This bachelor's thesis deals with the Czech-German Future Fund, which was based on the Czech-German Declaration. The thesis describes its establishment, activities and also provides a general evaluation of its benefits. Firstly, there is a short development of the Czech-German relations stated. Several selected topics, which the Declaration and also the Fund had to cope with, are broached as well. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the purpose of this foundation, the way of its management and financing. Moreover, the thesis provides an overview of the Fund's activities. A significant part of this thesis is the evaluation of its benefits as well as the question, whether the Fund is still relevant. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje Česko-německému fondu budoucnosti, který vznikl na základě Česko-německé deklarace. Práce se popisuje jeho vznik, činnost a poskytuje také všeobecné zhodnocení jeho přínosu. Nejprve je uveden stručný vývoj česko-německých vztahů. Rovněž jsou přiblížena určitá témata, se kterými se Česko-německá Deklarace a následně i Fond budoucnosti vyrovnávaly. Dále se práce zaměřuje na účel Fondu a způsob jeho spravování a financování. Kromě toho práce poskytuje také přehled činnosti Fondu. Důležitou část této bakalářské práce tvoří zhodnocení jeho přínosu a otázka, zda je Fond stále aktuální.

In my bachelor?s thesis Gegenüberstellende Analyse methodischer Aspekte deutschsprachiger Lieder im Deutsch als Fremdsprache Unterricht I am concerned with reasons why using songs in German lessons is useful. At the same time I will explain that a song is a tool and we always have to have a specific aim which we would like to reach. Possible aims are demonstrated in individual chapters together with suggested tasks which are presented as worksheets. Two current songs are used as a sample. In meiner Arbeit Gegenüberstellende Analyse methodischer Aspekte deutschsprachiger Lieder im Deutsch als Fremdsprache Unterricht werde ich mich mit Gründen beschäftigen, warum es gut ist, Lieder im DaF-Unterricht zu benutzen und gleichzeitig auch mit der Erklärung, dass ein Lied als ein Mittel dient und deshalb müssen wir immer ein konkretes Ziel haben, das wir erreichen möchten. Mögliche Ziele werden in den Kapiteln zusammen mit vorgeschlagenen Übungen in Arbeitsblätter gezeigt. Als Beispiele werden zwei aktuelle deutsche Lieder didaktisiert.

The work focuses on the cross-border cooperation in the framework of the European Union. On the basis of the literary research are the general aspects, development and forms of cross-border cooperation described. The space limitation of cross-border cooperation for the need of this work is determined on the German-Czech and Czech-Austrian border. As evidence of actual practice 4 projects are used, which are funded from the Objective 3 of cohesive policy of the EU in the period 2007-2013. Tato práce se zaměřuje na přeshraniční spolupráci v rámci Evropské unie. Na základě literární rešerše budou popsány obecné aspekty, vývoj a formy přeshraniční spolupráce. Oblastní vymezení přeshraniční spolupráce se pro potřeby této práce vymezuje na česko-německou a česko-rakouskou hranici. Jako doklad skutečné praxe přeshraniční spolupráce budou použity 4 projekty, které jsou financovány v rámci politiky soudržnosti Evropské unie z Cíle 3 pro programovací období 2007-2013.

The bachelor's thesis discusses the key features of state cultural policy in the Czech Republic and in Germany. In the first part, the author develops the definition of cultural policy, its tasks and perception within UNESCO and in the European Union cultural policy. In the second part, the bachelor's thesis pays attention to the concrete issues of cultural policy in both countries, in particular to how the respective policies are financed. The bachelor's thesis doesn't omit the position of Ministry of culture and Kulturrat in Germany as roofed institutions in the cultural policy field, including their competences and tasks. Finally, the author maps the current cultural policy in the studied countries. Práce se zabývá problematikou státní kulturní politiky v České republice a v Německu. V první části se autor bakalářské práce věnuje vymezení pojmu kulturní politiky, jejím úkolům a chápání kulturní politiky v rámci UNESCO a samostatné kulturní politiky Evropské unie. V druhé části autor věnuje pozornost již konkrétní problematice kulturní politiky obou zemí a druhům financování kulturní politiky v České republice a v Německu. Práce neopomíjí ani postavení Ministerstva kultury České republiky a Kulturrat v Německu, jakožto zastřešujících institucí na poli kulturní politiky, včetně jejich kompetencí a úkolů. V závěru práce je zmapována aktuální kulturní politika obou zemí.

