Porovnání kázeňských opatření využívaných v České republice a ve Francii

2024 - Czech ABCTRACT The main purpose of this thesis is to compare the disciplinary measures used in the Czech Republic and France, especially at the first level of primary school. Two interviews were used for the comparison, one with a teacher from the Czech Republic and the other with a teacher from France. In the practical part, documents dealing with punishment and disciplinary measures were also analysed. It was found that disciplinary measures based on school regulations differ in the two countries. In the Czech Republic disciplinary measures are given per term, in France measures that are given immediately are preferred. However, disciplinary measures in France do not differ much with some punishments that are also used in the Czech Republic but are not mentioned in the school regulations. As this was qualitative research, we cannot generalise such results. Both teachers are satisfied with the disciplinary measures available to them. They agree that immediate punishments work better for younger pupils, with both of them often using a mandatory rewrite of the rule the pupil has broken. Disciplinary measures are closely related to corporal punishment; if a child is punished in the family, this has an impact on his or her behaviour at school. Hlavní náplní této diplomové práce je porovnat kázeňská opatření využívaná v České republice a ve Francii, a to zejména na 1. stupni základní školy. K porovnání byly využity 2 rozhovory, jeden s paní učitelkou z České republiky a druhý s paní učitelkou z Francie. V praktické části byly analyzované také dokumenty zabývající se tresty a kázeňskými opatřeními. Bylo zjištěno, že kázeňská opatření vycházející ze školního řádu se v obou zemích liší. Česká kázeňská opatření se udílejí za pololetí, ve Francii jsou upřednostňována opatření, která se udělují ihned. Kázeňská opatření ve Francii se ale moc neliší s některými tresty, které v České republice jsou také využívány, ale nejsou uvedeny ve školním řádu. Jelikož se v tomto případě jednalo o výzkum kvalitativní, nemůžeme takové výsledky zobecňovat. Obě učitelky jsou spokojené s kázeňskými opatřeními, které mají k dispozici. Shodují se na tom, že u mladších žáků lépe fungují tresty okamžité s tím, že často obě využívají povinný přepis daného pravidla, které žák porušil. Kázeňská opatření úzce souvisí s tělesnými tresty, je-li dítě v rodině trestáno, má to vliv na jeho chování i ve škole. V České republice stále nebyl přijat zákon zakazující tělesné tresty v domácím prostředí. Oproti tomu Francie takový zákon přijala již v roce 2019. Při udělování... 2024 - Czech Membership in the sport association Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of membership in an association from the perspective of the applicable law and analysing the internal regulations issued by the associations themselves. The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively present the matters of membership in an association as the most common legal form active in the sports environment. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the Right of association, on which the law of association is based. As well as the related issue of voluntary membership of athletes in sports organisations. The legal regulation influencing the form of sports associations is presented in the second part of the thesis. Attention is not focused only on the Civil Code as the leading document of the association law, but also on the Act on the Support of Sport and other regulations. The main association's regulation is the articles of association, which specify the association internal order. The association cannot be in existence without the articles of association at all. The internal regulations issued by the association also have an important position in the association, but their binding is not result from the Civil code. Členství ve spolku se sportovním zaměřením Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce zachycuje problematiku členství ve spolku z pohledu platného práva, přičemž analyzuje vnitřní předpisy vydávané samotnými spolky. Cílem práce bylo komplexně představit institut členství ve spolku, jakožto nejčastější právní formy objevující se ve sportovním prostředí. První část práce je věnována obecně právu sdružovacímu, ze kterého spolkové právo vychází, a s ním související problematice dobrovolnosti členství sportovců ve sportovních organizacích. V druhé části práce je představena právní úprava ovlivňující podobu sportovních spolků. Pozornost je zaměřena nejenom na občanský zákoník jako ústřední dokument spolkového práva, ale i na zákon o podpoře sportu a další předpisy. Vedle občanského zákoníku jsou pro spolek významné stanovy, které podobu spolku konkretizují a bez nichž nemůže spolek vůbec fungovat. Důležitou roli ve spolku hrají i jím vydávané vnitřní předpisy, jejichž závaznost však není v zákoně výslovně zakotvena. 