Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění pracovních a hygienických návyků levorukých žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, výzkumnou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou levorukých žáků, hygienickými a pracovními návyky žáků, vývojem leváctví v historii i současnými pohledy na leváky a leváctví. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na zjištění úrovně hygienických a pracovních návyků levorukých žáků při psaní na školách v Jihočeském kraji. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na přípravu pracovních listů v oblasti grafomotoriky a cvičení na vyrovnání mozkových hemisfér. Je zde zásobník aktivit a pracovních listů, který by mohl sloužit jako námětový materiál pro práci s levorukými dětmi. The thesis is aimed at identifying the working and hygiene habits of left-handed pupils in the 1st grade of primary school. The work is divided into theoretical, research and practical parts. The theoretical part of the work deals with the issues of left-handed pupils, hygienic and working habits of pupils, the evolution of left-handedness in history as well as contemporary views of left-handedness and left-handedness. The research section is aimed at identifying the level of hygiene and working habits of left-handed pupils when writing at schools in the South Bohemia Region. The practical part of the work is focused on preparing worksheets in the field of graphomotoring and exercises to balance brain hemispheres. There is a reservoir of activities and worksheets that could serve as subject material for working with left-handed children.

Analýza využití potenciálu brownfieldů v sociální oblasti na příkladu v Jihočeském kraji

V práci jsou představena teoretická východiska brownfieldů a sociálních inovací a dále je porovnán přístup k brownfieldům v České republice a v zahraničí. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou dále aplikovány v praktické části, která zkoumá bývalý tovární areál v Radouňce. Z výsledků provedeného empirického šetření vyplývá, že místní obyvatelé pozitivně hodnotí změnu vlastnictví identifikovaného brownfieldu na neziskovou organizaci. Práce navrhuje koncept využití v kontextu modelů helix, který podporuje sociální inkluzi zdravotně postižených ve společnosti prostřednictvím vzniku chráněného zahradnictví, které by vzniklo v areálu brownfieldu. Poslední část práce tvoří studie proveditelnosti projektu. Na základě CBA byl projekt na vybudování chráněných dílen, chráněného zahradnictví a sociálně terapeutických dílen označen za přijatelný. The diploma thesis examines the use of the potential of brownfields in the social area on the example of the South Bohemia Region. The theoretical background of brownfields and the emergence of social innovation is presented and the approach to brownfields in the Czech Republic and abroad is compared. These theoretical findings are further applied in the practical part, which examines the former factory site in Jindřichův Hradec. An em-pirical survey with the public and interviews with stakeholders were conducted to propose a new use of the identified brownfield. The results of the empirical investigation show that the residents of Radouňka positively evaluate the change of ownership of the identified brownfield to a non-profit organization, which will lead to the regeneration of the area. The thesis proposes a concept of use in the context of helix models that promotes social inclusion and empowerment of the disabled in society through an unusual employment for the disabled in a sheltered garden center that would be established on the brownfield site. The new proposal deepens cooperation with the town of Jindřichův Hradec, universities and secondary schools and presents new forms of cooperation with local businesses. Fur-thermore, the financing options are examined, which show that the project will have to be financed primarily by external sources. The last part of the thesis deals with the feasibility study. Based on a cost-benefit analysis, the project to build sheltered workshops, shel-tered gardens and social therapy workshops was determined to be acceptable.

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení využití digitálních technologií pro zvýšení kvality v logistice a formulace doporučení pro vybraný podnik. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny termíny jako: logistika, logistický tok, logistický řetězec, hodnotové toky, základní logistické ukazatele apod. Veškeré informace byly získány za využití odborné literatury a na základě osobních konzultací s odborníky v oboru logistika v konkrétní firmě. V praktické části jsou pak vyhodnoceny dílčí cíle práce a navrhnuta konkrétní řešení. Závěr obsahuje finální shrnutí celé problematiky a cíle práce. The goal of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the use of digital technologies to increase quality in logistics and to formulate recommendations for the selected company. The theoretical part explains terms such as: logistics, logistics flow, logistics chain, value flows, basic logistics indicators, etc. All information was obtained using professional literature and on the basis of personal consultations with experts in the field of logistics in a specific company. In the practical part, the sub-goals of the work are evaluated and concrete solutions are proposed. The conclusion contains a final summary of the entire issue and the goals of the work.

