Využívání a zneužívání rostlinných stimulantů

2024 - Czech This bachelor thesis deals with plant stimulants and their biologically active substances. The first theoretical part of the thesis presents basic information about plant stimulants, basic characteristics of secondary metabolism and secondary metabolites, including their occurrence in different plants. Next, the thesis discusses selected representatives, together with their biologically active substances, which provide stimulatory effects on the human organism. Subsequently, the thesis presents the issue of possible dependencies on plant stimulants, which are almost unknown in terms of information. This theoretical part was of a research character. The last part of the thesis is didactic, it deals with the analysis of curriculum documents for four-year high schools in terms of the amount of information about plant stimulants. The didactic part includes the design of a worksheet and also laboratory work that could be used in education. Plant stimulants are widespread all over the world, but awareness of them is quite low, so this work can be used in teaching to broaden awareness of the issue. V první teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o rostlinných stimulantech, základní charakteristiku sekundárního metabolismu a sekundárních metabolitů, včetně výskytu v různých rostlinách. Dále práce pojednává o vybraných zástupcích, společně s jejich biologicky aktivními látkami, které poskytují stimulační efekty na lidský organismus. Práce následně přibližuje problematiku možných závislostí na rostlinných stimulantech, které nejsou z hlediska informovanosti téměř známy. Tato teoretická část byla rešeršního charakteru. Poslední část práce je didaktická, zabývá se analýzou kurikulárních dokumentů pro čtyřletá gymnázia z hlediska výskytu množství informací o rostlinných stimulantech. Součástí didaktické části je návrh pracovního listu a také laboratorní práce, které by bylo možné využít při výuce. Rostlinné stimulanty jsou rozšířeny po celém světě, ale informovanost o nich je vcelku nízká, proto tato práce může být využita při výuce k rozšíření informovanosti o dané problematice. Michaela Stupková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient after Lumbar Spine Surgery Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize theoretical information regarding the diagnosis of lumbar spine stenosis. Furthermore, the aim is to use the practical skills achieved during the bachelor's degree in physiotherapy at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Charles University in the care of a patient after decompression surgery due to spinal canal stenosis. Methods: In order to process the theoretical part, a literature search was carried out, on the basis of which this part was created. A special part is dedicated to working with the patient, includes anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, proposal of short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, detailed description of therapeutic units, output kinesiological analysis and finally evaluation of the therapy effect. This is followed by a discussion where the used therapeutic methods and procedures are discussed with professional publications. Results: According to the evaluation of the therapy effect, there was a partial improvement in the overall condition of the patient, as a result of the physiotherapy care. Michaela Stupková Název: Kauistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po operaci bederní páteře Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických informací týkajících se diagnózy stenóza páteřního kanálu bederní páteře. Dále je cílem využití praktických dovedností získaných při studiu bakalářského oboru fyzioterapie na Fakultě tělesné výchovy a sportu Univerzity Karlovy při péči o pacientku po dekompresní operaci kvůli stenóze páteřního kanálu. Metody: Pro zpracování teoretické části byla provedena literární rešerše, na jejímž základě tato část vznikla. Speciální část je věnována práci s pacientkou, zahrnuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého i dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu, podrobný záznam terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a na závěr zhodnocení efektu terapie. Následuje diskuze, kde jsou využité terapeutické metody a postupy diskutovány s odbornými publikacemi. Výsledky: Dle zhodnocení efektu terapie, došlo k částečnému zlepšení celkového stavu pacientky, v důsledku fyzioterapeutické péče. Silice v jehličnanech (Pinopsida) a jejich využití

