Počátky moderního občanského práva Korejské republiky a jeho ovlivnění právem kontinentálním a zvykovým

2024 - Czech This thesis aims to provide a comprehensive summary on the origin of modern Civil Law in the Republic of Korea and to compare selected parts of the Korean Civil Code, in force since 1960, and the German Civil code valid in the same period. Reason for this comparison is to show the actual manifestation of continental and customary law's influence in these articles. The first part of thesis describes the state of the legal system valid in Korea until the end of Japanese occupation. Its focus is on implemented Japanese norms as well as native customs and the initial efforts to modernize the entirety of legal system. Second part describes modern Korean civil law, how were the drafts for new Civil code prepared, from where did the draft committee drew inspiration and how were these influencing initial texts structured. In the last, fourth part, the Part 2 and Part 3 of Korean Civil Code and German Civil Code are being compared. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený souhrn teoretických poznatků k tématice počátků vývoje moderního občanského práva v Korejské republice a následně na komparaci vybraných částí korejského občanského zákoníku platného od roku 1960 a německého občanského zákoníku, platného v tomtéž období, ukázat faktické projevy kontinentálního a zvykového práva v jednotlivých ustanoveních příslušných článků. V první části je popsán stav právní soustavy fungující na území Koreje do konce japonské okupace. Zaměřuje se na popis platných okupačních i původních norem a na počáteční snahy o modernizaci celé soustavy. Část druhá se zabývá již moderním korejským občanským právem, tedy jak vznikaly návrhy nového zákoníku, odkud čerpala navrhovací komise vlivy a jakou strukturu a náplň měly tyto výchozí texty. Část třetí popisuje korejský Občanský zákoník platný od roku 1960, jeho výchozí ustanovení a strukturu. V poslední, čtvrté části, dochází k porovnání části 2. a 3. korejského občanského zákoníku a německého občanského zákoníku. 2024 - Czech This thesis aims to define a theory of divisibility for general integral domains. A hiear- chy of divisibility domains with properties to those of division on the integers is outlined. Chinese residue theorem is generalized by means of ideals in order to demonstrate wea- kening of generalization, that provides more effective tools. The thesis is prepared for all those interested in mathematics who want to get an insight into the theory of divisibility, so we build the theory from the beginning and compare it with division on integers. 1 Práce si klade za cíl definovat teorii dělitelnosti pro obecné obory integrity a nastí- nit hierarchii oborů dělitelnosti s vlastnostmi, které očekáváme, že budou platit obdobně jako při dělení na celých číslech. Pomocí ideálů zobecňujeme Čínskou zbytkovou větu a na ní demonstrujeme, že se může vyplatit oslabit obecnost teorie, protože máme poté efektivnější nástroje, jak hledat řešení. 2024 - Czech The aim of this thesis is to map the korean gaming industry in the 21st century, it's comparison with countries in the region and a look at the demographics of the players. In the first part of the thesis I am explaining basic terms involved with the industry, genres of games and gaming platforms, continued by a summary of the korean gaming industry. The main theme of the research is the comparison with countries in the region, particularly with the chinese and japanese gaming industry. During the comparison some influential companies, game studios and important game titles representing Korea, China and Japan are going to be highlighted. The next part of the thesis is focused on the player base and professional players of Korea, again in comparison with China and Japan. Předmětem bakalářské práce je zmapování korejského herního průmyslu v 21.století, jeho porovnání se zeměmi v regionu a pohled na demografii hráčů. V první části práce budou vysvětleny základní pojmy, typy her a platforem, na tyto naváže prezentace korejského herního průmyslu. Hlavním tématem výzkumu bude srovnání se zeměmi v regionu, konkrétně s čínským a japonským herním průmyslem. V rámci tohoto srovnání budou vyzdvihnuty významné společnosti, vývojářská studia a prominentní herní tituly, které reprezentují Koreu, Čínu a Japonsko na světovém trhu. Další část práce bude zaměřena na hráčskou základnu a profesionální hráče Korejské republiky, opět ve srovnání s Čínou a Japonskem. 2024 - Czech This thesis primarily focuses on the Literati Purges in the year 1498 and the recording of history in the period preceding this incident. The first part describes the system of recording history during the early period of the Joseon Kingdom. It initially focuses on the compilation of historical works, then on the recording of contemporary records, and finally on the origin, compilation process, and preservation of the Veritable Records of the Joseon Dynasty. The second part introduces the historical and social context of the events of the year 1498, with a focus on the coup and the rule of King Sejo, as well as the political conflicts of the reign of King Seongjong. The third part presents the course and interpretation of the events of the Literati Purges of 1498. This thesis aims to determine the role of recording history in the Literary Purges of the year 1498. Tato práce je zaměřena na literátské čistky roku 1498 a na zapisování historie v období před a během tohoto případu. První část popisuje systém zapisování historie během raného království Čosŏn. Zaměřuje se nejprve na kompilaci historických děl, dále na zapisování soudobých záznamů, a nakonec na původ, proces kompilace a uchovávání Skutečných záznamů králů Čosŏnu. Druhá část představuje historický a společenský kontext k událostem roku 1498 se zaměřením na převrat a vládu krále Sedža a politické konflikty vlády krále Sŏngdžonga. Třetí část se věnuje průběhu a výkladu událostí literátských čistek roku 1498. Cílem práce je určit roli zapisování historie v literátských čistkách roku 1498. 