The aim of the dissertation is to analyse works of a Moscow conceptualist Dmitrij Prigov. Prigov approached his medially diversified legacy (that was characterized by media diversity and quantitative hypertrophy) as a life-long project Dmitrij Aleksandrovič Prigov. (project DAP). One of the goals of the project was to remain unidentified, which means to suspend the straight-forward relation between an individual media product and the intention of the authorial subject. However, the connection between the media products and the authorial subject preserved. It is the modality of the connection that changed. The dissertation focuses on the analysis of the modality of the connection. The research begins with an analysis of the media products and proceeds toward the issue of authorial subjetʼs identity construction. Nevertheless, it is the media products that the identity of the authorial subject is constructed by. Authorial subject, however, plays the role of the (co-)agent in the production process of the media products together with other non-human agents like iterable patterns, instruments, techniques and semiotic systems. Methodologically, the dissertation emerges from the intersection of media theories, social theories and the theoretical reflection of the phenomena gathered under the umbrella... Predkladaná dizertačná práca skúma tvorbu moskovského konceptualistu Dmitrija Prigova. Autor svoju mediálne diverzifikovanú a kvantitatívne hypertrofovanú tvorbu koncipoval ako celoživotný projekt Dmitrij Alexandrovič Prigov (projekt DAP). Jedným z cieľov takto koncipovanej tvorby bolo zostať neidentifikovaným, čím sa mieni suspendácia väzieb individuálnych mediálnych produktov na intenciu autorského subjektu. Väzby medzi mediálnymi produktmi a autorským subjektom však pretrvávajú aj naďalej. Práve analýzam modality týchto väzieb sa venuje predkladaná dizertačná práca. Postupuje sa pritom od analýz mediálnych produktov k analýzam formovania identity autorského subjektu. Sú to práve mediálne produkty, z ktorých sa identita autorského subjektu formuje. Autorský subjekt je súčasne chápaný ako (spolu)činiteľ v procese produkcie mediálnych produktov spolu s ďalšími mimo-ľudskými činiteľmi, akými sú opakovateľné vzorce, nástroje, techniky a semiotické systémy. Metodologicky je práca dotovaná nielen mediálnou, ale aj sociálnou teóriou, a vychádza tiež z teoretickej reflexie fenoménov zoskupených pod pojmom performativita (od konštrukcie výpovedí ku konštrukcii subjektov a ich identít). The unifying element is the development and optimization of methods for the preparation of samples of biologically active substances and their subsequent analysis using separation methods. The theoretical part characterizes the target substances, from a biochemical, physicochemical, and analytical point of view. It describes the basic characteristics of extraction procedures and presents an overview of the methods used to determine the substances described in the thesis. This dissertation is devoted to a monographic processing of the work of sculptress Maria Bartuszová (1936, Prague - 1996, Košice). Methodologically, it is mainly based on the compilation and evaluation of knowledge from the in-depth research of the first list of works of M. Bartuszová "Catalogue Raisonné 2012-2018", Collection of drawings and photographs from the Archive of M. Bartuszová, biography, exhibitions and bibliography. It is divided into four chapters, in which it deals with the sculpture of M. Bartuszová, its transformations in the period of her ceramics studies at the Academy of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture during the 1950s in Prague, continues by tracking her sculptural beginnings since 1961, and it deals with the circumstances of her relocation to Košice where she lived most of her life. It tracks her work during the normalization period of the 1970s until the end of the 1980s, when the totalitarian regime ended with the Velvet revolution. It explores the reasons why her work was little exhibited and also why it was little known and reflected by the professional circles. Based on the process of assembling parts of the organism of her oeuvre reconstructs technological experimental procedures, original terminology of the sculptor, creative intentions, dating of works and their... Dizertačná práca je venovaná monografickému spracovaniu tvorby sochárky Marie Bartuszovej (1936, Praha-1996, Košice). Metodologicky je postavená najmä na zostavení a vyhodnotení poznatkov z hĺbkového výskumu prvého súpisu diel M. Bartuszovej "Catalogue raisonné 2012-2018", Fondu