2024 - Czech This thesis focuses on a brief characteristic of conifers (Pinopsida) in the light of their taxonomy, morphology and reproduction, secondary metabolism of plants and production of essential oils. Essential oils are then characterised in terms of their composition, uses and methods of their retrieving/extraction. Thesis then determines an outline and detailed characteristics of the most frequently occurring essential oils in conifers and it emphasizes their uses and adverse effects on humans. The last part briefly introduces didactic potential of this topic in primary and secondary education. Bakalářská práce má rešeršní charakter a zaměřuje se na stručnou charakteristiku skupiny jehličnanů (Pinopsida) s ohledem na jejich systematiku, morfologii a rozmnožování, rostlinný sekundární metabolismus s vazbou na produkci rostlinných silic. Silice jsou následně detailně charakterizovány z hlediska jejich složení, využití a způsobů získávání. Práce dále podává přehled a detailní charakteristiku nejčastěji se vyskytujících silic u jehličnanů s důrazem na jejich využití a nežádoucí účinky pro člověka. Poslední část stručně představuje didaktický potenciál tohoto tématu ve výuce na základní škole. Gabriela Kočí Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with pubic rami and acetabular fractures Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a theoretical overview of pelvic ring fractures and to record a case report of a patient with this diagnose. Methods: The general part includes information about etiology, diagnostics and treatment of pelvic ring fractures. The special part contains a case report of patient, which was created at the Fakultní Thomayerova nemocnice. Results: Both objectives were achieved. Conclusion: The recherche found imperfections in currently accesible findings regarding the physiotherapeutic treatment. It may be said, that the therapy infuenced the patient positively and prepared her for the next stages of rehabilitation. Metody: Obecná část zahrnuje informace o etiologii, diagnostice a léčbě fraktur pánevních kostí. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky, která vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe ve Fakultní Thomayerově nemocnici. Výsledky: Oba cíle byly splněny. Závěr: Rešerše odhalila nedostatky v současně dostupných poznatcích týkajících se fyzioterapie. O terapii lze říci, že pozitivně ovlivnila současný stav pacientky a připravila ji na další fáze rehabilitačního procesu. 2024 - Czech The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of home and landscape painting from the perspective of the perception of childhood memories. In the theoretical part, concepts such as identity, emotional relationship to place and genius loci are analysed with reference to the important theorists Christian Norberg-Schulz and Geston Bachelard. The theoretical part of the thesis also examines the development of landscape painting and elaborates on the period from the 19th to the 20th century, when artists began to explore the depiction of feelings and inner emotions. In this part of the thesis, the author's grasp of the theme of her childhood home and its influence on her contemporary work. The practical part forms the focus of the bachelor's thesis - it is devoted to a painting cycle of nostalgic landscapes of childhood memories. It represents her own search for an artistic language and the testing of artistic techniques. It mentions both foreign and Czech painters whose themes and artistic language served as inspiration. The result is a set of paintings Landscapes of Memories, reflection on its creation and artistic treatment. Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem domova a krajinomalby z pohledu vnímání vzpomínek na dětství. V teoretické části jsou analyzovány pojmy jako identita, emocionální vztah k místu či genius loci s odkazem na významné teoretiky Christiana Norberga-Schulze a Gestona Bachelarda. V teoretické části práce je rovněž zkoumán vývoj krajinomalby a blíže tematizováno období 19. až 20. století, kdy umělci začali zkoumat zobrazení pocitů a vnitřních emocí. Autorka v této části práce autorsky uchopuje téma domova z období dětství a jehovliv na její současnou tvorbu. Praktická část tvoří těžiště bakalářské práce - je věnována malířskému cyklu nostalgické krajiny vzpomínek z dětství. Představuje vlastní hledání výtvarného jazyka a zkoušení výtvarných technik. Zmiňuje zahraniční i české malíře a malířky, jejichž náměty a výtvarný jazyk sloužily jako inspirace. Výsledkem je malířský soubor maleb Krajiny vzpomínek, reflexe jeho tvorby a výtvarného zpracování. V didaktické části autorka popisuje krajinomalbu ve školním prostředí a vývoj vnímání krajiny skrz různé věkové kategorie. Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu

2024 - Czech The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of total knee arthroplasty (TKA). It is divided into two main parts: theoretical and methodical. The theoretical part deals with basic anatomical and kinesiological properties of the knee joint, the problem of knee osteoarthritis, and TKA as an effective method for addressing its final stage. The methodical part of the thesis is conducted in the form of a case study of a patient who underwent physiotherapeutic care after TKA implantation. During the physiotherapeutic intervention, methods and approaches corresponding to the knowledge acquired in the bachelor's degree program of physiotherapy were utilized. Thanks to the applied physiotherapeutic care, improvement in the functional status of the patient was observed in almost all monitored criteria. Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku totální endoprotézy (TEP) kolenního kloubu. Je členěna do dvou hlavních částí: teoretickou a metodickou. Teoretická část se zabývá základními anatomickými a kineziologickými vlastnostmi kolenního kloubu, problematikou osteoartrózy kolenního kloubu a TEP kolenního kloubu jako efektivní metodu řešení jejího finálního stádia. Metodická část práce je provedena formou kazuistiky pacienta, který podstoupil fyzioterapeutickou péči po implantaci TEP kolenního kloubu. V průběhu fyzioterapeutické intervence byly využity metody a přístupy odpovídající znalostem bakalářského studia fyzioterapie. Díky aplikované fyzioterapeutické péči bylo pozorováno zlepšení funkčního stavu pacienta téměř ve všech sledovaných kritériích.
