2024 - Czech Title : Preconditions of feedback mechanism in telerehabilitation Objectives: The aim of this master thesis was to determine whether and under what conditions it is possible to objectively assess the exercise execution, according to predefined parameters of given exercise remotely, based on vide-recording only. Methods: 40 probands, a healthy adult population, were included in the evaluation, for which video recordings of the exercises were made. These exercises were then judged by 75 raters-more or less experienced specialists in the field-according to preset conditions. They were evaluated for their agreement with each other, their agreement with themselves when the same video was repeated, and the difference between the ratings according to their length of practice. Parameter analysis was performed according to the agreement in their ratings, or the differences between the rating parameters in terms of their specificity. The measured values were statistically and graphically processed.. Results : It has been shown that the correctness of the exercise execution can be remotely evaluated, especially if specific parameters are selected, mostly those for which it is easy to determine the truth value. Název: Předpoklady zpětnovazebních mechanizmů v telerehabilitaci Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo ověřit, zda a na základě jakých podmínek je možné objektivně hodnotit správnost provedení cvičení dle předem stanovených parametrů pro dané cvičení, vzdáleně, jenom na základě videozáznamu Metody: V hodnocení bylo zahrnuto 40 probandů, zdravé dospělé populace, u které byly pořízeny video nahrávky cvičení. Tato cvičení pak byla dle předem nastavených podmínek posuzována 75 hodnotiteli-více, nebo méně zkušenými specialisty z oboru fyzioterapie, nebo trénerství. Hodnocena byla jejich vzájemná shoda, jejich shoda samého se sebou při opakovaném hodnocení toho samého videa, rozdíl mezi hodnocením dle délky jejich praxe. Byla provedena analýza parametrů, dle shody v jejich hodnocení, nebo rozdíly mezi parametry hodnocení v rámci jejich specificity. Naměřené hodnoty byly statisticky a graficky zpracovány. Výsledky: Ukázalo se, že lze správnost provedení cvičení hodnotit vzdáleně zejména v případě, že se pro hodnocení vyberou specificky nastavené parametry, zejména ty, u kterých je lehké stanovit pravdivostní hodnotu. Vývoj a komparace programatiky koaličních stran SPOLU v letech 2020 - 2023

2024 - Czech The aim of this thesis is to compare the election programs of the individual parties of the SPOLU coalition from 2017 with the SPOLU election program from 2021, and to find out how the programs of the three coalition parties were reflected in the SPOLU program. The first part of the thesis covers the theory of political parties and political party systems. It describes the election process and the results of the 2017 and 2021 elections, together with financial aspects of the election campaigns. The second part of the thesis deals with the establishment, history and characteristics of KDU-ČSL, ODS and TOP 09 and the inception of the coalition SPOLU. The key element of this work are the chapters, in which election programs of the individual parties of the coalition SPOLU and their joint program are discussed. The programs are then compared and an assessment is made as to which party has contributed individual points into the coalition program and if/how it is being implemented by the resulting government. Based on the comparative part of this work, it can be stated that ODS and TOP 09 had greater influence in forming the joint election program. The methods used in this thesis are description, comparison and analysis. První část práce pokrývá teorii politických stran a systémů politických stran. Dále je pozornost věnována průběhu voleb, volebním výsledkům v letech 2017-2021 a financováním volebních kampaní. Druhá část práce se zabývá vznikem a charakteristikou stran KDU-ČSL, ODS a TOP 09 a vznikem koalice SPOLU. Stěžejním bodem práce jsou pak podkapitoly, ve kterých jsou rozebrány volební programy jednotlivých stran koalice SPOLU a jejich společný program. Programy jsou následně porovnány a je zhodnoceno, která strana daný bod do programu prosadila a jak se ho daří naplňovat ve vládě. Především pomocí komparativní části práce můžeme konstatovat, že ve společném volebním programu se nejvíce prosadily strany ODS a TOP 09. V práci byly použity metody deskripce, komparace a analýzy. Analýza vybraných učebnic občanské výchovy z hlediska genderu

