Computer Networks Based On Vyos And Cisco Ios Operating Systems

This thesis focuses on configurations and issues of network protocols in operating systemsof Cisco IOS and VyOS routers. One of the main goals include choosing the most appropriate emulatorand installation of this emulator in virtual enviroment. The thesis also describes the propertiesand differences of protocols and their application in the network operating systems mentioned above.After learning about possibilities of emulations, two scenarios, in which the protocols were appliedand analyzed, were created. These scenarios meet standard of a lab excersise which takes around oneand a half hour. The most frequent issues and their solutions are mentioned as well.

This article deals with the debugging analyses of Ansys Fluent for supersonic flowanalyzes. It is about analyzes on which the debugging of Ansys Fluent was made for analyzes ofsupersonic flow circumfluent the tip of the probe compared with the theory of isoentropic onedimensionalflow as a basic step for further analyzes in low pressures. The results shown in this paperwill further serve as a basis for experimental measuring of given problem.

Design And Construction Of Measuring Apparatus For Lightning Research

The present work is concerned with the problems of measuring the electric field intensityin the earth’s atmosphere. Within the article theoretical principles of circulating charges in theatmosphere leading to the increasing of the electric field strength are discussed. The minimummathematical apparatus for calculating the required quantity is given. The principle of operation ofthe electrostatic flux meter type device is explained. Special attention has been given to subjects asfollows: sensor noise clipping and an example of the project of an active filter for determiningrequired measurement frequency.

This work is focused on the design and implementation of communication scenarios to createdpolygon that simulates the data communication of the transmission network of the Czech Republic.Scenarios represent usual but also unusual situations in which real stations of the transmissionsystem may be. Furthermore, the assumptions are described here to simulate the created scenariosor the criteria and ranges that the station must cover during the simulation.

This paper summarizes the development of a salient pole synchronous machine with awound rotor. It contains required parameters, analytical calculation using Python programminglanguage, optimalization of defined parameters, finite element method simulations and their results.The last part of the paper is focused on the 3D model of developed machine and the design evaluation.Development was succcesful and the described work procedure can be repeated at anotheruniversity.

Cell migration plays an essential role in a number of biological processes, such as embryogenesis,the immune response, wound healing and inflammation. Most research regarding cellmigration is based on experiments using two-dimensional (2D) cell cultures, and the detailed molecularand biophysical mechanisms of these processes are already well known. However, muchless is known about cell behaviour in the three-dimensional (3D) environment of living tissues.Pseudo-three-dimensional (pseudo-3D) cell cultures bridge the gap between 2D and 3D geometriesand combine their advantages. This review presents the quantitative evaluation of human mesenchymalstem cells (hMSCs) migration parameters in pseudo-3D artificial extracellular matrix(ECM) of various compositions.

Fenomén zastavování krajiny - urban sealing

Vedle fenoménu urban sprawl, který byl již poměrně bohatě popsán a diskutován, stojí ještě jeden jev, který s předchozím úzce souvisí. Jedná se o tzv. urban seailng, neboli zastavování krajiny. Tento termín zachycuje veškerý typ výstavby vedoucí k přeměně přírodních propustných povrchů na nepropustné. Článek se bude zabývat charakteristikou problému, metodikami měření a současným stavem ochrany v rámci České republiky. Besides the fully described and discussed phenomenon of urban sprawl, there is another phenomenon closely linked to the previous one. The so-called urban sealing or urban soil sealing. This term captures any type of construction that leads to the conversion of natural permeable surfaces to impermeable ones. The article will describe the characteristics of the problem, accesible methods of measurement and current state of protection within the Czech Republic.