The subject of this thesis namely "Ways of tourism in Český Krumlov" is the issue of the tourism town of Czech Krumlov. The first, theoretical section of the thesis deals with general characteristics of tourism. The author will address tourism typology, instruments used in the industry. The second part focuses on the characteristic of Český Krumlov. In the thesis are presented and discussed actions and strategies of its local concept. The city is described through the analysis of marketing and management, the thesis is supplemented by interviews with people representing the private sectors. Předmětem této bakalářské práce "Wege des Tourismus in Český Krumlov/Krumau" je analýza cestovního ruchu města Český Krumlov. První, teoretická část práce, se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou cestovního ruchu. Autorka se ve své práci bude zabývat typologií cestovního ruchu, nástroji využívanými v tomto odvětví. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku zájmového území Český Krumlov. V práci jsou představeny a diskutovány akce a strategie jeho lokálního konceptu. Město je popsáno skrze analýzu marketingu a managementu, práce je doplněná o rozhovory s lidmi reprezentující soukromý sektor.

This bachelor thesis has the title "Anglicisms in German press". The aim of this work is a comprehensive analysis of the degree of anglicisms assimilation in contemporary German language (from phonetic-phonological, orthographical and morphological point of views). In the theoretical part I will start from the basic literature considering the issue of accepting foreign words, especially from the English. In the practical part will be concerned with the issue of possible changes in the meaning of Anglicisms and their pragmatic application in German language in comparison with the original. Anglicisms will be excerpted from its own corpus of twenty texts, selected from sections of the German magazine "Bild der Wissenschaft". The data will be subjected to analysis, compared to those in the relevant scholarly works / dictionaries. The work is accompanied by an analysed text corpus. Bakalářská práce nese název "Anglicismy v německém tisku". Cílem práce je komplexní analýza stupně asimilace anglicismů v současné němčině (z hlediska foneticko-fonologického, ortografického a morfologického). V teoretické části budu vycházet ze základní odborné literatury k problematice přejímání cizích slov, zvláště pak z angličtiny. V praktické části se budu zabývat problematikou eventuálních změn významu anglicizmů a jejich pragmatického uplatnění v němčině ve srovnání s originálem. Anglicismy budou excerpovány z vlastního korpusu dvaceti textů ze zvolené rubriky německého časopisu "Bild der Wissenschaft". Získaná data budou podrobena analýze, srovnána s údaji v relevantních vědeckých dílech/slovnících. K práci je přiložen analyzovaný textový korpus.

This bachelor thesis deals with the novel Youth without God written by Ödön von Horváth and its possible autobiographical features. It explores the connections between the author?s life and this literary work. The first part concentrates on the background of the novel?s origin. It summarizes the author?s life in connection with historical events during the years 1933-1937. It also deals with the history of novel?s own origin. Last but not least, there are also mentioned the documents related to the youth in the Third Reich. The second part concentrates fully on the analysis of the matter of autobiography. The initial chapter deals with the literary genre ?autobiography? and its novel form. An inseparable part of this thesis also constitutes a brief summary of the novel, which, next to the author?s biography is a basis for the following analysis of the thesis? theme. The thesis is concluded with a general literary analysis. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá románem Mládí bez Boha spisovatele Ödöna von Horvátha a jeho možnými autobiografickými prvky. Zkoumá tedy souvislosti mezi autorovým životem a tímto literárním dílem. První část této práce se koncentruje na pozadí vzniku románu. Shrnuje tak autorův život v souvislosti s historickými událostmi v letech 1933-1937. Zabývá se také vlastní historií vzniku tohoto díla. V neposlední řadě jsou zde uvedeny i dokumenty související s mladými lidmi v Třetí říši. Druhá část se už zcela koncentruje na analýzu otázky autobiografie. Počáteční kapitola pojednává o literárním žánru autobiografie a její románové formě. Nedílnou součást této práce tvoří také stručný obsah románu, který vedle životopisu autora tvoří základ pro následnou analýzu tématu této práce. Práce je zakončena obecnou literární analýzou.

