Retail Availability in the South Bohemian Region

2017 - Czech The main aim of my thesis is to evaluate the availability of a retail network of hypermarkets in South Bohemia region with help of ArcGIS 10.2 software. The retail availability is evaluated by using basic models and tools, that are commonly used in practical application. Availability is evaluated by Huff model, Thiessen polygons, Buffer and network-based on spatial analysis tools called Network Analyst. I researched companies in the region, which have at least one hypermarket. These companies are AHOLD Czech Republic, a.s., Globus ČR, k.s., Kaufland Česká republika, v.o.s. a Tesco Stores ČR, a.s. The outcome is analysis of the availability of the selected type of retail units in the South Bohemia region and also proposing of modifications. I found that retail availability in this region is on the adequate level. Bachelor thesis also include a theoretical part, which deals with the definition of terms, that I use in this work. Hlavním záměrem mojí bakalářské práce je zhodnocení maloobchodní dostupnosti sítě hypermarketů v Jihočeském kraji za pomoci programu ArcGIS 10.2. Tato maloobchodní dostupnost je hodnocena pomocí základních modelů a nástrojů, které se reálně běžně používají. Dostupnost je hodnocena pomocí Huffova gravitačního modelu, Thies-senových polygonů, modelu Buffer a nástrojem základní síťové analýzy Network Analystu. Zkoumala jsem společnosti, které na území kraje mají alespoň jeden hypermarket. Těmito společnostmi jsou AHOLD Czech Republic, a.s., Globus ČR, k.s., Kaufland Česká republika, v.o.s. a Tesco Stores ČR, a.s. Výstupem je tedy analýza dostupnosti vybraného typu maloobchodní jednotky v Jihočeském kraji a doporučení její úpravy. Zjistila jsem, že maloobchodní dostupnost v tomto kraji je na dostačující úrovni. Bakalářská práce také obsahuje teoretickou část, ve které se zabývám vymezením pojmů, které jsou v této práci použity. Accesibility of Canine therapy in Southbohemian Region

2020 - Czech The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the availability of canistherapy in the South Bohemian Region and compare canis therapy services according to predetermined criteria. The theoretical part explains the concept of canistherapy and presents the development of canistherapy in the world and in the Czech Republic. It describes the various methods and forms of canistherapy. It introduces the preparation for the practice of canistherapy, which begins with a suitably selected dog, its training and ends with passing the canis therapy exam of the entire canistherapy team. The conclusion of the theoretical part points to the use of canistherapy in special pedagogy for pupils with visual, auditory, mental, physical, combined disabilities, for pupils with epilepsy, autism and ADHD. The aim of the practical part is to introduce individual canis therapy organizations and free canis therapists. At the end, the individual canis therapy facilities are recorded and compared in a table according to the criteria. Questionnaire and interview methods are used to achieve the goal. The result of the bachelor thesis is a comprehensive overview of available canis therapy services in the South Bohemian Region. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat dostupnost canisterapie v jižních Čechách a porovnat canisterapeutické služby podle předem stanovených kritérií. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem canisterapie a uvádí vývoj canisterapie ve světě i v České republice. Popisuje jednotlivé metody a formy canisterapie. Seznamuje s přípravou na praktikování canisterapie, která začíná vhodně vybraným psem, jeho výcvikem a končí složením canisterapeutické zkoušky celého canisterapeutického týmu. Závěr teoretické části poukazuje na využití canisterapie ve speciální pedagogice u žáků se zrakovým, sluchovým, mentálním, tělesným, kombinovaným postižením, u žáků s epilepsií, autismem a ADHD. Cílem praktické části je představení jednotlivých canisterapeutických organizací a canisterapeutů na volné noze. Na konci jsou jednotlivá canisterapeutická pracoviště zanesena a porovnána v tabulce podle kritérií. Pro dosažení cíle je využito metod dotazníku a rozhovoru. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je ucelený přehled dostupných canisterapeutických služeb v jižních Čechách. 