Keywords: homeschooling, alternative of education, traditional school, legislation The fundamental objective of this diploma thesis is exploration and description of the homeschooling in the Czech republic and the France. At the same time, the parallel intention is the comparison of this type of education in theese two countries. We also focus not only on the theoretical arrangement of the homeschooling in the legislation of the both countries, but we also analyse the practical part of it. It is why the inseparable part of this thesis is also the analyse of the concrete practical activities and operations that each family, educating their childs at home, have to completes. From the point of view of the structure of the basic objectives, that is why this thesis is create as the analyse of the homeschooling from the theoretical and practical point of view. That is the theoretical base of the thesis. Zároveň se zaměříme nejen na teoretické ukotvení domácího vzdělávání v legislativě obou zemí, ale analyzujeme i jeho praktickou část. Proto nedílnou součástí práce je i analýza konkrétních praktických aktivit a úkonů, které každá rodina, vzdělávající své děti doma, musí absolvovat. Z hlediska struktury základních cílů je proto tato práce koncipována jako analýza domácího vzdělávání z teoretického i praktického hlediska, což tvoří teoretickou základnu této práce. Praktickou část tvoří kritická analýza a hodnocení nasbíraných poznatků, skládající se nejen z jednotlivých porovnání konkrétních témat a problematik domácího vzdělávání v České republice a ve Francii, ale i z utváření závěrů vyplývajících z nashromážděných údajů. The thesis analyses novels l'Étranger and Meursault, contre-enquête, which represent an example of literary dialogue reflecting problems associated with postcolonial society. The comparison of texts shows changes made by Kamel Daoud and the shifting values taking place in this transformation. Emphasis is placed on the characters, and especially on the onomastic system, to illustrate the main difference in the message of selected novels. The introduction focuses on contradictory public perception of writers and their native country, Algeria. The main part compares semantic differences of these two books. To strengthen the comparison, the word frequency analysis has been used and it showed important disproportions between both texts. The conclusion discusses the crucial role of language, which in both cases is divided into two contradictory categories that are the source of certain tension. The result of this work is an interpretation of Daoud's work, in which the possibilities of new interpretations of Camus's work also appear, partly thanks to the comparison with texts written by important postcolonial theoreticians. Diplomová práce analyzuje romány l'Étranger a Meursault, contre-enquête, které představují příklad literárního dialogu, jenž odráží problémy spojené s postkoloniální společností. Srovnání textů ukazuje, jakým způsobem Kamel Daoud obměňuje původní text a k jakým hodnotovým posunům při této transformaci dochází. Důraz je kladen na jednotlivé postavy, na nichž se dá nejlépe ilustrovat odlišnost poselství vybraných románů, a to mimo jiné i díky rozboru onomastických systémů. V úvodu je pozornost věnována vzájemnému vztahu Alberta Camuse a Alžírska, který se zdá být značně rozporuplný. V hlavní části se detailně popisuje zmíněný významový posun mezi oběma díly, k čemuž dopomáhá porovnání počtu výskytů klíčových slov. Závěr se soustředí na důležitou roli jazyka, jenž je v obou případech rozdělen do dvou protichůdných kategorií, jež jsou zdrojem románového napětí. Výsledkem práce je interpretace Daoudova díla, v jejímž světle se rovněž objevují možnosti nových interpretací díla Camusova, a to obzvláště díky porovnání s texty významných teoretiků postkoloniálních studií. v anglickém jazyce The subject of this diploma thesis is the work of the francophone writer Patrick Chamoiseau. The thesis reflects especially the theme of slavery in short stories and fairy tales of this Martinique author. The diploma thesis puts Patrick Chamoiseau's work in a historical and political context as well as the personal life of the writer. The diploma thesis describes geographic and cultural particularities of the Lesser Antilles and analyzes in more detail the story The Slave Old Man and the Giant Dog and selected fairy tales. Based on this analysis, the thesis describes typical themes and language tools used by Patrick Chamoiseau. The thesis also deals with oral literature and culture of Martinique and the current problems of society are also discussed through a reflection of another work by Patrick Chamoiseuau. v českém jazyce Předmětem diplomové práce je dílo frankofonního spisovatele Patricka Chamoiseaua. Diplomová práce reflektuje zvláště tematiku otroctví v povídkách a pohádkách martinického autora. Diplomová práce zasazuje dílo Patricka Chamoiseaua do historického a politického kontextu a také osobního života spisovatele. Diplomová práce přibližuje geografické a kulturní zvláštnosti oblasti Malých Antil. Diplomová práce dále podrobněji analyzuje povídku Otrok stařec a obří pes a vybrané pohádky. Na základě této analýzy diplomová práce nabízí typická témata a jazykové prostředky užívané Patrickem Chamoiseauem. Diplomová práce se též zabývá orální literaturou a kulturou Martiniku. In this dissertation, the aim is to show the influence of Nicolas Berdiaev's philosophy on the Latin American movement of the Theology of Liberation. The goal is to clarify the meaning of what would mean a "revolutionary Christianity" from this theological movement. We try to show that they approach in an original way a certain number of phenomena. In the first chapter we try to characterize the notion of "structural sin". This allows us to show how sin becomes "institution" and "ideology". We try to provide a Christian analysis of the phenomenon