Vědomá artikulace ve čteném projevu u studentů gymnázia

2024 - Czech This bachelor's thesis deals with analysing the read speeches of students in the last year of grammar school and their changes after the requirement to focus on correct articulation was raised. The primary goal is to prove the hypothesis that female students commit fewer deviations from the orthoepic norm in their second reading. Ten female students from the same class participated in the research, for whom the Czech language was their native language, in which they had been educated, and they had undergone speech training. They had not been diagnosed with any speech or reading disorder. The research took place in the form of reading the selected text twice; before the second reading, the students were asked to concentrate on their articulation and orthoepic pronunciation. The recordings of their readings were transcribed using standard Czech transcription and analysed to detect pronunciation deviations, which were then sorted into the appropriate categories. Furthermore, the deviations were quantified, and their differential occurrence during the first and second readings was evaluated. It was found that the female students improved in their articulation, but this improvement is not significant according to the paired t-test with a two-tailed alternative. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou čtených projevů studentů posledního ročníku gymnázia a jejich změnám po vznesení požadavku o soustředění se na správnou artikulaci. Základním cílem je prokázání hypotézy, že se studentky ve svém druhém čtení dopustí méně odchylek od ortoepické normy. Do výzkumu se zapojilo deset studentek ze stejné třídy, pro které byl český jazyk rodným jazykem, v němž absolvovaly výuku a řečnickou průpravu a neměly diagnostikovanou žádnou poruchu řeči nebo čtení. Výzkum probíhal formou dvojího čtení vybraného textu, kdy před druhým čtením byly studentky vyzvány, aby se soustředily na svou artikulaci a spisovnou výslovnost. Nahrávky jejich čtení byly transkribovány běžnou českou transkripcí a analyzovány s cílem detekovat odchylky výslovnosti, které byly následně roztříděny do příslušných kategorií. Dále byly chyby kvantifikovány a byl zhodnocen jejich rozdílný výskyt při prvním a druhém čtení. Bylo zjištěno, že se studentky ve svých projevech zlepšily, ale toto zlepšení není signifikantní podle párového T-testu s oboustrannou alternativou. Nejčastěji se vyskytovaly ortoepické odchylky v asimilaci znělosti a zjednodušování souhláskových skupin. Studentky obecně tvořily významně více odchylek v souhláskách než samohláskách. Kniha jako součást odpočinkové činnosti ve školní družině

2024 - Czech This bachelor thesis concerns book reading as part of leisure activities in after-school care. The goal of it is to outline the infrastructure of family reading through interviews with after-school care students and to also suggest reading related activities - recitals, discussions, opinion sharing etc. around the selected book of Miloš Kratochvíl - Puntíčkáři. These activities were completed by the creation of lapbook. They were not only conducted but also their efficiency was reflected through observations, afore-mentioned interviews and an analysis of the students' creations. The theoretical portion of this thesis presents after-school care in its historical and contemporary context as well as it shows its functions and goals. Concepts such as reading and reading literacy, personal development, communication skills, free time, leisure time education and reading strategies for children and youth, are introduced here. In the practical portion, reading strategies were applied when working with the book Puntíkáři by Miloš Kratochvíl. One of the stories from the book is also accompanied by lapbook. Part of this being the results of a survey conducted among students, using interviews on the topic of children's literature. The relationship of students towards reading, their favourite titles, genres,... Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prací s knihou ve školní družině v rámci odpočinkové činnosti. Cílem práce je zmapovat čtenářskou rodinou infrastrukturu prostřednictvím rozhovorů s žáky v družině, dále navrhnout aktivity s knihami - předčítání, hovory o knihách, sdílení o přečteném a další aktivity s vybranou knihou od Miloše Kratochvíla - Puntíkáři, včetně tvorby lapbooku, který by tyto aktivity završil. Realizovat tyto aktivity a reflektovat jejich účinnost prostřednictvím pozorování, rozhovorů s žáky nad danými činnostmi a analýzou žákovských produktů. Teoretická část se zabývá školní družinou v historickém i v současném kontextu, její funkcí a cíli. Práce bude pracovat s pojmy jako čtenářství a čtenářská gramotnost, osobnostní rozvoj, rozvoj komunikačních dovedností, volným časem, výchovou ve volném čase, čtenářskými strategiemi a rozvojem čtenářství u žáků mladšího školního věku. V praktické části se pracuje na základě čtenářských strategií s knihou Miloše Kratochvíla Puntíkáři a je vyroben lapbook k jednomu z příběhů. Její součástí jsou výsledky průzkumu mezi žáky s využitím rozhovoru na téma literatura pro děti. Zjišťován je také vztah žáků k četbě, oblíbené tituly, žánry, autoři a témata. Všechny činnosti byly realizovány od října 2023 do února 2024 ve školní družině s žáky třetího ročníku.... 