Agroturistika v Česku a v sousedních státech

2024 - Czech The bachelor thesis deals with agritourism in Czechia and in neighbouring states. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the development and the current state in the last 10 years, to compare the position from the point of view of the whole state and its regional differentiation and to evaluate the financial support. A quantitative research method was used to achieve the set goals and answer to the research questions. A search of professional literature and an evaluation of available statistical data were used. Data on the number of agritourism entities were obtained from individual statistical offices. Information on financial support was found on the websites and specific ministries of individual states. The results of the research indicate that the development of agritourism does not take place in the same way in all states. Also, some states differ in the predominant location of agritourism entities. Furthermore, it was found that certain states do not make sufficiently use of financial support for the development of agritourism. It is important that it should be financially supported by the individual states and the European Union. Bakalářská práce se zabývá agroturistikou v Česku a sousedních státech. Cílem práce je analyzovat vývoj a současný stav v posledních 10 letech, porovnat postavení z hlediska celého státu a jeho regionální diferenciace a zhodnotit finanční podporu. Pro dosažení stanovených cílů a odpovědí na výzkumné otázky byl použit kvantitativní způsob zkoumání. Byla využita rešerše odborné literatury a vyhodnocení dostupných statistických dat. Údaje o počtu agroturistických subjektů byly získány z jednotlivých statistických úřadů. Informace o finanční podpoře byly dohledány na webových stránkách a konkrétních ministerstvech jednotlivých států. Výsledky výzkumu naznačují, že vývoj agroturistiky neprobíhá ve všech státech stejně. Taktéž se některé státy liší v převážném umístění agroturistických subjektů. Dále bylo zjištěno, že určité státy nevyužívají dostatečně finanční podporu pro rozvoj agroturistiky. Je důležité, aby byla finančně podporována ze strany jednotlivých států a Evropské unie. Vliv chladové expozice na regeneraci kosterního svalstva

2024 - Czech Cold is a stressful stimulus to which the body responds with an extensive physiological response, making it important to understand its complex effects. Skeletal muscle is an important thermoregulatory organ and helps maintain a constant body temperature by both shivering and non-shivering thermogenesis. At the same time, it has a considerable regenerative capacity that is modulated by the inflammatory immune response. This paper summarizes the effects of cold on skeletal muscle regeneration and the inflammatory response that is triggered after intense exercise or skeletal muscle injury. The inflammatory response is essential for the successful completion of skeletal muscle regeneration, and if it is impaired, it can have a negative effect on muscle tissue recovery. The balance between the pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory phases of the immune response, which is determined by the presence of specific immune cell populations and cytokine release, is crucial. Cold exposure is generally accepted as an effective strategy to improve skeletal muscle regeneration, but the molecular basis of this effect is not fully understood, and thus the observation of the effect of cold on skeletal muscle regeneration is still a actual topic. Chlad je stresový stimul, na jehož vystavení tělo reaguje rozsáhlou fyziologickou odpovědí, a je tak důležité pochopit jeho komplexní působení. Kosterní svalstvo je významným termoregulačním orgánem a napomáhá udržet stálou teplotu těla třesovou i netřesovou termogenezí. Zároveň má značnou regenerační schopnost, která je modulována zánětlivou imunitní reakcí. Práce shrnuje účinky chladu na regeneraci kosterního svalstva a zánětlivou odpověď, která je spuštěna po intenzivním cvičení či poranění kosterního svalstva. Zánětlivá reakce je zásadní pro úspěšné dokončení regenerace kosterního svalstva a pokud dojde k jejímu narušení, může mít negativní vliv na obnovu svalové tkáně. Zásadní je rovnováha mezi prozánětlivou a protizánětlivou fází imunitní reakce, která je podmíněna přítomností specifických populací imunitních buněk a vyplavovaných cytokinů. Expozice chladu je obecně přijímána jako účinná strategie pro urychlení regenerace kosterního svalstva, avšak molekulární podstata tohoto účinku není zcela objasněna, a tak je pozorování vlivu chladu na regeneraci kosterního svalstva stále aktuální téma. 2024 - Czech Evaporation and evapotranspiration are significant components of the hydrological cycle. Accurate measurement or calculation of evaporation is essential for studies of water resource development and management, as well as for efficient crop irrigation in agriculture. Throughout history, many models have been developed to calculate potential evapotranspiration based on various meteorological parameters. The accuracy of these models needs to be determined by comparing them with measured evaporation values obtained from an evaporation pan. In this study, 7 models for calculating potential evapotranspiration or evaporation from a free water surface based on air temperature are compared with evaporation measured by the VYPAR-1200 evaporation pan during the evaporation season 2021 at the Vrchlice meteorological station. The most accurate results were obtained with the models presented by Oudin et al. (2010) and Šuhájková et al. (2019), with RMSE values of 1.061 and 1.105 mm/day and MBE of 0.554 and 0.303 mm/day. Even so, the deviations are quite significant and for more accurate calculation of evaporation for the Vrchlice region, parameterization of these models would be necessary. Přesné měření či výpočet výparu jsou zásadní pro studie budování a řízení vodních zdrojů či pro efektivní zavlažování plodin v zemědělství. V průběhu historie vzniklo mnoho modelů pro výpočet potenciální evapotranspirace na základě různých meteorologických veličin. U těchto modelů je nutné zjistit jejich přesnost, a to porovnáním s naměřenými hodnotami výparu výparoměrem. V této práci je porovnáváno 7 modelů pro výpočet potenciální evapotranspirace či výparu z volné vodní hladiny na základě teploty vzduchu s výparem naměřeným výparoměrem VYPAR-1200 za výparoměrnou sezónu 2021 v meteorologické stanici Vrchlice. Nejpřesnější výsledky měly modely představené Oudinem a kol. (2010) a Šuhájkovou a kol. (2019), s hodnotami RMSE 1,061 a 1,105 mm/den a MBE 0,554 a 0,303 mm/den. I tak jsou ale odchylky dosti značné a pro přesnější výpočet výparu pro oblast Vrchlice by byla nutná parametrizace těchto modelů. 2024 - Czech This thesis is focusing on collection and processing of bathymetric data and its interpolation by using just open source tools. The theoretical part is focusing on modern bathymetric research methods, describing their benefits and disadvantages for mapping of freshwater bodies. Second part of the thesis is focusing on self-bathymetric research using sonar. Collected data is then processed in open source softwares such as QGIS and SAGA GIS. Furthermore, it discusses options of open source development of web map application. The final product is a web map application LipnoMap, as the first free accessible map application of this popular yachting region. 2024 - English The human body is inhabited by a complex composition of microorganisms. Particularly significant is the intestinal microbiota due to its profound effect on the development and function of the immune system. The ability of the host to defend against pathogens is kept by two important, interrelated components - the mucosal barrier and immune system. The barrier is composed of several layers (gut microbiota, mucus, epithelium, and immune cells) joined into one functional unit. Through its diverse array of structural components and metabolites, the gut microbiota interacts with the epithelium and mucosal immune system, confers to its induction, and modulates immune responses. Disruption of this interplay can contribute to pathogenesis of several diseases. Lidské tělo je osídleno komplexní sestavou mikroorganismů. Zvláště významnou roli hraje střevní mikrobiota, která má zásadní vliv na vývoj a funkci imunitního systému. Obrana proti patogenům je zajištěna dvěma vzájemně propojenými složkami - střevní bariérou a imunitním systémem. Střevní bariéra se skládá z několika vrstev (střevní mikrobioty, hlenu, epiteliálních a imunitních buněk) spojených do jednoho funkčního celku. Prostřednictvím rozmanité škály strukturních komponent a metabolitů střevní mikrobiota interaguje s epitelem a slizničním imunitním systémem, přispívá k jeho indukci a moduluje imunitní odpovědi. Narušení těchto mechanismů může přispívat k patogenezi řady onemocnění. Analýza volebního chování maďarské menšiny ve slovenských parlamentních volbách 2023