2024 - Czech The diploma thesis "The Economic and Cultural Development of the Township of Lhenice in the 19th Century" examines the transformation of life in the township of Lhenice during the so-called long 19th century, a period marked by the beginning of modernity, the industrial revolution, urbanization, the rise of nation states, nationalism and the struggle for national identity, and the ongoing National Revival in the Czech lands. The analysis focuses on key aspects of economic changes, such as changes in agriculture, the development of crafts and industry, and the decline of the market system, as well as on cultural changes, such as the emergence of organised social life or the background to public festivals or other celebrations. The study reveals how the local economy responded to economic development and its challenges and technological advances, how the local community dealt with the gradual institutionalization of poverty and the poverty question in general, and how the whole society was affected by the broader socio-political changes in the Austrian monarchy and the Czech lands. Diplomová práce "Hospodářsko-kulturní vývoj městyse Lhenice v 19. století" se věnuje zkoumání transformací života v městečku Lhenice během tzv. dlouhého 19. století, tedy období, které bylo ve znamení nastupující moderny, průmyslové revoluce, urbanizace, vzniku národních států, tedy také nacionalismu a boje za vlastí národní identitu a v českých zemích probíhajícího národního obrození. Analýza se zaměřuje na klíčové aspekty hospodářského vývoje, jako jsou změny v zemědělství, rozvoj řemesel a průmyslu, úpadek systému trhů, a také na kulturní proměny, např. vznik organizovaného spolkového života nebo probíhajících na pozadí veřejných festivit nebo jiných oslav. Hudební pohádka Lotrando a Zubejda v hudební výchově

2024 - Czech The thesis The musical fairy tale Lotrando and Zubejda in music education presents the mentioned musical fairy tale and its use in music education. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly points out the origin and genesis of the fairy tales. It deals more closely with the definition of the fairy tale as a literary and musical-dramatic genre and outlines the influence of this phenomenon on the psychological development of the child. In this context, the thesis focuses on the period of younger school age, which it characterizes not only in terms of social and emotional development, but above all in terms of musical development. In the practical part of the thesis, examples of activities for music education lessons are given, which are inspired by the film musical fairy tale Lotrando and Zubejda. These activities were carried out with pupils of the 3rd year of the T. G. Masaryk Primary School in Milevsko and recorded in the form of preparations for the lesson. The practical part resulted in model examples and several methodological sheets that can serve as inspiration for working with the musical fairy tale in the educational process. Diplomová práce Hudební pohádka Lotrando a Zubejda v hudební výchově představuje jmenovanou hudební pohádku a její aplikaci v hodinách hudební výchovy. Teoretická část předkládané práce stručně poukazuje na původ a vznik pohádek. Blíže se zaměřuje na definici pohádky jak z hlediska literárního, tak i hudebně dramatického žánru. Přičemž nastiňuje vliv tohoto fenoménu na psychický vývoj dítěte. V této souvislosti se diplomová práce věnuje období mladšího školního věku, které charakterizuje nejenom s ohledem k sociálnímu a emočnímu vývoji, ale hlavně se zřetelem k vývoji hudebnímu. Praktická část závěrečné práce přináší příklady aktivit do hodin hudební výchovy, které se inspirují filmovou hudební pohádkou Lotrando a Zubejda. Tyto aktivity byly realizovány s žáky 3. ročníku na 1. základní škole Tomáše Garrigua Masaryka v Milevsku a zaznamenány formou vyučovacích příprav. Výsledkem praktické části předkládané práce jsou pak modelové příklady a několik metodických listů, jež mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro práci s hudební pohádkou ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu. K doplnění vhledu do dané problematiky práce popisuje výsledky krátkého dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnili respondenti z řad vyučujících hudební výchovy na 1. stupni základní školy, kde proběhla realizace projektového vyučování.... Svatava Neuwirthová Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with Parkinson's disease Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis i to process a case study of a ptient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in the special part and in the theorethical part to provide information about this diagnosis, particularly focusing on etiopathogenesis, diagnosis ant treatment. Methods: The general part includes theoretical information about Parkinson's disease concerning clinical presentation, ethiopathogenesis, pathophysiology, diagnostic options and teratment, including rehabilitation. The special part contains the case report of the patient, whoch was developer during the bachelor's internship at the Nemocnice milosrdných sester svatého Karla Boromejského. Results: The objectives of both the theorethical and special parts were fulfilled. Conclusion: Based on the evaluation of the therapy's efect, it can be stated that physiotherapeutic care was succesful because it had a partially positive impact on the patient's condition. Svatava Neuwirthová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Parkinsonovou chorobou Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je především v speciální části zpracovat kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou morbus Parkinson a v teoretické podat informace o této diagnóze, zejména týkající se etiopatogeneze, diagnostiky a léčby. Metody: Obecná část zahrnuje teoretické informace o Parkinsonově chorobě z hlediska klinického obrazu, etiopatogeneze, patofyziologie, diagnostických možností a léčby včetně té rehabilitační. Speciální část obsahuje samotnou kazuistiku