The thesis deals with the topic of comparison of methods and techniques of drama education and reading strategies when working with fairy tale text. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on professional sources and literature. It focuses on the characteristics of drama education, reading strategies and the literary genre of fable. It aims to explain important concepts related to drama education and literacy and the use of the literary genre of fable in drama and literature education. The practical part deals with research to determine the effectiveness of the methods used to work with the text by creating and implementing ten lessons that include methods and techniques of dramatic education and reading strategies when working with the text of fairy tales. It investigates which method used results in improved student comprehension of the fairy tale text, as well as the effectiveness of the two methods of working with the text and observations of students' comprehension of the fairy tale text during the research. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zpracovaná na základě odborných pramenů a literatury. Je zaměřena na charakteristiku dramatické výchovy, čtenářských strategií a literárního žánru bajky. Zaměřuje se vysvětlení důležitých pojmů týkajících se dramatické výchovy a čtenářské gramotnosti a využití literárního žánru bajky v dramatické a literární výchově. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem zjištující efektivitu využitých metod práce s textem na základě vytvoření a realizace deseti lekcí, které obsahují metody a techniky dramatické výchovy a čtenářské strategie při práci s textem bajek. Zjišťuje, pomocí které využité metody dochází u žáků k lepšímu porozumění textu bajek, dále zjišťuje efektivitu využití obou metod práce s textem a pozorování porozumění textu bajek v průběhu výzkumu. Odklady školní docházky v kontextu gramotnostních dovedností

The thesis focuses on the issue of school deferment in the context of literacy skills in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is structured in 3 chapters. The first chapter discusses concepts such as school maturity and readiness. The second chapter provides an overview and summary of the existingknowledge on school deferrals.The content of the third chapter is a definitionof literacyskills and an introductionto the PorTex diagnostic tool along with the 7 tests and the test battery questionnaire through which data for the research was collected. In the practical section, the quantitative research methodology of the research itself is presented. The research population consists of pupils from the 2nd, 3rd and 5th grades of primary school, divided into 2 groups: children with and without school deferment. Data analysis was carried out in two phases. The results obtained indicate that differences between the groups were demonstrated only in 3 tests and in several subareas of the selected tests. Teoretická část je strukturována do 3 kapitol. V první kapitole je diskutovány pojmy jako školní zralost a připravenost. Druhá kapitola poskytuje přehled a shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o odkladech školní docházky. Obsahem třetí kapitolyje vymezení gramotnostníchdovedností a představení diagnostickéhonástroje PorTex spolu s 7 testy a dotazníkem z testové baterie, prostřednictvím nichž byla sesbírána data pro výzkum. V praktické části je prezentována metodologie kvantitativního výzkumu samotné výzkumné šetření. Výzkumný soubor tvoří žáci z 2., 3. a 5. ročník 1. stupně základní školy, rozdělení do 2 skupin: děti s odkladem školní docházky a bez odkladu školní docházky. Analýza dat byla realizována ve dvou fázích. Získané výsledky naznačují, že rozdíly mezi skupinami byly prokázány pouze v 3 testech a v několika dílčích oblastech vybraných testů. Inside information abuse in light of Market Abuse Regulation Abstract The misuse of inside information is becoming an increasingly relevant topic with the progressive development of information technology and the growing popularity of investments by retail investors. There has been a continuous increase in issuers across the capital markets and at the same time, the total amount of funds invested in the capital markets by retail investors has also increased. There has been a corresponding increase in the amount of funds, whether managed through actively managed funds or by amateur investors. Naturally, however, this is accompanied by an increase in the demand for information and hence a greater number of efforts to outperform the average performance of the market as a whole and thus the relevance of the issue of insider trading. This thesis therefore aims to provide a more general insight into the economics and thus the theory behind the ban on insider trading. Zneužití vnitřní informace dle nařízení MAR Abstrakt Zneužití vnitřních informací se progresivně s rozvojem informačních technologií a rostoucí popularitou investic ze strany retailových investorů stává stále aktuálnějším