2018 - German Jakob Steinhardt (1887 - 1968) has been ranked among the most significant German-Jewish artists of the 20th century. He became famous for his woodcuts depicting Jewish motives such as his Pessach-Haggada. He was also an important representative of the so-called Jewish Renaissance. The aim of this thesis is to present his persona in the context of German-Jewish history in the first three decades of the 20th century. The thesis tries to reconstruct his circle of artists and to analyse the Jewish constructions of identity. Methodologically, the thesis is based on the concept of cultural transfer; at the same time it also draws from historical analyses of social bonds and from the Visual Turn writings. The primary sources consist of individual pieces of visual arts, Steinhardts` guest books, his diaries, memoires of his wife and the then press. Proslavil se díky svým dřevorytům s židovskou tematikou jako např. Svou pesachovou Hagadou a byl významným představitelem tzv. židovské renesance. Cílem této práce je zasadit jeho osobnost do kontextu německo-židovských dějin v prvních třech dekádách 20. století. Práce se snaží o rekonstrukci jeho okruhu umělců analýzu židovských konstrukcí identity. Metodologicky práce vychází z konceptu kulturního transferu, opírá se rovněž o historickou analýzu sociálních vazeb a práce z oblasti tzv. Visual turn. Pramennou základnu tvoří výtvarná díla umělců, knihy hostů Jakoba Steinhardta, jeho deníky, vzpomínky Minni Steinhardt a dobový tisk. 2018 - German The following diploma thesis deals with the analysis of two short stories by Adalbert Stifter from his collection Colorful stones - Rock Crystal and Granit. They were deliberately chosen, because in both stories children are the main protagonists. In these short stories there is always a boy and a girl, while the boy is always the one more experienced, and he protects the girl and brings her to safety. She follows him and obeys his instructions. Although the text contains many descriptions, it does not act statically because the heroes are on the run from danger, which gives the action dynamics. The text, the story, the language and the plot of the short stories as well as their common elements are analyzed. Furthermore, the theoretical concept, which is formulated in the preface to this collection, and whose major concepts are big and small, is confronted with the realization in these short stories. KEYWORDS Life, experience, ordinary, extraordinary, child, behaving, love, danger, nature, landscape, death Následující diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dvou povídek Adalberta Stiftera z jeho sbírky Bunte Steine1 - Horský křišťál a Žula. Ty byly vybrány záměrně, protože v obou příbězích vystupují jako hlavní protagonisté děti. V těchto povídkách se vždy nachází chlapec a děvče, přičemž on je vždy ten zkušenější, dívku ochraňuje a přivede ji do bezpečí. Ona ho následuje a poslouchá jeho pokyny. Ačkoliv text obsahuje mnoho popisu, nepůsobí staticky, protože hrdinové jsou na útěku před nebezpečím, což ději propůjčuje dynamiku. Analyzován je vznik textu, děj, jazyk a téma povídek, jakož i jejich společné prvky. Dále je teoretický koncept, který je formulován v předmluvě k této sbírce a jehož hlavními pojmy jsou velký a malý, konfrontován s realizací v těchto povídkách. Therefore, it can be said that the complete determinateness of the created monads and God with regard to their qualities allows their distinction from all others, and the principle of the identity of the indistinguishable constituted their uniqueness. 2017 - German The subject of my thesis is the notion of subjectivity and its immediate relation to the concept of 'Eros' of Lévinas' early writings. The question of its inquiry is how the subject can liberate itself from its self-enclosure through an immanent introspection possible due to the Eros. Thus, reaching its emancipation through the love and erotic need common to all individual. Subjectivity, Eros, and fecundity, these are the keywords of the inquiry. It studies the theme of "visage érotique", i.e. the female 'face' par excellence, and the conceptual relation between paternity and childhood from the standpoint of the Levinasian notion of "fecundity". The inquiry also proposes an analysis of the female subject and leads a discussion on gender theory and Lévinas' bipartite conception of the Eros. Die Thematik meiner Masterarbeit ist die tiefe Analyse und die ausführliche Studie der Subjektivität und ihrer direkten Beziehung mit dem Thema des Eros bei dem jungen Levinas, zu etablieren. Mein Schwerpunkt ist diese Verkapslung des Subjekts in sich selbst. und diese ständige Bewegung des Ich zu sich selbst, in Ende zu bringen. Dieses geschieht laut Levinas nur dank dem Eros. So kann das Subjekt seiner Freiheit erreichen dank dem Eros indem das Subjekt eine erotische Beziehungen mit dem anderen Liebespartner schließt. Subjektivität, Eros und Fruchtbarkeit bilden die Hauptthemen meiner gesamten Arbeit. Ich werde auch phänomenologische Themen berühren. Wie das erotische Antlitz, das im Sinne von Levinas das weibliche Antlitz par excellence bezeichnet. Die Beziehung Vater-Sohn wird ein Bestandteil innerhalb der Thematik der Fruchtbarkeit bilden. Ich werde auch die Thematik der Weiblichkeit immer im Sinne von Levinas detailliert bearbeiten. 2017 - German The main thesis of this work is that Alain Badiou as well as Klaus Held think of the political as the connection of early separated worlds. This thesis is sustained through a comparison between Held's phenomenology of political world and Badiou's mathematical onto-logy. Crucial in this comparison is the difference between the points of departure of these investigations, where the limits and the present of phenomenology and "realist" Ontologies can be a subject of reflection. Key words: Alain Badiou, Klaus Held, political phenomenology, mathematical Ontology, event, subjectivity Die Hauptthese der vorliegenden Masterarbeit ist, dass sowohl Alain Badiou als auch Klaus Held unter dem Politischen die Verbindung von früher getrennten Welten verstehen. Diese These wird durch den Vergleich zwischen der Phänomenologie der politischen Welt von Klaus Held und der mathematischen Onto-logie von Alain Badiou gezeigt. 2017 - German This thesis deals with the subject of food and its aspects in the work of Uwe Timm. The first part depicts different areas from everyday life which are in some way linked to food. German-speaking writers are mentioned for comparison since they address the subject of food in their literary works in some way as well. In the next section the biography of the author is presented, since he incorporates his autobiographical features and experiences in his work. Based on motive research, selected literary works by Uwe Timm are examined and different nuances of the aspect of food are presented. V první části jsou představeny různé oblasti každodenního života, které jsou spojeny s jídlem. Pro srovnání jsou uvedeni další německy píšící autoři, kteří ve svých literárních dílech určitým způsobem tematizují motiv jídla. V další části je uveden životopis autora, neboť do svého literárního díla promítá své autobiografické rysy a životní zkušenosti. Na základě zkoumání motivu jsou analyzována vybraná díla Uwe Timma a představeny rozdílné aspekty jídla v nich obsažené.
