2016 - Czech This master thesis is focused on the way tourist destinations of South Bohemia are treated. In the theoretical part of the thesis, fundamental terms are defined, such as tourism, tourist destination, its attractivity and ways of measurement, destination as a system. Furthermore we focus on the methodology used in this thesis, especially Q-methodology and Likert's scale. In the practical part, attractivity of tourist destination is evaluated by South Bohemian residents. The result of the research is the comparisons of the results based on the Q-methodology and Likert's scale. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vnímání hodnoty turistické destinace v Jihočeském kraji. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány a popsány základní pojmy jako cestovní ruch, turistická destinace, atraktivita turistické destinace a způsoby jejího měření, destinace jako systém a jsou zde charakterizována metodologická východiska práce konkrétně Q-metodologie a Likertova škála. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na hodnocení atraktivity turistické destinace obyvateli Jihočeského kraje. Výsledkem šetření je komparace výsledků vnímaní hodnoty turistické destinace na základě Q-metodologie a Likertovy škály. Municipal Debt in the region of South Bohemia

2016 - Czech The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the development of the municipal debt in the Czech Republic in the interval 2004-2014. The sub-objectives are to define the development of municipal debt in the Czech Republic in the interval 2004-2014, to define the structure of the municipal debt in the country concerned, to categorize the municipal debt in the Czech Republic according to the area and to assess the municipal debt in light of the size of the region. Concrete municipalities in the region of South Bohemia will be presented as examples and the results of this debt incurred in the watched interval on municipal management will be introduced. The theoretical part introduces the phenomenon of debt in municipalities in the Czech Republic. The applied part of the thesis analyses the debt of the city of Hluboká nad Vltavou and consequently it investigates and the debt service and the debt incurred in the watched interval of other municipalities such as Dubné, Dříteň, Zlatá Koruna and the city of Velešín. The results of the analysis are presented together with some recommendations. For the applied part of the thesis three municipalities with effectively allocated finance were chosen. These will be compared with two municipalities which did not manage their finance as effectively. Hluboká nad Vltavou, Zlatá Koruna and Velešín represent the first group while Dubné and Dříteň represent the second group. The biggest problem of these indebted municipalities is the fact that the municipalities take a credit for the operation of the municipality instead of pre-refinancing grants. In conclusion the thesis evaluates its findings. Throughout this thesis several methods were used, including; analysis of relevant publications, interviews, and comparisons. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit vývoj zadluženosti obcí v České republice v období let 2004-2014. Dílčími cíli práce jsou vymezení vývoje zadluženosti obcí ČR v letech 2004-2014, určení struktury dluhů obcí ČR, zhodnocení zadluženosti obcí ČR kategorizovaných dle velikosti, vymezení zadluženosti obcí z regionálního hlediska, detailní zhodnocení zadlužení vzniklého ve sledovaném období u konkrétních obcí v Jihočeském kraji a vymezení dopadů zadlužení do hospodaření obce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní přehled zadluženosti v České republice. Praktická část analyzuje zadluženost města Hluboká nad Vltavou, poté zkoumá dluhovou službu a dluhy vzniklé ve sledovaném období u obce Dubné, Dříteň, Zlatou Korunu a města Velešín. Dále následuje zhodnocení výsledků a doporučení. Pro zpracování diplomové práce byly vybrány tři obce, které finanční prostředky alokují efektivně, a dvě obce, které už tak efektivně nehospodaří. Hluboká nad Vltavou, Zlatá Koruna a Velešín zastupují první skupinu a Dubné s Dřítní skupinu druhou. Největším problémem těchto zadlužených obcí je, že si berou úvěr na běžný provoz obce, místo toho, aby si ho raději vzali na pokrytí předfinancování dotace. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny poznatky vyplývající z této práce. Při zpracování diplomové práce bylo využito několik metod: analýza odborného textu, metoda rozhovoru, metoda komparace.
