Analytické parametry stanovení anti-HCV a HCV antigenu

Hepatitida C je globální zdravotní problém, který postihuje miliony lidí a je hlavní příčinou jaterních onemocnění, včetně cirhózy a hepatocelulárního karcinomu. Vzhledem k asymptomatickému průběhu mnoha infekcí je potřebná efektivní laboratorní diagnostika. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést komparativní analýzu dvou diagnostických metod pro detekci anti-HCV a HCV antigenu ve vzorcích séra a plazmy pacientů a posoudit jejich diagnostickou správnost na základě srovnání s kvantitativní PCR a specifickým imunoblotem. V rámci studie byly použity metody chemiluminiscenční mikročásticová imunoanalýza (CMIA) na přístroji Architect i2000SR a elektrochemiluminiscenční imunoanalýza (ECLIA) na přístroji Cobas Pure. Vědecký přínos práce spočívá ve zhodnocení a popisu diagnostické efektivity a omezení obou testovacích metod v laboratorní praxi, což může přispět k preciznější diagnostice hepatitidy C a možnému zlepšení diagnostických postupů, což má důležité implikace pro klinickou praxi, zejména ve vztahu k výběru vhodné diagnostické metody v závislosti na klinickém kontextu pacienta. Hepatitis C is a global health problem that affects millions of people and is a major cause of liver disease, including cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Due to the asymptomatic course of many infections, effective laboratory diagnosis is needed. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to perform a comparative analysis of two diagnostic methods for the detection of anti-HCV and HCV antigen in serum and plasma samples from patients and to assess their diagnostic accuracy by comparison with quantitative PCR and specific immunoblotting. The methods used in the study were chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CMIA) on the Architect i2000SR and electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA) on the Cobas Pure. The scientific contribution of this thesis lies in the evaluation and description of the diagnostic performance and limitations of both test methods in laboratory practice, which may contribute to a more accurate diagnosis of hepatitis C and possible improvement of diagnostic procedures, which has important implications for clinical practice, especially in relation to the selection of the appropriate diagnostic method depending on the clinical context of the patient.

The thesis Issues of Penitentiary Treatment of Juvenile Convicts analyses current penitentiary approaches to male juvenile prisoners in the Czech Republic which is the aim of this thesis. The characteristics of juvenile convicts as a specific group of prisoners are discussed in the theoretical part. Juveniles are further described from a criminological perspective in relation to the specifics of committing an illegal activity, from a penological perspective in relation to punitive actions, and from a penitentiary perspective in relation to the execution of the punitive action. The thesis also presents the Prison Service of the Czech Republic as well as the penitentiary treatment of juvenile convicts in Slovakia. The empirical research itself focuses on the analysis and characteristics of the penitentiary treatment of juvenile convicts in Czech prisons which are profiled for juvenile males. The qualitative research using a case study and a structured interview was conducted as a part of the empirical research. V teoretické části je provedena charakteristika mladistvých odsouzených jakožto specifické skupiny vězněných osob. Mladiství jsou dále vystihováni z kriminologického pohledu ve vztahu ke specifikům při páchání protiprávní činnosti, z penologického pohledu ve vztahu k trestnímu opatření, z penitenciárního pohledu ve vztahu k výkonu trestního opatření. V disertační práci je dále představena Vězeňská služba České republiky a penitenciární zacházení s mladistvými odsouzenými na Slovensku. Vlastní empirické šetření se zaměřuje na analýzu a charakteristiku penitenciárního zacházení s mladistvými odsouzenými v českých věznicích, které jsou profilovány pro mladistvé muže. V rámci empirického šetření byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum, v němž byly uplatňovány metody výzkumu kazuistika a strukturovaný rozhovor. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci vlivu sociálních sítí a jeho gradaci, a to konkrétně v turistické destinaci jižní Čechy. Sociální sítě se v posledních letech staly neodmyslitelnou součástí a jsou propojitelné s mnoha oblastmi moderního světa. Práce se zaměří na Instagram a Facebook, protože tyto dvě platformy jsou v destinačním marketingu jižních Čech nejaktivnější. Na obou těchto platformách se jižní Čechy propagují a mají účet s názvem "Jižní Čechy". Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce se hned po úvodu zaměříme na rešerši odborné literatury v oblastech cestovní ruch, destinační marketing a sociální sítě. Cílem praktické části je identifikace vlivu sociálních sítí na odvětví cestovního ruchu, konkrétně na turistickou destinaci jižní Čechy This bachelor thesis focuses on the identification of the influence of social networks and its gradation, specifically in the tourist destination of South Bohemia. Social networks have integral part in recent years and are connected to many areas of the modern world. The bachelor thesis will focus on Instragram and Facebook, as these two platforms are the most active in marketing the destination South Bohemia and on both of these platforms South Bohemia is promoted and has an account called "South Bohemia" Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, right after the introduction, we will focus on the literature search in the field of tourism, destination marketing and social networks. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) malých a středních podniků v Jihočeském kraji. Jedná se o oblast ekonomickou, sociální a environmentální. Nejprve jsou rozebrány a popsány tři základní pilíře tohoto tématu, následují základní pojmy a jednotlivé problémy. Cílem práce je také popsat postupný vývoj této problematiky. Další část práce se zabývá praktickou částí, kde bylo použito dotazníkové šetření. V tomto dotazníku jsou respondentům kladeny otázky týkající se problematiky CSR, jak ji vnímají a jak se starají o své zaměstnance. V neposlední řadě také na jejich postoj k životnímu prostředí z environmentálního hlediska. Metodika práce zahrnuje analýzu současného stavu a syntézu dat. Dále identifikaci přínosů a bariér při zavádění CSR. Na závěr práce jsou stanoveny návrhy a zjednodušený postup pro malé a střední podniky (MSP), jak zavést a implementovat CSR do každodenních procesů. This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of small and medium-sized enterprises in the South Bohemian Region. It is an economic, social, and environmental area. First, the three basic pillars of this topic are discussed and described, followed by basic concepts and individual issues. The goal of the work is also to describe the history and gradual development of this issue. The next part of this work deals with the practical part, where was used questionnaire survey. In this questionnaire, respondents are asked questions about the issue of CSR, how they perceive it and how they take care of their employees. Finally, their attitude to the environment from an environmental point of view. The methodology of the work includes analysis of the current state and data synthesis. Next, the identification of benefits and barriers in the implementation of CSR.

Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv digitalizace a robotizace na hospodaření firem v gastronomii. Zaměřuje se na vysvětlení různých druhů digitalizace a robotizace, které se v gastronomii využívají a přibližuje tak lidem technologie, které podniky používají. Pro zlepšení a zrychlení práce mohou zaměstnanci používat stroje a technologie nejen ve výrobě. Zároveň se nesmí zapomínat na zákazníky, kteří mohou využít technické pomůcky, které podniky nabízejí. Příkladem mohou být QR kódy v restauracích nebo samoobslužné tabule. Avšak digitalizace se netýká pouze výroby a příjmu objednávek, ale také způsobu doručení. Zde zákazníci mohou využít aplikací, díky kterým jim je zboží doručeno až ke dveřím. Dále je v bakalářské práci popsáno, jak dokázala digitalizace zvýšit tržby vybraného podniku a jak lidé využívají moderních technologií ke kterým mají přístup. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the impact of digitalization and robotization on the management of companies in the gastronomy industry. It focuses on explaining the different types of digitalization and robotization that are used in the gastronomy industry and thus bringing people closer to the technologies that businesses use. Employees can use machines in production to improve and speed up their work, but also not forgetting customers, who can take advantage of the technical aids that businesses offer, such as QR codes in restaurants or self-service boards. However, digitisation is not only about production and order taking, but also about the delivery method, where customers can use apps to have their food delivered to their door. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis describes how digitalization has been able to increase sales for the selected businesses and how people use the modern features they have access to.

Sociální sítě z pohledu vybraných generací

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem sociálních sítí na generace Y a Z a zkoumá hlavní rozdíly mezi nimi. Práce popisuje historii sociálních sítí, nejpopulárnější sociální sítě, dvě vybrané generace a online marketing na sociálních sítí. Práce se dále zaměřuje na problémy spojené s používáním sociálních sítí, online marketingem a změn v chování lidí v online prostředí. K prozkoumání vlivu sociálních sítí na generace Y a Z byl využit anonymní dotazníky a polostrukturované rozhovory s otevřenými otázkami. Výsledky získané z těchto dotazníků a rozhovorů byly vyhodnoceny a v závěru práce byly navrhnuty, na základě výsledků, vhodné typy marketingové komunikace na sociálních sítí pro obě generace. This bachelor thesis examines the impact of social networks on Generations Y and Z and explores the main differences between them. The thesis describes the history of social networking, the most popular social networks, two selected generations and online marketing. The thesis also focuses on issues related to the use of social networks, online marketing and changes in people's online behaviour. Anonymous questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions were used to explore the impact of social networking on Generations Y and Z. The results obtained from these questionnaires and interviews were evaluated and the paper concluded by suggesting, based on the results, appropriate types of social media marketing communication for both generations.

