Práce s emocemi při rozvoji čtenářství pohledem učitelů a žáků 1. stupně

The diploma thesis deals with the mediation of emotional literacy through work with a literary text through the eyes of pupils and teachers of the first grade of primary school. For the purpose of the work, five lessons were created based on the principle of the three-phase E-U-R learning model and focused on working with emotions, which were subsequently implemented and reflected upon. To evaluate the lessons, self-evaluation, and formative evaluation were used, which provided qualitative approaches to feedback from the visiting teacher and the students (both by interview method and content analysis of their products). These were semi-structured group interviews with pupils and individual interviews with the teacher. The lessons were implemented, reflected on, and evaluated at a primary school in the third year of 22 pupils (10 girls, 12 boys) during September/October 2023. Reading lessons oriented towards the development of emotional literacy improved the pupils' ability to express their feelings, influenced their attitudes and thinking, and fostered mutual respect for diversity. These lessons can be a source of inspiration for other educators. Pro účel práce bylo vytvořeno pět lekcí založených na principu třífázového modelu učení E-U-R a zaměřených na práci s emocemi, které byly následně realizovány a reflektovány. K evaluaci lekcí byla využita autoevaluace a formativní evaluace, která zajišťovala kvalitativními přístupy zpětnou vazbu od hospitujícího pedagoga i od žáků (a to jak metodou rozhovoru, tak obsahové analýzy jejich produktů). Jednalo se o polostrukturované skupinové rozhovory se žáky a individuální rozhovory s učitelem. Lekce byly realizovány, reflektovány a evaluovány na základní škole ve 3. ročníku o 22 žácích (10 dívek, 12 chlapců) v průběhu září/října 2023. Čtenářské lekce orientované na rozvoj emoční gramotnosti zlepšily schopnost žáků vyjadřovat své pocity, ovlivnily jejich postoje a myšlení a podpořily vzájemný respekt k různorodosti. Současná nakladatelství knih pro děti mladšího školního věku pohledem žáků: kvalitativní výzkum

This thesis maps the Czech book market from the point of view of the most appreciated Czech publishing houses. Its aim is an overall analysis of Czech publishing houses writing for children and young people, the quality of their production or an assessment of the popularity of literary genres among pupils of younger school age. The focus is mainly on the seventeen most frequently awarded publishing houses in several book competitions over a period of ten years. Both the book contests and the book genres are characterized in more detail in this piece of work. The entire research part of this thesis is based on the literature and detailed research of relevant websites. The practical part of the thesis aims to analyse the reading preferences of second grade students. Specifically, the research focuses on their favourite genre and thematic preferences together with their perception of the production of Czech publishing houses. The research is carried out using the participant observation method and a group interview with the participation of approximately twenty-five pupils of a particular second grade class. Tato diplomová práce mapuje český knižní trh, a to z hlediska nejoceňovanějších českých nakladatelství. Jejím cílem je celková analýza českých nakladatelství píšících pro děti a mládež, kvalita jejich produkce nebo zhodnocení oblíbenosti literárních žánrů u žáků mladšího školního věku. Pozornost je věnována především sedmnácti nejčastěji oceněným nakladatelstvím, a to hned v několika knižních soutěžích v časovém období deseti let. Jak knižní soutěže, tak knižní žánry jsou v práci blíže charakterizovány. Celá výzkumná část se opírá o odbornou literaturu a podrobnou rešerši příslušných webových stránek. Praktická část diplomové práce si klade za cíl analyzovat čtenářské preference u žáků druhé třídy. Konkrétně se výzkum zaměřuje na jejich žánrové a tematické preference společně s tím, jak vnímají produkci českých nakladatelství. Výzkum je uskutečněn za pomoci metody zúčastněného pozorování a skupinového rozhovoru za účasti zhruba dvaceti pěti žáků konkrétní druhé třídy. Zkušenost psychoterapeutické práce se suicidálními klienty: interpretativní fenomenologická analýza