of secularization and to show how the struggle against idolatry takes on the meaning, within this phenomenon, of fighting against the ideology of exclusion. In a second chapter we try to characterize the poor, victim of this ideology of exclusion as the "theological place" from which the Church must be established. This will lead us to reflect on what the "periphery" is and to think of a movement of "decentralization" of the Church. In the third and last part, we seek to clarify two historical dynamics that we call "teleological" and "eschatological" respectively. We then try to understand the Kingdom of God as the final object of the eschatological dynamic that we are trying to characterize, and we characterize the teleological dynamics as a cause and consequence... Il s'agit dans ce mémoire de montrer l'influence de la philosophie de Nicolas Berdiaev sur le mouvement latino-américain de la Théologie de la libération. Le but étant d'expliciter le sens de ce que signifierait un « christianisme révolutionnaire » à partir de ce mouvement théologique. Nous essayons de montrer qu'ils abordent de manière originale un certain nombre de phénomènes. Dans le premier chapitre nous essayons de caractériser la notion de « péché structurel ». Cela nous permet de montrer comment est-ce que le péché se fait « institution » et « idéologie ». This thesis is concerned with an important persone of the first half of the 19th century, French writer George Sand. The main purpose of the thesis is to reveal whether the writer is one of the key authors of French romanticism in Czech schools and whether the Czech schoolchild has an opportunity to acquaint themselves with her rural novels. The thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part. The practical part briefly mentions her biography, gives an overview of the main periods of her work and is subsequently closely concerned with George Sand's rural novels. Since Sand creates an image of an ideal human being in her rural novels, in our analysis of these novels we focused on the characteristics of the main characters and on the realistic and idealistic elements present in the novels. In the end of the theoretical part we dealt with Sand's influence on Czech writers of the 19th century, especially on Božena Němcová and Karolína Světlá. The practical part is based on a research, which was conducted in selected Czech schools (in Pilsen area and Prague). The aim of this research was, as has been mentioned before, to chart the standing of George Sand in the curriculum of world literature. We found out that Sand no longer ranks among the canonical authors, to whom is the teaching of world... Tato diplomová práce se zabývá významnou osobností první poloviny 19. století, francouzskou spisovatelkou George Sandovou. Cílem práce je odhalit, zda je tato autorka jedním z klíčových autorů francouzského romantismu na českých školách a zda má český žák možnost seznámit se s jejími vesnickými romány. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část stručně připomíná biografii této osobnosti, podává přehled o hlavních etapách její tvorby a následně se blíže zabývá sandovskými vesnickými romány. Protože Sandová ve svých vesnických románech vytváří podobu ideálního člověka, v analýze těchto románů jsme se zaměřili na charakteristiku hlavních postav, ale i na realistické a idealistické prvky, které jsou v románech přítomny. Na závěr teoretické části jsme se zabývali vlivem Sandové na české literáty 19. století, zejména na Boženu Němcovou a Karolínu Světlou. Následná praktická část je založena na výzkumu, který byl proveden na českých školách (na Plzeňsku a v Praze) a který měl za cíl zmapovat postavení George Sandové ve výuce světové literatury. Zjistili jsme, že Sandová už dnes nepatří mezi kanonické autory, kterým věnuje výuka světové literatury pozornost, mnohdy se s jejími díly žáci vůbec nesetkají. The diploma thesis entitled Phonetics in the teaching of FLE according to the action- oriented approach deals with the concept of phonetics in teaching French as a foreign language according to the new action-oriented approach. The thesis is focused on the diachronic development of teaching methods in the teaching of French as a foreign language (FLE). Further, the thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of basic phonetic terms, which we work in the practical part of the thesis with. The terms are briefly characterized from the theoretical point of view, from the point of view of the didactic, and subsequently the work defines the contents that should be included in the FLE teaching on level A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. There are defined phonetic exercises and recommended practices in the teaching of phonetics of FLE. The following part is devoted to the diachronic development in the field of FLE phonetics evaluation, the definition of criteria for evaluation and the determination of the main types of evaluation. The practical part analyses the concept of phonetics in modern textbooks of FLE, which are conceived according to the action-oriented approach. Diplomová práce s názvem La phonétique dans l'enseignement du FLE selon l'approche actionnelle se zabývá pojetím fonetiky ve výuce FLE dle nového akčního přístupu. Práce je v úvodní části zaměřena na diachronní vývoj výukových metod ve výuce fonetiky francouzštiny jako cizího jazyka (FLE). Dále se práce soustředí na teoretické vymezení základních fonetických jevů, se kterými pracujeme v praktické část práce. Jevy jsou stručně charakterizovány z hlediska teoretického, dále z hlediska didaktického a následně práce definuje obsahy, které by měli být zahrnuty ve výuce FLE na úrovni A1 dle společného evropského referenčního rámce pro jazyky. Jsou zde vymezeny fonetická cvičení a doporučené postupy ve výuce fonetiky FLE. V následující části práce je věnována pozornost diachronnímu vývoji v oblasti evaluace fonetiky FLE, vymezení kritérií pro hodnocení a stanovení hlavních typů hodnocení. Praktická část práce analyzuje pojetí fonetiky v novodobých učebnicích FLE, které jsou pojaty dle akčního přístupu. První hodiny ve francouzštině jako cizím jazyce pro začátečníky - Nultá lekce