kresieb a fotografií Archívu M. Bartuszovej, biografie, výstavnej činnosti a bibliografie. Je členená do štyroch kapitol, v ktorých sa zaoberá sochárskou tvorbou M. Bartuszovej, jej premenami v období od štúdií keramiky na VŠUP v 50. rokoch v Prahe, pokračuje sledovaním jej sochárskych začiatkov od roku 1961, venuje sa okolnostiam presťahovania sa do Košíc, kde prežila väčšinu svojho života. Jej tvorbu sleduje počas normalizačného obdobia 70. rokov do záveru rokov osemdesiatych, keď sa totalitný režim skočil zamatovou revolúciou. Legal aspects of university funding Abstract The topic of the dissertation is the legal aspects of universities funding in selected European countries, but especially the countries of the European Union. The choice of the topic of the dissertation resulted from my interest in this specific issue, which is an integral part of financial law and financial science as an important branch of law as a scientific discipline. I set the goals of the dissertation in accordance with the theoretical-empirical- application character of the dissertation. The main goal of the dissertation is to analyze in detail the legal aspects of funding terciar education institutions in the countries of the European Union and other European countries, while I will also state the necessary connections in the context of the topic, which also applies to private universities. I will elaborate the issue of legal aspects of university financing, especially in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Hungary and the Republic of Poland. Of course, we will work on the topic in terms of specifics in other European countries with emphasis on university funding from all existing, possible and potential resources. In the empirical parts of the dissertation I will look for answers to the questions, what is the scope of other possibilities of legal... Témou dizertačnej práce sú právne aspekty financovania vysokých škôl vo vybraných krajinách Európy, najmä však krajín Európskej únie. Výber témy dizertačnej práce vyplynul z môjho záujmu o túto špecifickú problematiku, ktorá je neoddeliteľnou súčasťou finančného práva a finančnej vedy ako významného odvetvia práva ako vednej disciplíny. Ciele dizertačnej práce som stanovila v súlade s teoreticko-empiricko-aplikačným charakterom dizertačnej práce. Hlavným cieľom dizertačnej práce je podrobne analyzovať právne aspekty financovania vysokých škôl v krajinách Európskej únie a ďalších krajinách Európy, pričom budem uvádzať aj nevyhnutné súvislosti v kontexte témy, ktoré sa týkajú aj súkromných vysokých škôl. Problematiku právnych aspektov financovania vysokých škôl budem podrobne rozpracovávať najmä v Českej republike, v Slovenskej republike, v Maďarsku a v Poľskej republike, samozrejme tému rozpracujeme z hľadiska špecifík aj v ďalších krajinách Európy práve s dôrazom na oblasť financovania vysokých škôl zo všetkých existujúcich, možných i potenciálnych zdrojov. Dissertation thesis deals with the construction of the identity of Slovak art modernism in the period of the First Czechoslovak Republic (1918-1938) within the context of the official ideology of Czechoslovakism and in relation to Czech modern art. For many artists, theorists, and art historians in Slovakia, who, as part of the intelligentsia, felt obliged in the newly formed state to create and confirm a national identity through art, the search for Slovakness in art was crucial. This search was influenced by the nature of Czech - Slovak cultural relations, mutual misunderstandings, and stereotypes. The forms of Slovak modernism were formed in close connection with Czech modernism and at the same time as resistance to it. In this sense, we can consider the emphasis on Slovakness in the fine arts as an attempt not to merge artistically with the current of Czech art modernism. This study thus examines how national identity is constructed through the visual arts and what role plays its broader cultural and political background. Dizertačná práca skúma formovanie programovo slovenskej výtvarnej moderny v období prvej Československej republiky (1918-1938) v kontexte oficiálnej ideológie čechoslovakizmu a vo vzťahu k českému výtvarnému umeniu. Pre mnohých umelcov, teoretikov a historikov umenia na území Slovenska, ktorí ako súčasť inteligencie cítili povinnosť v novo sformovanom štáte vytvárať a potvrdzovať národnú identitu prostredníctvom umenia, bolo hľadanie slovenskosti v umení zásadné. Toto hľadanie bolo ovplyvnené charakterom česko - slovenských kultúrnych vzťahov, vzájomnými nedorozumeniami a stereotypmi. Podoby slovenských modernizmu sa utvárali v úzkej väzbe na českú modernu a zároveň ako rezistencia voči nej. V tomto zmysle môžeme zdôrazňovanie slovenskosti vo výtvarnom umení, a to aj dôrazom na námet považovať za snahu nesplynúť umelecky s prúdom českej moderny. Táto štúdia tak sleduje, akým spôsobom sa konštruuje národná identita prostredníctvom výtvarného umenia a akú úlohu pri tom zohráva širšie kultúrne a politické pozadie umeleckého prevádzky.

