Kombinace difúzního wet denuderu a kontinuálního kolektoru aerosolů umožňuje kontinuální analýzu a studium distribuce amoniaku mezi plynnou a aerosolovou fázi. A combination of diffusion wet denuder and continuous aerosol collector provides continuous analysis and study of ammonia distribution between gaseous and aerosol phases.

Byly měřeny hmotnostní koncentrace PM1, PM2.5 a PM10 a časové změny hmotnostních koncentrací PM2.5. Byl také zkoumán vliv dopravy. The mass concentration of PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 and temporal changes of PM2.5 were measured. The effect of traffic was examined.

Characterization of a new 8-hydroxyquinoline modifed resin gel for DGT technique

This study deals with a new resin gel based on Spheron-Oxin® ion exchanger with anchored specific groups of 8-hydroxyquinoline for DGT technique. The performance of this new binding phase was tested for determination of Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and U under laboratory conditions. The new binding phase with a higher selectivity to race metal species than Chelex 100 could potentially provide more information on metals speciation in aquatic systems.

Velmi vysoký příjem bromidu u samic potkana v průběhu laktace způsobil významný pokles přenášeného jodu na mláďata mateřským mlékem. Nadbytečný příjem bromidu u matek způsobil velmi výraznou retardaci růstu mláďat. Very high intake of bromide in the rat dams in the course of lactation period caused a marked decrease in the iodine transfer through nmother´s milk to the suckling. Excessive bromide intake in the mothers caused a marked decrease in the body weight increments in their pups.

The method of chemical vapour generation of silver by means of sodium tetrahydroborate was futher developed in order to minimize transport losses. The possibility of collection of volatile silver species directly in the atomizer is presented. Metoda generování těkavých forem stříbra pomocí reakce s roztokem tetrahydroborátu byla dále vyvinuta za účelem snížení transportních ztrát. Je prezentována možnost provedení kolekce stříbra přímo v křemenném atomizátoru.

A method of silver chemical vapour generation as a sample introduction technique for analytical atomic spectrometry is presented. Optimization of reaction and atomization parametrs was carried out and the efficiency of the chemical vapour generation was studied by means of radiotracer experiments. V práci je představena metoda chemického generování těkavých forem stříbra jako metoda vnášení vzorku pro analytickou atomovou spektrometrii. Byla provedena optimalizace reakčních a atomizačních podmínek a byla stanovena účinnost generování těkavých forem stříbra pomocí experimentů s radioaktivními izotopy stříbra.

This work represents an improvement of current method of speciation analysis for determination of tri- and pentavalent inorganic, mono-, di-, and trimethylated arsenicals using atomic absorption spectrometry as a detector. Presented study shows that thioglycolic acid is suitable for an on-line pre-reduction which simplifies sample pretreatment and increases sample throughput. Práce představuje zlepšení současné metody speciační analýzy pro stanovení trojmocných a pětimocných sloučenin arsenu za použití detekce atomovou absorpční spektrometrií. Kyselina thioglykolová byla shledána vhodná pro on-line předredukci a ulehčuje tak podstatně proces předúpravy vzorků.

Práce přesně popisuje jak postupovat při odběru vzorků a jejich skladování. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že obsah anorganické rtuti ve vlasech je ovlivněn exogenní kontaminací a počtem amalgamových výplní zubů. Pro obsah metylrtuti je významné množství konzumovaných ryb. Výsledný medián obsahu celkové rtuti pro sledovanou skupinu byl 0.33 ug/g. This article exactly describes the process of taking samples and their stocking. From the results it is obvious that the content of inorgatic mercury in hair is dependent on the exogeneous contamination and the amalgam tooth filling number. The result of mercury content in hair was 0.33 ug/g.
