Překonávání obtíží v mluveném projevu ve výuce anglického jazyka na středních školách

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výzkum nejčastějších příčin obtíží žáků s mluveným projevem v hodinách anglického jazyka na středních školách a na možnosti jejich překonávání zejména ve vztahu k vytváření bezpečného prostředí třídy a k vedení podporující komunikace ze strany vyučujících. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a kvalitativního výzkumu jsou zmapovány nejčastější příčiny obecných obtíží a bloků v mluveném projevu v angličtině z pohledu žáků vybraných středních škol a dále jsou představeny návrhy metodických doporučení pro vyučující a série výukových aktivit, jejichž cílem je překonat tyto obtíže a rozvíjet mluvní projev žáků na úrovních B1 a B2. Práce je napsána v českém jazyce a obsahuje resumé v angličtině. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the research of the most common causes of students' difficulties with speaking in English language classes in secondary schools and on the possibilities of overcoming them, especially in relation to creating a safe classroom environment and to the teachers' management of supportive communication. Based on a questionnaire survey and qualitative research, the thesis maps the most common causes of general difficulties and blocks in speaking English from the perspective of selected secondary school pupils. It also proposes methodological recommendations for teachers and a series of teaching activities to help overcome these difficulties and develop pupils' speaking skills at B1 and B2 levels. The work is written in Czech and includes a summary in English.

Tato práce se zabývá rozborem urbáře pro panství Vimperk z roku 1552 z mnoha úhlů pohledu. Velká pozornost je věnována vnějšímu a vnitřnímu rozboru urbáře (jeho vzezření, způsobu uložení, použitému materiálu, vazbě, stylu a časovému zařazení písma, čitelnosti textu, paginaci a foliaci knihy apod.). Důraz je kladen na význam urbáře a jeho obsah. Nechybí ani historie Vimperka a jeho okolí, včetně vesnic, které se nachází ve zkoumaném urbáři. Posledním z témat této práce je komparace zkoumaného urbáře s ostatními mladšími vimperskými urbáři ze druhé poloviny 16. století a počátku 17. století. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the 1552 land registry for the Vimperk manor from many points of view. A great deal of attention is paid to the external and internal analysis of the land register (its design, method of storage, material used, binding, style and timing of writing, legibility of the text, pagination and foliation of the book etc.). The main focus is on the meaning of the book and its content. The history of Vimperk and its surroundings, including the villages that are included in the surveyed town plan, is also included. The last topic of this thesis is the comparison of the examined town plan with other younger Vimperk land registers from the second half of the 16th century and the beginning of the 17th century.

Cílem této práce je identifikovat rozdíly a shody mezi zkoumanými daty prostřednictvím komparativní analýzy česky a anglicky psaných právních dokumentů. Práce se zaměřuje především na jevy, které by mohly znesnadnit porozumění textu čtenářům neznalým práva a překladatelům právních dokumentů do jiných jazyků. Pozornost je věnována žánru, struktuře a lexiku právních dokumentů. V práci jsou zkoumány problémy, s nimiž se překladatelé potýkají při překladu právě těchto právních textů. Práce také zkoumá, proč je právní jazyk často složitý a nesrozumitelný pro osoby bez právních znalostí. Kromě toho zdůrazňuje důležitost pochopení historického a právního kontextu, v němž tyto dokumenty vznikly. The aim of this thesis is to identify differences and correspondences between The examined data through a comparative analysis of Czech and English legal documents. The primary focus is put on phenomena that could make the text difficult to understand for readers unfamiliar with law and translators of legal documents into other languages. Genre, structure, and lexis are examined to explore the challenges faced by translators in conveying legal language accurately. The thesis also investigates why legal language is often complex and incomprehensible to those without legal knowledge. Additionally, it emphasises the importance of understanding the historical and legal context in which these documents were created.

