Ödön von Horváth's Jugend ohne Gott - ein autobiographischer Roman?

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá románem Mládí bez Boha spisovatele Ödöna von Horvátha a jeho možnými autobiografickými prvky. Zkoumá tedy souvislosti mezi autorovým životem a tímto literárním dílem. První část této práce se koncentruje na pozadí vzniku románu. Shrnuje tak autorův život v souvislosti s historickými událostmi v letech 1933-1937. Zabývá se také vlastní historií vzniku tohoto díla. V neposlední řadě jsou zde uvedeny i dokumenty související s mladými lidmi v Třetí říši. Druhá část se už zcela koncentruje na analýzu otázky autobiografie. Počáteční kapitola pojednává o literárním žánru autobiografie a její románové formě. Nedílnou součást této práce tvoří také stručný obsah románu, který vedle životopisu autora tvoří základ pro následnou analýzu tématu této práce. Práce je zakončena obecnou literární analýzou. This bachelor thesis deals with the novel Youth without God written by Ödön von Horváth and its possible autobiographical features. It explores the connections between the author?s life and this literary work. The first part concentrates on the background of the novel?s origin. It summarizes the author?s life in connection with historical events during the years 1933-1937. It also deals with the history of novel?s own origin. Last but not least, there are also mentioned the documents related to the youth in the Third Reich. The second part concentrates fully on the analysis of the matter of autobiography. The initial chapter deals with the literary genre ?autobiography? and its novel form. An inseparable part of this thesis also constitutes a brief summary of the novel, which, next to the author?s biography is a basis for the following analysis of the thesis? theme. The thesis is concluded with a general literary analysis.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zařazení rakouského spisovatele Michaela Stavariče a jeho děl do migrační literatury. Vzhledem k autorovu přestěhování se v raném věku z Brna do Vídně bude zmíněna problematika změny jazyka. Následuje podrobný rozbor Stavaričova románu stillborn, který se věnuje především charakteristice hlavní postavy, strategiím vyprávění a možnostem interpretace tohoto díla. Ve stejné kapitole se pokusím vyvrátit obecné tvrzení, že zmiňované dílo patří pouze do migrační literatury. Budou předloženy důkazy o tom, že tato kniha vykazuje i znaky antihrdinského románu. Práce je zakončena kritikou českého překladu Radky Denemarkové (Mrtvorozená Eliška Frankensteinová), která se zaměřuje na rozdíly mezi originálem a překladem. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of classifying the Austrian writer Michael Stavarič and his works as migrant literature. Due to the author´s moving in early age from Brno to Vienna the problem of language change will be mentioned. A detailed analysis of Stavarič´s novel stillborn follows. It pursues especially the characteristic of the main character, the narrative strategy and possibilities of interpretation of this work. In the same chapter I will try to disprove the general claim that the mentioned work classifies only as migrant literature. Evidence that this book shows also signs of an anti-heroic novel will be submitted. This task is concluded with a critique of the Czech translation by Radka Denemarková (Mrtvorozená Eliška Frankensteinová) which focuses on the differences between the original and translation.

