2024 - Czech Decision-making of administrative authorities on matters of private law Abstract This thesis deals with the topic of decision-making of administrative authorities on matters of private law and the related issue of dualism of judicial review of administrative acts. The whole issue will first be generally introduced. This will be followed by an analysis of basic legal terms related to the topic of the thesis. A chapter on the historical development of the Czech administrative justice system will be included - the author will focus mainly on the reform of the administrative justice in 2003. Special attention will also be paid to the international context. In particular, Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights and its relation to cases heard by administrative authorities will be discussed. The author also deals with theories of the distinction between public and private law. In the margin, the basic features of contentious and non-contentious administrative proceedings will also be mentioned. The thesis will also discuss in detail the judicial review of decisions of administrative authorities in private law matters, the legal regulation of which is contained in Part Five of the Code of Civil Procedure. Rozhodování správních orgánů ve věcech soukromého práva Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem rozhodování správních orgánů v soukromoprávních věcech a s tím související otázkou dualismu soudního přezkumu správních aktů. Celá problematika bude nejprve obecně představena, následovat bude rozbor základních právních termínů souvisejících s tématem práce. Zařazena bude kapitola pojednávající o historickém vývoji správního soudnictví na našem území - autorka se zaměří zejména na reformu správního soudnictví z roku 2003. Zvláštní pozornost bude rovněž věnována kontextu mezinárodnímu, konkrétně bude rozebrán článek 6 Evropské úmluvy o lidských právech a jeho vztah k věcem projednávaným správními orgány. Autorka se dále zabývá teoriemi rozlišování veřejného a soukromého práva. Na okraj budou rovněž zmíněny základní rysy sporného a nesporného správního řízení. Ilona Kučerová Title: Case study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize basic knowledge about Guillain- Barré syndrome with the focus on physiotherapical care in the theoretical part and a subsequent case study of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Methodes: The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains the characteristics, classification, causes and diagnosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Furthermore, treatment options including physiotherapeutic approaches for the disease are elaborated here. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapy care for a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. The case report consists of an initial and final examination, a description of the therapeutic sessions and an evaluation of the therapy effect. Results: After completing the therapy, the patient's stability and walking stereotype improved. The patient no longer needs a compensatory aid to walk. Ilona Kučerová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí základních poznatků o Guillain-Barré syndromu se zaměřením na fyzioterapeutickou péči v teoretické části a následné zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem ve speciální části práce. Metody: Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a speciální. V teoretické části se nachází charakteristika, klasifikace, příčiny a diagnostika Guillain-Barré syndromu. Dále jsou zde zpracovány možnosti léčby včetně fyzioterapeutických přístupů u toho onemocnění. Speciální část obsahuje zpracovanou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem, která vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Nemocnici Milosrdných sester sv. Karla Boromejského v termínu 8.1. - 2.2. 2024. Kazuistika se skládá ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru, popisu terapeutických jednotek, výstupního kineziologického rozboru a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Po absolvování terapií došlo u pacienta ke zlepšení stability a stereotypu chůze. Pacient již nepotřebuje k chůzi kompenzační pomůcku. 2024 - Czech This bachelor's thesis focuses on the subjective wellbeing of science-gifted adolescents. The goal of this thesis is to describe subjective wellbeing in the context of gifted adolescents and to determine when these individuals are happy. Participants of the summer science camp Běstvinka were selected as the sample of the gifted adolescents. The theoretical part focuses on different categories of wellbeing, including models and their comparisons, to better understand this complex phenomenon. The research part of the thesis presents the research questions and objectives of the thesis including the methodology used. The first goal of the thesis is to describe the subjective wellbeing of gifted adolescents. The research questions focus on exploring subjective wellbeing, examining the difference between genders and between the two camp groups. Other research questions aim to find out when gifted adolescents are happy and finding out how subjective wellbeing and self-efficacy are related in this research sample. The second goal of this study is to determine what promotes subjective wellbeing in science gifted adolescents. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá subjektivním wellbeingem přírodovědně nadaných dospívajících. Cílem práce je popsat subjektivní wellbeing v kontextu nadaných dospívajících a zjistit, kdy jsou tito jedinci šťastní. Jako vzorek nadaných dospívajících byli vybráni účastníci Letního odborného soustředění Běstvinka. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na různá členění wellbeingu včetně modelů a jejich srovnání, která slouží k lepší orientaci v tomto komplexním jevu. Výzkumná část práce představuje výzkumné otázky a cíle práce včetně použité metodologie. Prvním cílem práce je popsat subjektivní wellbeing nadaných dospívajících. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřují na prozkoumání subjektivního wellbiengu, prozkoumání rozdílu mezi pohlavími a mezi dvěma skupinami tábora. Další výzkumné otázky se týkají zjištění, kdy jsou nadaní dospívající šťastní a zjištění v jakém vztahu je subjektivní wellbeing a self-efficacy u tohoto výzkumného vzorku. Druhý cíl této práce je zjistit, co podporuje subjektivní wellbeing přírodovědně nadaných dospívajících. Enhancement of fish communities, improvement of sampling and stock assessment in lakes and reservoirs.