Diplomová práce se zabývá používanými metodami čtení a psaní v prvním ročníku základní školy se zaměřením na studijní výsledky žáků. V teoretické části práce je pozornost věnována současnému pojetí vyučování elementárního čtení a psaní se zaměřením na metody čtení a psaní, jejich historii, metodiku, názory a komentáře odborníků. Výzkumná část práce je formou dotazníkového šetření zaměřena na zjištění podílu využívaných metod výuky počátečního čtení a psaní na základních školách v Jihlavě a jejím okolí a na zmapování používaných učebnic na těchto školách. Průzkum se zaměřuje i na studijní výsledky žáků učících se dle jednotlivých metod. Výsledky jsou analyzovány a prezentovány pomocí grafů a komentářů. Součástí je také přehled zanalyzovaných učebních materiálů od oblíbených českých nakladatelství, které jsou určeny pro výuku čtení a psaní v elementárním ročníku základní školy. This diploma thesis looks into the used methods of reading and writing in the first grades of elementary school with focus on the outcomes of students' study. In the theoretical field the attention is given to the current concept of teaching the basic reading and writing skills with focus on reading and writing methods, its history, methodology as well as the opinions and comments of the experts. The research itself is by a form of a questionnaire survey aimed on the proportion of the used methods of teaching the initial reading and writing at the elementary schools in Jihlava and its surroundings but also aimed on mapping of the used textbooks within these schools. The research also focuses on the students' outcomes depending on usage of particular methods. The results are analysed and presented by graphs and comments. There also comes the overview of the analysed teaching materials from the Czech publishing houses which are intended for teaching reading and writing in the first grades of elementary school.

Aktuální trendy v podnikových informačních systémech v epoše 4.0

Tato práce analyzuje současné trendy v ERP systémech ze tří pohledů. Tím prvním je zmapování vědeckých článků zabývajících se danou problematikou a utříděním nejčastěji zkoumaných trendů v Průmyslu 4.0. Dalším, neméně zajímavým pohledem, který je v práci zpracován je výhled analytických společností na nejaktuálnější směry vývoje v podnikových informačních systémech. A konečně posledním střípkem do mozaiky je pohled samotných zákazníků, tedy uživatelů ERP systémů, kteří jsou v dotazníkovém šetření zastoupeni lokálními administrátory. V závěru jsou jednotlivé úhly pohledu porovnány a vyhodnoceny. Průzkum, výpočty a grafy poukazují na skutečnost, že největší potenciál rozvoje v ERP systémech má integrace umělé inteligence, zatímco ostatní trendy již svůj potenciál do určité míry vyčerpaly. This thesis analyses current trends in ERP systems from three perspectives. The first perspective is the mapping of scientific articles dealing with the given issue and the classification of the most frequently researched trends in Industry 4.0. Next view is the outlook of analytical companies on the most current directions of development in corporate information systems. Finally, the last perspective is the view of the customers themselves, i.e. key users of ERP systems, who are represented in the survey by local administrators. In the conclusion, individual points of view are compared and evaluated. Research, calculations and graphs point to the fact that the greatest development potential in ERP systems is the integration of artificial intelligence, while other trends have already exhausted their potential to a certain extent.