Působení zahraničních hráčů v německé bundeslize má nejen sportovní či finanční, ale také interkulturní aspekt. Zejména v německé společnosti, ve které se setkávají mnohé kultury a národní identity, hraje sport důležitou roli v integraci a má nezanedbatelný přínos pro interkulturní komunikaci, což pro fotbal jako nejoblíbenější sportovní odvětví v zemi platí obzvláště. Za posledních čtyřicet let v německé nejvyšší soutěži zanechalo větší či menší stopu několik desítek českých fotbalistů, kteří zde tvořili a i nadále tvoří jednu z největších ?kolonií?. Tato bakalářská práce bude mapovat působení těch nejlepších, popř. nejvýraznějších z nich a rozkrývat, jaké představy o České republice tito hráči zprostředkovávali v dřívějších letech i v současnosti. Involvement of foreign players in the German Bundesliga has not only sporting or financial aspect, but also the intercultural one. Especially in german society there are many cultures and national identities and sport plays big role in integration and intercultural communication, which is particularly valid for football as the most popular sport in the country. Over the last forty years there has been a lot of czech footballers in the highest level of german football and they have formed one of the biggest foreign groups there. This bachelor work will chronicle involvement of the most outstanding of them and it will disclose, which imaginations of Czech Republic this players have been transmited in the past and present.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivem úpadku hodnot v románu \kur{Spieltrieb} německé autorky Juli Zeh. Jejím těžištěm je pak komparace tohoto díla s romány rakouského spisovatele přelomu 19. a 20. století, Roberta Musila, a sice \kur{Die Verwirrungen des Zöglings Törleß} a \kur{Der Mann ohne Eigenschaften}. Formální i myšlenková paralela mezi nimi je opodstatněna autorčiným studiem literárního psaní na Německém literárním institutu v Lipsku. The aim of this thesis is to deal with the motive of the decay of moral values in the novel \kur{Spieltrieb}/ \kur{Gaming Instinct} by the German author Juli Zeh. Its focus is to compare this work with the novels of the early 20th century Austrian writer, Robert Musil, namely \kur{Die Verwirrungen des Zöglings Törleß}/ \kur{The Confusions of Young Torless} and \kur{Der Mann ohne Eigenschaften}/ \kur{The Man Without Qualities}. The formal as well as ideological analogy between Zeh?s and Musil?s works is justified by Zeh?s study of literary writing at The German Creative Writing Program Leipzig.

Tato práce se zaměřuje na přeshraniční spolupráci v rámci Evropské unie. Na základě literární rešerše budou popsány obecné aspekty, vývoj a formy přeshraniční spolupráce. Oblastní vymezení přeshraniční spolupráce se pro potřeby této práce vymezuje na česko-německou a česko-rakouskou hranici. Jako doklad skutečné praxe přeshraniční spolupráce budou použity 4 projekty, které jsou financovány v rámci politiky soudržnosti Evropské unie z Cíle 3 pro programovací období 2007-2013. The work focuses on the cross-border cooperation in the framework of the European Union. On the basis of the literary research are the general aspects, development and forms of cross-border cooperation described. The space limitation of cross-border cooperation for the need of this work is determined on the German-Czech and Czech-Austrian border. As evidence of actual practice 4 projects are used, which are funded from the Objective 3 of cohesive policy of the EU in the period 2007-2013.

Předmětem bakalářské práce je popsání a posouzení vztahu Rakouské republiky k jejím národnostním tzv. autochtonním menšinám, které definuje menšinový zákon z roku 1976. Autorka se v teoretické části zaměří na legislativní úpravu na mezinárodní a národní úrovni ve vztahu k ochraně etnických menšin a komparuje tuto menšinovou politiku s Českou republikou. V praktické části se bude věnovat stručně historickému pozadí každé autochtonní menšiny a zároveň popíše jejich aktuální situaci, jejich každodenní problémy - zda dochází k naplnění jejich menšinových práv v každodenním životě. V závěru práce nastíní a zhodnotí autorka z nabytých poznatků předpokládaný vývoj této problematiky v budoucnosti. The subject of the Bachelor thesis is to describe and assess the relationship of the Republic of Austria to the minorities, so called the indigenous minorities, which the Minority Act of 1976 defines. In the theoretical part the author will focus on legislative changes at the international and national level in relation to the protection of the ethnic minorities and she compares this minority politics with the Czech Republic. The practical part will be devoted to the brief historical background of each indigenous minorities, and at the same time the author will describe their current situation, their everyday problems - whether there is a fulfillment of their minority rights in everyday life. In conclusion, the author will outline and evaluate the expected development of this issue in the future from the acquired knowledge.