Cílem práce je kritické zhodnocení toho, jakým způsobem český zeměměřič, kartograf, archivář a historiograf Petr Kašpar Světecký z Černčic (1708-1788) ve svém rozsáhlém místopisném a genealogickém díle Historische Nachrichten reflektoval dějiny konkrétního města, a to na příkladu Českého Krumlova. Zvláštní význam městského organismu, úzce spojeného s rezidencí předních šlechtických rodů, činí z Českého Krumlova vhodný objekt zkoumání Světeckého přístupu k městským dějinám a jeho metod prezentace informací, které o konkrétní lokalitě získával z archivních i jiných zdrojů. Bakalářská práce si tak klade za úkol přispět k poznání (co do systematického výzkumu nedostatečně zmapovaného) historicko-topografického směru barokního dějepisectví. The aim of the thesis is to critically evaluate how the Czech surveyor, cartographer, archivist and historiographer Petr Kašpar Světecký of Černčice (1708-1788) reflected the history of a particular town in his extensive local history and genealogy work Historische Nachrichten, using Český Krumlov as an example. The special significance of the urban organism, closely connected with the residences of leading noble families, makes Český Krumlov a suitable object of investigation for Světecký's approach to urban history and his methods of presenting the information he obtained about a particular locality from archival and other sources. The bachelor's thesis thus aims to contribute to the knowledge of the (as far as systematic research is concerned, insufficiently mapped) historical-topographical direction of Baroque history.

Cílem práce je analýza jazykových prostředků užívaných primárně v mluvené komunikaci a způsobu jejich užívání textech různých funkčních stylů. Pozornost je zaměřena na jazykovou rovinu lexikální, morfologickou a syntaktickou. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vychází z dostupné odborné literatury, především ze současných učebnic stylistiky a článků v jazykovědných časopisech (SaS, NŘ). Obsahuje pojednání o funkčních stylech, které jsou předmětem zkoumání. Součástí práce je také pojednání o vztahu mluvenost - nespisovnost - spisovnost. Jazykovým materiálem pro vlastní výzkum jsou psané texty funkčních stylů prostěsdělovacího, publicistického a uměleckého. V rámci prostěsdělovacího stylu práce analyzuje prostředky v internetových diskusích na webech emimino.cz a idnes.cz. Jazykové prostředky publicistického stylu jsou zkoumány na textech analytických žánrů publikovaných na webech aktuálně.cz a lidovky.cz. Pro analýzu jazykových prostředků uměleckého stylu jsou využity jazykové prostředky Hany Lehečkové užívané v dílech Svatá hlava a Poupátka. Kromě jazykových prostředků je věnována pozornost i prostředkům grafickým. The aim of this work is to analyze the linguistic means primarily used in spoken communication and the way they are used in texts of various functional styles. The focus will be on the lexical, morphological, and syntactic levels of language. The work will be divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part will be based on available specialized literature, especially current textbooks on stylistics and articles in linguistic journals and will include a discussion of the functional styles that will be the subject of the research. The work will include a discussion of the relationship between spoken language, non-standard language, and standard language. The linguistic material for the research will be written texts from the functional styles of everyday communication, journalism, and artistic literature. Within the everyday communication style, the author will focus on internet discussions, such as those on the website emimino.cz, and possibly others of her own choice. Journalistic texts will be represented by analytical articles on the websites aktuálně.cz and lidovky.cz, and for the analysis of linguistic means in the artistic style, the spoken language means used by Hana Lehečková in her works "Svatá hlava" and "Poupátka" will be examined. In addition to linguistic means, attention will also be paid to graphic means, if they are related to the topic of the work, as well as ideographic means.

