2021 - English Seminar on Numerical Analysis 2021 (SNA'21) is the 15th meeting in aseries of SNA events.The previous meetings were held in Ostrava 2003, 2005, Monínec 2006,Ostrava 2007,Liberec 2008,Ostrava 2009,Nové Hrady 2010, Rožnov 2011, Liberec 2012, Rožnov 2013, Nymburk 2014, Ostrava 2015, 2017, and 2019. SNA events help to bring together the Czech research community working in the field of numerical mathematics and computer simulations.The scope of the seminar ranges from mathematical modelling and simulation of challenging engineering problems, to methods of numerica lmathematics, numerical linear algebra, and high performance computing. SNA'21 has about 80 participants. 2020 - Czech Sborník 16. mezinárodního zasedání k problematice sepulkrálních památek, které se konalo v Praze ve dnech 25. října - 27. října 2017. Obsahuje celkem sedmnáct referátů, které se přímo či kontextuálně zabývají sepulkrálními památkami od pozdního středověku do 21. století. Je zastoupena česká, moravská, slovenská a polská problematika. Sborník je rozdělen do tří částí z hlediska náboženského kontextu diskutovaných témat - do části věnované sepulkrálním památkám křesťanským, židovským a komplementárně, ale stále ve středoevropském prostředí, islámským. The proceedings of the 16th international session on the issue of sepulchral monuments, which took place in Prague on 25 October - 27 October 2017. It contains seventeen papers in total, which deal directly or contextually with sepulchral monuments from the Late Middle Ages to the 21st century. Besides, the territorially Bohemian and Moravian issue as well as the Slovak and Polish issues have a significant share. The proceedings are divided in to three parts, in terms of the religious context of the discussed themes - hence into parts devoted to Christian, Jewish and finally supplemental, but still in the Central European milieu, Islamic sepulchral monuments. 2020 - Czech Téma zrození venkovského lidu v české kultuře 19. století není problematikou týkající se pouze minulosti, ale díky svým asociacím silně rezonuje i v přítomnosti. Od 19. století se postupně utvářela značně stereotypní představa o povaze, nositelích a významu fenoménu lidové kultury. Na druhou stranu reflexe tradiční venkovské kultury v umění dokládá, jak širokou škálu inspirací toto prostředí nabízelo. Příspěvky shromážděné v této knize téma zkoumají z mezioborové perspektivy. The theme of the nascent country folk in the Czech culture of the 19-th century does not concert only the past but has strong resonances also in the present. Since the 19-th century there has been arising a rather stereotype concept about the character, protagonists, and importance of the phenomane of folk culture. On the other hand, artistic reflection of traditional folk culture testifies to the variety of inspirations offered by this environment. The essays collected in the book grasp the phenomena from interdisciplinary points of view.
