The diploma thesis deals with the use of music education as a means of improving the classroom climate at the first grade of primary school. The aim is to map a wide range of music education activities and propose specific music education activities that will contribute to the positive development of classroom climate. The theoretical part first introduces the developmental characteristics of the young school-age child, especially cognitive, emotional and social development. Next, it defines key concepts related to classroom climate and the basic principles of music education at the first grade of primary school. It also analyzes and specifies music education activities that promote overall well- being in the classroom. The educational activities are divided into five areas that are key in forming a quality classroom climate. The practical part focuses on transforming the classroom climate through the implementation of the aforementioned music education activities in practice. The research results are evaluated through a questionnaire survey. The final part of the thesis summarizes the findings and provides suggestions for pedagogical practice that can be applied for the effective use of music education as a tool for improving the classroom climate at the first grade of primary school. The results... Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím hudební výchovy jako prostředku pro zkvalitnění třídního klimatu na 1. stupni základní školy. Cílem je zmapovat široké spektrum hudebně výchovných činností a navrhnout konkrétní aktivity hudební výchovy, které přispějí k pozitivnímu rozvoji třídního klimatu. Teoretická část nejprve představuje vývojové charakteristiky dítěte mladšího školního věku, zejména kognitivní, emoční a sociální vývoj. Dále definuje klíčové pojmy spojené s třídním klimatem a základní principy hudební výchovy na 1. stupni základní školy. Rovněž je provedena analýza a konkretizace hudebně výchovných aktivit, které podporují celkovou pohodu ve třídě. Výchovné aktivity jsou rozděleny do pěti oblastí, které jsou klíčové při formování kvalitního třídního klimatu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na proměnu klimatu ve třídě prostřednictvím realizace již zmíněných hudebně výchovných aktivit v praxi. Výsledky výzkumu jsou vyhodnoceny skrze dotazníkového šetření. Porovnání kázeňských opatření využívaných v České republice a ve Francii

ABCTRACT The main purpose of this thesis is to compare the disciplinary measures used in the Czech Republic and France, especially at the first level of primary school. Two interviews were used for the comparison, one with a teacher from the Czech Republic and the other with a teacher from France. In the practical part, documents dealing with punishment and disciplinary measures were also analysed. It was found that disciplinary measures based on school regulations differ in the two countries. In the Czech Republic disciplinary measures are given per term, in France measures that are given immediately are preferred. However, disciplinary measures in France do not differ much with some punishments that are also used in the Czech Republic but are not mentioned in the school regulations. As this was qualitative research, we cannot generalise such results. Both teachers are satisfied with the disciplinary measures available to them. They agree that immediate punishments work better for younger pupils, with both of them often using a mandatory rewrite of the rule the pupil has broken. Disciplinary measures are closely related to corporal punishment; if a child is punished in the family, this has an impact on his or her behaviour at school. Hlavní náplní této diplomové práce je porovnat kázeňská opatření využívaná v České republice a ve Francii, a to zejména na 1. stupni základní školy. K porovnání byly využity 2 rozhovory, jeden s paní učitelkou z České republiky a druhý s paní učitelkou z Francie. V praktické části byly analyzované také dokumenty zabývající se tresty a kázeňskými opatřeními. Bylo zjištěno, že kázeňská opatření vycházející ze školního řádu se v obou zemích liší. Česká kázeňská opatření se udílejí za pololetí, ve Francii jsou upřednostňována opatření, která se udělují ihned. Kázeňská opatření ve Francii se ale moc neliší s některými tresty, které v České republice jsou také využívány, ale nejsou uvedeny ve školním řádu. Jelikož se v tomto případě jednalo o výzkum kvalitativní, nemůžeme takové výsledky zobecňovat. Obě učitelky jsou spokojené s kázeňskými opatřeními, které mají k dispozici. Shodují se na tom, že u mladších žáků lépe fungují tresty okamžité s tím, že často obě využívají povinný přepis daného pravidla, které žák porušil. Kázeňská opatření úzce souvisí s tělesnými tresty, je-li dítě v rodině trestáno, má to vliv na jeho chování i ve škole. V České republice stále nebyl přijat zákon zakazující tělesné tresty v domácím prostředí. Oproti tomu Francie takový zákon přijala již v roce 2019. Při udělování...