2024 - English This Ph.D. thesis focuses on fish habitats, how we can improve their natural complexity, and how we can improve techniques to survey these habitats. With increasing human activities affecting freshwater ecosystems due to human population growth and industrial expansion, it is crucial to study environmental changes, their impacts, and ways to mitigate damage. As many biotic and abiotic factors can influence the health and diversity of the community, for our study, we focused on habitat definition and complexity, and the effect of fishery management. Paper (I) focuses on the transition between littoral (shallow areas) and pelagic (open water) habitats and their impact on fish communities. The littoral zone, typically the most intricate segment of a water body, serves as the primary habitat for a significant portion of the fish community and species diversity. However, its spatial extent is very limited. Littoral delimitation is important for obtaining a true picture of the fish community composition and for its sustainable management decisions. Paper (II) investigated the impact of protected areas on fish populations in the Lipno reservoir in the Czech Republic, specifically focusing on the abundance, biomass, standard length, and diversity indices. Protected areas have legislation that reduces or stops certain anthropological impacts to help recover the ecosystem. These areas are normally linked to spawning areas, feeding grounds, or rare species and are vital for the restoration and proliferation of specific environments. In our case, we revealed more and larger predatory fish in protected and low anthropological impact areas. Paper (III) tests the introduction of artificial habitats, which are man-made structures or environments created to provide additional habitats and support for various organisms. Despite efforts to restore habitats to their natural states, there are instances where complete restoration is challenging. In particular, water bodies are subjected to significant anthropogenic alterations, such as reservoirs. In such instances, the introduction of artificial habitats has emerged as a solution to rapidly enhance the complexity of these environments. In Lipno reservoir, artificial floating islands attracted young-of-the-year of common species. Mezigenerační vztahy a spolupráce v pedagogickém sboru a jejich vliv na vzdělávání.

2024 - Czech The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research investigation. In the theoretical part the author deals with communication and defines the concept. Then, it deals with conflicts, which the author defines and describes the different kinds and also delves into rivalry and generational conflicts. The thesis also describes teaching models as a source of conflicts. It describes the relationship to self and relationships to others. Last but not least, it discusses the school, the teaching staff and the vision of the school under study. The second part consists of a research investigation. The research investigation was conducted in the form of an online questionnaire for teachers and for pupils. The questionnaire for teachers consisted of both closed and open-ended questions and the questionnaire for pupils consisted of closed-ended questions only. The data were presented in graphical form. The questionnaires are attached in the appendices at the end of the thesis, where the answers to the open-ended questions for teachers are also attached. Then, in the conclusion, the author suggested measures to improve the climate of the teaching staff based on the data. The aim of the thesis was to find out whether the generational differences in the teaching staff affect the process of pupils'... Diplomová práce je rozdělená na teoretickou část a výzkumné šetření. V teoretické části se autorka věnuje komunikaci a vymezuje daný pojem. Dále se věnuje konfliktům, které definuje a popisuje jejich dělení, soupeření a generačními konflikty. Zároveň popisuje i modely výuky jako zdroj konfliktů. Popisuje vztah k sobě samému a vztahy k druhým. V neposlední řadě se věnuje škole, pedagogickému sboru a vizi sledované školy. Druhá část je složena z výzkumného šetření. Výzkumné šetření proběhlo formou online dotazníku pro pedagogy a pro žáky. Dotazník pro pedagogy se skládal z uzavřených i otevřených otázek a dotazník pro žáky se skládal pouze z uzavřených otázek. Data byla znázorněna v grafické podobě. Dotazníky jsou přiložené v přílohách na konci diplomové práce, kde jsou přiložené i odpovědi na otevřené otázky pro pedagogy. Následně v závěru autorka navrhla opatření pro zlepšení klimatu pedagogického sboru, které navrhla na základě zjištěných dat. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda generační rozdíly v pedagogickém sboru ovlivňují proces vzdělávání žáků a navrhnout opatření, které by mohlo pomoci zlepšit klima v daném pedagogickém sboru. Autorka zjistila, že generační rozdíly v pedagogickém sboru mají vliv na vzdělávání žáků. Ačkoliv je tento vliv malý, tak stále je. V pedagogickém sboru je velmi...