This thesis deals with the issue of first lessons of teaching French as a foreign language which are important to stimulate children's interest in learning a new language, they are often called "lessons zero". The aim of this thesis is to describe and to compare lessons zero in different French textbooks and then assess them and show the possibilities for the teaching of first lessons. In the first part, the thesis deals with the psychological terms associated with lessons zero: preconception and motivation and their use in the first lessons of language teaching, then the thesis focuses on the lesson zero itself (its characteristics, goals, preparation, problematic points). The practical part is an analysis of ten chosen French textbooks, which are divided according to applied methods, audience age and the country of origin. During the analysis, the thesis works at first with lessons zero in concrete textbook and then it deals in more details with several specific criteria: name, number of pages, content, position of writing, use or non-use of mother language, activities on preconceptions, games, civilizations and visual aspect of lesson zero in chosen textbooks, which then compares. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou prvních hodin ve výuce francouzštiny jako cizího jazyka důležitých pro stimulování zájmu dětí pro výuku nového jazyka, které se často nazývají nultá lekce. Cílem práce je popsat a srovnat nulté lekce francouzštiny v různých učebnicích pro jejich následné zhodnocení a ukázání možností, které nám nabízí pro první hodiny výuky. V první části se práce věnuje psychologickým termínům spojeným s nultou lekcí: prekoncepci a motivaci a jejich využití v prvních hodinách výuky jazyka, dále se pak práce zaměřuje na samotnou nultou lekci (její znaky, cíle, přípravu a problematické body). Praktická část této práce je analýza deseti vybraných učebnic francouzštiny, které jsou rozděleny podle aplikovaných metod, věku publika a místa publikace. Během analýzy se práce zabývá nejdříve nultou lekcí v dané učebnici a následně se detailněji zaobírá několika specifickými kritérii: názvem, počtem stran, obsahem, pozicí psaní, používáním nebo nepoužíváním mateřského jazyka, aktivitami na prekoncepce, hrami, civilizací a vzhledem nulté lekce v jednotlivých učebnicích, které následně srovnává. This diploma thesis, Didactic exploitation of the francophonie in the Oceania, resulted from insufficient outcomes of a questionnaire focusing on the francophonie and francophone facts of the overseas territories located in the Pacific Ocean. The diploma thesis consists of three main parts which are subsequently divided into subchapters. The first part explains the choice, focus and targets of the questionnaire and provides its evaluation as well. The theoretical part aims at clarifying and defining receptive and productive competence from a didactic viewpoint with regard to language level A2 and B1, given by CEFRL. The practical part follows with a description of created worksheets always containing exercises that aim firstly at receptive competence - listening, and then at productive competence - speaking. Texts together with exercises focus mainly on culture and tradition, then on language situation and language oddities of the following French overseas territories in the Pacific Ocean: French Polynésia, Wallis and Futuna, Vanuatu and New Caledonia. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří velkých částí, které jsou následně rozděleny do podkapitol. První část vysvětluje výběr, zaměření a cíle položených otázek v dotazníku, zároveň uvádí jejich vyhodnocení. "Community does not refer to an accomplished work" notices Jean-Luc Nancy and disrupts thereby the classic conceptualisation of community, as Fernand Deligny does the same on his own terms. In this understanding, the concept of community does not refer to a political dimension, but firstly designates nothing other than the real position of existence. It results that the articulation of community does not go through the question of the "being of the community" but through the "community of being". Being is common to everybody, exposed each time in a singulary way. Being is nothing we 'own' together. Thereby it is impossible to think of community in terms of identity, that is to say as an identical substance with itself. That means for Jean- Luc Nancy, same as for Fernand Deligny, community always takes place at the very limit as an inoperated one. Key words: Being in common; Inoperated Community; Trace; Cartography; Communication; Arachean; Wander lines; Non-violence Résumé 'La communauté ne rélève pas du domaine de l'oeuvre' dit Jean-Luc Nancy et bouleverse, comme le fait Fernand Deligny à son tour, la conceptualisation classique de la communauté. Pour Jean-Luc Nancy, le concept de communauté ne désigne non pas une dimension politique, mais dans un premier temps tout simplement la position réelle de l'existence. Il en découle que l'articulation de la communauté ne passe plus par la question de « l'être de la communauté », mais bien plutôt « la communauté de l'être ». L'être est commun à chacun mais s'expose à chaque fois singulièrement. L'être n'est donc rien que nous possédons en commun. Impossible alors de penser la communauté en termes d'identité, c'est-à-dire comme substance identique à elle-même, mais au contraire, pour Jean-Luc Nancy, tout comme pour Fernand Deligny, la communauté comme communauté désœuvrée a lieu à la limite même entre l'un et l'autre. mots de clef: l'être-en-commun, communauté désœuvrée, trace, cartographie, communication, l'arachnéen, lignes d'erre, non-violence
