Afm Of Hopg: Case Study Of Hopg Milling
Komínek, Josef
Czech
The purpose of this work is study of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) processed by focused ion beam (FIB) using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Raman spectroscopy. Due of its properties, HOPG have a promising potential and wide range of applications in nanotechnology. AFM demonstrates quality of the pattern created by FIB: topography of patterned area, shape of the edges, etc. Raman spectroscopy indicates defectiveness of the near surface area occurred due to FIB processing.

Specific Anomaly Detection Method In Wireless Communication Networks
Holasová, Eva; Kuchař, Karel
Czech
This paper is focused on security problems in wireless networks covering on problems of security protocols like weak cipher in WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy), dictionary attack in WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) and KRACK (Key Reinstallation attack) in WPA2. The structure of KRACK attack is described. Potential solution of KRACK is handling the network traffic especially with EAPOL (Extensible Authentication Protocol over LAN) frames is described, too. As a result security consists of multiple parts and it is important to both keep and update security level on every part of the network.

Influence Of Physical Parameters And Age Of Power Lines On Plc/Bpl Performance And Reliability
Benešl, Lukáš
Czech
The power grid conditions in distribution networks are usually unknown and the issue is missing knowledge of current technical condition of power cables. Distribution system operator need to know the consumption and other measuring values closer to the customer. The Broadband Powerline Technology (BPL) provides cost-effective way to realize communication with the possibility of current infrastructure. This technology could be as communication channel and simultaneously diagnostic tool.

Laboratory Workplace To Measure Dvb-T2 Miso Signal
Bárta, Vojtěch
Czech
This article presents a laboratory workplace to measure DVB-T2 MISO signal under laboratory conditions. The performance of DVB-T2 MISO signal influenced by different transmission conditions can be evaluated in terms of the most commonly used objective parameters, like BER before and after channel decoding and MER. Functionality of the proposed concept and the adopted measurement methodology are verified by a set of experimental measurements.

Implementation Of Auto-Negotiation For Ethernet Interfaces Running At Speeds From 25 To 100 Gbps
Válek, Vladislav
Czech
Auto-negotiation is the capability of the interface to automatically determine the linkabilities, like link speed and the FEC ability, according to information sent by the link partner. Thisarticle addresses the design of auto-negotiation component working on Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+FPGAs using GTY transceivers. Main guidelines were taken from the Clause 73 IEEE 802.3 standardfor Ethernet interfaces. This design focuses on the interface with single line running at 25 Gbps usingoptical cable as medium. The special description is provided considering design changes on FPGAagainst the IEEE standard.
