt to create a new translation of the above mentioned ballads is included.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prezentací turistických cílů v prospektech z oblasti cestovního ruchu přibližujících dva sousední regiony, Domažlicko a Horní Falc. Cílem práce je představení turistických cílů z obou regionů a analýza vybraných prospektů z cestovního ruchu z různých hledisek. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována jazykové a obsahové stránce prospektů. Dále je zde rozebrána charakteristika prospektů z cestovního ruchu jakožto reklamních prostředků a hlavní úkoly prospektů a jejich formální znaky. Práce se také zaměřuje na popis stylistické stránky prospektů a analýzu textové funkce. This bachelor thesis deals with the presentation of tourist destinations in travel brochures concerning the two neighbour regions, Domažlice and Upper Palatinate. The aim of the thesis is the presentation of tourist destinations from both regions and the analysis of chosen travel brochures from different points of view. The special focus is devoted to language and content features of the travel brochures. It further discusses the characteristics of the travel brochures as an advertising tool. Also the main tasks and form structure are mentioned. The thesis further deals with the description of stylistics features of travel brochures and the text function analysis.

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je popsána reklama, je představen pivovar a jeho reklamní strategie v Rakousku a Německu. V praktické části je analyzováno šest vybraných reklamních textů pivovaru Budějovický Budvar. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, there is a description of advertisement, the brewery and its advertising strategies in Austria and Germany are introduced. Cílem této práce jsou výzkumy slovních a obrazových stereotypů Němců z pohledu Čechů. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem stereotyp. Praktická část se zabývá slovními a obrazovými stereotypy. Obrazové stereotypy prezentují karikatury z českých satirických časopisů, slovní stereotypy prezentuje lidová píseň z 19. století a aktuální rozhovory s českými občany. The aim of this thesis are studies on stereotypes in language and pictures from the Czech perspective. The theoretical part deals with the term stereotype. The practical part deals with stereotypes in language and pictures. Caricatures from the Czech satiric magazines present stereotypes in pictures, satiric folk song from 19. century and actual interviews with the Czechs present stereotypes in language.

Předkládaná bakalářská práce s názvem analýza chyb vybraných textů ze školního prostřední, se zaměřením na morfologické fenomény, pojednává o příčinách chyb, kterých se žáci na středních školách dopouštějí, a to v oblasti morfologie.
V teoretické části je definována morfologie a její flexe a s tím související postavení morfologie ve výuce. Součástí je i vymezení pojmu "chyba" a jeho klasifikace. Praktická část se zaměřuje na detailní popis příčin chyb, seřazených dle slovních druhů. Každá analýza je doprovázena grafickým znázorněním dané problematiky a jejím shrnutím. Následuje vyhodnocení stanovených hypotéz a také reflektování celé práce a jejích poznatků. Vše doprovází grafické znázornění celkových výsledků a také ukázka dvou vypracovaných testů. This bachelor thesis called ,,Error analysis of the selected texts from the particular secondary school, focused on morphological phenomena" deals with the causes of the errors which are made by secondary school students in German morphology.
The theoretical part defines morphology and its flexion together with its position in the classes. In this part, there is also included the general definition of word error and its classification.
The practical part focuses on the detailed description of the causes of the errors, sorted by word classes. Each analysis is accompanied by a graphic representation of the particular issue and its summary. It is followed by the evaluation of the hypotheses and the reflection of the whole work and its findings. Everything is accompanied by the graphic representation of the overall results and there are also attached two demonstration tests.

Bakalářská práce se týká německé homonymie a paronymie. Zaměřuje se zde hlavně na výrazy, které mají podobnou zvukovou či ortografickou stránku, ale rozdíl se vyskytuje ve významů slov. Zkoumá se, v kterých jednotkách se slova rozlišují a čím jsou způsobena častá nedorozumění v komunikaci.
Analyzují se zde náhodně vybrané výrazy, které jsou z formální stránky téměř identické. Následuje pak vyhodnocení a hypothesy, které přikládají možné vysvětlení, z jakého důvodu dochází k záměně výrazu například. The topic of the thesis deals with the problem of German homonymy and paronymy. It focuses mainly on relation between two expressions, which have similar structure but different pronunciation and meaning.
The thesis is divides into two different parts. The theory consists of definitions and classification of homonymy, paronymy and expressions that have similar character. In this part will also be described the paronymy from the Czech and German tradition and the difference between them.
The second part includes the analysis and hypothesis.From the chosen words are made 3 different groups of the paronymic words, that is based on different characteristic signs.
The words are then compared and from the different characteristic signs are made 3 different groups of the paronymic words. The results were commented and ended with hypothesis

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním pohádky "Šípková Růženka" a stejnojmenného moderního zfilmování.Práce má 2 části - teoretickou a praktickou.
V teoretické části definuji pohádku a určím její znaky, zabývám se filmem a jeho historií. Také převyprávím obsah pohádky "Šípková Růženka" a stejnojmenného filmu od Robina Getrosta z roku 2009. Vysvětluji význam pohádky pro děti.
V praktické části srovnávám pohádku a film od Robina Getrosta. Detailněji se zabývám srovnáním postavy 13. sudičky ve filmu a v knize. This bachelor thesis is concentrated on the topic of a fairy-tale and its modern movie version. The thesis has two part theoretical part and practical part.
In the theoretical part I try to define a fairy-tale and its typical features. I introduce the medium "movie" and its history. I also retell the plot of the fairy-tale "Sleeping beauty" and the same named movie by Robin Getrost from the year 2009. I also explain the meaning of fairy-tales for children.
In the practical part I compare the fairy-tale and the movie from the year 2009. I am concentrated on the figure of the thirteenth fairy in the movie and in the book.
