2024 - Slovak The thesis is devoted to Gamma-null sets, which is a σ-ideal closely related to the differentiability of Lipschitz functions on Banach spaces. However, apart from the in- troduction, where we quickly summarize some known results on the differentiability of Lipschitz functions, the work does not focus on this aspect. The aim of the thesis is to show that the Gamma-null sets are well defined and to supplement the proofs of some known properties. The main contribution is a detailed treatment and completion of the omitted steps of the proof that Gamma-null and Lebesgue-null sets in Rn coincide. The main steps of the proof, as well as the concept of Gamma-nullness, come from the paper by Joram Lindenstrauss and David Preiss, On Fréchet differentiability of Lipschitz maps between Banach spaces (2003), which the thesis builds upon. Furthermore, the thesis demonstrates that Gamma-null sets form a non-trivial σ-ideal, the proof is not directly taken from the literature. 1 Práce se věnuje Gama-nulovým množinám, což je σ-ideál úzce spjatý s diferencova- telností lipschitzovských funkcí na Banachových prostorech. V práci se však mimo úvod, kde v rychlosti shrnujeme některé známé výsledky, již diferencovatelnosti lipschitzovských funkcí nevěnujeme. Cílem práce je zejména ukázat smysluplnost definice daného pojmu a doplnit důkazy některých známých vlastností. Hlavním přínosem je podrobné zpracování a doplnění vynechaných kroků důkazu, že Gama-nulové a lebesgueovsky nulové množiny v Rn splývají. Hlavní kroky důkazu, stejně jako pojem Gama-nulovosti, pochází z článku od Jorama Lindenstrausse a Davida Preisse On Fréchet differentiability of Lipschitz maps between Banach spaces (2003), o který se práce opírá. 2024 - Slovak The thesis is devoted to a detailed analysis of the impact of the Russian information war on the Slovak information environment. Emphasis is placed on current data in this area and the thesis focuses on information operations after 2022. The themes and narratives that Russia uses for influence in its information warfare are examined. The aim is to provide a comprehensive picture of what themes and narratives Russia is using to manipulate the Slovak audience and a framework to analyze these attacks. Using this framework, it is possible to examine the themes of Russian disinformation in Slovakia and the goals that Russia may pursue through these information operations. The thesis also provides a theoretical foundation on information warfare, its development in the Russian Federation, and the main themes of its current form. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge will be applied to the analysis of two specific cases of information operations from the period of the election campaign in Slovakia in 2023. The methodological approach includes a content analysis of Slovak media, social networks, disinformation websites and platforms. This will be complemented with data from various opinion polls and academic studies of the Slovak information space. Práca sa venuje podrobnej analýze pôsobenia ruskej informačnej vojny na slovenské informačné prostredie. Osobitý dôraz je kladený na aktuálne dáta v tejto oblasti a práca sa zameriava na informačné operácie po roku 2022. Skúmané sú témy a naratívy, ktoré Rusko využíva na ovplyvňovanie vo svojej informačnej vojne. Cieľom je poskytnúť ucelený obraz toho, aké témy a naratívy používa Rusko na manipuláciu so slovenským publikom, a rámec na analýzu týchto útokov. Pomocou tohto rámca je možné skúmať témy ruských dezinformácií na Slovensku a ciele, ktoré Rusko môže pomocou týchto informačných operácií sledovať. Práca takisto poskytuje teoretický základ o informačnej vojne, jej vývoji v Ruskej federácií a hlavných témach jej aktuálnej podoby. Teoretické poznatky budú v praktickej časti aplikované na analýzu dvoch konkrétnych prípadov informačných operácií z obdobia predvolebnej kampane na Slovensku v roku 2023. Metodologický postup zahrňuje obsahovú analýzu slovenských médií, sociálnych sietí, dezinformačných webov a platforiem. To bude doplnené dátami z rôznych prieskumov verejnej mienky a akademických štúdií slovenského informačného priestoru. Analýza online komunikace Jindřicha Rajchla a Ladislava Vrábela optikou personalizačních teorií