2008 - Czech The topic of my thesis is Investment activities in South Bohemia. The aim of my work was examining activities of investment in South Bohemia. In my work I wrote about the investments in general, investments in the Czech Republic and in the South Bohemia region. I gathered information from special literature, the internet, and I visited the institutions as regional authority of South Bohemia and corporate town of České Budějovice. In face of possibilities in investments of this region, the use of capacities is insufficient. In the region of South Bohemia we have many investments to transport infrastructure. If these investments are finished in the right time, in high-quality, it will increase investment to our region as for better transport connection. Supporting of investment and business is a very important thing. In our region there are institutions for supporting businessmen as a branch of CzechInvest in České Budějovice and the South Bohemia Economic Chambre, which provides advice to businessmen in the beginning of their business. The Regional authority of South Bohemia was established a new server about investment possibilities, but generally in our region there is a lack of information. The Regional Authority can give an attention of the server to the public. In my work I stated examples of future investments as the motorway D3, the railway Corridor R4 from Prague to České Budějovice to Austria and the airport in Planá near České Budějovice. Another investment is building a new town quarter in the area of Čtyři Dvory, the previous military area. Název mé bakaářské práce je Investiční aktivity v Jihočeském kraji. Na základě zadaného tématu a po poskytnutých informacích z různých úřadů, především Krajského úřadu Jihočeského kraje a statutárního města České Budějovice, byla vypracována praktická část. V praktické části byly rozebrány 4 významné veřejné investice. Je to dálnice D3, IV. tranzitní železniční koridor, Letiště v Plané u Českých Budějovic a zamýšlení vybudování nové čtvrti ve Čtyřech Dvorech v Českých Budějovicích. The thesis includes the summary of observations of the drinking schedule, health effects, dehydration beginning, body fluid physiology, water intake and output, nonalcoholic and alcoholic drink usability. The research part of the thesis surveys the state of a given problem of the drinking schedule by South Bohemia University students. Téma pitný režim je velmi diskutované téma. I přesto je mnoho lidí co pitný režim nedodržuje. Práce obsahuje souhrn dosavadních poznatků o pitném režimu, účincích na zdraví, vznik dehydratace, fyziologii tělních tekutin, příjem a výdej vody, vhodnost nealkoholických a alkoholických nápojů. Výzkumná část mapuje stav dané problematiky pitného režimu u studentů Jihočeské univerzity. Analysis of brownfields on the example of the South Bohemian region

2013 - Czech This thesis deals with the issue of brownfields in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part gives the basic information about brownfields and their typology. Secondly, the negative impact on the environment and society, the causes of origin, the issue of brownfields evidence and the funding opportunities for the regeneration of the-se facilities are described. In practical part, the brownfield land in the South Bohemian Region is mapped and analyzed and there is also a realized revitalization project. It fo-cuses on the concrete procedures during realization and the project financing. In conc-lusion, the success and benefits of the revitalization are evaluated. Práce se zabývá problematikou brownfields v České republice. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o brownfields, jejich typologie, negativní vliv na ži-votní prostředí i společnost, příčiny vzniku, problematika evidence brownfields a mož-nosti financování projektů regenerace těchto objektů. V praktické části jsou zmapovány a analyzovány objekty brownfields v Jihočeském kraji a dále je v této části analyzován zrealizovaný projekt revitalizace brownfields na území Jihočeského kraje. Na skutečném zrealizovaném projektu jsou sledovány konkrétní postupy při realizaci, financování projektu a závěrem je zhodnocena úspěšnost a užitek realizace. 2017 - Czech The aim of the following thesis is to introduce the evolution of the medieval castle architecture in Europe, primarily in Bohemia. The main attention is focused on the South Bohemian district, the powerful noble stock Vítkovci and some of their residence castles. This thesis brings the basic overwiev of the family history and the construction development. The special emphasis is on an archaeological researches and their contribution to the observation of the construction development by the selected ancient monuments. Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s vývojem hradní architektury v Evropě, a především v Čechách. Hlavní pozornost je věnována jihočeskému regionu, mocnému rodu Vítkovců a jeho vybraným sídelním hradům. Práce podává přehled o historii jednotlivých rodin a sleduje stavební vývoj vybraných rodových rezidencí. This bachelor thesis monitors developement of selected element South Bohemia´s real ecomonics. The accent is laying on describe this problems, statistical investigation and explication of results. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is using our results for predication of developement South Bohemia´s real economics with possibility to aplication our results for developement of particular sectors of regional economics. The secondary objective is confronting our regioanl results with results from statistical survey in national context. Právě se Vám do ruky dostala bakalářská práce, která se zabývá dosud ne příliš zkoumanou problematikou {--} interakcí finančního trhu a makroekonomických ukazatelů české ekonomiky a pak především ekonomiky Jihočeského kraje. Práce sleduje vývoj vybraných prvků finančního trhu a makroekonomické ukazatele jihočeské ekonomiky, přičemž důraz je kladen na popsání problematiky, samotné statistické šetření, interpretaci výsledků. Hlavním cílem práce je získané výsledky využít pro predikci vývoje ekonomiky Jihočeského kraje s možností aplikovat výsledky dále na vývoj jednotlivých segmentů regionální ekonomiky. Sekundárním cílem je porovnat výsledky statistických šetření vybraných makroekonomických ukazatelů na národní a regionální úrovni. Role of Social Worker in South-Bohemian Hospitals

2021 - Czech This thesis focuses on the role of social workers in South-Bohemian hospitals - their duties, their role as part of the multidisciplinary team caring for a patient, how their profession is viewed by their work colleagues, and how social workers perceive their role within the hospital. The main focus is on various dilemmas and the possible scope of social work in the hospital. The thesis is composed of two main parts - the theoretical part and the practical one. The theoretical part discusses the terms "social worker" and "medical social worker", how social workers operate within the hospital, and what the legislative basis for their work is. The theoretical part also takes a closer look at the dilemmas of social work that social workers can encounter in their job, and describes the patient target groups that social workers most often work with .In the practical part, the research of three areas of inquiry has been made, revealing that the most important prerequisites of a social worker in a hospital are social and medical education, a clearly defined role within the team taking care of the patient, and a good knowledge of social services network, whose assistance is offered to the patients by the social worker as part of the social help during their stay in the hospital. The biggest obstacle in a social worker's job is the large volume of administrative work, when the work with patients itself is done at the expense of the administrative workload. The appropriate solution seems to be an increase in the number of social workers in the hospital, whose job it is to take some load off the busy medical staff. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaká je role sociálního pracovníka v jihočeských nemocnicích, jaká je jeho pracovní náplň, jak funguje spolupráce v multidisciplinárním týmu při péči o pacienta, jak je nahlíženo na jeho profesi v rámci pracovního kolektivu a jak vnímá sociální pracovník svou roli v nemocnici. Akcent byl zaměřen dilemata a možnosti sociální práce v nemocnici. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretický diskurz byl věnován pojmům sociální pracovník a zdravotně sociální pracovník, jakou roli zastává sociální pracovník v rámci nemocnice a jaká je jeho legislativní opora. Stejně tak se teoretická práce zabývala dilematy sociální práce, se kterými se může sociální pracovník potkat při výkonu svého zaměstnání a zároveň byly popsány cílové skupiny pacientů, se kterými se sociální pracovník setkává v nemocnici nejčastěji. V praktické části práce je popsán výzkum věnovaný třem okruhům zkoumaných otázek, z nichž vyplynulo, že pro práci sociálního pracovníka v nemocnici je důležité sociálně zdravotní vzdělání, stejně tak vytyčené postavení v týmu pečujícího o pacienta a dobrá znalost sítě sociálních služeb, jež jsou nabízeny pacientům v rámci sociální pomoci během hospitalizace. Největším úskalím sociálního pracovníka v nemocnici je předimenzovanost administrativní činnosti, kdy samotnou práci s pacienty limituje administrativní zátěž. Jako vhodné se jeví navýšení počtu sociálních pracovníků v nemocnici, kteří mají odlehčit vytíženému zdravotnímu personálu.