Technicko-ekonomická studie investičního projektu fotovoltaické elektrárny

Práce se zabývá ekonomickým zhodnocením vybraného investičního projektu pro fotovoltaickou elektrárnu. Práce se snaží přiblížit proces hodnocení investičních projektů v rámci technicko-ekonomických studií a metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. Cílem je charakterizovat proces hodnocení investičních projektů a provést finální finanční a investiční rozhodnutí pro vybraný investiční projekt do fotovoltaické elektrárny na základě výpočtů ekonomických kritérií. V praktické části práce jsou vytvořeny případové studie, na nichž jsou aplikovány metody hodnocení investic. Dále jsou provedeny citlivostní analýzy, které posuzují dopady změn proměnných na konečný výsledek investice. V závěru jsou zodpovězený výzkumné otázky a je provedena formulace finálních finančních a investičních rozhodnutí. The work deals with the economic evaluation of a selected investment project for a photovoltaic power plant. The work seeks to explain the process of evaluating investment projects within technical-economic studies and methods for assessing the economic efficiency of investments. The aim is to characterize the process of evaluating investment projects and to make final financial and investment decisions for the selected investment project for a photovoltaic power plant based on calculations of economic criteria. Case studies are created in the practical part of the work, on which investment evaluation methods are applied. Sensitivity analyses are also conducted, which assess the impacts of variable changes on the final investment outcome. In conclusion, research questions are answered, and final financial and investment decisions are formulated.

Energetická krize a její možnosti řešení v rámci vybrané obce v České republice

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na energetickou krizi a její alternativní řešení v rámci vybrané obce. V práci byly použity tři výzkumné metody, a to dotazníkové šetření, šetření o reálné spotřebě domácností a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Cílem práce bylo nalezení alternativního řešení a následné zjištění ochoty obyvatel vybrané obce jej akceptovat za předpokladu vyšší cenové nabídky, a to v souvislosti s dokončeným vzděláním jedince a jeho příjmovou kategorií. Jako alternativní zdroj elektrické energie se nabízela bioplynová stanice nacházející se nedaleko vybrané obce, kde byl veden i zmíněný rozhovor. Rozhovor sloužil ke zjištění proveditelnosti tohoto navrhovaného řešení. Práce byla vedena jako model komunitní energetiky, kde by největším zdrojem byla bioplynová stanice. The thesis focuses on the energy crisis and its alternative solutions within a selected municipality. Three research methods were used in the thesis, namely a questionnaire survey, a household real consumption survey and a semi-structured interview. The aim of the thesis was to find an alternative solution and then to determine the willingness of the residents of the selected municipality to accept it, given a higher price offer, in relation to the completed education of the individual and his/her income category. A biogas plant located near the selected village was offered as an alternative source of electricity, where the aforementioned interview was also conducted. The interview served to establish the feasibility of this proposed solution. The work was conducted as a community energy sector model where the biggest source would be a biogas plant.

Analýza konkurenceschopnosti dodavatelů energie

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti dodavatelů energie v České republice. Stanoveným cílem je seznámit se situací na trhu dodavatelů energií a na základě dostupných dat analyzovat konkurenceschopnost jednotlivých dodavatelů. Do analýzy byli vybráni dodavatelé elektrické energie na základě tržního podílu vypočteného z počtu odběrných míst. Pro společnosti jsou spočteny vybrané finanční ukazatele podle dat z výročních zpráv a na jejich základě je určeno pořadí v mezipodnikovém srovnání. Další částí analýzy je porovnání firem podle cenové hladiny jejich produktů pro koncové spotřebitele ze sektoru domácností. V tomto případě jsou porovnávané společnosti rozděleny do dvou skupin a je pozorován způsob nastavení cen na základě externích vlivů, které byly v daných letech přítomné. This thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of energy suppliers in the Czech Republic. The established goal is to get to know the situation on the market of energy suppliers and, based on the available data, to analyze the competitiveness of individual suppliers. Electricity suppliers were selected for the analysis based on the market share calculated from the number of consumption points. For companies, selected financial indicators are calculated according to data from annual reports, and based on them, the ranking in the inter-company comparison is determined. Another part of the analysis is the comparison of companies according to the price level of their products for end consumers from the household sector. In this case, the compared companies are divided into two groups and the way prices are set based on external influences that were present in the given years is observed.