2024 - Slovak The diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of the online communication of actors Jindřich Rajchl and Ladislav Vrabel through the lens of personalisation theories. The thesis analyses the actors' Facebook communication in the time span from 1 September 2021 to 30 September 2022. The aim of the thesis is to find out to what extent the actors' communications are personalised, based on the used communication basis and the established typology of personalised communication. At the same time, the thesis tries to find out what are the most frequent themes in the actors' communications. Finally, the results of this analysis are compared, and the similarities and differences of the individual communications are identified. The method of quantitative content analysis, manual coding and comparison is used in the thesis. The results of this thesis show that the communications of both actors carry elements of personalization, with a predominant communicative background in both cases in which the actor speaks for himself and also elements of private communication. For both actors, the theme of criticism of the government dominates. Diplomová práca sa venuje analýze online komunikácie aktérov Jindřicha Rajchla a Ladislava Vrabela optikou personalizačných teórií. V práci je analyzovaná facebooková komunikácia aktérov v časovom rozmedzí od 1.9. 2021 do 30.9. 2022. Cieľom práce je zistiť, nakoľko sú komunikácie jednotlivých aktérov personalizované, a to na základe používabného komunikačného východiska a stanovenej typológie personalizovanej komunikácie. Zároveň sa práca snaží zistiť aké sú najfrekventovanejšie témy v komunikáciách aktérov. Na záver sú výsledky tejto analýzy porovnané, a identifikované podobnosti a odlišnosti jednotlivých komunikácií. V práci je použitá metóda kvantitatívnej obsahovej analýzy, manuálneho kódovania a komparácie. Z výsledkov tejto práce vyplýva, že komunikácia oboch aktérov nesie prvky personalizácie, pričom v oboch prípadoch prevláda komunikačné východisko, v ktorom aktér hovorí sám za seba a tiež prvky súkromnej komunikácie. U oboch aktérov dominuje téma kritiky vlády. Napriek prvotnej podobnosti komunikácií existujú rozdiely v úrovni personalizácie a témach, s ktorými sa aktéri zaoberajú. 2024 - Slovak Practical bachelor's thesis Behind the doors of maternity wards - collection of interviews about obstetric violence in Slovakia and the Czech Republic approaches obsteric violence from different perspectives. The theoretical part firstly briefly introduces the concept of obstetric violence. It deals with its definition, possible causes, and at the same time describes how the problem is perceived in society, specifically, why it is relatively accepted by public. Later, in the theoretical part, I work with the interview as a journalistic genre. In the chapters, I define interview, I present different types of interviews, I deal with the process of creating an interview from research to authorization, and I also briefly summarize its history. At the same time, in these chapters I also present my own method and how I proceeded ehile writing the interviews for the practical part. The practical part is a collection of seven journalistic interviews, which, thanks to diverse set of sources, present obstetric violence in a wider context and offer different views on the topic. Praktická bakalárska práca Za dverami pôrodníc - zbierka rozhovorov o pôrodníckom násilí na Slovensku a v Česku sa zaoberá pôrodníckym násilím z rôznych perspektív. Teoretická časť najprv stručne približuje pojem pôrodnícke násilie. Venuje sa jeho definícii, možným príčinám a zároveň približuje, ako je problém vnímaný v spoločnosti, konkrétne prečo je spoločnosťou pomerne akceptovaný. Neskôr sa v teoretickej časti venujem rozhovoru ako novinárskemu žánru. V kapitolách definujem rozhovor a publicistický rozhovor, uvádzam rôzne typy rozhovorov, venujem sa tvorbe rozhovoru od rešerše až po autorizáciu a tiež som v krátkosti zhrnula jeho históriu. Zároveň v týchto kapitolách uvádzam aj vlastnú metodológiu a to, ako som postupovala pri tvorbe rozhovorov do praktickej časti. Praktická časť pozostáva zo zbierky siedmych publicistických rozhovorov, ktoré vďaka širokej škále zdrojov predstavujú pôrodnícke násilie v širšom kontexte a ponúkajú na tému rôzne pohľady. 2024 - Slovak Christology in the Works of Cardinal Ján Chrysostom Korec This bachelor thesis deals with the christological analysis of the literary work of cardinal John Chrysostom Korec. Christology is a part of dogmatic theology which, through Christological reflection, becomes the source and life of the Christian faith. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and research. The first part deals with the description of the context of the times in which cardinal Korec lived a significant part of his life and which influenced his work. In this part, the thesis presents a brief biography of cardinal Korec, including a short description of his literary works. This section is enriched by a brief overview of his work and the awards that John Ch. Korec received during his lifetime. The second part provides an overview and characterization of the Christological titles used by J. Ch. Korec in his work. Subsequently, the bachelor's thesis focuses on cardinal Korec's conception of the Incarnation and his grasp and interpretation of the mystery of the Messiah. The last part of the Christological analysis is a brief characterization of the theology of the cross and resurrection in Korec's work. Delikvence mládeže a peer pressure

2024 - Slovak Young people are often exposed to social pressure from their peers, which can affect their behavior and decision-making during adolescence. This influence is particularly visible in the area of delinquency, where peer pressure plays an important role in adolescents' decisions to engage in risky or deviant behavior. This bachelor thesis deals with youth delinquency and peer pressure. The main goal of the thesis is to find out to what extent peer pressure and peer conformity are related to individual delinquency. The thesis is mainly focused on the theoretical part, which is mostly based on foreign research focused on peer pressure and peer conformity. The work continues with criminological theories related to youth delinquency. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on crimes that are common among adolescents, such as drug use. In the empirical part of the work, the method of secondary analysis is used. Questions from the ISRD-3 (International Self-Report Delinquency Study) are used for secondary data analysis. The proposed hypotheses examine the relationship between individual delinquency and peer delinquency, leisure activities, and the degree to which an individual considers what peers think of him to be important. Key words: delinquency, peer pressure, peer conformity, adolescent, peers Mladí ľudia sú často vystavení sociálnym tlakom svojich rovesníkov, čo môže mať vplyv na ich správanie a rozhodovanie sa v období adolescencie. Tento vplyv je obzvlášť viditeľný v oblasti delikvencie, kde hrá tlak zo strany rovesníkov dôležitú rolu pri rozhodovaní sa u adolescentov, či sa zapoja do riskantného alebo deviantného správania. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá delikvenciou mládeže a tlakom zo strany rovesníkov. Hlavným cieľom práce je zistiť, do akej miery súvisí peer pressure a peer konformita s individuálnou delikvenciou. Práca je zameraná najmä na teoretickú časť, ktorá vychádza hlavne zo zahraničných výskumov zameraných na peer pressure a peer konformitu. Ďalej práca pokračuje kriminologickými teóriami súvisiacimi s delikvenciou mládeže. Posledná kapitola teoretickej časti je zameraná na delikty, ktoré sú časté u adolescentov, akými je napríklad užívanie drog. V empirickej časti práce je použitá metóda sekundárnej analýzy. Na sekundárnu analýzu dát sú využité otázky z výskumu ISRD-3 (International Self-Report Delinquency Study). Navrhnuté hypotézy skúmajú vzťah medzi individuálnou delikvenciou a delikvenciou rovesníkov, trávením voľného času a mierou, do akej jedinec pokladá dôležité to, čo si o ňom myslia rovesníci. Postavení a emancipace sexuálních menšin v Československu a v Polsku v meziválečném období ve světle dobové publicistiky

2024 - Slovak My bachelor's thesis deals with sexual minorities and their status in the Czechoslovakia and Polish Republic in the interwar period. The objective of my work is to compare situation in Poland with the one in Czechoslovakia. By comparing them, I want to find out to what extent the social-emancipation rhetoric also applied to sexual minorities in both countries. The analysis focuses primarily on periodicals that represent the dominant intellectual current, but at the same time I will try to clarify the approach to sexual minorities in the wider discourse. The heuristic basis of the work will be secondary literature and contemporary literature. The source of this comparative analysis will be articles published on this topic in the socio-cultural weekly journals Přítomnost and Wiadomości Literackie and reports from other newspapers and periodicals. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá témou sexuálnych menšín a ich postavením vo verejnej diskusii v Československu a Poľsku v medzivojnovom období. Cieľom mojej práce je porovnať prípad poľský s prípadom československým. Ich porovnaním chcem zistiť, do akej miery sa sociálno-emancipačná rétorika vzťahovala aj na sexuálne menšiny v oboch krajinách. Analýza sa zameriava predovšetkým na periodiká, ktoré predstavujú dominantný intelektuálny prúd, ale zároveň sa pokúsim objasniť prístup k sexuálnym menšinám v širšom diskurze. Heuristickú základňu práce bude predstavovať sekundárna literatúra a dobová literatúra. Nesymetricky substituované makrocyklické ligandy