Title: Komparácia fyziologických a motorických determinantov mladých elitných hráčov futbalu s cieľom ich predikcie do reprezentačného výberu ČR Objectives: Comparative analysis of physiological and motive determints of young elite soccer players with regard to predicton to top elite CR representation Methods: The monitored group of young football players, who play at the top league level and in the youth national team of the Czech Republic, may have met the pre-determined criteria. Laboratory testing is performed in the Laboratories of Sports Motor Motors (LSM) of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University (FTVS UK), always in the morning from 8:00 - 12:00. The field reduction was at least allowed by 10ř C due to the objectification of the measured data and always took place in the afternoon 14:00 - 16:00 on artificial grass 4th generation. Based on body composition, we used the bioelectric impedance TANITA MC-980. Footscan (Rsscan International, Belgium). For the purpose of the explosion of the force of the lower limbs, we used KISTLER 8611 force plates (Kistler, Switzerland), on which the frequency was set to 1000 Hz. Cybex Humac Norma (Cybex NORM®, Humac, CA, USA). For field testing, we used the following tests: Sprint at 5 and 10 meters, Flying 20 meters sprint, Agility... Názov: Komparácia fyziologických a motorických determinantov mladých elitných hráčov futbalu s cieľom ich predikcie do reprezentačného výberu ČR Ciele: Cieľom práce bola komparácia a diferenciácia vybraných fyziologických a motorických parametrov medzi elitnými mládežníckymi hráčmi (najvyššia ligová úroveň) a hráčmi reprezentačného výberu ČR a následne na základe zistených fyziologických a motorických parametrov určiť predikciu hráča na zaradenie do reprezentačného výberu ČR. Metódy: Sledovaná skupina probandov pozostávala z mládežníckych futbalových hráčov, hrajúcich na najvyššej ligovej úrovni a hráčmi mládežníckej reprezentácie ČR, ktorí splnili predom dané kritéria výberu. Laboratórne testovania sa uskutočnili v Laboratoři sportovní motoriky (LSM) Fakulty telesnej výchovy a športu Univerzity Karlovej (FTVS UK) a to vždy dopoludnia od 8:00 - 12:00. Terénne testovanie mali minimálnu povolenú teplotu 10řC z dôvodu objektivizácie nameraných dát a prebiehali vždy v popoludňajších hodinách 14:00 - 16:00 na umelej tráve 4. generace. Na určenie telesného zloženia sme využili bioelektrickú impedanciu TANITA MC-980. Emmanuel Levinas on human freedom and relation to the other Ján Hreško ABSTRACT This dissertation deals with the philosophical problem of human freedom from an intersubjective and ethical point of view. It interprets and elaborates Emmanuel Levinas' understanding of freedom and shows that he paid considerable attention to this issue in his works. The thesis is based primarily on the formulation of this problem in his main post-war works but makes its thematic elaboration. It shows what role freedom plays within his ethics and its key ideas. The research follows the constitution of freedom of the corporal and economic being. It explains the criticism of freedom, the argument of justifying freedom and finally its investiture. Separately it focuses on the question of human position in history. Finally, it clarifies Levinas' main claim that responsibility precedes freedom. At the same time, it asks: In what sense did Levinas understand the ambiguous concept of freedom? Are there more notions of freedom? What is the relationship between my freedom and the freedom of the other? What does it mean that acceptance of ethical demand does not depend on my will or choice? Sloboda človeka a vzťah k druhému u Emmanuela Levinasa Ján Hreško ABSTRAKT Dizertačná práca pojednáva o filozofickom probléme slobody človeka z intersubjektívneho a etického hľadiska. Interpretuje a komplexne spracováva chápanie slobody u Emmanuela Levinasa a ukazuje, že tejto otázke vo svojich dielach venoval veľkú pozornosť. Práca vychádza predovšetkým z formulácie tohto problému v jeho hlavných povojnových dielach, no pokúša sa o jeho tematické spracovanie. Objasňuje v akom zmysle je sloboda spojená so základnými východiskami a