2019 - Czech This report presents brief overview of multispectral and hyperspectral image acquisition methods, of applications of hyperspectral imaging and of basic methods of hyperspectral image processing. In the final part, we present an overview of Matlab and Python software libraries for hyperspectral image processing. V práci je prezentována stručná rešerše metod pořı́zenı́ multispektrálnı́ho a hyperspektrálnı́ho obrazu, aplikacı́ hypespektrálnı́ho snı́mkovánı́ a základnı́ch metod jeho zpracovánı́. Sort Program for Real Keys with Linear Time Complexity

2019 - Czech In this report we present a program for sorting data structures with sorting keys as real numbers, i.e. of type "real" or "float". The basis of the program is a modification of the countingsort algorithm for reals (instead of integers). It uses a comparision-type sorting for small part of data set given. The time complexity of this part of program can be bounded by linear function of n and thus, the total time complexity is also O(n) for n data items. 2018 - Czech Simulations of Prague quarter Dejvice were performed with newly developed urban climate model PALM-4U based on LES model PALM. The modelling domain has extent 1000 x 800 m and the resolution of the model was 2 m. Two 24 hours episodes were simulated. The summer episode was intended to assess mainly the UHI effects and the winter episode to assess mainly the air quality issues. Two variants were simulated - the current real situation and the scenario with considered new buildings in the area of Victory Square (Vítězné náměstí). Some comments of the ressults are appended at the end of the report. Payment regulatory mechanism as a source of wage increases in healthcare

2018 - Czech The principle of health insurance presupposes that the patient will contact a doctor who will provide him / her with professional help, whereby the doctor, medical expenses and additional examinations are paid by the health insurance company. The result is a spontaneous increase in health care costs well-known in the nineties. It is clear that there is no negative feedback in the system where the healthcare provided must be made by doctors in contact with patients and its costs are being covered by health insurance companies. As a result of this gross systemic error, there is a continuing pressure to increase healthcare spending and imminent insolvency forces the health insurers to introduce regulatory measures to curb the cost increase. Princip zdravotního pojištění předpokládá, že se pacient v případě potřeby obrátí na lékaře, který mu poskytne odbornou pomoc, přičemž výkon lékaře, výdaje za léky a doplňující vyšetření proplácí zdravotní pojišťovna. Výsledkem je spontánní nárůst nákladů zdravotní péče u nás dobře známý z devadesátých let. Je zřejmé, že v systému, ve kterém o poskytnuté zdravotní péči musí rozhodovat lékaři v kontaktu s pacienty a její náklady následně hradí zdravotní pojišťovny, chybí záporná zpětná vazba, která by působila proti růstu nákladů. Důsledkem této hrubé systémové chyby je trvalý tlak na zvyšování výdajů za poskytnutou zdravotní péči a hrozící platební neschopnost nutí zdravotní pojišťovny zavádět regulační opatření k omezení růstu nákladů. Material composition of paving in the Pilgrimage Church of St John of Nepomuk at Zelena Hora

2018 - Czech The aim of the study was to verify the material composition of the paving and to evaluate the possible production of replicas. The sampled material was analyzed by using optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence and thermal analyses. The results showed that the studied paving is of ceramic origin and its composition corresponds to burnt brick clays of local raw materials. Cílem průzkumu bylo ověření materiálového složení dlažby a zhodnocení dalšího možného postupu při návrhu a výrobě replik. Odebrané vzorky byly analyzovány pomocí optické mikroskopie, rentgenové difrakce, rentgenové fluorescenční analýzy a termické analýzy. Z výsledků provedených analýz vyplynulo, že se jedná o keramickou dlažbu, která svým složením odpovídá vypálené cihlářské hlíně místního původu.