The bachelor thesis examines early poetry collections of Franz Werfel Der Weltfreund (1911), Wir sind (1913), Einander - Oden, Lieder, Gestalten (1915) and the novel Nicht der Mörder, der Ermordete ist schuldig (1920). It focuses on the three-dimensional metaphor of man and humanity as an expressionist programmatic representation of man - the individual, the human society in the author's present and the human community in utopias and visions. In the theoretical part, the context of Expressionism in German and European literature at the beginning of the 20th century will be presented. The practical part will analyze selected works and document Werfel's expressionism as part of the artistic context as well as reflection of contemporary social moods and expectations. Bakalářská práce zkoumá rané básnické sbírky Franze Werfla Der Weltfreund (1911), Wir sind (1913), Einander - Oden, Lieder, Gestalten (1915) a novelu Nicht der Mörder, der Ermordete ist schuldig (1920). Zaměřuje se na trojí metaforiku člověka a lidství jako expresionistické programové zobrazování člověka - jedince, lidské společnosti v autorově současnosti a lidského společenství v utopiích a vizích. V teoretické části práce bude představen kontext expresionismu v německy psané a evropské literatuře na počátku 20. století, praktická část bude analyzovat vybraná díla a dokumentovat Werflův expresionismus jako součást onoho uměleckého kontextu i jako odraz dobových společenských nálad a očekávání.

This bachelor{\crq}s thesis is focusing on analysis of possibilities of Czech citizens who want to get a job in Austria. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part analyses the contemporary health care system, social security system, tax system and the job market in Austria. Further on the thesis deals with conditions which have to be met when applying for a job in Austria. The practical part is devoted to job seeking process in Austria for two people in cooperation with many job agencies and Austrian AMS. Communication with the foreign agencies has been done by electronic mail. The thesis analyses the entire procedure of job seeking and its results. Approach of Austrian agencies to foreign applicants is evaluated as well. In conclusion the thesis provides comparison of theoretical part with personal experience gained in the process of job seeking and findings implying the comparisons. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na analýzu možností českých občanů získat zaměstnání v Rakousku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je rozebrán rakouský zdravotní systém, sociální zabezpečení, daňový systém a trh práce. Dále se práce věnuje podmínkám, které musí být splněny, aby bylo možné práci v Rakousku získat. Praktická část se pak zabývá samotným hledáním zaměstnání v Rakousku pro dvě osoby ve spolupráci s mnoha pracovními agenturami a rakouským AMS. Komunikace s těmito zahraničními agenturami probíhala především elektronickou poštou. V práci je detailně rozebrán celý postup hledání práce a jeho výsledky. Zhodnocen je zde také přístup rakouských firem k zahraničním uchazečům o práci. V závěru jsou srovnány údaje z teoretické části s vlastními zkušenostmi získanými při výše uvedeném shánění zaměstnání a poznatky, které z tohoto srovnání vyplynuly.

The Bachelor{\crq}s thesis focuses on the process of the European Constitution Revival during the German EU Council Presidency in the first half of 2007. The German Presidency wanted to revive the constitutional process after the failing referenda in France and the Netherlands in 2005 and to bring back together the EU member states. At the first part, the definitions such as European Constitution or EU presidency are explained. In the next part, the thesis describes the German chancellor Angela Merkel{\crq}s goals to be achieved during the German Presidency as well as the approach to their realization. The thesis outlines positions of some EU member states that did not ratify the European Constitution and specifies member states{\crq} requirements for a new Constitution. The results of the constitutional process during the German Presidency including outline of its further developments are described in the final part of the thesis. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces oživení evropské ústavní smlouvy během německého předsednictví v Evropské Unii (EU) v první polovině roku 2007. Po nezdařených referendech ve Francii a Nizozemí v roce 2005 si německé předsednictví dalo za úkol znovu oživit ústavní proces a tím také sjednotit členské státy EU. Nejprve jsou vysvětleny pojmy evropská ústavní smlouva i předsednictví. V práci jsou dále popsány cíle německé kancléřky Angely Merkelové, kterých chtěla během předsednictví v ústavním procesu dosáhnout i cesta k jejich uskutečnění. Jsou zde nastíněny pozice některých členských států EU, které ústavní smlouvu neratifikovaly a jejich požadavky pro vytvoření smlouvy nové. Na konci práce jsou popsány výsledky německého předsednictví v ústavním procesu a krátce nastíněn jeho další vývoj.