1 ABSTRACT The aim of the diploma thesis is to understand the experience of psychotherapeutic work with suicidal clients and to identify key themes related to this phenomenon. The sub- objectives are to map the impact on the personal life of psychotherapists and to evaluate the current system of care provided to suicidal clients in the Czech Republic. The qualitative approach was chosen for the research, and the interpretive phenomenological analysis was used to analyse the data collected through semi-structured interviews. The research sample consists of a total of 6 informants who have completed comprehensive postgraduate psychotherapy training and have worked with at least 5 suicidal clients during their career. The theoretical part discusses the epidemiology of suicidality, protective and risk factors of suicidal behaviour, or existing research and defines terminology together with current legislation. In the empirical part, the results are presented from two perspectives. While the first depicts the experiences of individual research participants, the second presents themes relevant to the experience of psychotherapeutic care with suicidal clients that are common to all research subjects. For the purpose of clarity and readability, the identified phenomena of complex experience were divided into 4... 1 ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce si klade za cíl porozumět zkušenosti psychoterapeutické práce se suicidálními klienty a identifikovat klíčová témata, jež se s tímto fenoménem pojí. Dílčí cíle představuje zmapování dopadů na osobní život psychoterapeutů a hodnocení současného systému péče o suicidální klienty v České republice. Pro výzkum byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup, přičemž pro analýzu dat, získaných pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, byla použita interpretativní fenomenologická analýza. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří celkem 6 informantů, kteří absolvovali komplexní postgraduální psychoterapeutický výcvik a během své kariéry pracovali s alespoň 5 suicidálními klienty. Teoretická část pojednává o epidemiologii sebevražednosti, protektivních a rizikových faktorech suicidálního chování, dosavadních výzkumech či vymezuje terminologii spolu se současně platnou legislativou. The right to sex education is part of the right to information and education and thus represents a part of human rights. Sexuality concerns everyone and is an important part of human life since birth. Yet sex education is not a priority in schools. The aim of this study was to investigate the experiences of teachers, who also act as prevention methodologists, in the field of sex education and to find out what form sex education takes in selected primary schools. Seven respondents from primary schools in rural areas of the central part of Czech republic participated in the research. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data, which was then analyzed using thematic analysis. The data shows that the sex education provided is inconsistent and unstructured. Teachers are often unaware of current approaches to sex education based on recent research, therefore students are not provided with appropriate information. Very often, sex education did not meet the principles of effective primary prevention, focusing either only on the cognitive component of attitude change or the affective component of fear, or did not present enough of the positive aspects of sexuality to students. Právo na sexuální výchovu patří mezi práva na informace a vzdělání a je tak součástí lidských práv. Sexualita se týká všech a je důležitou součástí lidského života již od narození. Přesto však sexuální výchova není ve školách prioritou. Cílem této práce bylo prozkoumat zkušenosti učitelů, kteří působí zároveň jako metodici prevence, v oblasti sexuální výchovy a zjistit, jakou formu má sexuální výchova na vybraných základních školách. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo sedm respondentů ze základních škol ve venkovských oblastech Středočeského kraje. Ke sběru dat jsem využila polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a data jsem následně analyzovala pomocí tematické analýzy. Z dat vyplývá, že poskytovaná sexuální výchova je nekonzistentní a nestrukturovaná. Vyučující často neznají aktuální přístupy k sexuální výchově, které vycházejí z novodobých výzkumů a žákům tak nejsou poskytovány vhodné informace. Velmi často sexuální výchova nesplňovala zásady efektivní primární prevence, soustředila se pouze na kognitivní složku změny postojů, či afektivní složku - strach, případně neprezentovala žákům dostatečně pozitivní aspekty sexuality. The diploma thesis deals with ethnic differences at the 1st level of primary education conveyed to students through literature for children. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of multiculturalism and the related concepts of values, stereotypes and prejudices are defined, including descriptions of the most numerous minority populations in the Czech Republic. The thesis presents both multicultural education and intercultural education, their position in the school curriculum, the current situation in Czech schools and their development possibilities. Reading literacy, as well as its primary influencers, is an integral part of the theoretical part. Another section of the thesis describes literature for children focused on ethnic differences. The conclusion of this part presents selected reading methods, specifically the three-phase teaching model and the methods stemming from it. The aim of the practical part was to describe in what ways and the topic of ethnic differences can be conveyed to pupils in the 1st grade through literature for children; find out and describe their attitude towards the given topic and whether it has changed after the lessons learned. Diplomová práce se zabývá etnickými rozdíly na 1. stupni základního vzdělávání zprostředkované žákům skrze literaturu pro děti. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem multikulturalita a s ním spojené pojmy hodnoty, stereotypy a předsudky. Dále je popsán současný stav nejpočetnějších cizinců v České republice. Uvedena je jak multikulturní výchova, tak interkulturní výchova, jejich postavení ve školním kurikulu, současná situace v českých školách a možnosti rozvoje obou výchov. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je čtenářská gramotnost. Zmíněny jsou především faktory, které mají vliv na čtenářskou gramotnost. Další část se zabývá literaturou pro děti zaměřenou na etnické rozdíly. This thesis focuses on a narrative analysis of the process of becoming a master musician and the identification of the key factors that the subject perceives as important in their journey towards achieving mastery of a musical instrument. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the concept of mastery and the process of achieving it, the importance of the flow state and its connection to mastery, the theory of Affordance, the differences between master and beginner players in chess, and the connection between psychology and music. The empirical part of the thesis implements a qualitative research design, specifically conducting seven narrative interviews with musicians who have achieved a certain level of mastery. Analysis of these interviews reveals that the key resources in achieving mastery are disposition, motivation, self-awareness, the influence of significant others, managing nervousness, and state of flow. These resources may interact with each other. The discussion presents a comparison of the results obtained with the existing literature and identifies possible limitations of the work. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na narativní analýzu procesu stávání se mistrem v oblasti hudby a identifikaci klíčových faktorů, které subjekt vnímá jako důležité na své cestě k dosažení mistrovství ve hře na hudební nástroje. Práce je dělena na dvě části. Teoretická část práce pojednává o konceptu mistrovství a jeho procesu dosahování, důležitosti stavu flow a jeho vazbě na mistrovství, teorii afordance, rozdílech mezi mistrovskými a začátečnickými hráči v šachu a propojení psychologie a hudby. Empirická část práce implementuje kvalitativní výzkumný design, konkrétně realizaci sedmi narativních rozhovorů s hudebníky, kteří dosáhli určitého stupně mistrovství. Analýza těchto rozhovorů odhaluje, že klíčové zdroje při dosahování mistrovství jsou dispozice, motivace, sebeuvědomění, vliv významných druhých, zvládání nervozity a stav flow. Tyto zdroje se mohou vzájemně ovlivňovat. Diskuze prezentuje srovnání získaných výsledků s existující literaturou a identifikuje možné omezení práce. The Master's thesis deals with mapping and subsequent piloting of selected didactic aids that can be used in the teaching of Czech language and literature at the first stage of primary school. The first part of the thesis defines the concepts of reading, literacy, and readership along with describing the factors that influence these points. It touches on the topic of literacy and reading strategies. Possibilities for developing reading at school are also presented. It further defines didactic aids, shows their classification and specifically introduces nine didactic aids. The aim of the empirical part was to design, implement and reflect (evaluate) three lessons in which didactic aids were used. The implementation took place at the end of the school year 2022/2023 in two classes of the second year of primary school, each with three separate lessons. The lessons focused on the development of reading skills through didactic aids. Various aids (Dixit cards, Story cubes and Create a story cards), teaching methods and organizational forms were used. The lessons were followed by semi-structured interviews with selected pupils and participating teachers, and the observations were reflected upon. Diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním a následnou pilotáží vybraných didaktických pomůcek, které se dají využít ve výuce českého jazyka a literatury na prvním stupni základní školy. První část práce vymezuje pojmy čtení, četba a čtenářství i s popisem faktorů, jež tyto body ovlivňují. Dotýká se tématu čtenářské gramotnosti a čtenářských strategií. Uvedeny jsou také možnosti, jak čtenářství ve škole rozvíjet. Dále pak definuje didaktické pomůcky, ukazuje jejich dělení a konkrétně představuje devět didaktických pomůcek. Cílem empirické části bylo navrhnout, realizovat a reflektovat (evaluovat) tři lekce, v nichž byly využity didaktické pomůcky. Realizace proběhla