An isotachophoretic method was elaborated that enables determination of sweeteners in a model sample containing eight sweeteners. The method is fast, cheap and reliable. Byla vypracována izotachoforetická metoda, která umožňuje stanovení osmi sladidel v modelovém vzorku. Metoda je rychlá, levná a spolehlivá.

An evaluation of extremely simple method for antimony and bismuth preconcentration based on the novel experimental approach, in-situ trapping of stibine and bismuthine in externally heated quartz tube atomizers, is presented. V práci je prezentováno hodnocení extrémně jednoduché metody zakoncentrování antimonu a bismutu založené na novém experimentálním přístupu, in-situ záchytu stibinu a bismuthinu v zevně vyhřívaném křemenném atomizátoru.

In this study, on-line methodologies have been developed both for liquid and solid food samples. For liquid samples, microporous membrane liquid-liquid extraction (MMLLE) has been combined on-line with gas chromatography (GC). This MMLLE-GC method has been applied for the determination of pesticides in wine and water. The method has been extended to the analysis of solid samples as well, by combining a pressurised hot water extraction (PHWE) to the MMLLE-GC system. The PHWE-MMLLE-GC has been applied for the analysis of pesticides in grapes. For thermally labile analytes, on-line combination of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and liquid chromatography has been constructed and it has been applied for the analysis of lycopene in fruits. All the method developed proved to be linear, repeatable and sensitive V této studii byly vyvinuty on-line metodologie pro kapalné i pevné vzorky potravin. Pro kapalné vzorky byla kombinována mikroporézní membránová extrakce typu kapalina-kapalina (MMLLE) v on-line spojení s plynovou chromatografií (GC). Tato metoda MMLLE-GC byla použita ke stanovení pesticidů ve víně a vodě. Metoda byla též rozšířena pro použití k analýze pevných vzorků kombinací extrakce horkou vodou za zvýšených tlaků (PHWE) se systémem MMLLE-GC. Metoda PHWE-MMLLE-GC byla použita ke stanovení pesticidů v hroznech. Pro tepelně labilní analyty byla postavena on-line kombinace nadkritické fluidní extrakce (SFE) s kapalinovou chromatografií a metoda byla použita k analýze lykopenu v ovoci. Všechny vyvinuté metody jsou lineární, reprodukovatelné a citlivé

Alfa-cyclodextrin is optimal for chiral separations of single-cage boron cluster anions only. Beta-cyclodextrin is optimal for chiral splitting of sandwich cobalt complexes, however, it may be used for the chiral splitting of single-cage boron cluster anions, too. The knowledge of UV-VIS spectra of investigated compounds is neccessary for the optimisation of detection sensitivity. The symmetry and narrow width of migrating zones require substantially improved dissolving power of the sample solvent and background electrolyte. Sodium borate buffer of pH 9.5 is more proper for separations of boron cluster anions in uncouted capillaries then sodium phosphate buffer of pH of 7. Decrease of mobilities of boron cluster anions with time has been found in chiral separations with .beta-CD if acetonitrile was present in background electrolyte Pro optimalizaci detekční citlivosti je nezbytné změřit UV spektra sloučenin. Symetrie a úzkých zón migrujících látek lze dosáhnout zvýšením rozpouštěcí síly rozpouštědla vzorku a základního elektrolytu. Pro separace klastrových aniontů boru v nepokryté kapiláře je vhodnější borátový pufr pH 9 než fosfátový pufr pH 7. Za přítomnsti acetonitrilu a beta-CD v základním elektrolytu byl pozorován pokles mobilit klastrových aniontů boru s časem