Diplomová práce "Ekvivalence v překladech německých právních textů do češtiny" pojednává o specifikách odborného právního jazyka a jeho překladech na úrovni Evropské unie. Práce předkládá vymezení pojmu a typů ekvivalence. Zabývá se jak teoretickým, tak praktickým pozorováním ekvivalentních právních termínů v německo-českém kontextu. Cílem práce je stanovit četnost ekvivalentních typů ve zkoumaném textu. Aspekty překladu jsou podloženy analýzou odborných textů ze "Směrnice o právu na informace v trestním řízení". This diploma thesis entitled "Equivalence in the translations of the German legal texts into Czech" focuses on the specific professional legal language and its translation in the European Union. The thesis introduces the concept definitions and main types of equivalence. Furthermore, it deals with theoretical and practical observation of equivalent legal terms in the German-Czech context. The aim of the work is to determinate the frequency of equivalence types in the observed text. Aspects of translation are based on the analysis of professional legal texts from "Directive on the right to information in criminal proceedings".

Autorka se bude ve své práci zabývat problémem zaměstnání žen v oblasti managementu v České republice a v Německu. V bakalářské práci se zaměří na úskalí a výhody, se kterými se ženy na vedoucích pozicích setkávají. V první části autorka vysvětlí pojem management a dále se bude zabývat postavením žen podle zákonů vybraných zemí. Pozornost zde bude také věnována kontroverznímu tématu kvót pro ženy. Představeny budou ženy manažerky, stereotypy bránící jim v řízení a rozdílné zacházení s muži a ženami. Druhá část bude věnována spíše soukromému životu žen, kde autorka představí pojem Work-Life Balance a možnosti, které v tomto směru ženy mají. Na příkladu dvou manažerek budou objasněny zjištěné poznatky. V závěru práce se autorka pokusí nastínit, jak se daná situace bude dále vyvíjet. The author of this thesis deals with the problem of employing women in the position of managers of companies in the Czech Republic and Germany. In her thesis, she focuses on difficulties and advantages that women engaged in management face. In the first part, the author explains what management really means and then describes the current position of women according to the law systems of chosen countries. Attention is also paid to the controversial topic of quotas for women. The author further introduces women in management, the stereotypes preventing them from managing organizations and the differences in treatment of men and women. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to women?s private life, the author introduces the concept of ?Work ? Life balance? and possibilities which women have regarding this concept. The findings of the thesis are shown as an example of two women managers. At the end of the thesis, the author indicates how this situation might develop henceforward.

In meiner Arbeit Gegenüberstellende Analyse methodischer Aspekte deutschsprachiger Lieder im Deutsch als Fremdsprache Unterricht werde ich mich mit Gründen beschäftigen, warum es gut ist, Lieder im DaF-Unterricht zu benutzen und gleichzeitig auch mit der Erklärung, dass ein Lied als ein Mittel dient und deshalb müssen wir immer ein konkretes Ziel haben, das wir erreichen möchten. Mögliche Ziele werden in den Kapiteln zusammen mit vorgeschlagenen Übungen in Arbeitsblätter gezeigt. Als Beispiele werden zwei aktuelle deutsche Lieder didaktisiert. In my bachelor?s thesis Gegenüberstellende Analyse methodischer Aspekte deutschsprachiger Lieder im Deutsch als Fremdsprache Unterricht I am concerned with reasons why using songs in German lessons is useful. At the same time I will explain that a song is a tool and we always have to have a specific aim which we would like to reach. Possible aims are demonstrated in individual chapters together with suggested tasks which are presented as worksheets. Two current songs are used as a sample.

Cílem této práce je provést analýzu čtyř německých substantiv za pomoci korpusu DeReKo a jeho nástroje COSMAS II (Corpus Search, Management and Analysis System). Teoretická část se věnuje problematice korpusové lingvistiky a tvoření plurálu německých substantiv, především substantiv cizího původu. V praktické části se autorka zabývá analýzou substantiv Embryo, Konto, Risiko, Torso, kde se především soustředí na sémantickou a diatopickou distribuci těchto slov. The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on analysis of four German nouns. The analysis uses the DeReKo corpus and its program COSMAS II (Corpus Search, Management and Analysis System). The theoretical part deals with problems of corpus linguistics and creating plurals of German nouns, primarily the nouns of foreign origin. In the practical part the author concerns with analysis of nouns Embryo, Konto, Risiko, Torso, where she primarily focuses on the semantic and diatopic distribution of these words.