Drei Jahrzehnte sind seit der Wiedervereinigung Deutschlands vergangen, und trotzdem sind die Unterschiede zwischen den Bewohnern des ehemaligen Ost- und Westdeutschlands auch heute noch offensichtlich. Ziel der Bachelorarbeit ist es, die Ursachen für die sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Unterschiede zwischen diesen beiden deutschen Ländern mithilfe literarischer Werke zu ergründen. Angesichts der Komplexität des Themas konzentriert sich die Arbeit nur auf die 1970er Jahre. Die erste Hälfte umfasst allgemeines Wissen über beide Länder und ihre sozial wirtschaftliche Situation. Der zweite Teil befasst sich mit der literarischen Entwicklung und den wichtigen literarischen Strömungen dieser Zeit. Der praktische Teil analysiert zwei literarische Werke, nämlich die Novelle Lenz von Peter Schneider und Die neuen Leiden des jungen W. von Ulrich Plenzdorf, die mit den zeitgenössischen Entwicklungen in Deutschland konfrontiert werden. Zur Erarbeitung der These wurden vor allem Informationen aus Internetquellen und wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften verwendet, die sich mit bedeutenden deutschen Ereignissen der letzten Jahrzehnte des 20. Jahrhunderts beschäftigen. Three decades have passed since the reunification of Germany, and still there are differences between the inhabitants of the former East and West Germany. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to attempt to find the cause of the social and economic differences between these German countries through literary works. Considering that this is a very complex topic, the thesis focuses only on the 1970s. The theoretical part contains 2 various chapters. The first half includes general knowledge about both countries and their socio-economic situation. The second part deals with the literary development and the important literary currents of the time. The practical part analyses two literary works, namely the novella Lenz by Peter Schneider and The New Sufferings of Young W. by Ulrich Plenzdorf, which are confronted with contemporary developments in Germany. The work was mainly based on information obtained from internet sources and professional magazines dealing with significant German events of the last decades of the 20th century.

Bakalářská práce se věnuje kritice kulturního průmyslu a masové kultury z pohledu autorů Frankfurtské školy. Soustředí se především na texty Theodora W. Adorna, ale je též doplněna o úvahy Herberta Marcuseho a Waltera Benjamina. Práce si klade za cíl představit povahu kulturního průmyslu a jeho příčiny a důsledky, jak je formulují autoři první generace Frankfurtské školy. Zároveň snaží posoudit relevanci jejich úvah v kontextu současné popkultury. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the critique of the culture industry and mass culture from the perspective of the authors of the Frankfurt School. It primarily concentrates on the texts of Theodor W. Adorno, but it also includes considerations by Herbert Marcuse and Walter Benjamin. The aim of the thesis is to present the nature of the culture industry and its causes and consequences as formulated by the first-generation authors of the Frankfurt School. At the same time, it seeks to assess the relevance of their reflections in the context of contemporary pop culture.