na konci školního roku 2022/2023 ve dvou třídách druhého ročníku základní školy vždy po třech samostatných lekcích. Hodiny byly zaměřené na rozvoj čtenářství skrze didaktické pomůcky. Voleny byly různé pomůcky (Dixit karty, Story cubes a Create a story cards), vyučovací metody a organizační formy. The thesis discusses the development of non-binary gender identity using the framework of social cognitive theory. The thesis has three objectives. Firstly, to understand what gender, gender identity and the binary concept of gender mean for non-binary people. Second, to identify which significant aspects enter into the development of non-binary gender identity and third, to explore how to view non-binary gender identity through the lens of social cognitive theory.The theoretical section focuses on gender socialization, gender and gender identity and the theoretical perspectives that address gender identity development. It then focuses on the development of non-binary gender identity and subfields. The empirical section presents the actual research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine non-binary individuals aged 18-25 years old thematically focused on their subjective experiences of gender identity development. The data were analysed through reflective thematic analysis. Subsequently, the themes of "Existing outside the box", "(In)visibility" and "Such a pet" were established. Based on the analysis, the research questions were answered. Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji nebinární genderové identity za použití rámce sociálně- kognitivní teorie. Práce si klade tři cíle. Zaprvé porozumět, co pro nebinární osoby znamená gender, genderová identita a binární pojetí genderu. Zadruhé zjistit, které významné aspekty vstupují do vývoje nebinární genderové identity a zatřetí prozkoumat, jakým způsobem nahlížet na nebinární genderovou identitu prostřednictvím sociálně-kognitivní teorie. Teoretická část je zaměřena na téma genderové socializace, genderu a genderové identity a teoretických hledisek, která se vývojem genderové identity zabývají. Následně se zaměřuje na vývoj nebinární genderové identity a dílčí oblasti. Empirická část představuje vlastní výzkum. Byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory s devíti nebinárními osobami ve věku od 18-25 let tematicky orientované na jejich subjektivní prožitky vývoje genderové identity. Data byla analyzována prostřednictvím reflexivní tematické analýzy. Následně byla stanovena témata "Existovat mimo škatulky", "(Ne)viditelnost" a "Takové zvířátko". Na základě analýzy byly zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. Práce ukázala, že nebinární osoby vnímají svou odlišnost již v dětství, ačkoliv až do adolescence nevědí, co tato odlišnost znamená. The thesis aims to examine the impact of these principles on the relationship between the tax administrator and the tax subject during tax proceedings. The second part of the thesis discusses the individual factors for which the burden of proof lies with the tax subject and the tax administrator. In tax proceedings, special attention is given to the relationship between the burden of proof and the burden of statement of the tax subject. When discussing the matters in relation to which the tax subject and tax administrator bears the burden of proof, the work also touches upon the consequences of not bearing it. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the key tool for overcoming the tax subject's failure to bear the burden of proof. The use of tools (in czech "pomůcky") as a secondary method of determining tax liability is a consequence of the taxpayer's failure to bear the burden of proof. Důkazní břemeno při správě daní Abstrakt Diplomová práce detailně analyzuje jednotlivá ustanovení Daňového řádu věnující se problematice důkazního břemene. První část práce je věnována analýze teoretických východisek problematiky důkazního břemena se zvláštním důrazem na aplikaci základní zásad Daňového řádu v tomto institutu. Práce se zejména snaží přiblížit konkrétní dopady těchto zásad na vztah správce daně a daňového subjektu v průběhu daňového řízení. V druhé části se práce věnuje individuálním skutečnostem, ve vztahu ke kterým nesou daňový subjekt a správce daně důkazní břemeno. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována zejména propojení břemena tvrzení daňového subjektu a břemena důkazního, které je pro daňové řízení specifické. Při pojednání o skutečnostech, ve vztahu ke kterým daňový subjekt nese důkazní břemeno, se zároveň práce dotýká následků jeho neunesení. Poslední část diplomové práce se pak věnuje klíčovému nástroji pro překonaní neunesení důkazního břemena daňovým subjektem. Použití pomůcek je jakožto následek neunesení důkazního břemene daňovým subjektem sekundární způsob stanovení daňové povinnosti. Pro stanovení daně za využití pomůcek je charakteristické použití tzv. kvalifikovaného odhadu a částečná rezignace na stanovení daně ve správné výši.