tématem. Na finančních trzích dochází ke kontinuálnímu nárustu emitentů, současně s tím se také zvyšuje celkové množství finančních prostředků, které do finančních trhů investují retailový investoři. Dochází tak k odpovídajícímu nárustu prostředků ať již spravovaných prostřednictvím aktivně spravovaných fondů či ze strany amatérských investorů. S tím však přirozeně i roste poptávka po informacích a tím i početnější snaha o překonání průměrných výsledků trhu jako celku a tím i aktuálnost problematiky zneužití vnitřních informací. Tato práce si proto klade za cíl poskytnout obecnější formou náhled do ekonomické a tím i teoretické roviny zákazu obchodování na základě vnitřních informací. Toto téma je ale třeba zejména z praktických důvodů spojit s povinnostmi, které jsou na nositele vnitřních informací, zejména emitenty a jiné poradenské společnosti, které emitentům poskytují služby kladeny. Předčasné odchody studentů z vysokých škol v souvislosti se self-efficacy

This master thesis examines student dropouts from higher education in relation to self-efficacy. Student dropouts are currently a major problem domestically and around the world. Most dropouts from universities occur in the very first year of study. The aim of this master thesis was to find out the causes of dropouts from universities and also whether they are related to the level of self- efficacy. The master thesis also includes experiences with career counselling. To explore this issue, I used a questionnaire survey with several parts (a general part, a part related to early departures and a part related to the level of general and academic self-efficacy) in the practical part of my master thesis. The research design of my thesis is mainly quantitative, only the answers to the open- ended questions were qualitatively evaluated (those related to the reasons for early dropouts and experiences with career counselling). The research results showed that early departures are related to the level of general self-efficacy. In the results there are described in more detail the reasons for dropouts (Covid-19, health, family reasons, difficulty of studies, future employment, studying the wrong field, negative experiences, etc.) and experiences with career counselling, which were unfortunately rather... Tato diplomová práce se zabývá předčasnými odchody studentů z vysokých škol v souvislosti se self-efficacy. Předčasné odchody studentů jsou v současnosti velkým problémem u nás i ve světě. Nejvíce odchodů z vysokých škol nastává hned v prvním ročníku studia. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit příčiny předčasných odchodů z vysokých škol a také to, jestli souvisí s úrovní self- efficacy. Součástí práce jsou i zkušenosti s kariérním poradenstvím. K prozkoumání této problematiky jsem v praktické části své diplomové práce využila dotazníkové šetření mající několik částí (obecná část, část týkající se předčasných odchodů a část týkající se úrovně obecné a akademické self-efficacy). Výzkumný design mé práce je převážně kvantitativní, kvalitativně byly vyhodnocovány pouze odpovědi na otevřené otázky (ty se týkaly příčin předčasných odchodů a zkušeností s kariérním poradenstvím). Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že předčasné odchody souvisí s úrovní obecné self-efficacy. Ve výsledcích jsou podrobněji rozepsány příčiny odchodů (Covid- 19, zdraví, rodinné důvody, náročnost studia, budoucí uplatnění, studium nesprávného oboru, negativní zkušenosti ad.) a zkušenosti s kariérním poradenstvím, které byly bohužel spíše negativní. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to the history of Kolet's mining music from its beginning to present, to musical events that took place under the leadership of various conductors of the orchestra. I am also focusing on persons thanks to whom Kolet's mining music was maintained and most significant events took place. These are Kolets brothers and Zdeněk Tlučhoř. The diploma thesis is named "Methods and Techniques of Drama Education as a Tool for Inclusion of Pupils with a Different Mother Tongue." In the theoretical part, the issues of pupils with a different mother tongue are specified. Subsequently, I generally discuss drama education as a method of teaching and furthermore its specific methods and techniques, which can be used for the inclusion of a pupil with a foreign mother language. In the practical part, I name the most common difficulties in the inclusion of a pupil with a foreign mother language in the educational process and define the utilization rate of drama education in eliminating the issues mentioned in the previous part. In the research, I used a quantitative analysis, a structured questionnaire method, and qualitative experiments through semi-structured interviews. The questionnaire was answered by 42 respondents (pedagogical employees).The results of the questionnaire analysis indicate that the greatest difficulties are language barriers, cultural differences, and unfamiliarity with the