Tématem této odborné práce je problematika preventivní restrukturalizace jako ochrany před úpadkem. Je to téma nové a aktuální, které řeší nepříznivou ekonomickou situaci podnikatelů jiným způsobem, než je tomu ze strany institutů insolvenčního práva. Součástí českého legislativního prostředí se preventivní restrukturalizace stala v návaznosti na požadavky Evropské unie. Nově přijatý zákon dává podnikatelům možnost, aby se včas a účinně restrukturalizovali a vyhnuli se tak řešení své dluhové situace úpadkem. Práce je zaměřena na posouzení, zda díky tomuto novému institutu českého právního a ekonomického života je reálná naděje na omezení či snížení počtu nežádoucích likvidací životaschopných podniků a podnikatelů, jakož i zhodnocení podstaty tohoto institutu v porovnání řešení negativní ekonomické situace podle pravidel insolvenčního práva. The topic of this thesis is the issue of preventive restructuring as protection against bankruptcy. It is a new and topical topic that solves the unfavourable economic situation of businesses and entrepreneurs in a different way than the insolvency law stipulates. Preventive restructuring has become part of the Czech legislative environment in response to the requirements of the European Union. The newly adopted law gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to restructure their companies in a timely and effective manner and thus avoid resolving their debt situation through bankruptcy. The thesis is focused on assessing whether there is any real hope in limiting or reducing the number of undesirable liquidations of viable businesses and enterprises due to this new aspect of Czech legal and economic life, as well as to evaluate the substance of business restructuring in comparison with the rules of insolvency law as a solution for negative economic situations of businesses.

Agreement on guilt and punishment and alternative criminal proceedings Abstract This thesis deals with alternative criminal proceedings and agreement on guilt and punishment in the first place. The agreement on guilt an punishment as an institute has no tradition in the Czech legal order and was introduced into Czech law due to influence of common law. The agreement is seen as an alternative solution in comparison to usual criminal procedure which is shortened due to the aforementioned agreement. The crucial role is played by time - in which stage of criminal prosecution the agreement is concluded: if the conclusion of the agreement takes place immediately after the initiation of the criminal prosecution, later on but ahead of bringing an indictment or whether the agreement is entered into during judicial proceedings or later in a court of appeals. The agreement constitues possibility for a defendant and his defence lawyer to avoid criminal trial and bringing of indictment related to it. Proving guilt and collecting evidence are avoided too. All that is possible due to statement of the defendant that he or she commited deed for which the defendant is prosecuted. This thesis is divided into two main chapters. Dohoda o vině a trestu a další alternativní trestní procedury Abstrakt Téma této práce se týká alternativních trestních procedur, přičemž na první místo řadí dohodu o vině a trestu. Jde o institut, který v českém právní řádu nemá žádnou tradici, byl do něj zařazen pod vlivem angloamerického práva a představuje alternativu ke klasickému průběhu trestního řízení, které bude při využití dohody zkráceno, přičemž za klíčovou lze považovat právě dobu sjednání dohody, zda se tak děje po zahájení trestního stíhání nebo později ale ještě před podáním obžaloby či až v rámci soudního stádia řízení, respektive v rámci řízení odvolacího. Dohoda představuje možnost, jak se vyhnout hlavnímu líčení a s tím souvisejícímu dokazování, podání obžaloby a také zdlouhavému opatřování důkazních prostředků, a to prohlášením osoby, proti níž se řízení vede, že spáchala skutek, pro který je stíhána. Práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol, první z nich se zabývá charakteristikou dohody, jejím teoreticko-právním vymezením a její zákonnou úpravou v České republice. Následuje výčet přístupů k ní pohledem zahraničních právníků a ekonomů a pohled na dohodu ze strany základních zásad trestního procesu. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci vysokoškolských geografických pracovišť. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav a potenciál propagace VŠ geografických pracovišť v Česku na základě prezentace, webových stránek, sociální sítě (Facebook, Instagram) a na základě získaných dat navrhnout optimální strategii propagace konkrétního geografického pracoviště, která by zvýšila jeho viditelnost, atraktivitu a prestiž v očích vybraných cílových skupin. Bakalářská práce mapuje výskyt geografických pracovišť na veřejných vysokých školách v České republice, vysvětluje základní principy marketingové komunikace a informuje o nejčastěji využívaných sociálních sítích a jejich zaměření. The bachelor's thesis focuses on marketing communication of geography departments at universities in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is not only to analyse the current state and potential of the promotion of geography departments at Czech universities on the basis of their presentation, website, social network (Facebook, Instagram) and based on data obtained, but also to propose an optimal strategy to promote a specific department of geography which would increase its visibility, attractiveness and prestige in the eyes of selected target groups. The bachelor's thesis first maps the occurrence of geography departments at public universities in the Czech Republic, explains the basic principles of marketing communication and explores the most frequently used social networks. The work analyses the social networks used across institutions, describes basic indicators such as numbers of followers, frequency of posts or focus of content, etc., and further assesses the use of websites from specific departments. Using the information gathered, the work proposes specific strategy for efficient use of the social network Instagram on the example of the Department of Geography of the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia.
