Název: Znalost veslování u studentů Fakulty tělesné výchovy a sportu Univerzity Karlovy a Fakulty tělesné kultury Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je výzkum zaměřený na rozsah znalostí o veslování u studentů dvou sportovně zaměřených VŠ fakult. Dalším cílem je porovnání znalostí studentů vybraných fakult mezi sebou navzájem. Metody: Pro získání potřebných dat bylo využito kvantitativního výzkumu, pro který bylo plánováno 100 respondentů. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí elektronického dotazování, kdy dotazník vyplnilo celkem 119 respondentů z FTVS UK a FTK UP. Výsledky: Na základně výsledků výzkumu je možné konstatovat, že znalosti a povědomí o veslování je u respondentů spíše průměrné. Na tři otázky odpovědělo správně téměř 75% respondentů, na jinou otázku uvedlo správnou odpověď pouze 12% z dotazovaných studentů. Při vzájemném porovnání obou fakult, je možné říci, že znalosti respondentů o veslování jsou u obou fakult srovnatelné. Approximately 75 % of the respondents knew the correct answer in three questions. But to another question stated the right answer only 12 % of respondents. Résumé Tato diplomová práce se zabývá třemi českými univerzitami v letech 1947 - 1950, Univerzitou Karlovou v Praze, Masarykovou univerzitou v Brně a Univerzitou Palackého v Olomouci. Abych mohl události okolo února 1948 popsat a následně srovnat, bylo třeba se vrátit o pár let zpět, tedy k době krátce po skončení druhé světové války, neboť poválečný vývoj má bezesporu vliv na dění v následujícím období. Po skončení války se univerzity musely potýkat s personálními a hmotnými ztrátami. Mnoho profesorů se na svá pedagogická a vědecká místa nevrátilo, velká část jich zemřela v důsledku nacistického teroru. Neutěšený stav budov, které byly především bombardováním či jinými výbuchy poškozeny, řešila především Masarykova univerzita v Brně. Bezprostředně po válce řešily univerzity v Praze a Brně personální zaměstnaneckou očistu od kolaborantů a lidí jinak se provinivší proti národní cti a státu. Nejvíce byla postižena brněnská univerzita. Byly ovšem i případy, kdy obvinění bylo nepravdivé, jen na základě nepravd a polopravd či z pouhého lidského vyřizování si účtů z dob minulých. Další problém nastal při enormním zájmu mladých lidí o studium, kdy se zájem o vysoké školy v důsledku uzavření českých vysokých škol nacisty na podzim 1939 (do r.1945) navýšil. Olomoucká univerzita byla sice založena až zhruba rok po... Résumé This thesis examines the situation at three Czech universities in 1947 - 1950, Charles University in Prague, Masaryk University in Brno and Palacky University in Olomouc. To have an event around February 1948 to describe and then compare, it was necessary to go back to the time shortly after the Second World War, as the post-war development has undoubtedly influence on events in the following period. After the war the University had to deal with personnel and material losses. Many professors on their teaching and research space not returned, many of them died under the Nazi terror. Dismal state of buildings, which were mainly bombing explosions or other damage, especially to address Masaryk University, Brno. Directly after the war dealt University in Prague and Brno employee personnel cleansing of collaborators and people otherwise guilty against the state and national honor. Most affected was the Brno University. Another problem occurred when an enormous interest among young people in the study, due to the closure of Czech universities by the Nazis in the autumn of 1939 (in 1945). Rigorózní práce popisuje katolické teologické fakulty a semináře v České republice z pohledu kanonického práva. V první části práce jsou představeny kanonickoprávní normy, zejména z Kodexu kanonického práva a z apoštolské konstituce Sapientia Christiana a Nařízení k jejímu správnému provádění. Rovněž je v této části uvedeno, jak jsou tyto normy aplikovány na jednotlivých fakultách, tedy na Katolické teologické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy v Praze, Cyrilometodějské teologické fakultě Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci a na Teologické fakultě Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. Druhá část práce se věnuje jednotlivým fakultám a doplňuje informace, které o nich nebyly podány v části první, a dále se věnuje postavení kněžských seminářů v Praze a v Olomouci a také Teologickému konviktu. V závěrečné části jsou pojednány některé problémy, které z právního postavení fakult a seminářů vyplývají, zejména potíže plynoucí z diskrepance mezi českým a kanonickým právním řádem. This thesis describes catholic theological faculties and seminaries in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the canon law. Canon-law rules are presented in the first part - especially from the Code of Canon Law and from the apostolic constitution Sapientia Christiana and the Norm of its application. In this part it is mentioned how these rules are applied at respective faculties i.e. at the Catholic Theological Faculty of Charles University in Prague, the St. Cyril and Methodius Faculty of Theology of Palacký University Olomouc and at the Faculty of Theology of University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The second part focuses on different faculties and completes information not stated in the first part and further focuses on the status of priest seminaries in Prague and in Olomouc and the Theological Convict. Some problems resulting from the legal status of the faculties and seminaries are treated in the closing part - especially the troubles connected with the discrepance between the Czech and the Canon legal order.

