2016 - Czech Pivoňky jsou staré okrasné a užitkové rostliny. Práce představuje zahradnické dělení odrůd a jejich historii. Sbírka pivoněk v Průhonické botanické zahradě byla založena v roce 1968, od osmdesátých let se zabývá také jejich šlechtěním. Pivoňky byly v roce 2015 zařazeny do Národního programu, nyní připravujeme jejich klasifikátor. Paeonies are old ornamental and utilitarian plants. This contribution represents horticultural division of varieties and their history. The collection of paeonies in Pruhonice Botanic Garden was founded in 1968, since the eighties it is also engaged in their breeding. Peonies were in 2015 included in the National Program, we are now preparing their classifier. Popis chemického složení aerosolu metodou aerosolové hmotnostní spektrometrie - identifikace aerosolu vzniklého během novoročních oslav

2015 - Czech Tato práce se snažila nalézt ukazatel přítomnosti aerosolu vzniklého během ohňostroje pomocí aerosolového hmotnostního spektrometru c-ToF-AMS. Během 48hodinového měření byly pozorovány 4 epizody vyznačující se zvýšenou hmotnostní koncentrací aerosolu, nicméně hlavní pozornost byla věnována epizodě přímo následující po novoročních oslavách. Spektrometr AMS umožnil identifikovat fragmenty pocházející z ohňostroje. Zjistili jsme, že při přítomnosti aerosolu vzniklého během ohňostroje výrazně stoupne koncentrace poměru fragmentu m/z 39 a celkové organické hmoty. Vzhledem k tomu, že přítomnost zvýšeného množství daného fragmentu je zpravidla spojena se zvýšenou koncentrací organických látek (tj. jejich relativně malým vzájemným poměrem), lze výrazně zvýšenou hodnotu tohoto poměru považovat za ukazatel přítomnosti aerosolu vzniklého při ohňostroji. This study focused on finding of a marker of presence of aerosol originating during fireworks using aerosol mass spectrometer c-ToF-AMS. During the 48-hour campaign, we observed 4 episodes characterized by increased mass concentration of aerosol. Nonetheless, the main focus was placed on the episode right after the New Year's celebration.The AMS spectrometer enabled to identify fragments originating from fireworks. We found that presence of fireworks aerosol particles leads to a significant increase of the ratio m/z 39 and total organic mass. Since the increase in the fragment m/z 39 is usually connected with an increase in organic matter (i.e. with their relatively small mutual ratio), it is possible to consider the increased value of such ratio as a marker of presence of aerosol pariticles originating from firewords.
