2014 - English Koncept společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) je fenomén na vzestupu- celo-světově, ale také lokálně v České republice (ČR). Práce se snaží prozkoumat, jaký přístup je praktikován k CSR konceptu v ČR v průmyslu výroby cementu. První část práce se zaměřuje na samotnou existenci politiky CSR v daném průmyslu a na to, jak je dané téma komunikováno s externími stakeholdery skrze nové a moderní komunikační kanály- online včetně využití sociálních médií/sítí. Další část výzkumu se zaměřuje na interní komunikaci CSR, tzn. komunikaci směrem k zaměstnancům. Výsledky jsou porovnány s počáteční hypotézou. Concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a phenomenon on rise- world wide as well locally in Czech Republic. Thesis tries to research what approach to CSR concept in Czech cement industry is practiced. One part of research is focused on actual existence of CSR policy within the industry and communication of given topic towards external stakeholder via new, modern way- online including the us-age of social media/networks. Another part is focused on internal communication of CSR, communication toward the employees. Results of the research are com-pared with the initial hypothesis.