Diplomová práce je míněna jako monografie, která pojednává o významné osobnosti olomouckého hudebního života, doc. PhDr. Zdeňku Fridrichovi CSc. , který zanechal značně obsáhlý hudební odkaz v oblasti dějin moravského varhanářství, kde poukázal na historické varhany a zdůrazňoval nutnost jejich restaurace. Publikace o této činnosti má v našich i zahraničních odborných časopisech. Dále se zabýval tvorbou skladatelskou a vytvořil ucelené dílo. Napsal skladby vokální a instrumentální od malých komorních seskupeních až po skladby pro symfonický orchestr. Neméně důležitá byla také jeho činnost pedagogická. Vyučoval 30 let na Katedře hudební výchovy Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci a podílel se pedagogicky na formování profilů řady absolventů, kteří se úspěšně uplatňují v hudební praxi. Součástí práce je CD se skladbami Zdeňka Fridricha. The master's theses are meant as a monography, that informs about an important personality of the cultural life in Olomouc, doc. PhDr. Zdeněk Fridrich CSc. He made a large impact within the field of historical organ building in Moravia, where he presented the organs and made a case for the necessity of their renewal. His publications are renowned publicly both domestically and internationally. Next, he dealt with composition and created a complex work. He wrote vocal and instrumental compositions ranging from small chamber ensembles to pieces for a symphony orchestra. Not of lesser importance was his pedagogical activity. Zdenek Fridrich taught at the Institut for Music Pedagogy on the Pedagogical Faculty of Palacký University in Olomouc for thirty years where he pedagogically influenced the profiles of many graduates, that have become successful in the musical praxis. Part of this thesis is a CD with examples of Zdenek Fridrich's works.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přístupem studentů žurnalistiky k novinářské profesi a jejich vnímáním oboru žurnalistiky. Své hlavní téma práce rozvíjí v několika rovinách, přičemž důležité je pro ni také uvažování studentů o etických aspektech žurnalistiky, ale i jejich motivace - a to nejen ke studiu tohoto oboru, ale i k jeho následnému praktickému výkonu ve smyslu zaměstnání či kariéry. Tato témata zkoumá prostřednictvím kvalitativní analýzy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a diskusí provedených v rámci ohniskových skupin, které byly realizovány se studenty bakalářských programů oboru žurnalistika ze tří českých vysokých škol. Konkrétně studentů z Univerzity Karlovy v Praze, Masarykovy univerzity v Brně a Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci. Práce zahrnuje nejen pohledy studentů, kteří se s oborem setkali v rovinách akademických, ale i těch, již s ním mají zkušenosti přímo z praxe, tedy z redakcí a newsroomů různých českých médií. Výzkumy se na perspektivu studentů žurnalistiky začaly zaměřovat až na konci 20. století a od té doby vzniklo na toto téma po celém světě množství výzkumů, avšak v České republice zatím není tento přístup v odborných akademických pracích ve vyšší míře reflektován. This master's diploma thesis examines journalism students' attitudes towards the journalism profession and their perceptions of the field of journalism. The thesis develops its main theme on several levels. Important perspective represents students' thinking about the ethical aspects of journalism, as well as their motivation - not only to study the field of journalism but also to pursue it in practice in the sense of employment or career. This thesis explores these themes via qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with undergraduate journalism students from three Czech universities. Specifically, students from Charles University in Prague, Masaryk University in Brno, and Palacký University in Olomouc. The work includes not only the perspectives of students who have encountered the field in academic terms but also those, who have direct experience with it in practice, i.e. from the newsrooms of various Czech media. Research began to focus on the perspectives of journalism students in the late 20th century. Since then, there has been a lot of research on this topic all over the world. But this approach has not yet been reflected a greater extent in professional academic works in the Czech Republic. Therefore, it is important to raise these questions....

Pavel Štarha, Ph.D. The year of presentation: 2015 Abstract: Eleven platinum(II) carboxylato complexes of the general formula [Pt(naza)2(Mal)] (1)-(3), cis-[Pt(naza)2(Dec)2] (4)-(7), [Pt(naza)2(EtMal)] (8) a (9) and cis-[Pt(naza)2(MEE)2] (10) a (11) were synthesized and fully characterized; naza = 7-azaindole derivatives, Mal = malonate dianion, Dec = decanoate anion, EtMal = ethylmalonate dianion and MEE = 2-[2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]acetate anion. Compounds (1)-(7) were tested for their in vitro cytotoxicity against cisplatin sensitive (A2780) and resistant (A2780R) human ovarian carcinoma cell lines, normal human fibroblast cell line (MRC5) and primary culture of human hepatocytes (Hep). The complexes (2), (4), (5) and (7) were found to be more in vitro cytotoxic against the A2780 cells (IC50 = 13.0-24.4 μM) than the clinically used platinum-based drug cisplatin (IC50 = 26.3 μM). V úvodní části je vytvořen přehled dosud popsaných výsledků vybraných C-5 substituovaných derivátů uracilu na poli jejich syntézy a studia biologické aktivity.