2024 - Czech 5 Abstract The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of stigmatization of persons with mental illness in the work life. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify the causes, manifestations, consequences and possibilities of reducing the stigmatization of people with mental illness when looking for work, when starting a job, during the working career and during its termination. Part of the work is not only a description of the current situation of people with mental illness on the Czech labor market, but also an outline of the historical development of employment of people with mental illness. The thesis also deals with the basic specifics of the work process and offers a more detailed approach to the process of stigmatization and self-stigmatization. The aim of the qualitative empirical investigation is to find out, through semi-structured interviews, what factors and situations individuals with direct experience of mental illness found to be stigmatizing in their working life. This is a group of 6 respondents who have been diagnosed with a mental disorder according to MKN 10 in the past. Most of the respondents are current or former clients of the non-profit organization Fokus Praha, z.ú. Key words: mental illness, work, work life, stigmatization, self-stigmatization, stigma reduction 4 Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice stigmatizace osob s duševním onemocněním v pracovním životě. Cílem této práce je identifikace příčin, projevů, důsledků a možností redukce stigmatizace osob s duševním onemocněním při hledání práce, při nástupu do zaměstnání, v průběhu pracovní kariéry i během jejího ukončení. Součástí je nejen popis současné situace osob s duševním onemocněním na českém pracovním trhu, ale také nástin historického vývoje zaměstnávání osob s duševním onemocněním. Práce se věnuje také základním specifikům pracovního procesu a nabídne podrobnější přiblížení procesu stigmatizace a sebestigmatizace. Cílem kvalitativního empirického šetření je prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zjistit, jaké faktory a situace shledávali jedinci s přímou zkušeností s duševním onemocněním jako stigmatizující v pracovním životě. Jedná se o skupinu 6 respondentů, kterým byla v minulosti diagnostikována nějaká duševní porucha dle MKN 10. Většina respondentů je současnými či bývalými klienty neziskové organizace Fokus Praha, z.ú. Prevence syndromu vyhoření u učitelů základních škol

2024 - Czech The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify the possibilities of prevention of the occupational burnout among primary school teachers. The thesis provides definition of the occupational burnout, its causes, stages, manifestations, and consequences. Subsequently, it describes the occupational burnout among primary school teachers. This part introduces the teaching profession and the most common stressors and risk factors that affect this profession in relation to the occupational burnout. Next, attention is paid to the issue of prevention of the occupational burnout among primary school teachers in terms of prevention techniques and preventive educational programs. Part of the thesis is quantitative empirical research, the aim of which is to determine the level of risk of the occupational burnout among primary school teachers. The survey respondents of the are one hundred and twenty-six teachers who work in eleven primary schools in the Central Bohemia Region. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat možnosti prevence syndromu vyhoření u učitelů základních škol. Nejprve je vymezen syndrom vyhoření, jeho příčiny, stádia, projevy a důsledky. Poté je charakterizován syndrom vyhoření u učitelů základních škol. Postihnuta je profese učitele a nejčastější stresory a rizikové faktory, které tuto profesi ve vztahu k syndromu vyhoření ovlivňují. Pozornost je věnována problematice prevence syndromu vyhoření u učitelů základních škol, a to z hlediska technik prevence a preventivních vzdělávacích programů. Součástí práce je kvantitativní šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit míru rizika ohrožení syndromem vyhoření u učitelů základních škol. Respondenty šetření je sto dvacet šest učitelů působících na jedenácti základních školách ve Středočeském kraji. Medea Pavla Vranického: hudební travestie