2024 - Czech Burden of proof in tax administration Abstract The thesis analyses the provisions of the Tax Code that deal with the burden of proof in detail. The first part of the thesis analyses the theoretical background of the burden of proof, with special emphasis on the application of the basic principles of the Tax Code in this area. The thesis aims to examine the impact of these principles on the relationship between the tax administrator and the tax subject during tax proceedings. The second part of the thesis discusses the individual factors for which the burden of proof lies with the tax subject and the tax administrator. In tax proceedings, special attention is given to the relationship between the burden of proof and the burden of statement of the tax subject. When discussing the matters in relation to which the tax subject and tax administrator bears the burden of proof, the work also touches upon the consequences of not bearing it. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the key tool for overcoming the tax subject's failure to bear the burden of proof. The use of tools (in czech "pomůcky") as a secondary method of determining tax liability is a consequence of the taxpayer's failure to bear the burden of proof. Důkazní břemeno při správě daní Abstrakt Diplomová práce detailně analyzuje jednotlivá ustanovení Daňového řádu věnující se problematice důkazního břemene. První část práce je věnována analýze teoretických východisek problematiky důkazního břemena se zvláštním důrazem na aplikaci základní zásad Daňového řádu v tomto institutu. Práce se zejména snaží přiblížit konkrétní dopady těchto zásad na vztah správce daně a daňového subjektu v průběhu daňového řízení. V druhé části se práce věnuje individuálním skutečnostem, ve vztahu ke kterým nesou daňový subjekt a správce daně důkazní břemeno. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována zejména propojení břemena tvrzení daňového subjektu a břemena důkazního, které je pro daňové řízení specifické. Při pojednání o skutečnostech, ve vztahu ke kterým daňový subjekt nese důkazní břemeno, se zároveň práce dotýká následků jeho neunesení. Poslední část diplomové práce se pak věnuje klíčovému nástroji pro překonaní neunesení důkazního břemena daňovým subjektem. Použití pomůcek je jakožto následek neunesení důkazního břemene daňovým subjektem sekundární způsob stanovení daňové povinnosti. 2024 - Czech The thesis deals with the topic of comparison of methods and techniques of drama education and reading strategies when working with fairy tale text. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on professional sources and literature. It focuses on the characteristics of drama education, reading strategies and the literary genre of fable. It aims to explain important concepts related to drama education and literacy and the use of the literary genre of fable in drama and literature education. The practical part deals with research to determine the effectiveness of the methods used to work with the text by creating and implementing ten lessons that include methods and techniques of dramatic education and reading strategies when working with the text of fairy tales. It investigates which method used results in improved student comprehension of the fairy tale text, as well as the effectiveness of the two methods of working with the text and observations of students' comprehension of the fairy tale text during the research. Odklady školní docházky v kontextu gramotnostních dovedností

2024 - Czech The thesis focuses on the issue of school deferment in the context of literacy skills in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is structured in 3 chapters. The first chapter discusses concepts such as school maturity and readiness. The second chapter provides an overview and summary of the existingknowledge on school deferrals.The content of the third chapter is a definitionof literacyskills and an introductionto the PorTex diagnostic tool along with the 7 tests and the test battery questionnaire through which data for the research was collected. In the practical section, the quantitative research methodology of the research itself is presented. The research population consists of pupils from the 2nd, 3rd and 5th grades of primary school, divided into 2 groups: children with and without school deferment. Data analysis was carried out in two phases. The results obtained indicate that differences between the groups were demonstrated only in 3 tests and in several subareas of the selected tests. Teoretická část je strukturována do 3 kapitol. V první kapitole je diskutovány pojmy jako školní zralost a připravenost. Druhá kapitola poskytuje přehled a shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o odkladech školní docházky. Obsahem třetí kapitolyje vymezení gramotnostníchdovedností a představení diagnostickéhonástroje PorTex spolu s 7 testy a dotazníkem z testové baterie, prostřednictvím nichž byla sesbírána data pro výzkum. V praktické části je prezentována metodologie kvantitativního výzkumu samotné výzkumné šetření. Výzkumný soubor tvoří žáci z 2., 3. a 5. ročník 1. stupně základní školy, rozdělení do 2 skupin: děti s odkladem školní docházky a bez odkladu školní docházky. Analýza dat byla realizována ve dvou fázích. Získané výsledky naznačují, že rozdíly mezi skupinami byly prokázány pouze v 3 testech a v několika dílčích oblastech vybraných testů. 