Membership in the sport association Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of membership in an association from the perspective of the applicable law and analysing the internal regulations issued by the associations themselves. The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively present the matters of membership in an association as the most common legal form active in the sports environment. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the Right of association, on which the law of association is based. As well as the related issue of voluntary membership of athletes in sports organisations. The legal regulation influencing the form of sports associations is presented in the second part of the thesis. Attention is not focused only on the Civil Code as the leading document of the association law, but also on the Act on the Support of Sport and other regulations. Členství ve spolku se sportovním zaměřením Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce zachycuje problematiku členství ve spolku z pohledu platného práva, přičemž analyzuje vnitřní předpisy vydávané samotnými spolky. Cílem práce bylo komplexně představit institut členství ve spolku, jakožto nejčastější právní formy objevující se ve sportovním prostředí. První část práce je věnována obecně právu sdružovacímu, ze kterého spolkové právo vychází, a s ním související problematice dobrovolnosti členství sportovců ve sportovních organizacích. V druhé části práce je představena právní úprava ovlivňující podobu sportovních spolků. Pozornost je zaměřena nejenom na občanský zákoník jako ústřední dokument spolkového práva, ale i na zákon o podpoře sportu a další předpisy. Vedle občanského zákoníku jsou pro spolek významné stanovy, které podobu spolku konkretizují a bez nichž nemůže spolek vůbec fungovat. The diploma thesis "The Economic and Cultural Development of the Township of Lhenice in the 19th Century" examines the transformation of life in the township of Lhenice during the so-called long 19th century, a period marked by the beginning of modernity, the industrial revolution, urbanization, the rise of nation states, nationalism and the struggle for national identity, and the ongoing National Revival in the Czech lands. The analysis focuses on key aspects of economic changes, such as changes in agriculture, the development of crafts and industry, and the decline of the market system, as well as on cultural changes, such as the emergence of organised social life or the background to public festivals or other celebrations. The study reveals how the local economy responded to economic development and its challenges and technological advances, how the local community dealt with the gradual institutionalization of poverty and the poverty question in general, and how the whole society was affected by the broader socio-political changes in the Austrian monarchy and the Czech lands. The thesis The musical fairy tale Lotrando and Zubejda in music education presents the mentioned musical fairy tale and its use in music education. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly points out the origin and genesis of the fairy tales. It deals more closely with the definition of the fairy tale as a literary and musical-dramatic genre and outlines the influence of this phenomenon on the psychological development of the child. In this context, the thesis focuses on the period of younger school age, which it characterizes not only in terms of social and emotional development, but above all in terms of musical development. In the practical part of the thesis, examples of activities for music education lessons are given, which are inspired by the film musical fairy tale Lotrando and Zubejda. These activities were carried out with pupils of the 3rd year of the T. G. Masaryk Primary School in Milevsko and recorded in the form of preparations for the lesson. The practical part resulted in model examples and several methodological sheets that can serve as inspiration for working with the musical fairy tale in the educational process. Diplomová práce Hudební pohádka Lotrando a Zubejda v hudební výchově představuje jmenovanou hudební pohádku a její aplikaci v hodinách hudební výchovy. Teoretická část předkládané práce stručně poukazuje na původ a vznik pohádek. Blíže se zaměřuje na definici pohádky jak z hlediska literárního, tak i hudebně dramatického žánru. Přičemž nastiňuje vliv tohoto fenoménu na psychický vývoj dítěte. V této souvislosti se diplomová práce věnuje období mladšího školního věku, které charakterizuje nejenom s ohledem k sociálnímu a emočnímu vývoji, ale hlavně se zřetelem k vývoji hudebnímu. Praktická část závěrečné práce přináší příklady aktivit do hodin hudební výchovy, které se inspirují filmovou hudební pohádkou Lotrando a Zubejda. Tyto aktivity byly realizovány s žáky 3. ročníku na 1. základní škole Tomáše Garrigua Masaryka v Milevsku a zaznamenány formou vyučovacích příprav. Dílna čtení v 1. třídě: akční výzkum