Based on a study of the literature, the main motivation of this thesis was to clarify how this evolution has influenced the electoral behaviour of the Hungarian minority in Slovakia in the 2023 parliamentary elections. The main objectives of the thesis are to explain and describe the factors that influence the electoral support for Hungarian parties; to further clarify the relationship between voter turnout and the representation of the Hungarian minority; and finally, to explain the dependence of the electoral performance of Hungarian parties on the electoral performance of other political entities. The analytical part of the thesis is based on the results of the 2021 census and the results of the 2023 parliamentary elections. The main methodological procedure for answering the research questions is primarily the usage of the regression analysis. In addition to this, correlation analyses are also used. The results indicate a clear dominance of Hungarian parties in southern Slovakia. However, mainly due to low voter turnout Hungarian parties are not able to translate this dominance into parliamentary advancement. The most significant factor explaining... Analýza dat o poloze vozidel MHD: případová studie pro Most a Litvínov

2024 - Czech The thesis deals with ex post (i.e. not real time) analysis of data on the position of public transport vehicles. The aim of the work is to design and implement spatio-temporal analyses of this data that will be practically applicable to real public transport networks. Their functionality is verified on data from public transport in the towns of Most and Litvínov, recorded during October 2023. The data is a point record with information about the location of the vehicle, the time and date of recording, the line number, the final stop, the last passed stop, the azimuth and speed of the vehicle movement and its delay. A total of 5 analyses are proposed. The first two analyses deal with the possibilities of effective control of the input data, within them algorithms for positional and attribute control of data are presented. The third analysis monitors and evaluates the spatiotemporal differentiation of delays, focusing on trends in the distribution of delays along the routes of individual lines over time of day and over longer time scales. The fourth analysis looks at the occurrence of delays at individual stops. The final analysis studies the reliability of transfers between public transport links at interchanges. The proposed methods were implemented through scripts written in the Python... Práce se zabývá ex post (tj. nikoliv real time) analýzou dat o poloze vozidel městské hromadné dopravy. Cílem práce je navrhnout a implementovat časoprostorové analýzy těchto dat, které budou prakticky využitelné pro reálné sítě MHD. Jejich funkčnost je ověřována na datech z MHD v Mostě a Litvínově zaznamenaných v průběhu měsíce října roku 2023. Data mají charakter bodového záznamu s informací o poloze vozidla, s časem a datem záznamu, číslem linky, konečnou zastávkou, poslední projetou zastávkou, azimutem a rychlostí pohybu vozidla a o jeho zpoždění. Celkem je navrženo 5 dílčích analýz. První dvě analýzy se zabývají možnostmi efektivní kontroly vstupních dat, v rámci nich jsou navrženy algoritmy pro polohovou a atributovou kontrolu dat. Třetí analýza sleduje a vyhodnocuje časoprostorovou diferenciaci zpoždění, zaměřuje se na trendy v rozložení zpoždění v průběhu tras jednotlivých linek jak v průběhu denní doby, tak za delší časové úseky. Čtvrtá analýza se věnuje zpoždění na příjezdu linek na jednotlivé zastávky. Závěrečná analýza zkoumá spolehlivost přestupů mezi spoji MHD na přestupních uzlech. Navržené metody byly implementovány prostřednictvím skriptů napsaných v programovacím jazyku Python, pro práci s prostorovými daty byla využita knihovna ArcPy.