ideami jeho etiky. Skúmanie sleduje konštitúciu slobody telesnej a ekonomickej bytosti. Vysvetľuje tézy o kritike, ospravedlnení a investitúre slobody. Osobitne sa zameriava na otázku postavenia človeka v histórii. The study of the mechanisms that control wound healing is an attention-drawing area within the fields of biology and medicine. Wound healing can be usually defined as two basic types. The first type is adult wound healing, which is slow and results in the scar formation. The second type is referred to as embryonic wound healing, which is in contrast fast and scarless. Wound healing is a complicated process that includes many steps, which are regulated by various types of molecules. One of these important molecules is nitric oxide (NO). Its function is usually connected with the regulation of inflammation and angiogenesis during adult wound healing. However, there is currently no information on its role during embryonic wound healing, where the immune and vascular systems are not yet developed. In this work, we explore and describe the role of the NO during the healing of the early embryos. The highest concentration of the NO post wounding is produced during the first 30 minutes after injury. This applies to all developmental stages, from the blastula stage all the way to the swimming tadpole stage. Additionally, we... Studium mechanismů, které kontrolují hojení, je velice atraktivní oblastí biologie a medicíny. Hojení ran se obvykle dělí na dva základní typy. Prvním je hojení dospělých jedinců, které je pomalé a končí jizvou. Druhým je hojení embryí, které je velmi rychlé a bez vzniku jizvy. Hojení je složitý proces, který zahrnuje mnoho kroků a je regulován velikým množstvím různých druhů molekul. Jednou z důležitých molekul je oxid dusnatý (NO), jehož funkce je často spojována s regulací zánětu a angiogeneze v průběhu hojení u dospělých jedinců. Tato práce se zabývá popisem úlohy NO v průběhu hojení časných embryí, která ještě nemají vyvinutý imunitní a cévní systém. Bylo pozorováno, že vysoká koncentrace NO je produkována v průběhu prvních 30 minut po poranění od stádia blastuly po plovoucího pulce. Úlohou NO je hlavně regulace exprese genů, které jsou spojené s odpovědí na stres a souvisejí s buněčným metabolismem. Dopady produkce NO během hojení jsou však pozorovatelné i několik hodin po uzavření rány v námi nově popsané třetí fázi embryonálního hojení. Ve třetí fázi probíhá remodelace poraněné tkáně a NO reguluje expresi a aktivitu matrix metaloproteináz a migraci naivních buněk imunitního systému do místa poranění. Title: Evaluation and determination of standard ratio of extensors and flexors of the knee in sporting youth. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to establish the standards of the force ratio H: Q for the youth football categories U16, U17, U18, U19, U21 and adult players of the Czech Republic and based on the prescription type of study to establish a percentage critical disbalance of dynamic knee stabilizers which may be the most common cause of injuries to dynamic or static knee joint stabilizers in soccer players. Methods: The monitored group of players consisted of football players playing in elite Czech football clubs, both in youth and senior categories, who meet the predetermined selection criteria. The isokinetic strength parameters were monitored using a Cybex Humac Norm isokinetic dynamometer (Cybex NORM ®, Humac, CA, USA). We investigated maximum strength moment (PT) of extensors and knee flexors of dominant and non-dominant limb at concentric contraction at angular velocities of 60, 180 and 300ř.s-1 . Ciele: Cieľom práce je stanoviť normy silového pomeru H/Q (pomer medzi flexormi a extenzormi kolena) pre mládežnícke futbalové kategórie U16, U17, U18, U19, U21 a pre dospelých hráčov Českej republiky a na základe preskriptívneho typu štúdie stanoviť percentuálnu kritickú hranicu dysbalancií dynamických stabilizátorov kolenného kĺbu, pri ktorej môže dôjsť najčastejšie ku poraneniam dynamických či statických stabilizátorov kolenného kĺbu u futbalistov. Metódy: Sledovaná skupina probandov pozostávala z futbalových hráčov, hrajúcich v elitných českých futbalových kluboch ako v mládežníckych tak aj v seniorských kategóriách, ktorí splnia predom dané kritéria výberu. Parametre izokinetickej sily sme sledovali pomocou izokinetického dynamometru Cybex Humac Norm (Cybex NORM ®, Humac, CA, USA). Zisťovali sme maximálny silový moment (PT) extenzorov a flexorov kolena dominantnej a nedominantnej končatiny pri koncentrickej kontrakcii v uhlových rýchlostiach 60, 180 a 300ř.s- 1 .