Tato bakalářská práce podává přehled prozaického díla Rudolfa Kronbauera, zkoumá jeho dobovou i sekundární recepci a analyzuje jeho texty z hlediska realismu a naturalismu. V úvodní části práce jsou shrnuty základní údaje o životě a díle autora. Následně jsou shromážděny a zhodnoceny doklady o dobové i sekundární recepci Kronbauerových děl. V analytické části se práce zabývá otázkou, do jaké míry a jakým způsobem se v různých vrstvách textů projevují prvky naturalismu. Tato analýza je provedena pohledem literární diskurzivity a zahrnuje základní naratologické parametry, jako jsou vypravěč, postavy, prostředí a děj. Pozornost je věnována také celkové reprezentaci světa, jak ji utváří a prezentuje zkoumaný materiál. This bachelor thesis provides an overview of the prose works of Rudolf Kronbauer, examines their contemporary and secondary reception, and analyses them from the perspectives of realism and naturalism. The introductory section summarizes basic information about the author's life and works. Subsequently, evidence regarding both the contemporary and secondary reception of Kronbauer's works is gathered and evaluated. In the analytical part, the thesis explores the extent and manner in which elements of naturalism manifest across various layers of the texts. This analysis is conducted through the lens of literary discourse and encompasses fundamental narratological parameters such as narrator, characters, setting, and plot. Attention is also given to the overall representation of the world as shaped and presented by the examined material.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na knižní román Franka Herberta Duna a jeho filmové adaptace, provádí komparativní analýzu těchto děl a zkoumá jejich zobrazení postav, událostí, času a prostoru v rámci literárního a filmového vyprávění. Analytický přístup vychází z oblasti naratologie a sémiotiky literatury a filmu. Hlavním cílem práce je zkoumat obecné rozdíly mezi jazykem literatury a jazykem filmu a zabývat se otázkou možností a limitů jejich převoditelnosti. Tímto způsobem bude práce přispívat k hlubšímu porozumění vztahu mezi literárním dílem a jeho filmovými adaptacemi a k diskusi o významu mediálních adaptací pro interpretaci literatury. This bachelor's thesis focuses on Frank Herbert's novel Dune and its film adaptations, conducting a comparative analysis of these works and examining the portrayal of characters, events, time, and space within the context of literary and cinematic narratives. The analytical approach is grounded in the fields of narratology and semiotics in literature and film. The primary aim of the thesis is to explore the general differences between the language of literature and the language of film and to address the question of the possibilities and limitations of their translatability. In this manner, the thesis contributes to a deeper understanding of the relationship between a literary work and its film adaptations and engages in a discussion on the significance of media adaptations for the interpretation of literature.

Otravy těžkými kovy - návrh didaktické transformace do výuky chemie na ZŠ

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vytvoření návrhu didaktické transformace tématu otrav těžkými kovy pro 8. a 9. ročník základních škol a odpovídající ročníky víceletých gymnázií. Teoretická část se zabývá těžkými kovy, jejich využitím a toxicitou. Pozornost byla rovněž věnována historickým a socio-kulturním souvislostem. Dále je diskutováno zařazení poznatků v kontextu vzdělávacích oblastí, jak je definuje Rámcový vzdělávací program pro základní vzdělávání. V praktické části je popsán postup řešení. Nejprve bylo vytvořeno 5 autorských pracovních listů. Každý se tematicky soustředil na jeden z vybraných těžkých kovů (rtuť, kadmium, olovo, arsen a thallium). Následně byl navržený didaktický postup odzkoušen v podmínkách běžné školní praxe. Didaktická sonda proběhla na ZŠ Máj I v Českých Budějovicích. Celkem se výzkumu zúčastnilo 72 žáků (tři školní třídy 8. ročníku). Zhodnocení bylo provedeno dotazníkovou metodu. Žáci se v dotazníku vyjádřili k uskutečněnému výukovému postupu, v jehož rámci byly pracovní listy užity. Vybrané didaktické aspekty hodnotili na bodové škále od 1 do 5. Výsledky poskytly orientační vhled na vztah žáků k předmětu chemie, jejich názor na autorské pracovní listy a na použití této výukové metody obecně. This bachelor thesis focuses on the subject of heavy metal toxicity and proposes a possible transformation of this topic into teaching materials for grades 8 and 9 of Czech primary schools and respective grades of multi-year general secondary schools. In its theoretical section, this thesis focuses on heavy metals, their usage, and toxicity with attention on the history and sociocultural context surrounding them. A discussion regarding the integration of these findings into multiple educational areas as they are defined by the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education follows. The research section of this thesis then focuses on the process of creation of 5 original worksheets, each focusing on one of the heavy metals selected in the previous part (mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic, and thallium). The final worksheets were then distributed to 72 pupils (three 8th grade classes in total) of ZŠ Máj I in České Budějovice to serve as a test run of the proposed material. The pupils then evaluated the worksheets and their usage using a supplied questionnaire. They then graded selected aspects of the materials on a scale of 1 to 5. The results of this research revealed an insight into the pupil's relationship with the subject of chemistry as well as their opinion on the general usage of worksheets in class.
