2011 - German The aim of the thesis Die Frage der Schuld in ausgewählten Werken Friedrich Dürrenmatts/Question of quilt in selected works of Friedrich Dürrenmatt was to deal with the theme of quilt in selected dramatic and prosaic works of this Suisse writer. The thesis is based on the classification of quilt of Karl Jaspers, a German existentialist philosopher. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on stating the contemporary context of Dürrenmatt?s works and investigates the influence of his life on his work. The analytic part of the thesis characterizes the quilt and identifies the typology of guilty persons. The conclusion compares the results of the thesis with Dürrenmatt?s texts on literary theory. Cílem diplomové práce Die Frage der Schuld in ausgewählten Werken Friedrich Dürrenmatts/Otázka viny ve vybraných dílech Friedricha Dürrenmatta byla tematizace viny v rámci vybraného dramatického a prozaického díla tohoto švýcarského spisovatele. Práce se opírá o pojetí kategorizace viny německého existenciálního filozofa Karla Jasperse. Teoretická část se zabývá zasazením díla do dobového kontextu a zkoumá vliv autorova života na jeho dílo. V analytické části jde o samotnou charakterizaci viny a vypracování typologie viníků. V závěru jsou porovnány výsledky práce s Dürrenmattovými literárně-teoretickými texty. 2009 - German ABSTRACT Grammar mistakes of the German learning Czechs The thesis is focused on morphological and syntax mistakes of German learning Czechs. The most important definitions, classifications and sources of mistakes are summarized in the first part. In the next part are systematically described the concrete mistakes of Czechs, as well as their sources, mainly the linguistic interferences between and within languages. The last part contains authentic texts written in German by Czech students or pupils. The grammar mistakes in the texts are marked and analyzed. ABSTRACT Grammatische Fehler bei Deutsch lernenden Tschechen Die Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit morphologischen und syntaktischen Fehlern bei Deutsch lernenden Tschechen. In der ersten Kapitel sind die wichtigsten Fehlerdefinitionen, Fehlerklassifizierungen und Fehlerursachen zusammengefasst. Im nächsten Teil werden konkrete Fehler der tschechischen Lernenden sowie ihre Ursachen, vor allem die zwischen- und innensprachliche Interferenz, systematisch beschrieben. Der letzte Teil enthält authentische auf Deutsch geschriebene Texte tschechischer Lernenden. In den Texten sind die grammatischen Fehler markiert und kurz analysiert. ANOTACE Gramatické chyby Čechů učících se německy Diplomová práce se zabývá morfologickmi a syntaktickými chybami Čechů učících se německy. V první kapitole jsou stručně shrnuty nejdůležitější definice, klasifikace a příčiny chyb. V další části jsou systematicky popsány konkrétní chyby českých žáků stejně jako jejich příčiny, především mezijazyková a vnitrojazyková interference. Poslední část obsahuje autentické německy psané texty českých žáků. V textech jsou gramatické chyby vyznačeny a je proveden jejich krátký rozbor. 2011 - German This thesis deals with an analysis of chosen books written by a famous German writer Thedor Fontane. Particularly, there are three main books I have chosen for my analysis ? Desire, Torment, Effie Briest and L?Adultera. There is a theoretical part at the beginning of my thesis. I have focused on dealing with specialized foundation. This represents later a basic part for a following analysis in the second, practical part. The second part, the analysis of books, includes general information about the book, brief content of a book and attributes of main characters. It is followed by comparison of historical reality with reality shown in the book. At the end of the whole thesis, there is the third part ? comparison of all three novels, generally as well as from the point of view of the main characters and the historical fidelity of books. Tato práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných děl známého německého spisovatele Theodora Fontana. Konkrétně jde o tři romány - Toužení, soužení; Effi Briestová a Cizoložnice. Této analýze předchází teoretická část, ve které jsou zpracovány odborné podklady a ty poté slouţí jako východisko v následné analýze v druhé, praktické části. Druhá část, tedy analýza děl, zahrnuje obecné informace o díle, stručný obsah a charakteristiku hlavních postav. Následuje porovnání historické skutečnosti s předloţenou realitou v díle. Celou práci uzavírá třetí část - komparace všech tří románů, a to jak všeobecně, tak i z hlediska hlavních hrdinek a historické věrnosti. 2010 - German The topic of this diploma thesis is an analysis of history of special language of architecture in Paul Decker´s ?Ausführliche Anleitung zur Civilbaukunst (Bd.1)?. This thesis is divided into nine basic parts. The first, second and third parts characterize the special language, baroque and Paul Decker´s life and work. The following parts concentrate on the analysis of the special language presenting in this Decker´s work, that means on morphology, word-formative processes, the role of metaphors and foreign words, polysemy and synonyms, hyponyms, hyperonyms and co-hyponyms as well as the relation between verbal and nonverbal language part. Diese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Analyse der architektonischen Fachsprache in Paul Deckers ?Ausführliche Anleitung zur Civilbaukunst (Bd.1)?. Die ganze Diplomarbeit ist in neun Hauptkapitel geteilt. Die ersten drei Kapitel konzentrieren sich auf Charakteristik der Fachsprachen, des Barocks und des Lebens und Werks Paul Deckers. 2021 - German This bachelor thesis focuses on the techniques, which are used in film and literature to create images and sound and provides a comparative analysis of the two media. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the different approaches of film and literary theory used in audio-visual storytelling. The comparison will be demonstrated on the novel 'Der nasse Fisch' written by a German novelist Volker Kutscher and on the German television series 'Babylon Berlin' directed by Tom Tykwer, Achim von Borries and Hendrik Handloegten. The practical part focuses on two scenes and two chapters of the novel, which will demonstrate the different methods of using sound and images as a tool of storytelling. Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na techniky zprostředkování zvuku a obrazu v literatuře a filmu a zároveň poskytuje komparativní analýzu obou médií. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou objasněny rozdílné přístupy filmové a literární teorie k vyobrazení děje obrazovými a zvukovými prvky. Komparace obou médií bude ilustrována na historickém románu 'Der nasse Fisch' německého spisovatele Volkera Kutschera a na německé filmové sérii 'Babylon Berlin' od režisérů Toma Tykwera, Achima von Borriese a Hendrika Handloegtena. V praktické části budou na vybraných románových kapitolách a filmových scénách názorně vysvětleny rozdílné metody využití zvuku a obrazu ke zprostředkování děje. 2020 - German The aim of this thesis is to analyse metaphor use in the field of natural sciences which will be demonstrated on the example of astronomy. First, the thesis focuses on the definition of the term metaphor and introduces the main approaches to this phenomenon. Furthermore, a special attention is paid to the application of the cognitive theory of metaphor in science which represents the theoretical basis for the practical analysis of gathered data, and to the comparison of metaphor use in technical and popular science writing. In the practical part, the occurrence of metaphor, its specific use, and function in providing information about the distant universe are examined by using a corpus compiled from popular science articles. The thesis focuses primarily on the classification of metaphors according to the source domains which they originated from. Specific metaphors are construed within individual categories. In the end of the thesis, results yielded by the analysis are summarised. Based on these results, general tendencies concerning the use of metaphor in popular science literature are defined. Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat užití metafory v oblasti přírodních věd znázorněné na příkladu Astronomie. Práce se nejprve zaměří na vymezení pojmu metafora a představí základní pojetí tohoto fenoménu. Následně je pozornost věnována zejména užití kognitivní teorie metafory ve vědě, která tvoří teoretický základ pro praktickou analýzu získaných dat a porovnání užití metafory v odborných a populárně naučných textech. V empirické časti je pomocí korpusu, sestaveného z populárně naučných textů, zkoumán výskyt metafor, jejich konkrétní užití a funkce při zprostředkovávání informací o vzdáleném vesmíru. Především se práce soustředí na klasifikaci metafor podle zdrojových oblastí, ze kterých pocházejí. V rámci jednotlivých kategorií jsou konkrétní metafory interpretovány. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou stanoveny obecné tendence v používání metafor v populárně naučné literatuře. 2019 - German This thesis focuses on a traditional form of fairy tale and its updates as an instrument of Nazi propaganda. The main object of this analysis is a fairy tale as a literary and didactic genre. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part introduces general signs of fairy tale genre and main principals of propaganda manipulation in modern history. The practical part focuses on a comparison of selected Grimm brothers 'fairy tales and movie processing of Nazi propaganda. Furthermore, the analysis focuses on didactic intensions, literary and film language and forms of manipulation in a movie as an instrument of propaganda. Tato práce se zaměří na tradiční útvar pohádky a její aktualizaci jako prostředek nacistické propagandy. Předmětem analýzy bude pohádka jako literární a didaktický žánr. Diplomová práce se dělí na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část představí základní znaky pohádkového žánru a zároveň hlavní principy propagandistické manipulace v moderních dějinách. Praktická část práce se zaměří na srovnání vybraných pohádkových děl bratří Grimů a ve filmovém zpracování nacistické propagandy, dále se v analýze děl zaměří na didaktické záměry, literární a filmový jazyk a formy manipulace ve filmu jako prostředek propagandy. KULTURELLE ASPEKTE IN DER ENTWICKLUNG EINER NEUEN "DEUTSCHEN MENTALITÄT" NACH 1945

2014 - German Germany was, after 1945, a defeated, blitzed country occupied by four world powers. Fifty years later, we now know Germany as one of the most economically powerful countries in Europe. Economic and political development is a part of many other theses written on this similar topic. The main concept of my work is the influence of culture and the cultural life of ordinary people in post-war Germany. I was focusing on the arts which citizens encountered daily; for example advertisement, billboards or political campaigns and their influence on the people living in Germany. I also included, which media was used in certain situations and what information was dispersed. A large share of the overall image of Germany certainly has the architecture of individual cities. Many buildings were destroyed and had to be reconstructed or even rebuilt. In the following part, I worked with memoires of witnesses. This included narratives of ordinary men, their feelings, everyday problems, and various ways of solving them - all of these credibly show situations and the state of mind in post-war Germany. In another section, I focused on the tales of people, who lived through their childhood in post-war Germany. In a later segment I dealt mainly with soldiers, who were imprisoned during war in prison camps and their circumstances and lives? Německo bylo po roce 1945 poražené, vybombardovaný stát okupovaný čtyřmi světovými mocnostmi. O 50 let později známe Německo jako jeden z ekonomicky nejsilnějších států Evropy. Ekonomicky a politický vývoj je součástí mnoha prací na podobné téma. Hlavním cílem mé práce je vliv kultury a kulturní život obyčejných lidi v povalečném Německu. Zaměřila jsem se na umění, s nímž se obyvatele setkávali denně, jako je například reklama, billboardy, politické kampaně a na jejich vliv na obyvatele. Která média byla využívána pro které situace a které informace byly šířeny. Velký podíl na celkovém obrazu Německa má zajisté architektura jednotlivých měst. Mnoho budov bylo zničeno a muselo být znovu postaveno nebo zrekonstruováno. V další části jsem pracovala se vzpomínkami pamětníků. Příběhy obyčejných lidi, jejich pocity, každodenní problémy a různé způsoby jejich řešení věrohodně ukazuji situaci a náladu v povalečném Německu. V jedné části jsem se zaměřila na příběhy lidí, jenž prožili dětství v povalečném Německu. V druhé části se zabývám především vojáky, kteří byli uvězněni ve válečných zajateckých táborech a jejich osudy.
