Pravidelnosti a závislosti jako prostředí pro badatelsky orientované vyučování

Požadavky na profesní kompetence učitele rostou. Ukazuje se, že pro prohlubování a zkvalitňování znalostí budoucích učitelů prvního stupně základní školy zaujímají významnou roli zkušenosti s badatelsky orientovaným vzděláváním. Proto se snažíme vyhledávat a navrhovat výuková prostředí a realizovat v nich přípravu studentů učitelství tak, aby měli možnost sami prožít badatelsky orientovanou výuku z pozice žáka a uvědomit si její přínos. Requirements for teacher professional competence grow. It turns out that for deepening and improving the knowledge of future primary schools teachers occupy an important role the experience with inquiry based education. Therefore, we are trying to find and design learning environments and implement them in the preparation of teacher students so that they have the possibility to experience yourself inquiry based education from the position of the pupil and realize its benefits.

Reprezentace shodných zobrazení

Příspěvek se zabývá základními shodnými zobrazeními v rovině z pohledu vyučování geometrii na prvním stupni základní školy. Zaměřuje se na osovou a středovou souměrnost, otočení a posunutí. Poukazuje na nezbytnost reprezentovat principy shodných zobrazení jako proces prostřednictvím rozmanitých modelů. Popisuje několik metod reprezentace shodných zobrazení zrcadlením, překládáním a vystřihováním, otiskováním, skládáním a užitím dynamické geometrie. Metody jsou ilustrovány vytvářením geometrických ornamentů a vzorů. The paper deals with basic isometries in plane from the point view of the teaching of geometry at primary school. It concentrates on line reflection, point reflection, rotation and translation. It refers to necessity to represent principles of isometries as a process by means of various models. It describes some methods of representation of isometries by mirror reflection, folding and cutting, printing, composing and using dynamic geometry. The methods are illustrated by creation of geometrical ornaments and patterns.

Dynamická proměna vzdělávání klade velké nároky na profesionalitu učitelů, na jejich oborově didaktické kompetence (znalost oboru i didaktických přístupů k němu, znalost kurikula a uplatnění těchto znalostí v praxi), na matematickou kulturu a matematickou gramotnost. Na příkladu pojmového komplexu pravidelnost – závislost – úměrnost je v příspěvku naznačeno, jak jsme společně s M. Komanem přistupovali k rozvíjení počátečních představ pojmu funkce. The dynamic transformation of education puts great demands on teachers' professional knowledge, their subject-didactic competence (knowledge of the topic and didactic approaches to it, knowledge of curriculum and applying this knowledge in practice), mathematical literacy and mathematical culture. An example of the conceptual field of regularity - dependence - proportion is used to illustrate M. Koman's and my approach to the development of the initial ideas of the concept of function.

Za jednu z možností prohlubování didaktických znalostí obsahu učitele považuji systematickou kvalifikovanou reflexi vlastní činnosti. Jednou z cest k systematické reflexi se může stát kolektivní reflexe s podporou videozáznamu z vyučovací hodiny. Příspěvek ukazuje závěry z mých experimentů. Východiskem příspěvku je Lesson study (forma workshopu vycházející z tradičního uspořádání japonské vyučovací hodiny) a hledání cesty, jak by se podobný model dal využít v naší vzdělávací kultuře. I consider that one of the options of developing teachers´ pedagogical content knowledge is systematic qualified reflection on their own activity. One of the way to systematic reflection can become a collective reflection with the support of video lessons. The starting point of this paper is Lesson study (a form of workshop based on the traditional organization of Japanese lessons) and finding the way how a similar model could be used in our educational culture.

Příspěvek se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění badatelsky orientovaných aktivit ve vyučování geometrii na základní škole. Popisuje náměty geometrických aktivit, které vedou žáky k experimentování, prezentování výsledků svých zkoumání a jejich ověřování a diskusi. Prostředí jsou ilustrována modelováním souměrných ornamentů, pravidelných vzorů, mnohoúhelníků a mnohostěnů. The paper deals with opportunities to use inquiry based activities in the teaching of geometry at primary or secondary school. It describes proposals of geometrical activities which lead pupils to experimentation, presentation of findings and their verification and discussion. The environments are illustrated by modelling of symmetrical ornaments, geometrical patterns, polygons and polyhedrons.

Článek se zaměřuje na otázky spojené s vytvářením pojmu zlomek. Jsou zmíněny různé interpretace a reprezentace. Ukázány jsou některé mylné představy a časté chyby žáků při řešení úloh a nedostatky ve výuce, které jsou jejich příčinou. The article focuses on issues related to the creation of the concept of fraction. Various interpretations and representations are mentioned. Shown are some of the misconceptions and common mistakes of students in solving problems and deficiencies in training, which are their cause.

Computational and analytical a posteriori error estimates for finite element methods

The analytical a posteriori error estimates are oriented to the use in h-methods, are usually constructed only for lowest-order polynomial approximation, and often depend on unknown constatns or functions. In this review paper, we present several error estimation procedures for some particular linear partial differential problems with special regards to the needs of the hp-method. We compare the advantages and drawbacks of a posteriori error estimators including computational ones.