pacienta, která vznikla v rámci bakalářských praxí v Nemocnici Milosrdných sester svatého Karla Boromejského. Výsledky: Cíle teoretické i speciální části byly splněny. Závěr: Dle zhodnocení efektu terapie lze říci, že fyzioterapeutické péče byla úspěšná, protože měla dle výsledků částečný pozitivní vliv na pacientův stav. 2024 - Czech This bachelor's thesis focuses on the subjective wellbeing of science-gifted adolescents. The goal of this thesis is to describe subjective wellbeing in the context of gifted adolescents and to determine when these individuals are happy. Participants of the summer science camp Běstvinka were selected as the sample of the gifted adolescents. The theoretical part focuses on different categories of wellbeing, including models and their comparisons, to better understand this complex phenomenon. The research part of the thesis presents the research questions and objectives of the thesis including the methodology used. The first goal of the thesis is to describe the subjective wellbeing of gifted adolescents. The research questions focus on exploring subjective wellbeing, examining the difference between genders and between the two camp groups. Other research questions aim to find out when gifted adolescents are happy and finding out how subjective wellbeing and self-efficacy are related in this research sample. The second goal of this study is to determine what promotes subjective wellbeing in science gifted adolescents. Through the research question, it was investigated which specific factors support the subjective wellbeing of these individuals. The PISA 2015 and 2018 questionnaires and the WHO-5... Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá subjektivním wellbeingem přírodovědně nadaných dospívajících. Cílem práce je popsat subjektivní wellbeing v kontextu nadaných dospívajících a zjistit, kdy jsou tito jedinci šťastní. Jako vzorek nadaných dospívajících byli vybráni účastníci Letního odborného soustředění Běstvinka. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na různá členění wellbeingu včetně modelů a jejich srovnání, která slouží k lepší orientaci v tomto komplexním jevu. Výzkumná část práce představuje výzkumné otázky a cíle práce včetně použité metodologie. Prvním cílem práce je popsat subjektivní wellbeing nadaných dospívajících. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřují na prozkoumání subjektivního wellbiengu, prozkoumání rozdílu mezi pohlavími a mezi dvěma skupinami tábora. Další výzkumné otázky se týkají zjištění, kdy jsou nadaní dospívající šťastní a zjištění v jakém vztahu je subjektivní wellbeing a self-efficacy u tohoto výzkumného vzorku. Druhý cíl této práce je zjistit, co podporuje subjektivní wellbeing přírodovědně nadaných dospívajících. Prostřednictvím výzkumné otázky bylo zjišťováno, které konkrétní faktory podporují subjektivní wellbeing těchto jedinců. 2024 - Czech The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research part. In the theoretical part, I define concepts such as implementation, health, and health education. I focus on the area of Child and Its Body, which is included and specified in the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education. Furthermore, I describe the concept of health education in preschools. I also cover the area of Human and Its World, specifically the field of Human and Its Health, which is included in the Framework Educational Program for Primary Education, at the first stage. I discuss small rural schools and finally, I write about safety in the school environment. The second part is focused on the analysis in the field of health education, specifically - the school educational program, the school preventive program, and the annual report of Sloup v Čechách Primary and Nursery School. Based on the conducted analysis, suggestions for improvements in the researched area will be formulated. One of the partial goals is the subjective evaluation of the feeling of safety at school, i.e., to determine whether students and staff feel safe at school and how they protect their health and safety. The partial research method will be a questionnaire survey for students (1st to 5th grade) and teachers, educational staff, and other... Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a výzkumnou. V teoretické části definuji pojmy jako implementace, zdraví, výchova ke zdraví. Věnuji se oblasti Dítě a jeho tělo, která je obsažena a specifikována v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro předškolní vzdělávání. Dále popisuji pojetí výchovy ke zdraví v MŠ. Také oblasti Člověk a jeho svět, konkrétně oboru Člověk a jeho zdraví, který je obsažen v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro Základní vzdělání, a to na prvním stupni. Rozepisuji se o malotřídních školách a v neposlední řadě píšu o bezpečnosti ve školním prostředí. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu v oblasti výchovy ke zdraví a to konkrétně - školního vzdělávacího programu, školního preventivního programu a výroční zprávy Základní a Mateřské školy Sloup v Čechách. Na základě provedené analýzy budou formulovány náměty na zlepšení ve zkoumané oblasti. Dílčím cílem je subjektivní hodnocení pocitu bezpečí ve škole, tzn. zjistit, jestli se žáci a zaměstnanci cítí ve škole bezpečně, jak chrání své zdraví a bezpečí. Dílčí výzkumnou metodou bude dotazníkové šetření pro žáky (1. - 5. třída) a učitele, pedagogické pracovníky a ostatní zaměstnance školy ke zjištění pocitu bezpečí a ochrany zdraví.