environment. The drama education method is used by three-quarters of the respondents; however, only nine of them are applying the method as a tool for eliminating the most frequent difficulties when working with students with a foreign mother language. I... Diplomová práce nese název Dramatická výchova jako nástroj pro inkluzi žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem. V teoretické části se zabývám problematikou žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Dále se věnuji dramatické výchově jako oboru a zároveň vybraným metodám a technikám dramatické výchovy, které mohou být využity při inkluzi žáka s odlišným mateřským jazykem. V praktické části pojmenovávám nejčastější obtíže při inkluzi žáka s odlišným mateřským jazykem ve vzdělávacím procesu a zároveň definuji míru využití metod a technik dramatické výchovy při odstraňování výše uvedených obtíží. K výzkumu jsem využila kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, metodu strukturovaného dotazníku a kvalitativní výzkumné šetření pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Na dotazník odpovídá 42 respondentů (pedagogických pracovníků). Z dotazníkového šetření vyplývá že nejčastějšími obtížemi jsou jazyková bariéra, kulturní rozdíl a neznalost prostředí. Tři čtvrtiny pedagogů využívají dramatickou výchovu, ale pouze 9 ji využívá při odstraňování nejčastějších obtíží při práci s žáky s odlišným mateřským jazykem. S těmito výsledky pracuji v rámci navrženého projektu tří dramatických lekcí, které se dají využít ve výuce. The thesis surveys the perspective of parents of children attending last class of nusery school and investigates what expectation they have about first grade teachers. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part summarizes existing knowledge the main actors wiho are present in the pupil's transition to the first grade, which are the pupil, the family and the teacher. The practical part is focused on a mixed methods study. In the first part quantitative research is used questionnaire method, the research sample comprises the parents of preschool children. The responses reflext the respondent's opinions about idea about first grade teacher in primary school. First grade teachers react to this parent's idea. The semi-structured group interview method is used to find out whether the parent's ideas seem realistic to them and if they satisfy or prove to satisfy this idea about first grade teacher in primary school. The aims of the thesis is to ascertain, how looks the teacher's ideal by parents, which characteristics parents prefer in relation to pupils and parents and how the first grade teachers react on these ideas. Diplomová práce mapuje pohled rodičů dětí navštěvujících poslední ročník mateřské školy a zjišťuje, jaká očekávání mají od učitelů prvního ročníku základní školy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část shrnuje dosavadní poznatky ohledně hlavních aktérů přítomných u přechodu žáka do 1. ročníku, čímž jsou žák, rodina a učitel. Praktická část je zaměřena na smíšené výzkumné šetření. V první kvantitativní části je využita metoda dotazníku, kdy výzkumný vzorek představují rodiče předškolních dětí. Z odpovědí vyplývají názory respondentů na představu o ideálním učiteli prvního ročníku základní školy. Na tuto představu rodičů reagují učitelé a učitelky prvního ročníku ZŠ v druhé kvalitativní části výzkumného šetření. Metodou polostrukturovaných skupinových rozhovorů je zjišťováno, zda jim představy rodičů připadají realistické a zda tuto představu o ideálním učiteli naplňují či dokáží naplnit. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the application of psychological theories in the framework of the creation of a psychobiographical text. First, I describe the historical background of the development of the psychobiographical approach and the main methodological procedures in psychobiographical research. Then I analyze the individual categories that were used in the subsequent interpretation. Proposals for interpretations for the creation of a future psychobiographical text arose from a purely autobiographical text (available memoirs of the analyzed personalities). I work here with the topic of psychobiography as a basic method of psychological research, which I apply to the leading politicians of the Czechoslovak political scene in the first half of the twentieth century. Namely, they are doctor of law Karel Kramář, Professor Edvard Beneš and journalist Jiří Stříbrný. The chosen psychological lenses through which these analyzed sources are interpreted are Kohut's theory on the creation of self and Adler's theory dealing with the striving for superiority. These interpretations are critically evaluated in the final chapter of this diploma thesis, and the usability of the given sources for further psychobiographical research is described. The output of this work is the finding that the... Diplomová práce řeší problematiku aplikace psychologických teorií v rámci tvorby psychobiografického