Cipher Twofish Implementation On Fpga Board
Cíbik, Peter
English
This paper deals with nowadays hot topic, which is data security and secure communication. It describes solution which uses Twofish cipher to ensure confidentiality of data. The cipher Is implemented in VHDL language and used on FPGA chip because of execution speed. The teoretical introduction explains need for secure the communication and data. In the next parts Twofish cipher and implementation are being discussed.

Experimental Network Coverage Measurement
Štrajt, Martin
The primary focus of my project is a long-range low-power communication technology called LoRaWAN. It contains the definition and integration of Low Power WAN Networks and also lists of some uses and some examples of representative. The theoretical part explains in detail the used modulation, frequency and associated limitations. The practical part includes simulation of coverage with a description of the simulation method and the last chapter of the measurement, which describes the description of the measuring device, the measurement methodology and a brief outline of the connection the device to the network.

Gaussmeter With A Three-Axis Probe
Hejtmánek, Tomáš
The purpose of this article is the design of a gaussmeter with a three-axis probe for magnetic field mapping and subsequent reconstruction of the image using magnetic impedance tomography (MIT). Commercially available gaussmeters have low bandwidth for these purposes, and signals cannot be measured in synchronous detection mode. The aim of the paper is select the most suitable magnetic field sensors for the MIT purposes and to design the entire measuring device to meet the measurement requirements in the wider frequency band and synchronous detection.

Detection Of Anatomical Structures In Ct Data
Using Convolutional Neural Networks
Kozlová, Dominika
This paper deals with a detection of anatomical structures in medical images using convolutional neural networks (CNN). The designed algorithm contains 2 methods for region proposals and CNN for their classification into categories. Output of the CNN is then postprocessed to obtain the detection result. Categories for detection are head, spine, heart, left and right lung, aorta, liver, left and right kidney, spleen and background. For training and validation of the network were created 2 sets of CT data with annotated areas of selected structures.

Network Analysis Of Proteins
Associated With Schizophrenia
Musilová, Jana
The aim of this study is a network analysis of proteins ADRA1A, DRD1, DRD2 and HTR2A associated with a schizophrenia disease. By random graph analysis, all researched proteins were evaluated as significant. Using Cytoscape software, significant DPI (drug-protein interactions), PPI (protein-protein interactions) and pathways were revealed. By historeceptomics analysis, significant regions in amygdala, smooth muscle or spinal cord and prefrontal cortex were identified. The acquired knowledge can contribute to further research in the development of multitarget drugs against schizophrenia disease.

Automatic Genotyping Of Bacteria By Rep-Pcr
Pelikánová, Veronika
This paper deals with automatic genotyping of bacteria by rep-PCR. The main goal is to create a program to analyze bacterial type in the samples. The result of the algorithm is phylogenetic tree, which indicates the cluster of samples according to bacterial type. This program consists of two main parts, a transformation function to reduce distortion of data and a clustering apparatus to bacterial type classification.
