Spracovanie korelovaných meraní

Korelácia je normovanou mierou stochastickej závislosti medzi dvojicou náhodných premenných. Empirický koeficient korelácie charakterizuje mieru závislosti medzi realizáciami náhodnej premennej, napr. medzi výsledkami opakovaných meraní, medzi meraniami rôznych typov, medzi meraniami rozličnými prístrojmi alebo meračmi, medzi meraniami rozličnými technológiami alebo postupmi, medzi výsledkami meraní a vonkajším prostredím a pod. Ideálnym stavom je, keď sú merania vzájomne stochasticky nezávislé, a teda koeficient korelácie medzi jednotlivými meraniami je nulový (odpovedá to diagonálnej kovariančnej matici meraní). Tento stav sa v praxi zabezpečuje vystriedaním rozličných podmienok pri meraniach, striedaním observátorov, prístrojov, metód merania a pod. Na jednoduchých príkladoch ukážeme, ako sa zmenia výsledky spracovania s uvážením, resp. neuvážením korelácií medzi meraniami. Correlation is a standardized rate of stochastic dependence between a pair of random variables. The empirical correlation coefficient characterizes the degree of dependence between realizations of a random variable, e.g., between individual independent measurements, between measurements of different types, between measurements with different devices or observers, between measurements with different technologies or procedures, between measurement results and the external environment, etc. The ideal situation is when the measurements are stochastically independent of each other, and thus the correlation coefficient between individual by measurements is equal to zero (corresponds to the diagonal covariance matrix of the measurement). This state is ensured in practice by alternating between different measurements, by alternating observers, instruments, measurement methods, etc. Using simple examples, we will show how the processing results will change with the use or non-use of correlations between measurements.

Navrhnutý systém môže slúžiť ako stavebnicový projekt pre študentov biomedicínskeho inžinierstva, na ktorom si môžu študenti vyskúšať proces snímania, spracovania a jednoduchej analýzy bioelektrických signálov za účelom ich prepojenia a použitia v kombinácii s iným periférnym elektrickým zariadením, dochádza tak k vytvoreniu jednoduchého modelu človek-počítač. Robotický model auta pozostáva z dvoch častí, ktoré medzi sebou komunikujú použitím rádiovej komunikácie. Riadiaca časť systému „master“ slúži na snímanie, spracovanie a analýzu EMG signálu snímaného zo svalov horných končatín. Ovládaná časť systému „slave“ riadi smer a rýchlosť auta na základe príkazov z riadiacej časti systému.

Analýza zubných náhrad vyrobených rôznymi technológiami

Na účely predkladanej štúdie bolo vyrobených 90 zubných náhrad zo zliatiny kobalchrómu pomocou konvenčnej techniky (odlievanie), aditívnej 3D tlače vykonanej technikou selektívneho laserového tavenia (SLM) a subtraktívnej výroby pomocou CNC frézovania. Zubné náhrady boli vyrobené na fréze Ceramill Motion 2 (Amann Girrbach, Rakúsko) a 3D tlačiarni Mlab Cusing R (GE Additive, USA). Vzorky boli vyrobené ako jedno-, troj- a osemčlenné zubné náhrady na základe existujúcich klinických prípadov. Digitálny stl. model bol vytvorený na naskenovanom sadrovom modeli softvérom ZirconZahn Modellier. Hodnotenie rozmerovej presnosti bolo urobené porovnaním namodelovaného stl. model so skenom vyrobených zubných náhrad a analyzovaný softvérom GOM Inspect. Merania hustoty sa uskutočňovali plynovou pyknometriou na báze hélia (He). Získané dáta boli štatisticky analyzované pomocou T-testu a F-testu na porovnanie technológií a neparametrická forma ANOVA: Kruskal Wallis bola aplikovaná pri hodnotení hustoty všetkých vzoriek.

Overenie presnosti výroby ortéz vyrobených aditívnou výrobou

V rámci experimentu bola navrhnutá metodika návrhu a výroby ortéz s využitím inovatívnych technológií. Celý proces pozostáva zo získania 3D pozitívu pomocou 3D skenera, návrhu ortézy v CAD modelovacom softvéri a výroby pomocou aditívnej technológie. Z výsledkov vyplýva, že využitie aditívnej výroby pre tenkostenné objekty je vhodné a maximálny rozdiel medzi vyrobenou ortézou a CAD modelom pre výrobu je menší ako 1,25 mm.

Backscatter modulator for UHF RFID tag emulator

The paper describes design of external backscatter modulator for RFID tag emulator, which is used in UHF band. This modulator is connected with the Universal Software Radio Peripheral and antenna. Realization of a backscatter modulation contains switching between a matched load and an unmatched load. Impedance of the unmatched load is fluently adjustable.

The aim of this article is to analyze the theoretical basis of amplifier with bipolar transistors measurement. In particular, this contribution focuses on a convenient way of setting the operating point of an amplifier with BJT and subsequently on measuring particular dynamic properties. To accomplish this, the automated laboratory measurement was developed, by using appropriate measurement devices along with LabVIEW software.