This thesis stems from the necessity to guide and support students in reading from the beginning of compulsory school attendance. The theoretical part deals with the concept of reading, the development of reading literacy, and further describes methods and possibilities for further support and development of reading. An integral part for the development of reading literacy are libraries, which are also mentioned in the work. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on various options and perspectives on the reading workshop. The goal of the action research is to describe, through observation, how it is possible to firmly integrate the reading workshop into the schedule from the 1st grade of primary school based on personal experience and to suggest how further methods can support reading among 1st and 2nd grade students even more. Using findings from a completed parents' questionnaire, the empirical part responds to the research questions. The research showed that thanks to the early inclusion of the reading workshop, students were able to concentrate on the given reading and smoothly continue with the already mastered organization of the reading workshop within the 1st grade. Finally, it was shown that the conduct of reading workshops significantly increases positive experience of reading... Diplomová práce vychází z nutnosti vést a podporovat žáky ve čtenářství již od počátku povinné školní docházky. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem čtenářství, rozvojem čtenářské gramotnosti a dále popisuje metody a možnosti další podpory a rozvoje čtenářství. Nedílnou součástí pro rozvoj čtenářské gramotnosti jsou knihovny, o kterých je taktéž v práci zmínka. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na různé možnosti a pohledy na dílnu čtení. Cílem akčního výzkumu je popsat pomocí pozorování, jakým způsobem je možné zařadit dílnu čtení pevně do rozvrhu již od 1. ročníku základní školy na základě vlastní zkušenosti, a navrhnout, jakými dalšími metodami je možné ještě více podpořit čtenářství u žáků 1. a 2. ročníku. Pomocí poznatků z rodiči vyplněného dotazníku empirická část odpovídá na dané výzkumné otázky. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že díky brzkému zařazení dílny čtení byli žáci již na počátku 2. ročníku schopni se soustředit na danou četbu a plynule navázat na již zvládnutou organizaci dílny čtení v rámci 1. ročníku. V neposlední řadě se ukázalo, že zásluhou konání dílen čtení se u žáků hojně projevuje prožitek z četby již ve 2. ročníku základní školy. Analýza a porovnání školních vzdělávacích programů základních škol v České republice v závislosti na výsledcích šetření České školní inspekce

This thesis presents research on primary schools in the Czech Republic, selected according to whether they were included in the Thematic report of the Czech School Inspectorate in 2023. The thesis focuses on the results of this report for the educational field of Chemistry. Within the theoretical part, the gradual development of curriculum documents in the Czech Republic is elaborated with regard to the currently ongoing revision of the RVP ZV. In the practical part, an analysis of the school curriculum of the given schools is worked, focusing on the distribution of the number of teaching hours in the educational field of Chemistry within the educational field of Human and Nature, as well as an analysis of the distribution of available hours in the educational fields. An analysis of the amount of active verbs in the expected outcomes and whether primary schools have included teaching methods in their school curriculum is also made. The final section shows, among other things, that the highest number of available hours is devoted to the educational area of Human and Nature (median of 6 teaching hours), that the teaching of the educational area of Chemistry still persists under the title of Chemistry in the eighth and ninth grades with two teaching hours each, and that the highest number of teaching... V rámci této diplomové práce je zpracován výzkum zabývající se základními školami v ČR vybranými dle toho, zda byly zahrnuty v tematické zprávě České školní inspekce z roku 2023. Práce se zaměřuje na výsledky z této zprávy pro vzdělávací obor Chemie. V rámci teoretické části je zpracován postupný vývoj kurikulárních dokumentů v České republice s ohledem na aktuálně probíhající revize RVP ZV. V praktické části je zpracována analýza školních vzdělávacích programů daných škol, a to se zaměřením na rozložení počtu vyučovacích hodin ve vzdělávacím oboru Chemie v rámci vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a příroda, dále rozbor rozložení disponibilních hodin do vzdělávacích oblastí. Také je zpracována analýza množství aktivních sloves v očekávaných výstupech a to, zda mají základní školy ve svém školním vzdělávacím programu zařazeny i metody výuky. Závěrečná část mimo jiné uvádí, že nejvíce disponibilních hodin je věnováno vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a příroda (mediánem vyjádřených 6 vyučovacích hodin), že stále přetrvává výuka vzdělávacího oboru Chemie pod názvem vyučovacího předmětu chemie v osmém a devátém ročníku po dvou vyučovacích hodinách a že nejvíce vyučovacích hodin je v rámci vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a příroda věnováno zeměpisu. This thesis deals with communication between primary education teachers and parents of Ukrainian pupils who came to the Czech Republic as a result of the war conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The thesis examines and analyses the experiences of specific teachers working in Prague mainstream primary schools in the field of communication with parents of pupils. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of integration of foreigners and related legislation, including statistical data. It also introduces organisations dealing with the issue of foreign pupils with a different mother tongue. It focuses on social communication, its forms and communication channels between teachers and parents of pupils. It describes obstacles to communication, such as language barriers, different cultural backgrounds, traumas caused by war and teachers' lack of communication skills. Charakteristika snů u lidí s úzkostí

