Ženský svět v díle Maríe Luisy Bombalové

This work examines writing of the Chilean author, M. L. Bombal (1910-1980), one of the first exponents of surrealism in prose in the region of Latin America. The work presents the position of women in the Latin American society of the first half of the 20th century to the reader, and on this background attempts to analyze the feminine world the author creates in her work. It focuses on its heroines and situations they live in and on this basis, investigates different components of their world - matrimony, love, sexual life, dream-like world and their fusion with nature. Another objective of the present work is to put in contrast of the feminine and masculine worlds and to capture the difference between them. It also briefly comments on the problems of feminism and its potential influence on the Bombal's narrative. Bombalové (1910-1980), jedné z prvních představitelek surrealismu v próze v oblasti Latinské Ameriky. Práce seznamuje čtenáře s postavením ženy v latinskoamerické společnosti první poloviny 20. století a na tomto pozadí se pokouší o analýzu ženského světa, který autorka ve svém díle vytváří. Všímá si jednotlivých hrdinek a situací, do kterých se dostávají, a na základě toho zkoumá různé součásti jejich světa - manželství, lásku, sexuální život, snový svět a spojení s přírodou. Práce má také za cíl postavit do kontrastu svět ženský a mužský a zachytit rozdíly mezi nimi. Krátce se vyjadřuje k problematice feminismu a jeho případnému vlivu na tvorbu M. L. Bombalové. The object of the present work is the linguistic situation in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country. It is divided into two main parts. The first part contains chapters that discuss the linguistic situation in the Basque Country in general. They explain the historical reasons that led to the common status of the two official languages of the territorial unit and then they bring closer the representation in the use of both languages. The second part is devoted to a basque influences on the Spanish in general and on the Spanish used in Basque Country particularly. This section also includes lexical borrowing between the two languages. Predmetom predloženej práce je problematika jazykovej situácie v autonómnom spoločenstve Baskicka. Je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti. Prvá časť obsahuje kapitoly, ktoré pojednávajú o jazykovej situácií v Baskicku všeobecne. Vysvetľujú historické dôvody, ktoré viedli k spoločnému štatútu dvoch úradných jazykov tohto územného celku a následne približujú zastúpenie v používaní oboch jazykov. Druhá časť práce je venovaná konkrétnym vplyvom baskičtiny na španielčinu všeobecne a na španielčinu používanú v Baskicku zvlášť. Táto časť zahŕňa aj lexikálne výpožičky medzi oboma jazykmi.

The main objective of my thesis was to analyze the two works mentioned above. I tried to perform the analysis of both novels and discover the possible relations and similitudes. What unites them and where are the differences? The first chapter is dedicated to an overview of the Spanish novel of the 20th century and covers the milestones that marked the history of the contemporary Spanish novel since the Generation of '98, Camilo José Cela, Juan Goytisolo, ending with the generation coming after 1975. The next chapter focuses on the Generation of Javier Marías and José Millás and writers who have published after 1975. I also dedicated some pages to the theory of literature and the literary terms I employ in the course of the thesis. It is an attempt to theoretically explain the terms Postmodernism and Immorality and the reason why they are used in the thesis. In the third chapter, I carried out a comparison of the lives of J. Marías and J.J. Millás in order to discover what they have in common and in what ways they are different. Then, I continued with the analysis of their works where I took into account their language and fictional characters as much as the historic context of their novels. As I have already stated, concerning the "obsessions" of the writers, the environment where they were raised plays... V bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala porovnáním již zmíněných děl dvou současných španělských autorů, Javiera Maríase a Juana Josého Milláse. V první řadě jsem se pokusila o krátký nástin španělské novely 20. století, vybrala jsem několik význačných autorů, kteří podle mého soudu nejvíce ovlivnili současnou španělskou prózu. Následoval stručný přehled autorů/současníků, kteří spadají do příslušné generace Javiera Maríase a J. J. Milláse. Věnovala jsem rovněž několik kapitol teoretickému vysvětlení pojmů Postmodernismus a Imoralismus, které jsou zásadní pro analýzu obou děl. Obě analyzovaná díla jsem se pokusila porovanat, přičemž jsem se zaměřila na již zmíněnou, imorálnost, postavy a jazyk. Došla jsem k závěru, že díla mají řadu styčných bodů, především podobnost postav. Vždy se jedná o muže ve středních letech, který je dobře finančně i společensky situován, avšak není se svým životem spokojen. I přes respekt ostatních postav, se cítí prázdný a jeho existence nemá smysl. Ze svého všedního života se snaží vymanit pomocí imorálního chování, jež mu umožňuje nacházet nové milenky a zpestřit mu tak život. Hlavní hrdinové nedělají nic pro změnu, nebojují proti společnosti, vlastně se nepokoušejí o nic, co by je stálo úsilí. Ať už hovoříme o Juliovi, El desorden de tu nombre, nebo o bezejmeném "Španělovi", Todas...

Esta tesis introduce al lector las características históricas, geográficas, económicas, culturales y comerciales del país más pequeňo de Centroamérica - El Salvador. Ésta puede servir como un manual en el caso de pensar en una inversión en esta área. Al mismo tiempo ésta puede ofrecer informaciones útiles a los que tienen ganas de ir a conocer este país y comprender la mentalidad salvadoreňa. Este trabajo empieza con la presentación de las informaciones básicas, de su historia y la situación política. Continúa con el análisis de la situación económica contemporánea incluso los relaciones con la República Checa, oportunidades y riesgos del mercado salvadoreňo. La parte siguiente se ocupa de las diferencias culturales y de la minoría salvadoreňa en los EE.UU. En la última parte se trata del análisis de las especialidades comerciales salvadoreňas que los negociantes potenciales deberían tener en la mente para evitarse malentendidos innecesarios. Práce seznamuje čtenáře s historickými, geografickými, ekonomickými, kulturními a obchodními specifiky nejmenší země Střední Ameriky - Republiky Salvador. Mohla by posloužit jako návod při úvahách o investicích do této oblasti. Rovněž může nabídnout užitečné informace těm, kteří by se chtěli vydat tuto zemi poznat a pochopit salvadorskou mentalitu. Práce začíná představením základních údajů o zemi, její historie a politické scény. Následuje analýza současné ekonomické situace včetně vztahů s ČR, příležitostí a rizik salvadorského trhu. Další část je věnována kulturním rozdílům a salvadorské menšině v USA. Celou práci zakončuje rozbor obchodních odlišností Salvadoru, které by měl potenciální obchodník s touto zemí mít na paměti a vyhnul se tak zbytečným nedorozuměním. This thesis familiarizes reader with historic, geographic, economic, culture and commercial differences of the smallest country of Central America -- El Salvador. It might serve as a manual in case of thinking about some investment in this area. At the same time it might offer useful information those who would like to go to see this country and comprehend the Salvadorian mentality. This work starts with the presentation of basic information of the country, its history and political scene. It contiues with the analysis of current economic situation including relations with the Czech Republic, opportunities and risks of Salvadorian market. Next part is dedicated to the culture differences and the Salvadorian minority in the USA. Final part deals with the analysis of the Salvadorian commercial distinctions that should the potential businessman keep in mind in order to avoid misunderstandings.
