2014 - English Cílem této práce je vytvoření postupu vedoucího k mplementaci turistických karet. Kvantitativní výzkum zdůrazňuje spotřebitelský náhled na daný projekt dle ekonomické teorie chování spotřebitele a také s ohledem na trvání a cenu turistické karty ve více jak čtyřiceti Evropských městech. Zvolená města byla porovnána metodou benchmarkingu. Na základě rozhovorů vedených s manažery projektů turistické karty se kvalitativní výzkum zaměřuje na roli administrátora. Mimoto finanční stránka a analýza přínosů a nákladů ukazuje přínos projektu pro místní ekonomiku. S porozuměním systému turistické karty, na základě dosažených výsledků, byl vytvořen návrh pro Brno s působností karty v rámci Jihomoravského kraje. The purpose of this thesis is to create procedure for implementation of tourist cards. The qualitative research emphesize the consumer point of view for such a project according to economic theory of consumer bahavior as well as the duration and price of the tourist cards in more than forty European cities. Benchmarking for chosen cities was made. The qualitative research focuses on the administrator's point of view based on interviews with managers of tourist card projects. Furthermore finance and cost --benefit analysis showing a contribution of the project to the local economy is provided. .With understanding nature of the tourist card system a proposal for Brno and the South Moravia region was made on behalf of the obtained results. 2014 - English Koncept společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) je fenomén na vzestupu- celo-světově, ale také lokálně v České republice (ČR). Práce se snaží prozkoumat, jaký přístup je praktikován k CSR konceptu v ČR v průmyslu výroby cementu. První část práce se zaměřuje na samotnou existenci politiky CSR v daném průmyslu a na to, jak je dané téma komunikováno s externími stakeholdery skrze nové a moderní komunikační kanály- online včetně využití sociálních médií/sítí. Další část výzkumu se zaměřuje na interní komunikaci CSR, tzn. komunikaci směrem k zaměstnancům. Výsledky jsou porovnány s počáteční hypotézou. Concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a phenomenon on rise- world wide as well locally in Czech Republic. Thesis tries to research what approach to CSR concept in Czech cement industry is practiced. One part of research is focused on actual existence of CSR policy within the industry and communication of given topic towards external stakeholder via new, modern way- online including the us-age of social media/networks. Another part is focused on internal communication of CSR, communication toward the employees. Results of the research are com-pared with the initial hypothesis.