Automatizovaná tvorba modelů hlubokých neuronových sítí pro klasifikaci obrazu

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému pro automatickou tvorbu modelů hlubokých neuronových sítí (HNS) pro klasifikaci obrazu včetně evaluace výsledků na datových sadách Cifar-10 a Mnist-Fashion. Pro nalezení aproximačně nejlepšího modelu HNS je využito genetického algoritmu. V rámci práce je prozkoumáno několik přístupů k zakódování genetické informace modelů HNS. Dále je popsána řada experimentů s architekturou VGG-16, na jejichž základě je systém implementován. Součástí práce je i popis a řešení mnoha problémů s cyklickým trénováním na grafické kartě pomocí knihovny Tensorflow pro programovací jazyk Python. The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a system that can automatically create deep neural networks (DNN) models for image classification. Additionally, the aim is to review the current state-of-the-art and to validate the system's functionality on two different datasets. A genetic algorithm is used to find the best approximate DNN model. Additionally, several approaches to encode the genetic information of DNN models are explored. Furthermore, several experiments with the VGG-16 architecture were conducted to find the best possible system base. The thesis also includes a discussion on the practice of model training and how problems that can arise during the automatic training of DNN models are avoided. The implementation is written in Python with Tensorflow library.

Detekce rizika účetních podvodů a chyb ve finančních výkazech

Cílem práce je s využitím vybraných modelů pro detekci manipulace s finančními výkazy posoudit zjištěné riziko účetních podvodů a chyb ve finančních výkazech v podmínkách českých účetních předpisů. Literární rešerše vymezuje účetní předpisy, kategorizaci účetních jednotek, účetní zásady a principy a dále charakterizuje jednotlivé finanční výkazy. Zabývá se definováním podvodů, chyb, motivací jejich vzniku a kreativním účetnictvím. K odpovědi na otázku, zda podávají finanční výkazy věrný a poctivý obraz skutečnosti, jsou definovány modely pro určení manipulace s účetními výkazy, a to Beneish model M-skóre, CFEBT M-skóre, Model kvality akruálního principu v účetnictví podle Dechow a Dichev, Jones Nondiscretinary Accruals, které jsou doplněny o bankrotní model Altmanovo Z-skóre. Popis metodického postupu a charakteristika dvou vybraných společností tvoří úvod praktické části. V praktické části byla využita veřejně přístupná data z účetních závěrek společností A a B, která byla detailně analyzována a aplikována do modelů definovaných literární rešerší, metodikou a následně popsána a zpracována pomocí grafů a tabulek. V závěru byla vyhodnocená zjištěná rizika spojená s manipulací účetních výkazů obou společností, proběhla diskuse a byla navržena opatření. This thesis aims to assess the risk of accounting fraud and errors in financial statements in the Czech accounting regulations using selected models for the detection of financial statement manipulation. The literature search determines the accounting regulations, categorization of accounting units, accounting principles, and principles, and characterizes individual financial statements. It deals with the definition of fraud, errors, the motivation for their occurrence, and the difference between creative accounting and fraud. To answer the question of whether financial statements give a true and fair view of reality, models for determining financial statement manipulation are defined, namely, the Beneish M-score model, the CFEBT M-score model, the Dechow and Dichev accrual accounting quality model, the Jones Nondiscretionary Accruals model, and the Altman Z-score bankruptcy model. The description of the methodological procedure and the characteristics of the two selected subjects form the practical part's introduction. The practical part uses publicly available data from the financial statements of companies A and B. These were analyzed in detail, applied to the models defined by the literature search and methodology, and then described and processed using graphs and tables. In conclusion, the risks associated with manipulating the financial statements of both companies were identified and discussed and measures were proposed.