2024 - Slovak Complexes of metal ions with derivatives of 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane (cyclen) are used in various applications, such as contrast agents for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The structure of ligands affects the thermodynamic, kinetic, and relaxation properties of the complexes. The unsymmetrically substituted monoamide DO3AP is particularly interesting from this perspective. Synthesis of non-symmetrically substituted cyclen derivatives requires the use of orthogonal protection of cyclen. With intention to synthesize monoamide DO3AP, this thesis presents the preparation of a monoprotected cyclen, two types of orthogonal protection of cyclen, and a substitution of the protected cyclen with acetate pendant arms. Key words: Complexes, ligands, macrocycles, protection groups, synthesis Komplexy iónov kovov s derivátmi 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyklododekánu (cyklénu) sú využívané v rôznych aplikáciách, napríklad ako kontrastné látky pre magnetickú rezonančnú tomografiu (MRI). Termodynamické, kinetické a relaxačné vlastnosti komplexov ovplyvňuje štruktúra ich ligandov. Z hľadiska týchto vlastností je zaujímavým ligandom nesymetricky substituovaný monoamid DO3AP. Na syntézu nesymetricky substituovaných derivátov cyklénu je potrebné využiť ortogonálne chránenie cyklénu. So zámerom syntetizovať monoamid DO3AP bol v rámci tejto práce pripravený monochránený cyklén, dva typy ortogonálneho chránenia cyklénu, a chránený cyklén bol substituovaný acetátovými pendantnými ramenami. 2024 - Slovak Multiple voting shares in a comparative perspective and in the light of CJEU case law Abstract The submitted thesis comprehensively analyses multiple voting shares (dual class shares) and their current and future development on the European continent. In recent years, it is observable that there has been an increasing trend of adoption of multiple voting shares by companies (primarily in the technological sector), which has been reflected in the increased interest of legislators on this issue. The majority of EU Member States have in recent years adopted the reforms that allow the adoption of devices that override the principle of proportionality of voting rights, and the obvious change in the approach on this issue is also evident in the European Commission. Despite this apparent trend, neither domestic nor foreign literature provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the adoption of multiple voting shares on joint stock companies. Thus, the aim of this thesis is to attempt to provide a comprehensive view of multiple voting shares, to assess the effects of their adoption on the internal dynamics of the company's internal relations, its decision-making processes and, last but not least, the impact on the value and economic performance of the company. Akcie s násobným hlasovacím právem v komparativní perspektivě a světle judikatury SDEU Abstrakt Předkládaná práce komplexně analyzuje akcie s násobným hlasovacím právem (duální struktury akcií) a jejich současný a budoucí vývoj na evropském kontinentu. V posledních letech je možné pozorovat rostoucí trend zavádění akcií s násobným hlasovacím právem společnostmi (především v technologickém sektoru), čemuž odpovídá i zvýšený zájem zákonodárců o tuto problematiku. Většina členských států EU přijala v posledních letech reformy, které umožňují přijímat nástroje prolamující princip proporcionality hlasovacího práva, a změna hodnotového nastavení v této otázce je patrná i ze strany Evropské komise. Přes tento zjevný trend domácí ani zahraniční literatura neposkytuje ucelenou analýzu dopadů přijetí akcií s násobným hlasovacím právem na akciovou společnost. Cílem této práce je tedy pokusit se o komplexní pohled na akcie s násobným hlasovacím právem, posoudit dopady jejich přijetí na vnitřní dynamiku vztahů ve společnosti, její rozhodovací procesy a v neposlední řadě i dopad na hodnotu a ekonomickou výkonnost společnosti.