2024 - Czech The bachelor thesis focuses on Medea, a stage work by Paul Wranitzky (1756-1808). Based on the study of historical musical sources and drawing on scientific literature it offers a detailed image of this travesty (or parody) of Georg Anton Benda's (1722-1795) melodrama Medea. The thesis describes the parameters of the work, compares the work with its model and puts it into the context of the contemporary Viennese so called "popular" theater. It also explores the influence which empress Marie Therese of Naples and Sicily had on its creation. The empress acted as a patron and collector of music and she fostered an intensive musical culture at her court. The analytical part deals with the text and the music of Medea and the techniques used therein to achieve parodic and comical effects. Bakalářská práce pojednává o Medee, hudebně-dramatickém díle Pavla Vranického (1756-1808). Na základě studia dobových hudebních pramenů i v návaznosti na odbornou literaturu přináší podrobný obraz této travestie (parodie) melodramu Medea Jiřího Antonína Bendy (1722-1795). Práce přibližuje parametry díla, srovnává je s jeho předlohou a zasazuje je do kontextu dobového vídeňského lidového divadla. Rovněž zkoumá vliv, jejž měla na vznik díla císařovna Marie Tereza Nepolsko-Sicilská, která působila jako hudební mecenáška a sběratelka hudebnin a na jejímž dvoře probíhal intenzivní hudební provoz. Analytická část práce se pak zabývá postupy tvořícími parodický a komický dojem Medey, a to jak po stránce textové, tak po stránce hudební. 2024 - Czech The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse job advertisements advertising recruiter positions od Prague-based non-recruitment consulting organisations. The theoretical basis of this thesis is the definition of the recruitment specialist job role, both in the work activities characteristic for this role, as well as competecies required for its success. Firstly, work activities of a recruitment specialist are defined and described, secondly the competencies required for its success are presented and described. Afterwards, recruitment of IT specialists is presented as a specific field of recruitment. The goal of the empirical survey is to determine the percentages of inclusion of selected competencies and requirements in the job advertisements of aforementioned organisations. Survey outcomes are separated into two groups of job advertisements, one of which advertises recruitment specialist roles focused on IT specialist recruitment, the other of which advertises recruitment specialist roles on focused on IT specialist recruitment. The outcomes are then compared within these to groups. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat inzerce práce na pracovní pozice specialistů náboru v oblasti informačních technologií v České republice. Teoretickým východiskem práce je definice pracovní pozice specialisty náboru a jeho pracovních činností a kompetencí potřebných k výkonu práce. Nejprve jsou definovány pracovní činnosti, které tvoří hlavní pracovní náplň specialisty na nábor a rozpracovány jsou kompetence nutné k úspěšnému výkonu tohoto povolání. Pozornost je věnována náboru IT specialistů jako specifickému odvětví náboru pracovníků a aktuálním trendům na trhu práce v sektoru IT. Cílem empirického šetření je zjistit četnost zastoupení požadavků na vybrané kompetence náboráře IT specialistů v inzerci práce pražských organizací. Získaná data jsou následně komparována u dvou skupin inzerce, kterou tvoří inzerce zaměřená na nábor IT specialistů a inzerce nezaměřená na konkrétní pracovní pozice. Současné tendence v antropologii a jak mění možnosti v antropologii rituálu

2024 - Czech In my thesis I will focus on the theory of anthropology of ritual from the point of view of contemporary anthropological currents. The work will be based on the fundamental researchers of the 20th century (such as Victor Turner, Mary Douglas, etc.), whose concepts entered not only the canon of anthropology, but also in anthropologically focused religious studies. In my work, I will ask myself how these concepts (liminality, clean/impure...) are still fully applicable in their original form and how it is possible to work with them today. To this end, the thesis will assemble the arguments of contemporary (not exclusively) anthropologically oriented academics. A single specification of their focus is difficult, their texts contain the ideas of posthumanism, STS, poststructuralist and philosophical anthropology, deconstruction and many others. In my work, I will present these concepts under the heading of key authors and re-read their original texts through the lens of selected critically tuned texts. I will try to evaluate the validity of the criticism and what the proven concepts subjected to criticism can further offer. I will also consider how a critique of the anthropology of ritual/religion can influence the religious studies scene in general. Keywords anthropology of ritual, Gilles Deleuze,... Ve své práci se budu věnovat teorii antropologie rituálu z hlediska současných antropologických proudů. Práce se bude odvíjet od zásadních badatelů 20. století (jakými jsou například Victor Turner, Mary Douglas aj.), jejichž koncepty se zapsaly nejen do kánonu antropologie, ale také do antropologicky zaměřené religionistiky. V práci si budu klást otázky, jak jsou tyto koncepty (liminalita, čisté/nečisté ...) stále plně aplikovatelné ve své původní podobě a jakým způsobem je s nimi možné pracovat dnes. K tomu bude práce skládat argumenty současných (nejen zcela výlučně) antropologicky orientovaných akademiků. Jednotná specifikace jejich zaměření je nesnadná, jejich texty obsahují myšlenky posthumanismu, STS, poststrukturalistické a filosofické antropologie, dekonstrukce a mnoho dalších. V práci tyto koncepty pod hlavičkou klíčových autorů představím a jejich původní texty znovu přečtu optikou vybraných kriticky laděných textů. Pokusím se vyhodnotit opodstatněnost kritiky a co mohou osvědčené koncepty podrobené kritice dále nabídnout. Také zvážím, jak kritika antropologie rituálu/náboženství může ovlivnit religionistickou scénu obecně.