2024 - Czech This thesis is focused on the analysis of three chosen civics textbooks for the 6th grade of primary school from the perspective of gender. The aim was to find out, using qualitative and quantitative content analysis, whether or not women and men are depicted in gender stereotyped roles and in what numbers they are represented. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to explaining the concepts of sex and gender, gender socialisation, gender in the school environment and gender in language. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the textbooks. As a result of the analysis, it is found that in all textbooks women are significantly outnumbered by men. However, the gender correctness of the textbooks increases over time. KEYWORDS gender, gender roles, gender stereotypes, textbook, civics, school Tato práce se zabývá analýzou tří vybraných učebnic občanské výchovy pro 6. ročník základní školy z hlediska genderu. Cílem bylo za pomoci kvalitativní a kvantitativní obsahové analýzy zjistit, zda jsou v učebnicích ženy a muži vyobrazeni v genderově stereotypních rolích či nikoli a v jakém počtu jsou zastoupeni. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlení pojmů pohlaví a gender, genderové socializaci, genderu v prostředí školy a nakonec genderu v jazyce. Praktická část je věnována samotné analýze učebnic. Výsledkem analýzy je zjištění, že jsou ve všech učebnicích ve výrazné početní převaze muži nad ženami. Genderová korektnost učebnic se však s postupem času zvyšuje. 2024 - Czech Title: Differentiation of work-related musculoskeletal disorders among nurses in inpatient and outpatient care units Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine a prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders among nurses and compare localization of disorders among inpatient and outpatient care units nurses. Another goal of the study was to find a connection between WRMDs and occurring common factors. Methods: There was a questionnaire made to conduct this study. It was based on standardised Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire (NMQ) and sent in both printed and electronic form to various healthcare facilities. The research group consisted of 146 respondents, mostly women, that work as a nurse. Results were processed from obtained data and the conclusions were determined. Results: In the last 12 months, 87 % of nurses suffered from work-related musculoskeletal disorders in at least one area of their body. The most commonly affected area was lower back and neck, both regions approximately 65 %. The biggest difference between nurses working in inpatient and outpatient care units was hand and wrist, where the results showed three times percentage of MS disorder occurence in the first group. Název: Diferenciace muskuloskeletálních poruch souvisejících s výkonem povolání zdravotních sester na lůžkových a ambulantních odděleních Cíle: Cílem této práce je zjistit prevalenci muskuloskeletálních poruch souvisejících s prací zdravotních sester a porovnat lokalizace těchto poruch u sester pracujících na ambulantních a lůžkových odděleních. Dalším cílem práce je zjistit spojitost výskytu MS poruch s dalšími faktory. Metodika: K provedení výzkumu byl vytvořen autorský dotazník, který vychází ze standardizovaného Skandinávského muskuloskeletálního dotazníku. Ten byl rozšířen v elektronické i tištěné formě do různých typů zdravotnických zařízení. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 146 respondentů převážně ženského pohlaví, pracujících na pozici zdravotní sestry. Ze získaných dat byly zpracovány výsledky a určeny závěry. Výsledky: Za posledních 12 měsíců se s muskuloskeletální poruchou související s výkonem povolání setkalo celkem 87 % a to v jednom či ve více segmentech těla. Nejčastěji postiženou oblastí pak byla krční a bederní páteř, v obou segmentech přibližně 65 %. Nejvýraznějším rozdílem mezi WRMDs u ambulantních a lůžkových sester je oblast zápěstí a ruky, kde je prevalence u ambulantních sester asi třikrát vyšší a v oblasti bederní páteře, kde je naopak téměř o 20 % nižší než u sester z lůžkových... Reverzibilní interakce derivátů pyrazinu a dihydropyrazinů s fotoluminiscenčními vlastnostmi

2024 - Czech This thesis deals with two independent topics. The first is focused on the study of reversible covalent interactions of a carbonyl group with alcohols and water forming hemiacetals (respectively hydrate) derived from pyrazine trifluormethylketone. The main research method in this part is the NMR spectroscopy and experimental results are also supported by quantum chemical calculations. The second topic aims to the preparation and the study of photochemical properties of three dihydropyrazines which exhibit fluorescence both in solution and solid phase. The fluorescence can be influenced by means of complexation by various metal ions. Prepared dihydropyrazines also show interesting values of the Stokes shift. The structure of these new compounds was confirmed by X-ray analysis. Tato diplomová práce pojednává o dvou na sobě nezávislých tématikách. Jedna část je zaměřena na studium reverzibilních kovalentních interakcí karbonylové skupiny s alkoholy a vodou za tvorby hemiacetalů, resp. hydrátu, odvozených od pyrazin trifluormethylketonu. Využita je zde zejména NMR spektroskopie a experimentální výsledky jsou podpořeny kvantově chemickými výpočty. V druhé části je pojednáno o přípravě a studiu fotochemických vlastností tří dihydropyrazinů, které vykazují fluorescenci v roztoku i v pevné fázi, kterou lze ovlivňovat pomocí komplexace s různými ionty kovů. Připravné dihydropyraziny vykazují také zajímavé hodnoty Stokesova posunu. Struktura těchto nových látek byla potvrzena pomocí rentgenostrukturní analýzy. Hrubá motorika u dětí se sluchovým postižením v předškolním věku