2024 - Czech Inside information abuse in light of Market Abuse Regulation Abstract The misuse of inside information is becoming an increasingly relevant topic with the progressive development of information technology and the growing popularity of investments by retail investors. There has been a continuous increase in issuers across the capital markets and at the same time, the total amount of funds invested in the capital markets by retail investors has also increased. There has been a corresponding increase in the amount of funds, whether managed through actively managed funds or by amateur investors. Naturally, however, this is accompanied by an increase in the demand for information and hence a greater number of efforts to outperform the average performance of the market as a whole and thus the relevance of the issue of insider trading. This thesis therefore aims to provide a more general insight into the economics and thus the theory behind the ban on insider trading. However, this topic needs to be linked, particularly for practical reasons, to the obligations placed on insiders, in particular issuers and other advisory firms that provide services to issuers. Zneužití vnitřní informace dle nařízení MAR Abstrakt Zneužití vnitřních informací se progresivně s rozvojem informačních technologií a rostoucí popularitou investic ze strany retailových investorů stává stále aktuálnějším tématem. Na finančních trzích dochází ke kontinuálnímu nárustu emitentů, současně s tím se také zvyšuje celkové množství finančních prostředků, které do finančních trhů investují retailový investoři. Dochází tak k odpovídajícímu nárustu prostředků ať již spravovaných prostřednictvím aktivně spravovaných fondů či ze strany amatérských investorů. S tím však přirozeně i roste poptávka po informacích a tím i početnější snaha o překonání průměrných výsledků trhu jako celku a tím i aktuálnost problematiky zneužití vnitřních informací. Tato práce si proto klade za cíl poskytnout obecnější formou náhled do ekonomické a tím i teoretické roviny zákazu obchodování na základě vnitřních informací. Toto téma je ale třeba zejména z praktických důvodů spojit s povinnostmi, které jsou na nositele vnitřních informací, zejména emitenty a jiné poradenské společnosti, které emitentům poskytují služby kladeny. Jelikož jsou to právě oni, kdo mají nejvyšší podíl na tom, zda tato regulace bude efektivní ve své podstatě, či nikoli. 2024 - Czech - 1 - Cross-border aspects of corporate taxation Abstract This thesis addresses the key challenges, institutions, and current challenges in the cross- border taxation of concerns, which are better known as multinational companies. Multinational companies are business associations that must achieve the quality to be described as concerns, which are the focus of this thesis. The essential aspects in the cross-border taxation of a concern are the existence of double taxation or non-taxation, the transfer pricing and, finally, the new institutes that are aimed at reacting to the most recent and unsolved issues in this area. These are still numerous, but the efforts of countries and multinational organisations to tackle them are very strong. Specifically, this thesis deals with the essential instruments in the field of international taxation, such as double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, which can be described as traditional institutes, but also new institutes in the field of international taxation, which are BEPS action plans (Pillar I and Pillar II), MLI, EU directives, which compete with the basic and new instruments. Přeshraniční aspekty zdanění koncernů Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá klíčovými výzvami, instituty a současnými problémy v přeshraničním zdanění koncernů, které jsou známější spíše pod označením nadnárodní společnosti. Nadnárodní společnosti jsou podnikatelským uskupením, které musí dosáhnou kvality, aby mohly být označeny za koncerny, kterým se tato diplomová práce věnuje. Základními aspekty v přeshraničním zdanění koncernu je existence dvojího zdanění nebo nezdanění, převodní cena a konečně nové instituty, které mají za cíl reagovat na nejnovější a dosud nevyřešené otázky v této oblasti. Těch je stále dost, nicméně snaha států i nadnárodních organizací jim čelit je velmi silná. Konkrétně se tato diplomová práce zabývá základními instrumenty v oblasti mezinárodního zdanění, jako jsou smlouvy o zamezení dvojího zdanění, převodní ceny, které můžeme označit za tradiční instituty, ale i nové instituty v oblasti mezinárodního zdanění, kterými jsou akční plány BEPS (I. pilíř i II. pilíř), MLI, směrnice EU, které základním i novým instrumentům konkurují. Akční plány BEPS a jejich dopad se průběžně objevuje v každé kapitoly této diplomové práce.