textu. Nejdříve popisuji historické pozadí vývoje psychobiografického přístupu a hlavní metodologické postupy v psychobiografickém výzkumu. Poté následuje rozboru jednotlivých kategorií, které byly u této interpretace použity. Návrhy interpretací pro tvorbu budoucího psychobiografického textu vznikaly z textu ryze autobiografického (dostupné paměti analyzovaných osobností). Pracuji zde s tématem psychobiografie jako se základní metodou psychologického zkoumání, které aplikuji na přední politiky československé politické scény v první polovině dvacátého století. Jmenovitě se jedná o doktora práv Karla Kramáře, profesora Edvarda Beneše a novináře Jiřího Stříbrného. Zvolené psychologické optiky, skrze které jsou tyto analyzované prameny interpretovány, jsou Kohutova teorie o tvorbě self a Adlerova teorie zabývající se úsilím o nadřazenost. Tyto interpretace jsou v závěrečné kapitole této diplomové práce kriticky zhodnoceny a je popsána využitelnost daných pramenů pro další psychobiografické zkoumání. The diploma thesis deals with methods and techniques of drama education, which we can use to prevent bullying at the first grade of the primary school. The theoretical part defines the concept of bullying and the definition of this concept. It also describes the forms, types and characteristic features of bullying. The theoretical part also focuses on the actors of bullying, describes the causes, development, subsequent manifestations of bullying as well as its consequences. In the theoretical part, we also deal with the area of bullying prevention at the 1st grade of elementary school. In the second half of the theoretical part, drama education at the first level of elementary school is defined, its goals and key competences that it develops at the first level. Here, the work focuses on the methods and techniques of dramatic education, which can be used to prevent bullying. The practical part contains a prepared drama lesson using the methods and techniques of drama education for pupils of the 5th year of the first stage of primary school, which is focused on the prevention of bullying in primary school. V teoretické části se také zabývám oblastí prevence šikany na 1. stupni ZŠ. Ve druhé polovině teoretické části je definovaná dramatická výchova na prvním stupni základní školy, její cíle a obsah. Jsou také zmíněné principy dramatické výchovy a klíčové kompetence, které na prvním stupni dramatická výchova rozvíjí. V této části se také zaměřuji na metody a techniky dramatické výchovy, které k prevenci šikany mohou být využity. Praktická část obsahuje vypracovanou dramatickou lekci s využitím metod a technik dramatické výchovy pro žáky 5. ročníku prvního stupně základní školy, která je zaměřena na prevenci šikany na základní škole. Součástí praktické části je také sociometrický dotazník, který je určen pro žáky, jež budou lekci absolvovat, a který vyplní před absolvováním dramatické lekce. This diploma thesis deals with the possible ways in which the education of gifted pupils can be organized. In the theoretical part, the concept of giftedness is defined from the point of view of official school documents. The next chapter is devoted to the characteristic manifestations of gifted students, on the basis of which it is possible to identify them. The key part is the chapter presenting an overview of possible adjustments to the teaching process, which can be used to adjust the teaching of gifted students. This part is followed by a chapter proposing systemic measures for the support of gifted pupils that operate in the Czech Republic. A case study of the 1st grade of a private primary school is processed, which captures the process of finding optimal ways to support gifted students, the result of which is an action plan for changes in the monitored area. Methods of analysis of school documents, semi- structured interviews with teachers and school management, evaluation and reflection were used for processing. KEYWORDS gifted pupil, primary school, support actions, case study, interview, document analysis, forms, methods and strategies Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnými způsoby, kterými lze organizovat vzdělávání nadaných žáků. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezen pojem nadání z hlediska platných školských dokumentů, další kapitola je věnována charakteristickým projevům nadaných žáků, na základě kterých je lze identifikovat. Stěžejní částí je kapitola prezentující přehled možných úprav vyučovacího procesu, kterými lze uzpůsobit výuku nadaným žákům. Na tuto část navazuje kapitola navrhující systémová opatření pro podporu nadaných žáků, která fungují v České republice. V praktické části je zpracována případová studie I. stupně soukromé základní školy, která zachycuje proces hledání optimálních způsobů podpory nadaných žáků, jehož výsledkem je akční plán změn ve sledované oblasti. Pro zpracování byly využity metody analýza školních dokumentů, polostrukturované rozhovory s učiteli a vedením školy, evaluace a reflexe.