2024 - Czech The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of gross motor skills in children with hearing impairment in preschool age. In order to understand the relationship between hearing impairment and gross motor skills, the first chapter describes the anatomy of the auditory organ. Hearing impairment, its division and compensation options are then defined. The second chapter characterizes motor skills and individual psychomotor development milestones with an emphasis on preschool age. The last chapter summarizes the findings of some foreign research dealing with this topic. The practical part provides data on the state of gross motor skills in children with hearing impairment. For this purpose, ten hearing-impaired probands underwent two different test batteries. The results of the first were compared with the expected age of task acquisition, and the results of the second were compared with the score of two control groups taken from two diploma theses. The obtained data showed a lower level of motor skills in children with hearing impairment compared to intact children. The findings are described in more detail in the discussion together with the answers to the research questions. Pro porozumění vztahu mezi sluchovým postižením a hrubou motorikou popisuje první kapitola nejprve anatomii sluchového orgánu. Poté přechází k vymezení sluchového postižení, jeho dělení a možnostem kompenzace. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje motoriku a jednotlivé milníky psychomotorického vývoje s důrazem na předškolní věk. Poslední kapitola shrnuje zjištění některých zahraničních výzkumů zabývajících se touto problematikou. Praktická část přináší data o stavu hrubé motoriky u dětí se sluchovým postižením. Za tímto účelem podstoupilo deset probandů se sluchovým postižením dvě různé testové baterie. Výsledky první byly porovnány s předpokládaným věkem osvojení úkonu a výsledky druhé byly srovnány s bodovým ziskem dvou kontrolních skupin intaktních dětí převzatých ze dvou diplomových prací. Získaná data prokázala nižší úroveň motorických schopností u dětí se sluchovým postižením oproti dětem intaktním. Zjištění jsou blíže popsána v diskuzi společně s odpověďmi na výzkumné otázky. 2024 - Czech This bachelor's thesis is focused on the development of language skills according to D. B. Elkonin's methodology in children with specific language impairment. The thesis includes a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the basic theoretical starting points such as language, speech and communication are defined. The chapter is also focused on the ontogenetic development of speech and language skills and communication disability. The topic of the second chapter is specific language impairment, its symptomatology, diagnosis and therapy. The third theoretical chapter approaches the development of language skills in preschool age from the point of view of linguistic levels. The chapter also describes the D. B. Elkonin's methodology. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis presents a qualitative research investigation, which was carried out using case studies. In the practical part, aims are defined and research questions are set. The aim of the thesis was to find out and describe how individual and group training according to D. B. Elkonin's methodology of children with specific language impairment take place. The sub-goals were to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of group and individual training according to D. B.... Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem jazykových schopností dle metodiky D. B. Elkonina u dětí s vývojovou dysfázií. Práce zahrnuje část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. V první kapitole jsou vymezena základní teoretická východiska, jako je jazyk, řeč a komunikace. Dále se kapitola věnuje ontogenetickému vývoji řečových a jazykových schopností a narušené komunikační schopnosti. Tématem druhé kapitoly je vývojová dysfázie, její symptomatologie, diagnostika a terapie. Třetí teoretická kapitola se zabývá rozvojem jazykových schopností v předškolním věku z pohledu jazykových rovin. Dále se kapitola věnuje samotné metodice D. B. Elkonina. Praktická část bakalářské práce představuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, které bylo realizováno s využitím případových studií. V praktické části jsou vymezeny cíle a stanoveny výzkumné otázky. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit a popsat, jak probíhá individuální a skupinový trénink dětí s vývojovou dysfázií dle metodiky D. B. Elkonina.
