2020 - Czech Téma zrození venkovského lidu v české kultuře 19. století není problematikou týkající se pouze minulosti, ale díky svým asociacím silně rezonuje i v přítomnosti. Od 19. století se postupně utvářela značně stereotypní představa o povaze, nositelích a významu fenoménu lidové kultury. Na druhou stranu reflexe tradiční venkovské kultury v umění dokládá, jak širokou škálu inspirací toto prostředí nabízelo. Příspěvky shromážděné v této knize téma zkoumají z mezioborové perspektivy. The theme of the nascent country folk in the Czech culture of the 19-th century does not concert only the past but has strong resonances also in the present. Since the 19-th century there has been arising a rather stereotype concept about the character, protagonists, and importance of the phenomane of folk culture. On the other hand, artistic reflection of traditional folk culture testifies to the variety of inspirations offered by this environment. The essays collected in the book grasp the phenomena from interdisciplinary points of view. Cosmology on Small Scales 2020: Excessive extrapolations and selected controversies in cosmology

2020 - English According to the modern cosmological paradigm, about 2/3 of the energy of the Universe is in dark form and about 5/6 of the matter is invisible. However, numerous recent independent attempts to detect dark-matter particles failed, and a number of other problems with the existence of dark energy and dark matter (such as the anomalous friction in the dark-matter halos of galaxies) become now more and more obvious. All these problems raise the question if the 'dark' substance is merely a result of the use of erroneous assumptions or incorrect models based e.g. on excessive extrapolations. Consequently, it is timely to gather specialists from various branches of astronomy and astrophysics to discuss these questions. Keywords: cosmology Fulltext is available at external website.