This thesis examines the characteristics of dreams in people with anxiety. Dream characteristics, including emotions in dreams, dream content, dream recall, and attitudes towards dreams, are monitored in people with anxiety (N=36) compared to a control group (N=28). The theoretical part addresses anxiety and dreams, and the research part focuses on methodology, data collection process, findings, and discussion. Participants were divided into groups of individuals with or without anxiety using the STAI inventory, based on their trait anxiety levels. Participants then recorded their dreams in an online dream diary for two weeks, and during data collection, they were also tested for current anxiety levels. It was found that individuals with anxiety experience dreams with more negative emotional tones, and their attitudes towards dreams differ in several respects (in terms of significance, positivity, recall, and apprehension). Differences were also observed in the frequency of certain categories of dream content (categories of characters, aggressive interactions, misfortunes, and negative emotions). The influence of anxiety on dream frequency and length was not found to be significant. Snové charakteristiky, kterými jsou emoce ve snech, snové obsahy, výbavnost snů a postoje ke snům, jsou sledovány u lidí s úzkostí (N=36) a srovnávány s intaktní populací (N=28). V teoretické části je prostor věnován úzkosti a snům, výzkumná část se potom zaměřuje na výběr metod, samotný proces sběru dat, výsledky a diskusi. Účastníci byli v rámci studie rozděleni pomocí inventáře STAI do skupiny lidí s úzkostí či bez úzkosti, rozřazovacím kritériem byla hladina rysové úzkosti. Následně účastníci vyplňovali své sny do online snového deníku po dobu dvou týdnů a v průběhu sběru dat byli ještě kontrolně testováni na míru aktuální úzkosti. Bylo zjištěno, že lidi s úzkostí mají emočně negativněji zabarvené sny a i postoje ke snům těchto lidí se v několika ohledech liší (v oblasti důležitosti, pozitivity, výbavnosti a obav ze snů). Odlišnosti byly zaznamenány i v četnosti určitých kategorií snových obsahů (kategorie postav, agresivních interakcí, neštěstí a negativních emocí). Vliv úzkostnosti na frekvenci a délku snů se neprokázal jako významný. This thesis focuses on the success of selected university students in relation to their overall well-being. The work has two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the basic premises related to personal well-being, the education of university students, and on one selected determinant of well-being - success. In the practical part, the objectives of the work are set, the research sample is described, as well as the survey method, and subsequently, the results of the research study are interpreted. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Education of Charles University in the form of an online questionnaire survey, which was distributed among students predominantly in their third year. The results show that respondents who rate their subjective well-being positively also rate the entire area of success positively. Along with achieving long- term goals, with appreciating the success of others, with perseverance, responsibility, and will, which are necessary for achieving success. Minor deviations among students appeared in the evaluation of partial goals. The respondents were able to access the success of others very positively and share the joy with them. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na úspěch vybraných vysokoškolských studentů v souvislosti s jejich celkovým well-beingem. Práce má dvě části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní východiska související s osobní pohodou, se vzděláváním vysokoškolských studentů a na jeden vybraný determinant well-beingu - úspěch. V praktické části jsou stanoveny cíle práce, je zde popsán výzkumný vzorek, také metoda šetření a následně jsou zde interpretovány výsledky výzkumné studie. Tento výzkum probíhal na Pedagogické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy formou online dotazníkového šetření, které bylo rozesláno mezi studenty převážně třetích ročníků. Z výsledků je patrné, že respondenti, kteří hodnotí svůj subjektivní well-being pozitivně, hodnotí také kladně celou oblast úspěchu. Společně s plněním dlouhodobých cílů, oceňováním úspěchu druhých, vytrvalostí, zodpovědností a vůlí, které jsou při dosahování úspěchu za potřebí. Drobné odchylky mezi studenty se objevily při vyhodnocování dílčích cílů. Dotazovaní byli schopni velice kladně ohodnotit úspěch druhých a dokázali s nimi sdílet tuto radost. Avšak při uvažování nad svým vlastním úspěchem byli o něco kritičtější. Dále se objevily malé rozdíly při analýze otázek týkajících se vůle a zodpovědnosti studentů.
